Trying to think up a good pairing for a PJO story where Odysseus and Penelope were reborn into pjo times - specifically, Penelope was reborn as Percy Jackson (boy or girl, though I'm leaning towards girl). I can't really think of someone to be Odysseus though. My first thought was Annabeth, but it doesn't feel like the best choice.

I once talked with @perseabeth of Luke as Odysseus coded. Hear me out!

Descendant of Hermes;

Beefing with gods;

Odysseus was close to Athena, Luke was close to Annabeth;

Enemy to a child of Poseidon;

Owns a boat (LOL);

In the end, his story resolves around family;

I made much clearer points and comparisons when I was talking with perseabeth, but I believe Odysseus!Luke would be chefs kiss!

Honestly there’s been so many. The ones my friends left me on lucky charms for SURE are up there. I don’t wanna tag her but ao3 user perseabeth is literally so lovely. Melissa left me a comment on lucky charms that made me feel way too emotional. I had one review from abel who then became my friend on my yellow fic that made me SO emotional

I feel like reviews are so beautiful every single person who’s left me a review deserves a kiss on the head!! I get so overwhelmed and u can always see like if I do respond to those reviews it’s always so messy bc I never can form a coherent response and I feel like I’m SO grateful I sound fake and bored and that’s not it at all sometimes I’ll just. sad thinking about how Poseidon could rage and grieve as much as he wanted in public but Apollo was forced to do so in private because only a few people knew about his relationship with Percy
