I worked for a couple of years as a DJ in a popular bar in my city, and you can't imagine how many times I had to face a situation like this.

We were known for being one of the few bars that had rock/metal music all night. Sometimes I could even get around and play music from unknown local bands or even from people I've met though friends on internet that gave me their approval to use their music and help promote their band. You could say we were the black sheep of the pub scene of the city. Nonetheless, every once in a while we'd get THOSE clients that complained about the music. They voluntarily entered a rock bar, full of metal heads and rockers and then they came up to my little DJ corner, and most of the time they did not even ask, they ORDERED me to change the music and play something NORMAL, because nobody wants to be in a bar full of "freaks, junkies and thugs" (a guy literally said that once) and where they can't dance and rub their genitals with each other like horny dogs as they did in the other disco-pubs around the area. After the first month of trying to explain why I couldn't and wouldn't change the genre even if I they bribed me (it really surprised me how commonly they resolved to that) and receiving insults (depending on how drunk or high they were at the time, even threats), I would just point to the "rights of admission reserved" panel and suggested they get a pint and relax their tits or get the fuck out before the rest of the patrons hear them talking shit about the bar.

Entilted people are never worth it. It's always easier to just ask them to leave than try to make them understand or empathize with the workers. No tip is worth the headache they drag in with them.
