hey I'm just gonna pretend that I didn't stop doing inktober last year at 21 and just continue this year like nothing happened ok. (--:

16 to 20 are actually still from last year (thank god I found my old drawing pad ahha).

Day 16: The Herald • Lucius “Jackbell” Schreiber (Originial vs. Final) • Jackbell is simlar to The Mentor, but while Bernhard is more of an executive mentor, Jackbell himself is mostly the guy who brings the bad news, pays for everything and contacts the ~chosen teenagers~. Also he looks like Einstein here. :-/ Jackbell may be a rich white old man and he MAY have sent a bunch of teenagers on a mission to take out a literal terrorist BUT he is very nice I SWEAR. (what a dumbledore kind of guy huh)

Day 17: Misleading character • Elisa “Ellie” Fareeda Hornbusch (blackout retold) • I LOVE HER HAIR HERE. (-: Ellie is misleading because she usually comes off as shy and innocent, but is actually full of rage and murder fantasies,,, (there is an entire scene dedicated to that in chapter 3 eyoo) She loves slasher films and horror games and lowkey wants to hurt people who do her wrong because she is just... like that. I hope that doesn't spoil too much I think it already shows in the story. :-D

Day 18: Kind-hearted • Hasret Vihre (Originial vs. Final) • Honestly who is more kind-hearted than Hasret??? She is a wonderful sunshine, always tries to think positive and regularily pulls the Finals out of their moping! She just wants everyone  to get along and be happy ..... please... be happy everyone ..... )-: (I don't like this picture btw meeeh)

Day 19: Headstrong • Fiona “Trash” Kavka (blackout retold) • There she is,,, my girlfriend,,,, my perfect butch wife. Funfact: Trash is the only character in the Randfiguren Squad that actually has a last name :--D (even though she's supposed to be Polish not Czech.... but as 13-year-old Majo would say "UMM immigrants exist??!!") I chose Trash because I love her and she will just punch her way out of every situation and do the worst possible thing but it's ok because literally all of her friends are mom friends (yes she needs glasses but never wears them. It's because Nik drew her with glasses once and I had a heart attack because it looked so hot).

Day 20: Most tragic backstory • Ilya (Pelzverse) • Ilya certainly doesn't have the MOST tragic backstory, but I literally have hundreds of characters and I .... wanted to draw Ilya??? Also his backstory IS pretty tragic? He was part of a wolf pack somewhere in the Siberian tundra and his Alpha mom's favourite son who she lowkey wanted to be the next Alpha (which was a stupid idea already because Ilya is a dumbass). One day the neighbouring vampire family who they were originally peacefully coexisting with slaughtered the whole pack without an explanation (there was one) and he was the only survivor. Ilya spent almost 70 years in complete isolation living on his own and having nobody to talk to which damaged him beyong repair. The only exception was a 10 year period in which he lived in a city and later got kidnapped, enslaved and abused by Alistair. :-/ Please pet the dog man.

the pelzverse has a so called barfight au which is just a scenario in which all the vampires and werewolves hang out in biker bars in the middle of nowhere and rock music is playing and the vampires only wear leather an fishnet and the wolves only wear jeans and flannel and they regularly wreck each others bars and then fuck and that's just it. It's just an aesthetic.

ayyyy inktober is going well! tomorrow is my first uni day and i'm still a lil anxious about it but we'll see i guess.

Day 6: Anti-hero • Judith "Judy" Khayat (Original vs. Final) • Judy is one of my favourite active characters right now, because she is such a bad person. She is one of ovf's protags, generally wants to do the right thing and can be considered one of the story's "heroes" but she fucks up pretty badly in a lot of ways. Bad things happen to her and she becomes bitter, wanting to let bad things happen to everyone else too. I still fucking love her. I can't tell much more about her tho, except that her chapter is hopefully gonna come out sometime this year. (-:,

Day 7: The most mysterious • Sia (Pelzverse) • Sia is so mysterious she doesn't even has  a last name ... (ok that's because the pelzverse still lacks a lot of last names and we really have to flesh out the side characters more, i mean we've just started this story? I all know for now is that she is polish) I chose her because her entire backstory and motifs are so obscure, everyone mistrusts her, even tho she is literally the only character in the pelzverse who does NOT want to kill Ilya and Valeri .... or even has ulterior motifs at all. Sia is an ancient werewolf who is like 600 years old and all she wants is peace and belly rubs.

Day 8: The voice of reason • Cassandra "Cassy" Phan (Original vs. Final) • Cassy is the mom friend of the ovf-group, the only lawful good in the beginning, and always tries to keep everyone cool and relaxed (despite almost crying from stress and anxiety herself most of the time). Also I tried to practice some expressions and poses and i actually like this one most so far!

Day 9: The eye candy • Ivan Demetyev (Pelzverse) • I have so many pretty ocs but he was the first one i came up with for this prompt... ivan's character and actions are based a lot around his looks and sexuality, which he uses to conrol others and get what he wants. (Ironically he looks pretty shitty in this image. :-D) Ivan is a revamped oc i put into the pelzverse as an antagonist. He is a slightly mutated human and biochemist/alchemist who idolizes the idea of vampires but doesn't want to become one because of their many weaknesses. Instead he tries to extract only their strengths, like people already did with werewolves (and which went teribly wrong). He has a pretty unprofessional working relationship with Alistair and later also Nikolei. long story short, all he wants is science and super dominant sugar daddies.

Day 10: Parent(s) • Claudia Innocentia Volkova (Pelzverse) • Claudia is actually a grandma, not a mother (or at least that's what she's addressed as, actuall have we ever talked about their relations at all?) and she's also a revamped character. Claudia used to be the head of a well known european vampire family in the pelzverse, but is already dead when Ilya's and Valeri's storyline begins. She was several thousand years old, looked like voldemort and the light of her life was turning down grandma2's romantic advances and making fun of nikolei for doing nothing more with his life than stealing hundreds of catholic boys' virginities and will to live. (wow haha what a sentence mark)

actually i started this thing when i was listening to dramatic covers of hellfire from the hunchback of notre dame is the influence clear. (this evil clichee vampire boy belongs to my round gf @razuu btw)

@razuu and I found an old character in one of my folders and we liked his design so much that I decided to redraw him! (beware of old ass art from 2009) he will probably live in the pelzverse with ilya and valeri but I'm not yet sure what he'll do there. probably poison you and watch you die while wearing expensive lingerie. (no offense but the character idea I have for him is like 80% raigo from cr4 and I guess I just have a type .... (-:, and it's called russian murder twink)

his original character (which I actually used as the main villain in a version of chain keepers) was named virus, but I'm not sure how to name the new version.

also I'm not sure if his clothes will stay like this, because right now they're heavily driven by aesthetics but in the middle of the drawing process we had the idea to put him in the pelzverse, which would require something less modern. I mean I actually put my ocs in pretty practical clothing now, except when it's a magical universe anyway (magical girls need their frilly dresses ok), and especially the pelzverse relies on more realistic clothes. whatever, this boy is an eccentric bitch I dont think he cares too much :-D ("what pants should I give him" - "NONE AT ALL JUST LACEY PANTIES" - "I cant do that. or can I....")

he also has way more tattoos than this in the modern au but I was too lazy to draw them and this is pretty rushed anyway......

@razuu and I actually just talked about twilight for a second and then I blinked and suddenly we had vampire/werewolf bfs and everything was fine. (-:, (I'm such a sucker for werewolves you have no idea ... ahha no pun intended)

This is Ilya, he is my boy and he is very small and very broad. He has been travelling Siberia alone for an unknown amount of years now and has absolutely no idea how to interact with humans anymore because of that. )-:, (also he has summer and winter fur ..... isn't that CUTE)

he is kazakh

he is a mom, he wants to take care of everything, maybe it's a lost baby deer, maybe it's a lost wanderer, maybe he will eat them afterwards but maybe he won't, his morals are completely random

he is actually very tidy and likes to cook (the brown bottles are usually filled with either herbs he collected or medicine he stole from somewhere) but his lifestyle doesn't really allow that

he is very serious about his facial hair and top hair for some reason?? like he doesn't care if he hasn't bathed in a week as long as he can shave every morning

he is actually very desperate for company?? and will sometimes follow a pack of wolves in his doggo form in hope of being accepted by them?? he is very good with animals and seems to understand their behaviour and language well enough to copy it and communicate with them

he is a Manly Survival Expert tm and makes a lot of his supplies himself, is good at hunting and trapping and knows which berries are ok to eat and everything ..... perfect.

he is a bad boy and he eats people let's not forget that ok?

he crafts a lot of cute things sometimes because he is so bored......

A few weeks ago I daydreamed about a pelzverse highschool AU with teen!alistair who is not a werewolf because in canon he never had an actual childhood, he was "born" with a fully functioning adult body but was still pretty much a baby annnnd I just ... really like high school AUs idk. :-/

Alistair is a mix between weird theater kid, mean scary bully and awkward horse boy. Also he thinks the nerdy goth boy from the parallel class who always skips school is really cute.

alistair is a main antagonist in the pelzverse, besides lazar, and they are in love and their stupid murder shenanigans continue well beyond valeris and ilyas deaths,,, this is so sad he is actually based on an rp character made by my best friend majo in 2009, but since i already redesigned the other characters from that rp and put them into the pelzverse i figured i could do the same with him as well. he is very very evil but i love him and he is LOOOWWWWKEYYYY a comfort character???? im sorry he really is horrible but i relate to him so much,,, ;___;

alistair used to have this kind of thing that he would waste millions of hours to shave his entire body every day because he just didn't like being hairy but turns out,,,,, as long as his relationship with lazar is acceptably stable he just grows all his glorious werewolf hair out and honestly i hate him so much more when he is bald and eyebrowless,,, (---:,, and lazars likes to runs his fingers through his hair so theres that.

i dont know what to say really alistair is very old and has a lot of history and i recently thought about it a bit more and yyeeeeaaaah. basically he is an archaic, which is a type of doggo forming a small circle of the first werewolves who are basically immortal but he doesn't know that because he lost his memory after he tried to summon the eldritch blood gods who created the vampires to punch them in the dick. he was an idiot. he likes capitalism, colonialism and slavery. theyre his hobbies. after breaking up with lazar he conquers europe out of spite and sulks a little and ALMOST grows attached to his people and wants to be a good leader maybe for a second or something. originally i just wanted him to be an immoral, irredeemable villain but I HAPPENED TO GROW ATTACHED TO HIM HOW UNFORTUNATE and he naturally became more emotional and "not AS terrible" and i hate everything. (----:
