2 Truths 1 Lie : SMOSHBLR EDITIONÂ
yâall ive been thinking about this one for a while lol- after the âsmoshblr assumptionsâ game was received so well i was like we haaaave to do another one- it brings the fandom so much closer and is honestly such a good way to get to know moots better <3
SO. without further ado- I present to you SMOSHBLRâs 2 Truths 1 Lie organised by yours truly with some help from kind friends @xxsuicidalravenxx & @babychosen <3Â
Hereâs how you play:
Rb this post with â#iâm inâ so i can keep track of whoâs playing
Between the hours of 9:00 am EST - 12:00 (noon) EST on Wed. June 5th (check what time that would be in your area) post a 1-day poll to your blog with 3 facts about yourself (the reason itâs a specific time is so we donât miss any/have polls end at different times and make the game an endless loop )
Self-explanatory here, 1 of the facts should be completely false and the other two should be true.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE. please. do NOT give away personal information/intimate life details that could identify you. despite how awesome smoshblr is, the internet is still a scary place.
You can tag the poll whatever youâd like but please include #smoshblrtwotruths somewhere in the tags so i can rb it ;)
After your poll is up- you now have 24h to go on the #smoshblrtwotruths tag and have fun speculating on otherâs facts in the replies of their posts and
VOTE FOR THE OPTION YOU THINK THEIR 1 LIE IS!!
You can ask others questions about their facts to help verify their stories via asks or replies on their polls, but keep in mind, just like in smoshâs real game version, they could be lying ;)
Be silly, be goofy, be kind.
After the polls end (sometime on Thursday the 6th), rb your poll explaining what the truths and lies actually were so we can see if we were right!!
At the end (Friday 7th) iâll make a masterlist of all the truths & lies so we can clearly see who the winners were <3
AWARDS:
đ© The Lesbian Wonkas đ (The Winners)- people whose lie does NOT get found by collecting the most votes on the poll- will get a personalised playlist based on the vibes their tumblr gives off straight from my chaotic ass spotify <3Â
đŠâ⏠The Birds of The AmazönĂȘ đŹ (The Losers)- the losers will get sprayed with water a.k.a an influx of asks with nothing but đŠđ«đŠđ«đŠđ«đŠđ«Â in them (by participating in the game, you consent to this so donât be annoyed at me. get sprayed, bestie)
okay. thatâs it. please reply or send asks if the rules are unclear!! iâd suggest scheduling ur 2 Truths 1 Lie poll as soon as you have your facts so it can go up during the mentioned time with all the other polls and you donât have to worry about posting it đ«¶đ»
iâm tagging some moots so they know this is happening and just bc theyâre awesome @lilac-hecox @sage-lights @japhan2024 @baflegacy @shesmore-shoebill feel free to tag your friends too <3
Letâs get truthing and lying, smoshblr!!!

On the very edge of the Ministry grounds, by the forest, there is a small chapel.
Only the Papas and their Prime Movers may enter this chapel. It gives them a chance to pray and worship in privacy, away from the watching eyes of the Siblings.
It has a few rows of pews, a pulpit, and a wooden inverted cross at the head of the room, backlit by stained glass.
There's a small shrine to Lilith off to one side. The Prime Movers pray to it and present offerings to Her every day.
When the reigning Papa decides to marry, they always have a secret wedding ceremony in the chapel. This one is the official ceremony, and it's very intimate. Normally, it involves handfasting, prayer, and personalised vows.
Afterwards, a more showy ceremony is held in the Cathedral on the grounds, where siblings are invited to watch as the two renew vows that have been set out by the Clergy.

3 Times Sabatino Thought About Proposing and the 1 Time He Did - Part Four: Cake - Vostanik Sabatino x Reader (feat: Nina Barnes)
Tagging: @kmc1989 @words-and-seeds @novamariestark @whateversomethingbruh @trublu2u @stelacole @@elixae
Part One: Adjustment Period - Nik decides it's time to propose.
Part Two: Sassy - Nik's plans to propose are thwarted by your sister Sassy.
Part Three: Love Language - Nik loses the ring during a footchase.
Sabatino decides to call it quits on the proposal. Itâs clear to him at this point that itâs not the right time, that the universe keeps throwing up obstacles for a reason. All he wants is for it to be special for you, but he keeps just fucking it up. The pressure is stressing him out and itâs starting to affect the relationship. You can tell heâs hiding something from you and the fact he refuses to discuss it creates an issue. Thereâs always been things he hasnât been able to tell you, you accept that, but this is different.
The pause will hopefully give him a little breathing room.
Things go back to normal; he lives in the present instead of being preoccupied with the future. He starts to have fun again, exist in the moment. The two of you spend the weekend taking some time to reacquaint with each other. His jobâs been a little manic and youâve been working a case with the FBI, youâve barely existed in the same space over the past couple of weeks. He spends Saturday morning in bed with you, his hands chasing over your skin as he makes love to you in freshly laundered sheets. After dinner you go for a walk on the beach because youâre craving sweet and heâs thinking ice cream.
He lives for moments like this, strolling down the boardwalk, his fingers entwined with yours. There werenât many of them when he was working for the CIA, now he treasures every single one.
The sun is setting when you come across Ninaâs cupcake truck. Your eyes light up, and ice cream is completely forgotten because he knows how much you love her Red Velvet cupcakes and she only has one left. He leaves you sitting on a bench, watching the ocean roll up on the shore. He knows you find it soothing, the crash of the waves, the motion of the water.
âA little bird tells me youâre planning on locking that down.â Nina says, gesturing towards you when he orders the cupcakes.
âI was.â Sabatino tells her as he hands over the cash. âBut the universe had other plans, so here we are.â
âYou got in your own head.â Nina says knowingly as she opens up two individual cake boxes.
âThereâs a lot of pressure to get it right you know?â He explains, his palm running over the nape of his neck. "It was causing a few issues between the two of us, so I shut it down."
Nina rests her elbows on the counter before leaning forward.
âMaybe itâs for the best.â She says with a shrug before picking up an icing bag and tilting the red velvet cupcake towards her. âI mean youâre already falling down at the first hurdle.â
âFirst hurdle?â He repeats with a bitter laugh. âTrust me, there have been plenty of hurdles and weâve cleared every single one of them.â
âUh huh.â She says as she surveys her work on the cupcake. âThen this little one should be no problem.â
She shows him the cupcake and his gaze flickers up to her in disbelief when he reads the words âMarry Me.â
âAre you serious?â He asks her, his hands on his hips.
âItâs cute right?â She says before putting it away into its own box. âAnd itâs perfect for her. Sheâs low maintenance and this is something a little bit special. Not too showy but personalised. Even you canât fuck it up.â
He hates to say it but sheâs right. He couldnât have chosen a more perfect moment. The tide is coming in, the waves creeping up the shore and the light is just sublime, that cascade of colours illuminating the beach.
âWhat do I owe you?â He asks her, taking the box begrudgingly.
âI get to make the cake for your wedding.â She barters with him.
He gives her a look before he crosses his arms over his chest and sighs.
âFine, if she says yes, then you get to make the cake.â He agrees before pointing his finger at her. âBut if she says no, I get free cupcakes for life.â
âYea thatâs not happening.â She tells him, shaking her head. âIf she says no, you get a pity cupcake, this one time and thatâs it.â
âDeal.â He agrees before turning his back on Nina and focusing his attention on more important things.
You rise to your feet when he appears alongside of you, the individual cupcake box in his hand. You smile as you take it from him. That smile, it lights up his entire world and he knows that this is it, this is his moment.
He has the ring in his hand when you open the box, he watches as you study the writing before you tilt your head towards him.
âNikâŠâ
He doesnât get down on one knee. Itâs not your dynamic. Your partnership has always been based on mutual respect, meeting your challenges face to face and thatâs how he intends to do this. He takes your hand in his, the ring clasped tightly between his fingers.
âAlana, I have loved you since that day you showed up in Afghanistan and every day, I loved you more. I want to grow old with you, start a family with you, I wantâŠâ He pauses for a moment, his voice rough as he struggles to find the words. âI want you to be my wife. So, Iâm just a boy standing in front of a girl with a cupcake, asking her to marry me.â
You laugh and itâs such a rich, beautiful sound. He hopes he gets to spend the rest of his life hearing it.
âYes Nik.â You say as he slips the ring onto your finger. âOf course, Iâll be your wife.â

Personalised story for @leniabranch Pairing: Otto Hightower x Lenia Branch Word Count: 2k Warnings: Things get a lil heated towards the end (sexually speaking)
You stood there shocked, well for a better word, dumbfounded.
The Hand of the King, arguably the most important man in Westeros, was down on one knee for you.
You could see the tinge of his skin; sailing did not become him. But he still looked handsome with his windswept hair and unkept beard (he had tried to make himself look as presentable as possible, but he could barely stand in front of the mirror on the rocking boat).
A crowd was already gathering, murmurs that the Hand of the King was proposing on the docks ran quickly throughout the dockyards. It wasn't until Alicent coughed that you were pulled back into reality. Tears sprung to your eyes you didn't know how they got there but you knew they came from a place of joy. Throwing yourself down at him your hands found their way to his cheeks, and you planted a firm kiss on Ottoâs lips.
âYou have yet to answer, Lady Lenia,â Otto murmured with a small smile.
Your answer came out in a jumbled mess of yesses.
He kissed you back with just as much fervour, pulling away from your lips for only a second to say, âI wished to propose underneath the apple tree, but I couldnât wait any longer.â And then his lips found yours once again.
The next few days went by in a blur. You first went to your parentâs to tell them the good news. However, your father had already known as Otto asked for his permission. During the Handâs journey, he was waiting just as anxiously as you. Your mother on the other hand, did not know, and was over the moon with joy. Though she did slap your fatherâs arm for not telling her.
âIt was a surprise!â was his response.
Otto had never been this proud, not since the birth of his children. So, he gladly welcomed the congratulatory remarks and compliments. Although as he recounted the story, he did like to leave out the part where he was still sea-sick during the proposal.
Alicent too was happy. Not just happy for her father and future stepmother but also because the attention was no longer on her. King Viserys was more than jovial. Keeping this secret was difficult for him. Happy secrets were his downfall. He was so happy in fact, that he said, âthere shall be no expense spared for this wedding,â and then the Master of Coin nearly choked on his wine.
Elrie was over the moon to be involved in another wedding. Darrick too, was ecstatic for you, the only person who was not was little Lucieth, who was sick of weddings.
And when you asked why, he blurted âbecause I HATE dressing up!â
Weeks had passed and the wedding plans were in full motion. Your mother was busy fussing over your dress with Sanah, who wanted to make it by hand. While your mother wanted you to wear her own wedding gown. And then you had family traditions to consider; every Branch woman wore some sort of homage to the House. May it be a leaf, a stem, a ⊠branch, stitched in the gown, a piece of jewellery or make up. It was your choice to make.
The invitations soon went out as well.
Otto was quite particular with how he wanted them written, but you had the creative control. Both your House sigils were drawn, appearing on the corners of the parchment. A representation of your Houses bond.
Soon Branches from all over Westeros would soon be swarming the Capitol, giving a new feeling to Kingâs Landing. Your mother's side of the family were invited as well and although not as openly as creative as House Branch, they were well known for their musical abilities.
It had only been a month since your proposal and Sanah was becoming insufferable. In the best way. Once she heard the news, she apologised for her future actions, âI am going to be intolerable at times, but I just want this to be perfect for you.â
This was one of the most stressful times in your life, but ⊠in such a positive way. Used to the spotlight, you didnât mind the attention, especially the talk of the future with Otto.
âAnd youâll give him even more children, hopefully more sons!â Said a lady at court, whose name you didnât care to remember. The last part stung, and you frowned (for the first time in a month).
âAny child is a blessing,â you replied, trying to keep the bite out of your voice. âGirls have just as much to offer as boys do.â
It was a curt response, and it made you up and leave the room.
You could feel your teeth grinding and you had to remind yourself to stop. Now being the Handâs future wife, you worried that every word you spoke could hurt his position somehow. But a topic such as this; you knew where you stood on the matter.
The castleâs hallways had become well-known to you. The smoothed edges of the stone walls, cold to the touch, with itâs sudden openings of light and sunshine. On days like this, it filtered through the open gaps, some paned, some completely open. One had to be careful with the latter, there were rumours that many had ⊠fallen from those openings.
Resting your back against the cool of the wall, you sighed and massaged your temple. It was safe to say that in this period of your life, you felt frazzled. It didnât help that you were on your periods and the cramps were quite terrible. Hopefully, you wouldnât have them during your wedding. Maybe that was another question for SanahâŠ
Lost in thought, you didnât register the form that had stopped to stand next to you.
âHaving second thoughts?â Ormundâs deep voice made you jump, and in turn brought on a wave of embarrassment with a tinge of anger.
âDonât sneak up on people like that! Itâs ⊠itâs rude.â You said breathlessly.
Ormund chuckled and rested a hand on the hilt of his sword. âWell, I give my deepest apologies,â he said mockingly, bowing low. âI mustnât upset the Handâs wife.â
 âFuture, wife,â you corrected.
âYes,â he said with faint sincerity, âfuture wife.â
                            -â¶-
The interaction with Ormund left you somewhat confused, what was he trying to say? And why was there an establishment between wife and future wife? These words danced in your head until you came to your chamber doors and gleefully opened them.
Rising from the bed, Otto gave you a slight bow as you entered the room.
âPlease excuse my boldness, but I needed to talk to you. Alone.â
His tone caused an eruption of butterflies in your stomach. A reddening of your cheeks as well.
âItâs, fine. I think weâre past the rules of formality.â And your mind instantly went to the nights spent with each other, naked, with body parts wrapped around one another. The thought made your blush deepen.
âWell, youâre right about that,â Ottoâs tall frame seemed to tower over your own. You noted his neatly trimmed beard and brushed hair. But some part of you missed the adventure-met Otto.
He guided you over to your sitting area, hot tea waiting for you. The sun had begun to set, emitting rays of orange, pink and purple across the sky. A beautiful sight, but one that you gladly ignored. Your focus was utterly on Otto.
âI just wanted to have some time by ourselves,â he started, moving to take his hand in yours. âAnd to give you an opportunity to refuse the proposal.â His voice hardened at the end of the sentence, but when you looked into his eyes, all you saw was love.
âWhy would I refuse?â You said aghast. âHave I shown any reason I wouldnât want to marry?â
There was a long pause.
And questions flooded your head, swarming your stomach, making your body tingle with anxiety.
 âNo, you have not.â
His words gave you such relief that you let out a sigh. The breath that you had unknowingly held in was released and Otto actually saw the worries escape you.
 âThen why? Why ask this?â
How could Otto explain this deep-rooted insecurity of not being enough. Being too old, too unliked, having a job that requires questionable morals. Having to lie to those he loves in favour of the King, or to keep important information from coming to light. To push for things that other people do not want nor agree with.
For Otto, it just goes deeper and deeper. More intricate that one could ever explain perfectly.
So, the only thing that he could come out with was, âI-Iâm not enough. For you. You deserve better. Someone younger, at least.â
Your grip on his hand tightened, and you stared straight into his eyes, âI want to marry you Otto Hightower. I see the good, I see the bad; I see all of you. And I still want to marry you.â Â
The intensity in which you spoke felt foreign, as was the power that seemed to radiate from you. But in this moment it felt right. Unbeknownst to you, it wasnât as if Otto didnât see your devotion. He did. And he admired it greatly. Itâs one of the reasons why he loves you so dearly. His late wife had the same devout nature.
Any doubts he had for this marriage were based on himself; his own self-reservations. Truly, they had nothing to do with you. Not even your status, which had been brought up by the small council, didnât make him think any less of you. He had stopped the slanderous talk immediately. Everyone knew not to talk ill of Lenia Branch in the presence of Otto Hightower. And it helped greatly that the King thought your family was brilliant. Your position at court was favoured, as were you. Your future, no matter what, was bright.
âI truly cannot explain how I feel inside. Only know this: there is nothing that can make me stop loving you.â
You seemed to move without realising it, because in an instant you were in his lap, one hand tangled in his hair and the other moving down his chest. Your lips were connected in such deep passion that you knew they would be bruised in a few hours.
Ottoâs hands wrapped around your body, pulling you closer to him. His mouth reciprocated the movements, biting your bottom lip, nipping at your tongue. Then he moved you, so your legs were either side of him. The position making it easier to rub your most sensitive parts against one another. Otto moaned, pushing you harder against himself, kissing down the nape of your neck and moving to your chest. He was about to unlace your bodice when a knock sounded at the door.
âJ-just a moment!â You breathed out, doing your best to get off of Otto and fix yourself up. Standing there awkward for a moment, Otto motioned for you to sit down on your chair and take a sip of your now cold, tea.
âEnter,â you said after gulping. You realised Otto had brought over your favourite herbal blend.
âOh, apologies,â said Darrick, whose eyes darted between you and Otto. You could see your brother conclude that you were alone with another man, but only having tea.
âHow are you, Darrick?â Otto asked, in a completely neutral tone.
âFine, thank you for asking,â Darrick bowed politely and then handed you a piece of rolled up parchment.
Departing quickly, you could see the tinge of red on his cheeks and you frowned. Although you realised that it wasnât because of any indecency, but because of what he had brought you.
It was the finished wedding invitations, with your design and Ottoâs words. Together in black ink with gold and silver accents made it look absolutely beautiful. You slid the paper over to Otto and he nodded his head in approval.

10 Ways to Create Instagram-Worthy Catered Events
In the age of social media, hosting an event that's Instagram-worthy is not just a desire but a necessity. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate gathering, birthday bash, or any other special occasion, making sure your catering Melbourne event is Instagram-ready can elevate your event to the next level. People love to share their experiences on social media, and you can harness this trend to create buzz and leave a lasting impression. Here are 10 ways to create Instagram-worthy catered events:
Choose a Stunning Venue
Selecting the right venue is paramount. Consider the ambiance, scenery, and architectural elements. Natural lighting is often a plus, as it enhances the quality of photos. Beautiful venues provide a strong foundation for Instagram-worthy moments.
Creative Decor and Tablescapes
Work with event designers and decorators to create a cohesive visual theme. This includes unique centrepieces, table linens, chair covers, and other decor elements. Elements like flower walls, hanging installations, or themed props can make your event visually stunning.
Trendy Food and Beverage Stations
Think beyond traditional buffet lines. Offer interactive food stations like make-your-own tacos, sushi, or ice cream sundaes. These stations engage guests and provide opportunities for captivating photos.
Food Presentation Matters
Collaborate closely with your caterer to ensure dishes are plated artistically. Experiment with different textures, colours, and presentation styles. Consider serving dishes in unique and eye-catching serveware.
Signature Cocktails and Drinks
Create visually appealing signature drinks that match your event theme or colours. Garnish them with colourful fruits, edible flowers, or unique drink accessories. Specially designed glassware can also add an element of elegance.
Lighting is Key
Lighting can completely transform the atmosphere of your event. Consider soft, warm lighting for an intimate gathering or vibrant, colourful lighting for a lively party. Professional lighting can enhance the overall mood and make for excellent photos.
Photo Booths and Backdrops
Set up a dedicated area for photos. Provide backdrops that fit your theme and add props like hats, masks, or funny signs. Encourage guests to use the photo booth and share their pictures with your event hashtag.
Engage with Social Media
Leverage social media platforms to build anticipation and engagement. Create countdown posts, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, and share stories leading up to the event. During the event, use live coverage to showcase key moments.
Live Entertainment
A live band, DJ, or performance can serve as a captivating focal point. Ensure the stage or performance area is well-lit and visually appealing. Capture the energy and excitement of the entertainment to share on social media.
Unique Favours and Swag
Provide guests with memorable takeaways that they'll want to photograph and share. These can include customised event merchandise, gourmet treats, or personalised gifts that align with your event's theme.
Incorporating these elements into your catered event not only makes it Instagram-worthy but also creates a more immersive and enjoyable experience for your guests. Remember that consistency in theme, decor, and branding throughout the event contributes to a cohesive and visually pleasing atmosphere that's more likely to be shared on social media. So, get creative, pay attention to the details, and encourage your attendees to share their unforgettable moments with the world.

(Adalynn's POV)(Here's their love story with all the details and flowery language đ)
Mason and I recently celebrated our 12 year wedding anniversary, these past 12 years have gone by so fast that I find it hard to believe myself. Every year on our anniversary we dress up and head to our favourite restaurant to eat and just enjoy some time with one another. It's always such a wonderful trip down memory lane whenever I think of the way the Lord orchestrated things for us to end up together. Mason's mum comes over to help put the boys to bed while we're out, the older boys have been a great help at this as every year goes by. I work with them on their school work and music lessons during the day, whilst that's happening I'm prepping dinner for them so that all Angie has to do is reheat it it. Aaron will come over to do nightly devotions with the boys as well, it's something that Mason and I try to do daily with them when we can, so it's wonderful that his parents have it as a priority as well. (AN: Aaron and Angie are Masonâs parents)
Our families were friends and had met at family camp, and Mason and I had known each other for a while, but as we got older we stayed in our individual friend groups and were only together in large mixed groups. I was 20 when my parents approached me and told me that Mason has expressed interest in starting a courtship (this was after I'd shared my heart with my mother about taking notice in him), his family came over for Easter and that was that! Being the oldest and first to court, it was a new season of life for my entire family that took a bit of time to get used to. At the time my buddies were Charles, Parker, and Ashton, (who were all under the age of 5 at this point) so they came along on dates with us whenever Mason would come into Newcrest to see me. Mason was so gracious and gave each of the kids his undivided attention whenever they'd come and chat with him. All the other kids were totally enamoured with this guy who had the potential to be their first brother-in-law. Whenever he'd come over it was always a big affair with everyone wanting to sit and chat with him, and church wasn't any different. I'm happy that my parents made sure we got time to chat just us two (with a chaperone a healthy distance away of course) or else I'd never have gotten a chance to talk to him properly! đ
Obviously we were able to get to know each other better, because a few months later we got engaged I was absolutely over the moon. Mason came into Newcrest and took me out to dinner with his sister Molly as our chaperone. She'd been our chaperone for the entire relationship whenever they'd come into town, she'd usually chill with whichever sibling of mine was also coming on the date with us. I appreciate that she was always there because it helped me get closer to her and develop my own friendship with her, she would become my only sibling-in-law, whereas Mason was gaining 12, so I was able to focus all my time and effort in getting to know her.
We had saved holding hands for engagement, and our first kiss for marriage, and what a kiss that was! Since we were both the first kids in our families to get married it was very much an family affair with everyone in both families being heavily involved in wedding planning. From the moment we got back to my house after getting engaged, the kids at home had made a cute banner and Angie and my mum gifted me a personalised wedding planner so that I could jump into wedding planning immediately. Wedding planning flew by so fast, from planning the food, to getting all the invitations out, to getting everything for the wedding party prepared. I wore my mother's wedding dress, so I had to have it altered to fit me, which thankfully wasn't much of a process. We got married at my granddaddy's church that my father is the pastor of, which is something I had always dreamed of
Fast forward to the present day, 12 years and 8 boys later we couldn't be more in love. Through every season of life that we pass through, I'll always thank the Lord for having Mason be the person I do life with. I canât wait to be old and grey, watching our children and grandchildren, and maybe even great-grandchildren playing around us - if the Lord wills it ofcourse.
(AN: Happy New Year! It definitely took me a lot longer than expected to get my queue to a place where I was happy. I started working my first job last autumn so it was a steep learning curve learning how to divide my time up now that a chunk of it was being spent at the office. There will be posts every other day, purely so the posts Iâve got queued donât run out that quickly. I need to dedicate time to restructuring the navigation and info pages for the blog, as I started in the summer but never managed to finish. Hopefully you guys havent forgotten all about the characters, because itâll be a bit until the various info pages are up and running đ)

Holiday Gift Ideas: Personalising Gifts with Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl
Introduction
The holiday season is all about giving. Is anything more precious than a personalised gift? If the idea is adding extra sparkle and creativity to gifts, glitter heat transfer vinyl is the best answer. You can turn everyday items into extraordinary keepsakes with glitter heat transfer vinyl. But what exactly is this glitter heat transfer vinyl, and how do you use it to create fantastic holiday gifts? Let's know more about this below.
Glitter heat transfer vinyl is what?
Glitter heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is A material that creates shimmering designs on fabrics.Â
It consists of a layer of glitter in vinyl; its effect is a shimmering design that stands out on clothing, accessories, and lots more.
From regular vinyl, glitter HTV has a textured, sparkly finish that gives your pieces a glamorous feel.
This heat transfer vinyl has an adhesive backing, which can be transferred using heat and pressure to any surface via a heat press or iron.Â
Its durability ensures that the designs don't peel, crack, or fade, hence perfect for long term customisations. Â
Where Do We Use Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl?
The most versatile should be used with any project, from custom clothing, thanks to Glitter HTV, to holiday accessories.
1. Custom Clothing
Personalise t-shirts, hoodies, and baby onesies with names, logos, or festive designs. A glittery snowflake or a sparkly monogram adds holiday cheer to everyday wear.
2. Holiday Accessories
Add glitter accents to fashionable tote bags, caps, or scarves. Wonderful gifts or stocking stuffers for loved ones.
3. Home Decorations
Add glittery designs to pillowcases, tablecloths, or Christmas stockings. These will give a festive feel to your home, and personalised holiday decorations add a warm glow and personality.
4. Personalised Gifts
The glitter HTV will help you create beautiful, meaningful gifts, from aprons to canvas bags. A sparkly message or design turns an ordinary thing into an extraordinary gift.
5. School and Office Supplies
Glittery initials or designs make notebooks, pencil cases, or laptop covers thoughtful gifts that function, too. The needs of students and professionals find their expression in these thoughtful ideas.
How do we implement this?
1. Choose Your Design
Cut the design with a cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette. Remember to mirror it because the vinyl flips while you apply it.
2. Prepare the Surface
Ensure the surface is dust-free and clean. For fabrics, first wash, dry, and iron so that your fabric is wrinkled when you begin.
3. Cut and Weed the Vinyl
Once you have cut your design, carefully remove all the excess vinyl while letting the design stay on the backing sheet. This is called a wedding.
4. Applying the Design
Place the glitter vinyl over your chosen surface, glitter side up. Apply pressure and heat uniformly with a heat press or iron. Again, follow the manufacturer's recommendations on temperature and time.
5. Peel Off the Backing Â
After it's had a chance to cool off for a little while, you can peel off the backing sheet to reveal your sparkling masterpiece.
Why Choose Glitter HTV for Holiday Presents?
Glitter heat transfer vinyl can help you craft presentative gifts that are both stylish and heartfelt but economical. It adds a shimmer effect perfect for festive use, spreading joy and creativity on every gift. It is ready for custom clothing, home decoration, etc.
This holiday season, let your imagination shine with glitter HTV. Be it for friends, family, or even yourself, the sparkle you add will make your gifts unforgettable.

Why a Personalised Chopping Board Completes Your Kitchen
In todayâs world, kitchens are more than just a space to prepare meals; they are the heart of the home, a hub for family gatherings, and a showcase of personal style. One of the most delightful ways to add a touch of individuality to your kitchen is by incorporating a personalised chopping board. These functional and stylish items go beyond their practical use, offering a unique and meaningful addition to your culinary space.
A Unique Blend of Functionality and Aesthetics
A chopping board is one of the most frequently used tools in the kitchen, essential for slicing, dicing, and prepping ingredients. While standard chopping boards serve the purpose, a personalised chopping board elevates this everyday item to something special. By customising the design, you can ensure your board complements your kitchen décor or carries a sentimental value that no ordinary board can match.
Personalisation options include engraved names, family crests, meaningful dates, or custom artwork. For instance, a board engraved with a family name like "The Johnson Kitchen" not only serves as a practical tool but also as a decorative element, ideal for displaying on countertops or hanging on walls.
Perfect for Gifting
When it comes to finding the ideal gift for loved ones, a personalised chopping board is hard to beat. Itâs thoughtful, practical, and works for nearly any occasion. Whether youâre celebrating a wedding, housewarming, anniversary, or Christmas, a personalised chopping board is a versatile gift option.
Here are some creative ideas for gifting a personalised chopping board:
Wedding Gift: Engrave the names of the couple and their wedding date for a memorable keepsake.
Housewarming Gift: Customise the board with a heartfelt message or the new homeownersâ address to commemorate their new beginning.
Christmas Gift: Add a festive touch with a holiday-themed engraving like snowflakes or reindeer, paired with the recipientâs name.
Unlike generic gifts, a personalised chopping board demonstrates thoughtfulness and effort, making the recipient feel truly valued.
Versatility in Usage
One of the greatest advantages of a personalised chopping board is its versatility. It is not only functional but can also double as a serving platter or display piece. Many people use these boards to serve cheese, charcuterie, or even desserts when entertaining guests. The personalised engraving adds a sophisticated touch to any gathering, making it a conversation starter at parties or family dinners.
For those who enjoy sharing their culinary creations on social media, a personalised board can enhance food photography. The engraved details add charm to the presentation, helping dishes stand out and making your posts even more memorable.
A Sustainable Choice
Many personalised chopping boards are crafted from high-quality, sustainable materials like bamboo, acacia, or oak. These materials are not only durable but also environmentally friendly. Investing in a high-quality, personalised chopping board ensures longevity, reducing the need for frequent replacements and contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.
Additionally, wood is naturally resistant to bacteria, making it a hygienic choice for food preparation. When properly cared for, a wooden chopping board can last for years, preserving its beauty and functionality.
How to Choose the Perfect Personalised Chopping Board
When selecting a personalised chopping board, there are several factors to consider to ensure it meets your needs and preferences:
Material: Choose a durable material that matches your kitchenâs aesthetic. Wooden boards offer a classic, warm look, while marble or glass options provide a modern, sleek finish.
Size and Shape: Consider the size and shape based on how you plan to use the board. Larger boards are ideal for big families or avid cooks, while smaller ones work well for compact kitchens or single servings.
Personalisation Details: Think about what you want engraved. Popular options include names, initials, dates, quotes, or illustrations. Ensure the design reflects the recipientâs personality or the intended theme.
Care Instructions: Check whether the board requires special maintenance. Wooden boards, for instance, often need oiling to maintain their quality and appearance.
Caring for Your Personalised Chopping Board
To keep your personalised chopping board in excellent condition, proper care is essential:
Cleaning: Avoid soaking the board in water, as this can cause warping. Instead, wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Oiling: Periodically apply food-safe mineral oil or beeswax to prevent the wood from drying out and maintain its natural luster.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Stay away from abrasive cleaners or bleach, as they can damage the engraving and surface.
Separate Usage: Use one side of the board for food preparation and the other for display or serving to preserve its aesthetic appeal.
Where to Buy Personalised Chopping Boards
There are numerous options for purchasing a personalised chopping board, from local artisans to online retailers. Websites like Etsy offer a range of customisation options, allowing you to collaborate directly with creators to design the perfect piece. Many local craft fairs and kitchenware stores also provide bespoke services for personalised boards.
Conclusion
A personalised chopping board is more than just a kitchen tool; itâs a statement of style, a symbol of thoughtfulness, and a versatile addition to your home. Whether youâre treating yourself or gifting a loved one, the customisation options make these boards a meaningful choice for anyone who appreciates quality and individuality. Embrace the charm of a personalised chopping board and bring a unique touch to your kitchen today!

Is Cinematic Wedding Videography the Right Style for You?
Weddings are magical occasions filled with emotions, laughter, and unforgettable moments. While traditional photography has long been the go-to for capturing these special days, many couples are now considering the cinematic approach to wedding videography. But is cinematic wedding videography in Auckland the right style for you? Explore this captivating option and see how it might fit your wedding plans.
What is Cinematic Wedding Videography?
Cinematic wedding videography takes the art of filming to the next level. Instead of simply recording the dayâs events, a wedding videographer in Auckland creates a beautiful narrative that encapsulates the essence of your love story. This style often includes stunning visuals, artistic shots, and a carefully crafted storyline that makes you feel like youâre watching a movie.
Why Choose Cinematic Videography?
1. Capturing the Emotional Journey
One of the standout features of cinematic wedding videography is its focus on storytelling. A skilled wedding videographer in Auckland will document the ceremony and reception and capture the day's emotional journey. From the anticipation of getting ready to the joy of saying "I do," every moment is portrayed in a way that resonates with you and your loved ones.
2. Unique and Creative Shots
Wedding videography in Auckland often involves innovative techniques that set it apart from traditional styles. Imagine aerial drone footage capturing the breathtaking scenery of your venue or slow-motion shots that highlight the most romantic moments of the day.
3. Personalisation at Its Best
Every couple is different, and cinematic wedding videography allows for a tailored experience. A good videographer will take the time to understand your style, preferences, and the vibe you want for your wedding. Whether youâre having a grand celebration or a more intimate gathering, your videographer will adapt their approach to reflect your individuality, ensuring your film feels personal and authentic.
4. Behind-the-Scenes Magic
The beauty of cinematic videography lies in how it captures the behind-the-scenes moments that often go unnoticed. A skilled wedding videographer in Auckland can blend into the background, allowing the day to unfold naturally while capturing candid reactions and interactions. This approach results in a genuine and unscripted film reflecting the true spirit of your wedding day.
5. Reliving Your Special Day
One of the most significant advantages of having a cinematic wedding video is the ability to relive your special day anytime. The video serves as a time capsule, preserving precious memories you might have missed in the whirlwind of the event. You can watch it on anniversaries, share it with friends and family, or even show future generations what love looks like on your wedding day.
Is Cinematic Videography Right for You?
If youâre considering whether cinematic wedding videography is the right choice, think about the following:
Do you value storytelling? Cinematic videography may be ideal for capturing the emotional narrative of your wedding.
Are you looking for creativity? If youâre drawn to unique shots and artistic presentations, a wedding videographer in Auckland specialising in cinematic styles can bring your vision to life.
Do you want a personalised experience? If youâre excited about working closely with your videographer to craft a film that reflects your relationship, this style could be a great fit.
Do you want to relive your day? If you value having a lasting memory of your wedding day, cinematic videography offers that opportunity in a stunning way.
Conclusion
Cinematic wedding videography is more than just capturing moments; itâs about creating an experience you can cherish forever. With its focus on storytelling, unique shots, personalisation, and the magic of behind-the-scenes moments, itâs no wonder many couples are opting for this style. If youâre interested in exploring wedding videography in Auckland, consider contacting a professional photographer to discuss your vision and see how they can bring your love story to life on film. Embrace the cinematic experience and make your wedding memories genuinely unforgettable!

7 Tips For Hiring A Reputable Catering Service
When planning an event, one of the most crucial decisions is choosing the right catering Melbourne to handle the food and beverages. Selecting a reliable team to prepare and serve meals can elevate the experience and ensure everything runs smoothly. However, with so many options available, how do you ensure you make the right choice?
The following list details several essential tips to guide you when working with a trustworthy catering service for your event.
Assess Their Experience and Track Record
A companyâs experience in handling events similar to yours can give you a clearer picture of their ability to deliver. Look for a team that has a history of working with events of your size, whether itâs a small family gathering, corporate event, or a large wedding. Ask about their previous projects and take note of any special dietary needs theyâve handled in the past. Companies with a solid track record often come with great recommendations and are known for their consistency in delivering quality service.
Review Testimonials and References
One of the most reliable ways to gauge the quality of a service is by reading reviews and seeking testimonials. Check online platforms for feedback from previous clients. Do they highlight aspects such as punctuality, professionalism, and quality of food? Donât hesitate to ask the company for references from past events, and follow up with those references to get firsthand accounts of their experiences. Positive reviews from various clients and event types indicate a versatile and trustworthy team.
Ask About Menu Flexibility and Customization
Your event may require unique meal options, and the company you hire must meet these specific needs. Whether you need a menu tailored for dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, or a particular theme, the service provider should demonstrate flexibility. Ask if they offer sample tastings and how willing they are to adjust the menu to your preferences. A professional team should be open to working with you to create a personalised experience.
Evaluate Their Staffing and Service Approach
While the quality of the food is essential, how it is served is equally important. Assess the staffing level of the service provider to ensure they can meet your eventâs requirements. Will there be enough staff to handle serving, setting up, and cleaning efficiently? Additionally, ask about their service styleâdo they specialise in sit-down meals, buffets, or casual setups? The right approach depends on the formality of your event and the experience you want to create for your guests.
Consider Their Food Safety and Licensing
Food safety is a non-negotiable aspect when hiring a service to handle your meals. Ensure that the company complies with local health and safety regulations. Check if they have the necessary licences and certifications for handling and preparing food in a safe environment. Beyond compliance, inquire about their food storage practices and how they ensure freshness, especially if your event will last several hours. A professional service will prioritise food safety just as much as taste and presentation.
Check Their Ability to Accommodate Dietary Restrictions
In todayâs diverse dining landscape, itâs common for events to include guests with varying dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options. Ensure that the company you choose has experience in accommodating these restrictions without compromising on the quality and taste of the food. Ask how they handle special requests and what protocols they have in place to avoid cross-contamination for guests with severe allergies. A reputable team will have a plan in place to address these concerns.
Clarify All Costs and Contract Terms
Before finalising any agreements, itâs important to have a clear understanding of the costs involved. Ask for a detailed breakdown of all fees, including food preparation, service charges, and any additional costs for equipment rental or extra staff. Be wary of vague estimates that donât include potential hidden fees. Additionally, review the contract terms carefully to understand their policies on cancellations, refunds, and any last-minute changes you may need to make. Clear and transparent pricing is a hallmark of a trustworthy service provider.
Choosing the right team to manage your event's food and drink services is a decision that requires careful consideration. By focusing on experience, flexibility, food safety, service approach, and cost transparency, you can ensure that your event will be memorable for all the right reasons. Following these tips will help you make an informed decision, resulting in a successful and stress-free event. Remember, investing time in selecting the right service provider is key to making your gathering an enjoyable experience for all.
