Yep. It's over. She got caught out after the funeral, and instead of calling it quits, which would have been the sane and healthy thing to do,she has doubled down but is now doing an even poorer job at executing the narrative. She looks so bitter. She is bitter, I think. So many lost years of being able to live honestly and for what? A continued B list status and Single Sam whisky sales.

You don't need to be a genius to understand that the narrative has NOT been worth it for them. She's walking around looking like misery guts now. Tired, in the trenches with 5 kids, totally over it, and hating every minute of parading her bloated gay bestie.

And she has left it excessively late to come clean. And she knows it. The anger that would be directed at both of them for their mass deception of women would be overly great now. Like he knows that watching Eurovision isn’t something Stan!reader necessarily enjoys but he’s tried to use it as like, father daughter time when he’s not working or whatever but now she and evans!reader are pushing him out of the way and he’s like “what are you doing” but they shush him cause måneskin is performing and then he understands

Weekly Summary 3: 3/12/18

This week we continued work on the bestiary, we played around with making random shapes out of exclamation marks and designing character's based on those shapes, it was a fun exersize for experimenting, I think I would have found it more helpful if I hadn't already had a clear idea for a character, but it's definitely something I'll do in future, especially if I have no ideas.

We also did work on character performance, the lecturer went into great detail on types of characters, for example how a more introverted person would do small movements keeping close to their body, and how we should consider this in our character performance. We also recorded some acting at the end of the session to base our perfomamce pieces off, I found this very helpful, and now find myself often filming myself for reference.

Lastly we continued exploring adaptation, it's interesting how many recurring elements of Dr. Jekyll continue to crop up in modern pop culuture, mainly the transformation theme. Also it dawns on me just how much of the book is context sensitive on victorian society, but most adaptations tend to focus on other elements and leave the context alone, I've taken note of this for when I start working on my script
