Que bueno que NO ME GUSTA COCINAR 😱😱 pero eso era solo una excusa! Yo tenía un trauma de niñez... . Cuz do era Nina era” rellenita” y como mido solo 1.50 cm era muy fácil ganar peso, cada línea extra se notaba doble! . Mi mamá una mujer hermosa, pero que nunca tuvo que batallar con su peso, pues ella media 1.65 y esbelta por naturaleza.... no se daba cuenta que con cada “Critica Constructiva” yo solo me sentía peor cada día. 😩😫 . Consciente o Inconcientemente me AUTOSABOTEABA! . Mi autoestima estaba por lo suelos 😕 solo me comparaba a mi madre y eso me frustraba más.... . Con terapia y mucho Trabajo en desarrollo personal , fui trabajando mis traumas y frustraciones🙅🏼♀️ . Hoy en día trabajo con muchas mamás, que preocupadas por sus hijos no se dan cuenta que mientras más ofrezcan su “Critica Constructiva” solo alejan a sus hijos más y más de una relación saludable con la comida y imagen. . Mi recomendación 👆🏻 empieza y termina con AMOR y terapia, encuentre. Actividades que puedan compartir juntas y sea el EJEMPLO de aceptación.
