I know I said I'm squeezed dry and I'm on semi-hiatus but like I wanna try something new...so here ya go: this week's event, narrated in a different way!
TRANSCRIPT
[LANA BEAU'S OPEN OFFICE, pictures 1,2,3,4]
[PENTHOUSE GARDEN, pictures 5,6,7]
PERCY: Ain't that a sight?
VALENTINA: Indeed.
LANA: I'm really sorry, sister. I'll do anything you want today. Do you need help with curating? Going painting? I'll pose for you. I'll even taste your cooking.
LENORA: You'll ruin what I've curated and Percy can taste test my dish later. Be a good sister and let me work in peace. You'll have this back soon if you stop talking.
LANA: Are you - er, I can help...!
LENORA: Why don't you get inside, sister? I'm sure you and Valentina have important things to do. Percy and I can do this.
[Percy chuckles; Lana walks away, dejected]
PERCY: Still mad at your sister?
LENORA: I...I think I am.
PERCY: Uh-huh.
LENORA: I...she is infuriating! She keeps meddling with me; kept complaining with the things I do. All I want is to be left alone! She does not even want to do these things with me!
PERCY: (As much as this amuses me, I gotta regulate her emotions...just in case...) Calm down, Nora. I know she's frustrating - I mean, fuck - I find her annoying as hell too. But can't you see? She's trying to make it up for you. Wanna cool down? Let's test this pandan something I saw on the internet.
LENORA: Alright... [sighing] You always know what to say, little one.

Letting off Steam
“I’ll be out for a bit! If y’all need me, give me a ring!” Percival shouted, making sure everyone else heard him loud and clear. He didn’t have to, though. They’re vampires, and their sense of hearing is enhanced – he just loves being obnoxious to Lana.
“Yes, yes. Move along, Percy,” Lady Lana dismissed him, paying him no mind as she worked on her computer.
Valentina appeared from her cousin’s open office. “Where are you headed, Percy? Sanguine? Aren’t you a little early?”
“I’m going to the gym. Boxing sparring,” he replied.
Valentina hummed as she watched him walk to their door. “…Of course.”
“I’ll be stopping by at Sanguine, though,” he gave her a grin.
“Be careful.”
And he’s gone through the door.
“Did you know that it was little Lilith Vatore that invited him to spar with her?”
“Oh?”
“Percy was skeptical about it – he told me that last night, when he helped me bake my last batch of cookies,” Lady Lenora explained. “He thought it was a trap, but I eased his worries. The Vatore won’t break our oath. He became enthusiastic about it, eventually. I reminded him to be careful, of course. Sparring between vampires can be deadly.”
“You’ve baked something, sister? Without me? Why didn’t you ask me for help?” Lana suddenly appeared, sounding hurt.
“Yes, my dear Lana. Have you forgotten Gertrude’s partnership with Mayor Feng’s Cookies for a Cause?”
Lana let out an exaggerated guffaw. “Of course not, Nora! Are you going for another batch? I’ll help you. Come, come. Come, sister.”
“You can help me wrap them in cellophane.”
“You’re finished already?” the youngest Beau sister whined. “But I wanted to help you!”
“You will help me,” Lenora ignored her whining. “We’re packing them up.”
Let’s hope this works for him to control his frustrations.
“Percy boy!!! And here I thought you don’t wanna box with me!”
“Pfft.”
Percy quickly changed clothes. He jumped on the ring, making sure the boxing gloves were strapped tight. Lilith nodded at him, her own gloved hands bumping each other, before taking her stance.
“Terms?”
“If I win, you’ll let me fuck someone in the club closet. I lose, I’ll help y’all clean up after closing.”
“Deal.”
“Really?” Lilith panted, “Right on the face?”
“Don’t fret,” Percy chuckled, trying to catch his breath, “your pretty face is healing up already.”
She let out a breathy laugh.
“Did you go easy on me?” he asked, leaving the ring.
“Perhaps,” Lilith caught her breath and closed her eyes. “Whatever. You won. You get the closet all to yourself…and to whoever the lucky person is for tonight.”
She stood upright, before leaving the boxing ring, “My brother lost a bet so he’s the designated janitor for tonight. That’s why I purposely lost, Percy boy. Don’t soil the closet too much, yeah?”
“See you later tonight,” said Lilith. “Going straight to the club?”
“Gotta savor my victory. Next time we spar, don’t hold back.”
“You’re on.”
Percy downed the drink that Lilith made for him. He scanned around the club: in front of Caleb’s bar, he saw Vladislaus Straud talking with Lana Beau.
I didn’t know she’d be here. He chuckled to himself. I know damn well she’s shaking on her seat – she’d rather spend the night in a luxury lounge than be here.
There’s also this red haired vampire girl sitting by Caleb’s bar. She’s quite new, not only in the club, but being a vampire as well. He’d hook up with her if he could, but he doesn’t want to get involved with another vampire. He prefers mortals, he gets the thrill from it. He looked towards the dancefloor, where Helen Straud was playing her mix. There was this blonde girl, dressed in red, with stockings, and with a pretty black heels with pretty black bows. She danced the night away, her hips swaying to the beat.
Percy stifled a groan. He’s so pent up. He slid a bill to the counter, nodding to Lilith. She retrieves it, paying him no mind. She knows he’s up to no good, but they had a deal.
“Something tells me you’re up to no good, miss.”
“Oh, is it now?” The lady practically purred. “And what is a pretty man doing here?”
“You know…” his voiced lowered, looking at her matte painted lips. “Looking for fun. Something to relieve the stress…”
She bit her lip. “My, my…I’m here to relieve some stress too…”
When Percy let go of Jenna (he learned her name after their tryst in Sanguine’s janitor closet that he’s sure to forget), he couldn’t help but frown when she greeted the person who was just about to enter their home. It was Lavender Lee – the girl he saw on Gertrude’s opening night. (Of course, that name won’t be forgotten; she’s too cute).
“Hi Leeeee!!!” Jenna drunkenly giggled.
He could see the way her face twisted, and he could see how she tried to school it. “Hello, Jenna. Your boyfriend?”
I am not. He tried not to hiss.
Jenna snorted. “No, nooooo! Just someone I spent the night with.” She purred.
Percy’s cold heart constricted when he saw how Lavender looked away at them. (Why?) He tried chuckling with Jenna, who nuzzled him to death.
“Well, I hope you had a great night,” Lavender said. “See you later?”
“Okayyyy! Oh, are you still leaving for tomorrow?”
Lavender nodded, fiddling with the doorknob. He could see how she missed the keyhole at least twice, with her hands shaking.
“Okieeee!!! I’ll drive your clients away while you’re on your trip!!!”
Lavender only nodded again, before unlocking her door. She left them outside.
Percy quickly gave Jenna a kiss (that he’s starting to dislike) – it was a rushed one, but was still quite the kiss, as Jenna almost melted.
“Alright, lady, get inside,” Percy gently pushes her inside, gently if not urgently.
Jenna giggled, again, “Mmmhmm, see you around, pretty boy.”
As soon as Jenna had entered her home and closed her door, Percy rushed. He knocked on Lavender’s door, ignoring the doorbell so Jenna wouldn’t hear.
Lavender opened her door.
“Pretty girl, there you are.”
She groaned. Cute. He thought.
“The guy from Gertrude’s, am I right?”
“Damn right you are, darling,” he smirked.
“Fancy seeing you around here then,” she replied, and he didn’t miss the way her heart quickened its pace.
“You live here?”
“Obviously?”
He smiled.
They stood there for a moment. She cleared her throat. “Do you need something?”
“You’re going for a trip?”
“Uh-huh…?”
He nodded. Then he turned on his heel, “It’s nice seeing you again. Enjoy your trip.”
Cute. Really cute.
Inspired from this ask.

TRANSCRIPT
[LENORA BEAU'S BALCONY]
DEATH: Have you learned anything? LENORA: I learned that you are a fond of a flower named after you. Death flower: its name. DEATH: What does that have to do with ambrosia? LENORA: It is one of the ingredients. DEATH: I see. Hmm. You don't seem interested. Are you not curious why my favorite flower is an important ingredient of this ambrosia? LENORA: Do you know? DEATH: ...no. DEATH: I heard from the shadows, that your are cross with your sister. LENORA: Hm... DEATH: Are you afraid of her learning about this investigation? LENORA: Why would I be afraid? DEATH: You don't know now, yet your mind does. Forgive your sister; he won't like your seeing this way. LENORA: He? What do you mean by... DEATH vanished.
[DINING ROOM]
LANA: Good morning, Nora. Do you mind if I join you? LENORA: ...sit with me. LANA sat down. She took a moment before taking a bite from the pancake. Soon, she finished her plate. LANA: This is delicious, sister! It's soft like a skin of a babe! LENORA: Mhm. Would you like some more? PERCY was about to join LENORA for their breakfast, but he stopped in his tracks. He watched both sisters, humming in amusement. PERCY: Guess I won't have breakfast today.

A Brush with Death
Lady Lenora found an interesting thing in their mailbox. Ambrosia Society Newsletter. Ambrosia. It sounds familiar to her. In fact, she saw the word written a few times in her old journals that she started to read when not doing her curator work.
Along with the newsletter was a gardening book. She gathered their remaining mail, quietly dropped them on her sister’s desk, before taking a seat on her favorite armchair. She found it boring, as if she knew gardening already, but she continued to still flip through it.
Closing it, she read the newsletter.
Ambrosia. Food for the gods and the dead. Learn how to make one for you or your loved ones! This is the first lootbox for this season, read the book well! It’s not easy getting the right ingredients so the lootboxes will guide you! Thank you for subscribing to the Ambrosia Society Newsletter.
“I have never subscribed to this newsletter,” Lenora mumbled.
This ambrosia though, she thought, this sounds familiar.
Lenora went back to her sister’s office. Lady Lana immediately paused her work when she saw her sitting down. Smiling, she said, “Hello, Nora.”
“Lana,” Lenora says, “Do you know what an ambrosia is?”
She noticed how Lana’s face slightly dropped, before schooling her face. With an arched eyebrow and a smile, Lana said, “Why are you asking about ambrosia? What is that for? Do you still feel pain? Shall I call Vladislaus?”
Lenora smiled a little, shaking her head. “No, sister. I was just curious. I’ve seen it from my old books.”
“Well, do be careful. You must tell me if you’re hurting.”
She went upstairs. Truth be told, she doesn’t know why she’s curious about this thing. She could’ve just sought the answers in her old journals, but the thing is, they’re missing important pages. Either Lana ripped them, or she did it herself.
Lenora knocked before entering Percival’s room. He took a quick glance to Lenora before hitting one last hit against his punching bag.
“What’s up?”
“Do you know what an ambrosia is?” Nora asked.
He raised his brow then chuckled. “What the fuck is an ambrosia??”
Lenora sighed.
Percy cleared his throat. “Sorry. No idea. Maybe Val knows?”
She nodded. “Carry on, little Percy.”
He shrugged, before returning to his fighting stance.
Lenora knocked on the door beside Percy’s room.
“Come in!”
Valentina sat in front of her computer. She quickly typed something before looking at her visitor. “Lenora.”
“Cousin.” Lenora nodded.
“Is something the matter? Were you having trouble again with that broker? We can give his item back – I know someone who has another collection of the jewelry for your client.” Valentina was about to start typing again when Lenora shook her head and gently held her shoulder.
“I took care of that. The broker won’t open his mouth again,” Lenora smiled. “Do you know what an ambrosia is?”
“I do know it, why?”
Lenora raised her gaze through Valentina’s windows. “I saw it in my old notes. It seems important. I want to investigate why.”
Valentina thought for a moment. “I heard it is food for the dead; mortals seek it – to avoid Death. I don’t know…it’s not something we should take lightly. The mages and the spellcasters forbade its use in our time. I remember those two people, who called themselves the Seekers, punishing those who abuse the use of ambrosia.”
“I see…”
“Are you going…”
“Of course not, cousin,” Lenora smiled. “Thank you.”
Returning to her room, Lenora sat on her bed. She wanted to burn her old journal – why keep it if it’s going to be useless?
Perhaps she could search for it through her phone? Would there be any information for something forbidden? Lenora thought, this wouldn’t be easy –
Ah, the wonders of the internet. Apparently, it’s not forbidden there.
“It can bring a loved one back to life,” Lenora read. She hummed.
From her old belongings, Lenora found her séance table and a gramophone. Percy helped her get it inside her room. She wanted it to put it on auction, but her withered gut tells her not to, especially the gramophone. She knows it’s no ordinary gramophone.
“Hmm…I think it goes like this…”
Lenora found herself reciting a poem. She blinked. What was that poem? She doesn’t even remember that she knows that poem!
Her senses picked up something from behind her. A shadow. It felt familiar.
“I know you. You wanted to meet your death once,” the shadow says.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about. I also don’t recall that poem I’ve recited. I assume that was to summon you, Death?”
“Hmm,” Death’s grim voice reverberated. “You are in search of ambrosia. Neither of us no longer remember what it is, but I know that it throws the living and the dead off balance. Continue investigating. I shall come back.”
Death vanished.
She took a moment to stare at the empty space Death had left, before returning her gaze to the séance table.
Would the spirits know what ambrosia is?
Lenora had surprised herself again when she learned she knew how to do séance. She mumbled chants. The lights flickered. A fire the color of teal burst above the table. It burned floating. Then, it formed a ring, like a halo.
The spirits whispered to her.
Ambrosia? Will you share? Yes? Listen well, this is what you need…
When the spirits were gone, Lenora sat for a moment. She brought out her phone and ordered some flower seeds.
The next day, Lenora brought in the empty planters they had in her room. There, she planted a lily and a snapdragon.
This must be why a person must be skilled in gardening to make ambrosia. Lenora thought.

The Dollmaker - (Short AU)
He was careful when he assembled her parts; careful carving her sensitive and miniscule areas, molding it into shape, digging his fingers to make crevices, almost intimately, and patting it gently, as if reassuring it. He was gently when he popped each limb in its sockets.
He made sure it was accurate–he wanted her to be the best –the most beautiful. He bought her a sparkly dress, a pair of lacy socks, and pointe shoes. He bought her pearls, and he fashioned a corsage with a flower that will never wither, just for her.
He painted her face; added humanly details. Her eyelids–painted shimmering pink, glittering when the rays of the light hit it. Cheeks were rosy, lips were glossy.
And then, with his own magic, he breathed life to her.
She wobbled; he caught her. He let out a chuckle. She moved her mouth, trying to mimic him, but there was no sound. So, he kissed her.
With the kiss, she gained her voice. Her voice, small, let out a soft noise. He looked at her dearly.
“Shall we test your limbs?”
She hummed.
They danced.
“Aren’t you a pretty doll?”
Indeed, she is.
A pretty doll pliant under the hands of her maker.

Was Death an Old Friend?
A week later, Lady Lenora patiently (and excitedly, in her own way, given with her demeanor) for the next newsletter of Ambrosia Society. She took care of her plants, just as the guide the newsletter had told her. Now, her lily and snapdragon were ready to be clipped.
Lenora nodded at the letter, excited to see what this would be the contents for this week. She went to the living room and gave Percival a greeting.
“Hello, little Percy,” Lenora nodded at him.
“Hey,” he greeted back without looking away from his book.
The newsletter read,
For this week, we give you another volume of these books. You must have grown the preliminary plants now, so now we will guide you which plants to grow next! We also added a guide for the next goal. For this week, you must learn how to fish. You must learn how to catch one, especially an angelfish! Continue practicing cooking and experimenting dishes – you’ll need it! Brush those skills up! Thank you for subscribing to the Ambrosia Society Newsletter.
She opened the cookbook that was included in the package. It wasn’t much, since she knew how to cook already, so Lenora only scanned the pages.
“Do you have plans for today?” she asked.
Percy put down his book, “No…why?”
“Do you want to go fishing?”
He blinked. “Don’t you want to do it with your sister?”
“Her whining aggravates me sometimes,” Lenora sighed. And you won’t ask why I’m doing such things…
Percy let out a laugh. “Good point. Alright, I’m in. I’ll go find us some rods.”
Lenora nodded. “I’ll wait for you at the lobby. I just need to take some cuttings…Will you inform Valentina?”
“Sure.”
Lenora quickly went back to her room to take some cuttings of her lily and snapdragon. Meanwhile, Valentina had returned inside, who finished harvesting their plasma fruits.
“Hey, Val. Nora and I will go out for a bit,” Percy said. “We’re going fishing.”
“Alright…” Valentina said, “I’ll go tell Lana.”
“What’s wrong?” he asked, tilting his head a bit.
“I’m just surprised she finds joy with doing these things,” Valentina said, crossing her arms. “It’s…uncharacteristic.”
“But didn’t you say it’s best to keep her this way, instead of letting her remember her old self?” Percy raised a brow.
Valentina sighed, “Yes. I’m just surprised. Go ahead, I’ll keep her sister busy.”
“Aye, aye.”
“What’s this for?” Percy asked as he caught his first fish of that afternoon. “Trying out a new recipe?”
Lenora replied, throwing her line, “Yes.”
“And will I get to try this new recipe first?”
“Yes.”
And with that, Percy focused.
Later, when they caught at least two angelfishes, Lenora placed down her rod. The sky was darkening, the afternoon sky painted with blue.
“Great job, Percy,” Lenora gave him a small smile. “I think that’s enough. Let’s go home.”
“What is that for?” Lady Lana asked. “Why are we building garbage in my penthouse?”
“This garbage, Lady,” Percy said, flattening the soil on the grow bed, “Was asked by Nora.”
“She’s planting trees,” Valentina said. “You know your sister; she loves plants. Her bedchamber was wrapped with her flowering plants.”
“Oh, goodness,” Lana shook her head, “Don’t tell me she buried her room with flowers again.”
“Don’t worry,” Percy stood, clapping the dirt out of his hands. “That’s why I’m here – I’m keeping her mind off of it.”
The guide said to practice cooking, and even though Lenora knew by heart hundreds of recipes that she doesn’t have to follow that, she still cooked something. So, they won’t ask me why I went fishing, Lenora convinced herself.
Percival waited patiently. Lenora knew he never really digest the food she cooks; after all, almost all vampires have withered stomachs. Some would only eat it just for the taste, for pretenses. She remembered, giving her peers a piece of her cooking –
She remembered giving her peers a piece of her cooking.
Lenora paused for a moment, the fish slid off her turner and into a big dish plate. What an odd memory.
“Well, how does it taste?” Lenora asked as she gave him a serving into a separate plate. She placed it down in front of him.
“Like the soft skin of a mortal, melting when I sink my teeth in,” Percival hummed.
Later that night, Lenora felt compelled to summon Death once again. She recited the poem, and the room was swallowed by shadows, before clearing up.
“Vampire,” Death said, his voice in her ears and around the room. “Have you found out what the ambrosia is?”
“Nothing at the moment, Death.”
“Then this is useless. Why summon me now? I told you I will return once you’ve learned enough.” His voice rumbled, wrapping around the room, as if he is the bedroom. Lenora hoped her family didn’t hear it.
“I thought you remember it. I thought…” she blinked, looking down. “I thought you remembered anything. Not just the ambrosia.”
Death sighed. His booming rumbling voice lessened into a softer tone. It felt like a whisper. He thought for a moment.
“I do not remember much, but there is one memory of you that had returned to me. I remember you mourning over your husband.”
Lenora slowly returned her attention to him. “My…husband?”
Death said nothing. Huffing, he said, “I’ve said too much. I shall take my leave.”
He brought out his scythe and was about to cast himself into the shadows when he paused. “If you…remember anything, do not hesitate to call me, Lenora.”
He disappeared.
Lenora racked her brain for anything. She thought hard. Who is this husband? Was she married just like her older sister? Why? Why is the husband dead? Was he a mortal? Why mourn? Why?
“Thank you for making this for me, little one,” Lenora said, burying the apple beneath the soil.
“No problem,” Percy replied. “Are these your own cherry and apple supply?”
Lenora chuckled softly. “Perhaps.”
“Good for ya,” Percy stood up. “That means this’ll lessen my grocery errands.”
“Good for you,” Lenora smiled as he helped her up.

Sisterly Quarrel
Lady Lenora never hibernated; she stayed up the whole night reading The Green Lady’s Tome.
Among the anecdotes found in the book, there was an entry about Ambrosia. Lenora hummed. She decided to bathe first before preparing for this week’s task.
Later that morning, Lenora made French toast, with the syrup made from the plasma fruit they have.
“Nora!” Percival came in the kitchen, “I finished tending to the trees – is that for me?!”
Lenora let out a chuckle. “Yes, little one.”
“How is it, Percy?” Lenora asked once they sat down. It’s always like this, she and Percival would sit down for “breakfast”. Lady Lana and Valentina once participated in this routine the two had, but since they had withered stomachs, they stopped. They just let them be.
“Tastes like the blood of my last hook up,” Percy chuckled.
Lenora hissed lowly, “What did I tell you about biting while doing sexual activities?”
Percy waved his hand, never feeling afraid of Lenora’s hiss. He knew it was just a warning, not a threat. “Relax, I kept her mouth covered!”
“Good grief.”
When the mail came in, Lenora read it while walking to their kitchen.
It says,
Another week, another newsletter! This week, it’s time to catch the first ingredient, an Angelfish! Ambrosia is a gourmet dish, so it’s time to brush up that skill! Make sure your garden is blossoming, Ambrosia requires a Death flower, so for this week, you will also need to graft an orchid and pomegranate plant. Thank you for subscribing to the Ambrosia Society Newsletter.
“Angelfish?” Lenora smiled, “I have that already.”
But when Lenora opened their freezer, there was no angelfish on sight. Lana…Lenora frowned.
While Valentina and Lana were discussing business, Lenora pulled Percy outside.
“I know you have a contact with the Straud’s agent witch, can you ask her a favor? I’ll give anything she might want; tell her to go to the Caster’s Alley and see if she could buy an angelfish,” Lenora said, her brows almost pinching.
“Why? I thought we caught those already?” Percy asked, confused.
“My sister, I assume,” Lenora almost hissed, “had thrown those out. Follow my instructions. I’ll tell them we’ll go out fishing, once we’re out of Fashion District, you give the witch a visit, and meet me at the meadows.”
Percy nodded, “Got it.”
Percy rang the bell, waited, pressed the doorbell again, waited, then banged on the door.
“WHAT DO YOU – O-Oh,” Lavender Lee took a step back. “It’s you. Percival Asvang.”
“Glad you still remember me, pretty doll! How was your trip? Did you have fun?” Percy beamed at her.
“It was quite an experience. Is there something you need?” Lavender asked, trying to feel for her doorknob.
Percy noticed this and cornered her to the railing. “Relax, doll. I just need to ask a favor. As much as I want to stay here and get to know you better, I got pressing…matters. You’re a spellcaster right?”
“How do you – ”
“Doesn’t matter! So, I know you guys have a realm, and Nora, err, my cousin, wants to get an angelfish. She says you can get them easily in some…alley there. Can you do that for me, doll? As a favor? Whatever you want, I can give you. Even a kiss.” Percy winked.
“W-Woah there, Mr. Asvang,” Lavender awkwardly chuckled. “Do you only need an angelfish?”
Percy nodded.
“Okay, I’ll get it – ”
“Great!” Percy grinned. He whipped out his phone, motioning her to give hers. She did, and he typed his number. “Text me or call me. Or if you’re able to, meet me at San Myshuno Meadows.”
Lavender nodded, taking back her phone. Percy pats her head, “See ya ‘round, doll.”
And he left, with a confused and abashed Lavender.
Luckily for the two of them, Lenora immediately caught one, so they were able to return home early. She hid the angelfish below the numerous plasma packs and frozen plasma extracts in their freezer, mentally taking notes to talk to her sister later.
Percy sat on the barstool reading a text from Lavender. “Lavender says she wasn’t able to buy one.”
“That’s okay,” Lenora said as she prepared a gourmet dish. “Please relay my gratitude. Tell her if she needs anything, she need only to ask me.”
Percy hummed, typing on his phone.
Lana hummed as she started her nightly skincare routine. Honestly, if you ask Lenora, it’s just sticking a face mask soaked in plasma fruit essence. She doesn’t know why her sister had to do this thing, given that they’re beautiful already – they’re the beautiful, enchanting Beau sisters for Watcher’s sake!
That’s not why Lenora is here, however…
“Sister!” Lana turned to her smiling. She approached her. “Are you finally thinking of trying the face mask?”
“No,” Lenora watched her. She frowned. Hissing, “Why did you throw the fish Percy and I caught a week ago?”
Her sister was taken aback with her demeanor. “But Nora, it’s just fish. You look angry. Are you angry? At me?”
Nora rubbed her temple. “Lana, I never stick my nose to your business, why must you be to me? You encourage me to do things that I want, so I agreed to be your curator for Gertrude’s; I cook, and you don’t try it, but did I complain? Even if I do want you to try them? I try to keep planting at minimum because I know that you’ll give me an earful. I picked up fishing and you complain, and that activity doesn’t even involve this house!”
“I…” Lana looked away. “I didn’t even know…It smells unpleasant, okay? I was thinking it’d affect the plasma packs so, I threw it away. We can get it again; we can arrange a fishing tri – ”
Lenora groaned, “You’re complaining again, Lana. Forget this, I’m retiring to my room!”
At least it wasn’t because her sister was starting to suspect her activities…
Lenora sighed. This is the first time she’d felt full and trembling with emotions. She felt angry, she felt crossed, mad, she felt like she wanted to drag her sister and throw her against that skyscraper. She shook her head.
Maybe hibernation would do her good tonight.

House Beau-Asvang
From left to right: Valentina Asvang, Percival Asvang, Lady Lenora Beau, Lady Lana Beau
A noble house with a long history of feuding cousins (mostly from the Beau side). Now, they are together, living in the modern world, finding pleasure from running multiple businesses, under the watchful gaze of their Overlord. Their territory is the Fashion District in San Myshuno, that extends to Arts Quarter. Though Lady Lana hates calling herself the guardian of the city mortals, she still does her duty in protecting their territories, making sure that no trouble stirs – both from mortals and the occult.
Pose: Quadruplicate by @simmireen | Alternate pictures and notes below the cut.
For this poster, I wanted to show that the Beau-Asvangs are "modernized". Like, modern rich rich vampire folks that tries to blend in with the rich rich mortal folks. The posepack is so perfect, because this exudes piercing gazes of these people, something that tells, "I am above you, and you are beneath me". They watch over San Myshuno this way, with Val's half-dominating, half-curious look, with Percy's "I'm better than you" stare, with Lenora's cold and aloof gaze, and with Lana's stern glower.

List 5 facts about a favorite sim of yours, and send this to 10 simblrs whose sims you adore 💙💙
Thank you for the ask, Joy!
Percival Asvang
1) Percy is a descendant of Rufus Asvang, Valentina's younger brother.
2) From the fact above, Percy resembles Rufus. Perhaps a copy. But no, Percival is not a reincarnation of him, especially when it comes to character.
3) He had four sisters (all vampires, of course), who was killed by The Strauds (which includes Caleb and Lilith), as they were a threat. He escaped because they underestimated him, thinking that he was "weak". He was, in fact, not, because in Asvang blood, someone will always evolve in terms of power.
4) He was supposed to be a sacrifice for Lenora Beau's reawakening. Fortunately, there was another way, and he was spared, even from Helen's revenge (albeit she went almost insane before they were forced to wipe her memory).
5) His work is the security supervisor for Gertrude's San Myshuno. His other work, however, involves doing dirty jobs. With the San Myshuno vampires striking a deal with Lily Feng, he does this job together with Caleb, Lilith, and Helen. By dirty job, it means they're cleaning the streets, and by cleaning, it means they kill when necessary if Lily Feng deems someone is dangerous to her, to her husband (the Mayor), and the city.
Thank you for the ask! I hope this answers your questions on him!
