Shinwon and you hadn’t been dating for long yet, just a few weeks. You hadn’t stayed over often either, it was probably the third or fourth time that you woke up in his bed, his limbs loosely thrown over your body.

It was comfortable though, you liked the way he was so casually affectionate with you. But something still felt a little off and you soon had an inkling what it was.

Shinwon was still asleep, groaning unhappily when you peeled yourself out of his hold, but not waking up.

You sneaked into his bathroom where your inkling proved true. You’d gotten your period. Since it hadn’t been supposed to come until next week you hadn’t been prepared at all, leaving your pants in an utter mess.

It was a pity since you weren’t sure if it would wash out. But what was even worse— if your pants looked like this, what did Shinwon’s sheets look like?

You tiptoed back into the bedroom and carefully lifted the blanket to check.

To your dismay there was a bright red spot on his otherwise snow white sheets. There was no way you could get rid of this without waking him up.

Obviously there shouldn’t be anything shameful about getting your period and things like this too could happen. But you still felt embarrassed and terribly guilty for ruining his sheets. Since things were so new between the two of you, the topic of periods hadn’t really come up yet either so you weren’t sure how comfortable he was with all of that.

While you just stared at the spot in helpless panic, Shinwon blinked his eyes open.

“What’s wrong?” He asked, his voice drowsy from sleeping.

“Uhm,” you started but the moment you did you already felt tears well up in your eyes. 

Shinwon was fully awake then, sitting up with a worried frown on his face. “What’s wrong?” He asked again, a little more firmly this time.

Unable to find a proper answer you just motioned at the spot on his sheets. “I’m really sorry.”

He followed your gesture with his eyes and then looked back up at you, a little confused. “Are you okay? What happened?”

“I got my period,” you pressed out.

A small smile appeared on his face. “So it’s just that?”

You nodded. “I'm sorry."

"It's okay."

"I’ll wash your sheets!”

“No, no, don’t worry, I’ll take care of it. My washing machine tends to be very moody, you know. She doesn’t take to strangers well.” He grinned and it made his dimple show. “Anything else that needs to be washed?”

“My pants... but I can just wash them at home!”

“Y/n, if I’m already doing laundry anyway I might as well just wash them too.”

“Are you sure?”

“You know me." Shinwon winked playfully. "I don’t tell lies.”

You nodded hesitantly, your fingers nervously fumbling with the hem of your shirt. “Okay. I’m sorry.”

“Don't be sorry. Thank you is just fine.”

“Sorry. Thank you.”

He smiled. “That’s better.”

With a cheerful hum Shinwon got himself out of bed and handed you a fresh pair of sweatpants to change into. You didn’t want to take them, afraid to accidentally ruin them too but he insisted and since you’d stayed over rather spontaneously it wasn’t like you had a bunch of other options.

So, after asking at least two or three times if he was really sure, you took the pants from him, washed up and changed, while he stripped the bed sheets.

After a while he carefully knocked on the bathroom door, asking for the pants which you handed to him, not without a good amount of embarrassment. 

Despite his reassurance and the way he treated all of this so casually, you felt terribly guilty.

In order to make up for it you decided to start making breakfast for the both of you while he was still busy with the laundry.

Sadly you didn’t get far with your preparation because the moment you tried to take out two glasses from the cupboard your hand slipped. With a loud clash one of the glasses hit the kitchen floor, breaking into pieces that scattered on the tiles.

For a long second you just stared at the glistening shards on the floor. As if you hadn’t already caused enough trouble. Not only did you ruin his sheets, now you broke one of his glasses too.

You knew you had to at least clean up behind you, but the moment you crouched down, you just couldn’t hold back your tears anymore. You felt like the biggest nuisance. How could Shinwon want to be with you after this, how could he not be annoyed with you?

Your vision blurry with tears you reached out to pick up the shards closest to your bare feet.

“Are you okay?” Shinwon’s rushed voice suddenly caught your attention. When you looked up to see him standing in the doorway, a worried frown on his face you couldn’t help the sob that escaped your throat.

When you didn’t reply his voice grew a little softer. “What are you doing?”

“I’m sorry,” you croaked out. 

“It’s okay. Are you hurt?”

You shook your head, before going back to the shards in front of you, your vision still blurry.

“I’m really sorry.”

“Y/n, don’t worry. It was an accident, you don’t have to apologize.”

“But I broke your glass.” Another sob slipped past your lips. “I’m such a nuisance, I’m so sorry.”

Shinwon stepped closer then, crouching down in front of you. “Y/n, why do you keep apologizing? It’s okay.” He almost sounded pouty.

“But—”

Shinwon shook his head. “Mmh-mh, no buts,” he scolded but there was no bite to it. Instead he looked at you with a small smile. “It’s fine already. No more saying sorry, okay?”

“But—,” you started again.

“Come on, I said it’s fine. No more buts.”

“I just—” You still fumbled with the shards in your hands, wincing when you accidentally pressed down a little too hard on the sharp edges.

“Y/n,” he gently took your hands and pried them open, making you drop the little glass pieces. “I promise it’s not that bad. I’m not angry. You don’t have to be sorry. Just let me take care of this, okay?”

You reluctantly nodded and let him sit you on the kitchen counter, while he got out a dustpan and brush and quickly got rid of the mess you’d made on his kitchen floor.

You watched in silence, only interrupted from time to time by a small sniff.

After he was done, he turned around to you with a wide smile. “See? Already taken care of.”

Heyy! Good to see you’re requesting again!! Sorry for taking so long to write this 🙏🏼🤧 I actually have no idea what’s the name of that but I perfectly know what you mean 🤣🤣 Here you have it and I hope it was more or less what you imagined ❤❤

The boys have been waiting this day to come for the past four years. Working nonstop in their comebacks and music made them deserve nothing else but holidays in which they could relax and take a rest from idol life. Even though that was what it was supposed to happen, they found out you would be going with them for filming a reality show. And there you were, in the middle of a forest with nine boys and carrying tons of bags.

You had to admit that you all enjoyed it more than you expected. Out of the professional relationship you had with the boys, you considered them close friends and so they did. Especially Shinwon who would always come to you whenever he had something good or bad crossing his mind. For him, you were someone he could rely on a lot and even though you were a year younger than him, he always admired your maturity and the way you always had the right words for him to cheer up. Little did you know the crush he developed on you for the past year.

The cameras were finally off and you all enjoying a delicious dinner. It was a beautiful night. Stars twinkling above your heads creating a beautiful image that seemed to be out of a fairytale, the sound of the crickets in the background making you feel the nature surrounding you and some fireflies coming over from time to time making the scenery even more magic. 

For a moment you were left alone with Shinwon. You had no idea why but you started to feel nervous with his presence. Of course you have been with him alone other times but this time there was something different. The way he looked down at you as you both shared a can of soda and as you stared at the beautiful sky was pretty different from the way he used to look at you in other situations. “Apparently all our friends have a bet going about when we'll end up together.” He suddenly said looking back at the sky, too shy to look at you and too scared about what your reaction would be. You were shocked and you felt how your cheeks started to heat up at his sudden comment. You didn’t know what to say. Of course you liked him back but you never imagined he would have such feelings for someone like you. You always expected him to end up dating another idol in case he got the chance instead of dating a normal girl that worked for his company. “And actually… if I was the one deciding… They would win the bet.” He said shyly. “I never knew what I felt for you was love because you were always so caring and nice to me but when I asked Jinho hyung about my feelings he said it was love... “ He added. You were still shocked and had no idea of what to say or do. “Move away if you don’t want this kiss.” He said turning to face you and leaning in to kiss your cheek. You stayed there frozen like a statue. “I didn’t expect you to stay still.” He said blushing hard after softly kissing your cheek. Both of you were a blushing mess by the time and without even noticing you were holding each other’s hand as you stared at the sky. You had to admit it was an unexpected love but it was the best thing that would happen during those little Forest holidays.

“[9:10am] Slowly opening your eyes, you see Shinwon looking at you. “What?” You ask, your voice thick with sleep. “I must have done something great in my past life to deserve you.”

You slowly drift into consciousness due to a light tingly feeling travelling along your arm. Your eyes opening slightly only for them to instantaneously close caused by the deep urban orange encasing the room. You blink a few times as your eyes grow accustomed to the bright light seeping through the rather large gap of your curtains before you look up to see the red numbers displayed on your clock that read 9:10 in the morning.

Feeling the same fluttering feeling along your arm, you shift in your spot to face the opposite direction, a strong bare chest meeting your eyes. You turn your head to look up, noticing Shinwon already looking down at you. 

“Now if that isn’t creepy then I don’t know what is?” you let slip past your lips groggily, your voice still visibly laced with sleep. Rather than receiving a response in the form of words, Shinwon instead lifts his hand from your arm and tucks a strand of your hair behind your ear, a complacent expression evident on his features. “What?”

“I’m just wondering if I’m still dreaming.” He gently brushes his fingers across your cheeks as a pink tinge sets into place, a small smile lining his lips at your reaction.

“It’s a little early for me to deal with such cheesiness.” A small giggle passes your lips as he lets out a deep sigh.

“Why won’t you let me have this moment?” He lets out another sigh as his tone drips in annoyance. He rolls onto his back, bringing his hand to ruffle through his dishevelled locks. “I can’t even shower you in flattery without you ruining the moment.”

You place your hands onto his chest, pushing against him so that you’re now hovering over him. You lean down so that your lips gently touch the shell of his ear as your warm breath lightly fanning it, noticing him shiver beneath you.

“Mission accomplished then.” A proper laugh leaving your as he looks into your eyes in disbelief. Suddenly you feel his hand travel under your shirt and along your back, tracing his way up to the middle of your shoulders. This action causes you to squirm beneath his light tough.

“Hey, you know how sensitive my back is.” You exclaim in a low tone, only for him to repeat his action as a devilish smirk makes its way onto his lips. “I hate you.” You overexaggerated while you hit his chest in a weak slap as a laugh escapes your mouth.

“What did I do to deserve this treatment?” Shinwon question aloud, his words feigning hurt which causes him to receive another smack in return, only this time a little harder.

“Obviously something great.”

“Oh yeah, definitely.” He nodded as he tangles his hand with your hair at the back of your neck, pulling you down and connecting your lips in a soft kiss.

Shinwon grins at you as Hongseok lifts you up wrapping your leg around his waist. A hand moving your hair from your face and neck, Shinwon's lips press to your ear before he looks to Hongseok as he speaks. "You are being so good for us baby. Relax...I'll help you. You can take him." You whine feeling Shinwon's fingers slide along your folds parting them before he slides two fingers into you slowly.

Hongseok smirks at Shinwon before meeting your eyes as he lines himself up at your entrance as Shinwon slides his fingers out only to run them along Hongseok's length spreading your wetness over the older man making him groan. "Go slow Hyung...don't break our tiny baby."

A ⇴ AFFECTION

Whenever he’s walking around without his shirt on, Shinwon will make an extra effort to be affectionate towards you and remind you how good his body is. He loves making you blush by squeezing you tight against his bare chest.

B ⇴ BEFORE DATING

You were working as a photographer for one of Pentagon’s shoots when you first met Shinwon. Of course, as the visual, you’d been told to put an extra focus on him, directing him meticulously so the photos were perfect. It was fair to say, when the boys looked over the magazine, they were more than pleased with your work.

C ⇴ CONFESSION

The members loved your work so much, that they asked their management specifically to have you work on their next album shoot too. This time around, Shinwon was determined not to be so quiet, and at the end of the shoot when you were packing away your equipment, he crept over to you and finally introduced himself properly, letting you know that he’d had his eye on you for quite some time, enquiring if you were free that evening.

D ⇴ DATES

You’d never met a man as into shopping, and specifically clothes shopping, as much as Shinwon. He loved to head out with you and find new pieces to add to his wardrobe, although he was a little more reluctant to shop for you as well. You always ended up leaving with far too many bags, it was a struggle for both of you to even make it back to the car with how much you’d bought. Having someone enjoy your hobby as much as you did though was definitely something you appreciated about dating Shinwon.

E ⇴ EXPERIENCE

He’d been spotted before on rumoured dates and with female friends, and so Shinwon knew that he had to be careful when he was out with you to make sure that you were protected. More than anything else, he wants to keep you safe and be mindful of your own protection when the two of you go out, and so he’ll always make sure to check over his route before you go out anywhere. Having been seen before, he’s wary about if it happens again, not on your own terms, and what the fans may think.

F ⇴ FIGHTING

At times, Shinwon’s temper can certainly get the better of him, something that you’ve been on the receiving end of on more than one occasion. He’s often guilty of speaking before thinking and letting his frustrations out before realising what’s actually going on. When you feel as if he’s unfairly shouting at you, you won’t be afraid to stand up for yourself and yell back at him until one of you eventually backs down. With a bit of time, the two of you always work things out, but with how stubborn Shinwon can be, arguments never go away straight away, they always need a bit of time to be figured out.

G ⇴ GETTING TO KNOW HIS FAMILY

Every time he saw his family, he always showed them pictures of the things that the two of you got up to, so when you went to meet his family for the very first time, it felt as if they already knew almost every single thing there was to know about you, surprising you by just how much they actually knew thanks to Shinwon.

H ⇴ HOME

Moving you into his home was a slow build up for Shinwon. The last thing he wanted to do was move too quickly and risk messing things up, and so he cautiously suggested you stay over for a night, gradually working up until he felt like the two of you were ready to take the big step and hand over the keys.

I ⇴ “I LOVE YOU”

Shinwon is very open and honest about how he’s feeling, so when he was having a random ramble about anything that came to mind, he couldn’t stop himself before he was pouring out his feelings to you. The last thing you expected was for love to be mentioned, although, you couldn’t hide your smile when you realised what he’d said.

J ⇴ JEALOUSY

His temper could definitely end up getting in the way whenever Shinwon get jealous too, before he let things fizzle out of control, he’d always go over and stand incredibly closely into your side to deter anyone from overstepping any boundaries. You can only laugh at how protective he is of you, even if there are times when he doesn’t need to be. Even though you’ll know jealousy is most definitely the cause of it, Shinwon will always reject that suggestion, assuring you he just likes being by your side.

K ⇴ KIDS

Having a family is something that Shinwon definitely wants one day, but whilst his focus is on the group and music, he doesn’t tend to entertain too many conversations about it. He wants to live in the now and not fret too much about what may or may not happen later down the line. When kids feels like a bit more of a reality, then he’ll be much more open towards discussing having a family with you.

L ⇴ LAUGHTER

For all his hot-headed moments, Shinwon is also a huge prankster, forever winding you up by setting things up around the apartment that can make you jump or cause a mess that somehow you have to clean up. You’re very good at getting your own back on Shinwon though, he’s easily scared, which you love to use to your advantage, often hiding around the house and jumping out on him when he least expects it. Prank wars is very much a thing between the two of you, forever trying to outdo each other with who can scare the other one the most and who can end up creating the most mess as well.  

M ⇴ MISSING

Shinwon has a tendency to shrug off missing you whenever anyone ever asks how he’s feeling, especially when it comes to missing you. It’s hard on him, especially at meet and greets when so many of the fans want to compliment your relationship and tell him how sweet the two of you are. It’s then, when he misses the sweet moments with you, being able to hug you and tell you about his day without having to worry what time it is and whether you’ll be awake or tucked up in bed, not wanting to be disturbed. It’s hard on him, but he’ll always do his best to smile through the pain for the sake of everyone else.

You love to tease Shinwon by calling him a ‘diva.’ He hates it, and you really can get under his skin with the nickname, but even he can’t deny how apt it is sometimes, and how much of a diva he really can be.

He’s obsessed with your body, he often finds himself just staring at you in awe, but most of all he loves to hold you and find new sweet spots against your skin.

Whenever you’re in public, he’s always cautious of not making too big of a deal, but also not wanting there to be any distance between the two of you. Whilst he’s happy to make it known that the two of you are together, he’s not someone that will go too over the top, preferring to relax things and keep gestures subtle.

He’ll often ask for your opinion on various things, especially when it comes to outfits and things that he should take on tour or for shoots. Although he knows he looks good, he loves to hear it come from you as well.

Shinwon will always make sure to wear the bracelet that you bought for him in amongst all of his other ones whenever he’s away from home, and you. You can always spot it during any broadcast or fan cam, and although to everyone else that’s watching him it just seems as if it’s another bracelet, to you, you know the importance of it, and just how much it means to you to see him wearing it, thinking of you.

The mood is often a great determiner in how intimacy goes for the two of you, sometimes Shinwon will love to dominate and prove to you that he’s the man, other times he’ll be happy to let you be the dominate one, especially if he’s had a rough day. The two of you often find yourselves in the bedroom after an argument as well, Shinwon’s temper definitely calms itself down that way, and leaves you happy too.

By the time the Halloween dance has rolled around, you find yourself at an afterparty before you know it. Everyone who's important to you on campus is at that party, and you find yourself feeling incredibly at home despite the loud and chaotic atmosphere.

Despite being a little out of your senses, you can feel someone watching you the whole time. You think you might be going insane and don't realize that Shinwon is eyeing you up from afar constantly throughout the party. He's always within your vicinity, not too close for you to notice, but not too far to a point where he's out of reach.

When you reach the nearest bus stop, you're both out of breath.

Shinwon laughs, patting your head randomly.

When a bus pulls up, the two of you climb on and sit in the back. You rest your head on Shinwon's shoulder and smile as you feel him tense up. Then you tense up when you feel him sliding an earbud into your ear.

You spend the whole bus ride staring out of the window, squinting to see the city lights past your own reflections while listening to The 1975 on shuffle. If you get bored of that, you just watch Shinwon mouth the lyrics to each song word for word for a while. It's very amusing how well he knows each song, and how he nods his head and taps his fingers to the beat.

"This is the last stop!" the driver eventually yells.

When you climb off, you're in the middle of nowhere. There's nothing but grass fields in seemingly every direction, although it's hard to see in the dark. You start to grow worried until Shinwon grabs your hand this time and runs with you into the grass, slowing to a walk as he seemingly tries to find a place to sit.

"It seems okay here!" he says, pointing down and laying in the grass.

"Look at the stars!" he says, with a gasp.

When you go to lay down, he extends out his arm for you to use as a pillow, smiling when he feels the weight of your head on his arm.

"Wow... they're so bright."

Still listening to the 1975, the two of you stargaze silently until Shinwon speaks up after a song ends. Well, he doesn't speak up. He shouts.

"[y/n]! I like you!" he yells into the open field.

"What?!" you respond, laughing nervously without meaning to.

"If you don't feel the same then nevermind," Shinwon says, acting confident.

You sit up, accidentally removing the earbud from your ear.

"Shinwon..."

"I'm not joking, if that's what you're going to ask. I kind of just suddenly wanted to runaway with you at that party. Well, it's been a while. When we work together in the library, and just whenever I see you... I feel so happy! That's how I knew. That's how I know."

The sunset was amusing. The way the colors blended with each other by the minutes that passed and the light that slowly turned dark as the moon approaches the sky, everything was perfect to seranade both you and Shinwon's evening.

You looked over at his disheveled hair that flows by the gust of air and laughed at his face, "You look quite dashing over there," you said.

Some days, having a long distance relationship was just fine. You were a person who needed a lot of alone time by nature, so even though you missed your boyfriend, it wasn’t that hard to survive on video calls and text messages until you saw him again.

Other days, it felt impossible. Today was such a day and yesterday had been too and so was the day before. Maybe work not really going well was playing a part in it too, but you missed your boyfriend so much it felt like it was tearing you apart.

You just wanted to hear his voice, rambling about a random documentary he'd watched, and you wanted to lay in his arms and feel his warmth.

But it wasn’t as easy as that. He couldn’t just come over spontaneously like that. He had his own schedule, and even if he hadn’t, booking a flight on such short notice—yeah, that wasn’t anything you could ever ask of him. You’d have to hold out, just another six weeks and then you’d fly over anyway.

You wondered if you should at least call him, but you’d already called him so often this week and you didn’t want to disrupt his schedule. You’d tried to call him yesterday too but he hadn’t picked up—he’d surely been busy and would get back at you once he had the time. You shouldn’t annoy or pressure him more than that…But maybe just for a bit?

You kept contemplating, sitting on your couch and fumbling with your phone, when it suddenly lit up with a call.

As if he’d read your mind, his name appeared on your screen. You sniffed and tried to calm yourself, so that he wouldn’t know you’d been crying.

You took a deep breath and then picked up. “Hey.”

“Wait a second,” you mumbled into the phone between sniffs. “I think the delivery guy is at the door, probably a parcel for the neighbors or something, let me just check.”

“Yeah,” Shinwon hummed in response. “Better don’t leave him waiting for too long.”

When you reached your front door to check on the security camera though, the screen didn’t show some disinterested delivery guy. Instead, your boyfriend was beaming up at the camera with a warm smile, his phone still against his ear.

“No,” you whispered. “You’re kidding right?”

“That’d be a lot of effort for a joke.”

You sniffed. “But—but what about work?”

“It’s okay, I took some days off.”

“But—why?”
