Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (2006) dir. Tom Tykwer.
7.5/10
I would not recommend this movie to my friends.
I would not rewatch this movie.
omg Snape. but also lmao at him being like what is that gonna do? at the murderer being excommunicated.
This is some Love Potion #9 business.
That hangover was probably the worst for the bishop.
Imagine so many people wanting you dead.
Can you believe how this movie is so much about scent, yet it can only show us visuals? It's doing a great job despite me still now knowing exactly what scent is there.
It's interesting to hear it as head, heart, and base chord instead of top, heart, and base note. But, I'm now seeing that both sound very musical.
It's interesting to think about preserving scent. It's something I've literally never thought of.
Laure sounds like a child.
The poor cat.
Memorable Quotes:
"The soul of beings is their scent."
