Ok this is completely out of left field but hear me out. A royal!au with Diluc where he's a little known lord in the capital, and you're a bachelor/ette being taken to every ball of the season and getting paraded around to secure a good match. Diluc is incredibly rich and known in his lands for his kindness, revered by his soldiers, but he never really cared for the theatrics of high society nearer the capital. He was too young before his dad died, and he ran off during what should have been his debutant year, so nobody really knows of him besides trading partners. He always supplies the nobles with fine wine and meat from his herds but declines every invitation to actually come and attend an event in the big cities.

Until one time his wait staff and close trading partners manage to convince him, and he agrees to go to just one ball because he's in the area for business and the networking is always useful. He's not up to date with the current trends but gets a suit tailored for him ahead of time. He hasn't read any of the famous writers of the moment but he's still a learned man who can talk philosophy with all the men twice his age, who are charmed and all too eager to throw their kids at him, hoping for a chance to bring their families together.

You're one of the debutants and have had to sit through a dozen introductions while your parents try to secure a good match. You're not rich or important enough to have your pick of husband, but you're not poor enough to be completely irrelevant. Of all the bachelors running around and trying to charm you with their knowledge of the latest plays and wars, only one catches your eye. It's hard to not notice him, honestly. Diluc is tall and broad but doesn't hold himself like a man of war, fiery hair tied back from a handsome, brooding face while he stands on the sidelines and talks to some older nobleman. You've never seen him before, and none of your friends seem to know him either. He's the lord of a smallish county near the border, and you recognise the name from their generous sponsorships and rich wines.

Ta-da! The next in the line of shifters is Adrien! I am happy with how this turned out, but man did I forget how hard harpies can be to draw. Still was fun and he looks so beautiful.

I don't think I ever shared my Peacock fellow publicly before! Those who have been long time Patreon supporters might remember this from 2017! This is Pavo, also known as Andrealphus publicly, Andre for short, (his stellar status is often hidden due to plot related reasons) So he goes around pretending to be a Daemon and providing knowledge and precise calculations and measurements- which is quite easy with all his extra hands! He is exceptionally intelligent, chatty, and brisk in his practices. Ask him about the stars and how to chart any geometrical pattern and place and he will draw you a 4D map! He's a keeper of the hidden aquatic library of Aquarius, So he's often left to his own devices, but summonings do occur every now and then. I modeled him off of a peacock, a peacock spider, and his outfit is referencing the attire worn by ancient sages mixed with royalty. I'll probably revamp him one of these days, modify his attire to push some elements, but I feel this ref is still fitting for him!

I found some episodes hard to watch this season and not very funny. Wouldn't be surprised if this is canceled, in my opinion.

A Mounted Papilio Blumei, Or Peacock Swallowtail

A beautiful specimen mounted inside double glass with a black silk frame. The specimen was purchased from a specialist store who guarantees the ethical acquisition of their specimens. This particular swallowtail died a natural death in a butterfly garden from where it was purchased by the show owner, prepped, mounted, and sold to me.

I think that for a month or so before Peacock and Pecan started dating, Pea would fan his tail up a LOT.

When their eyes meet, when one of them says hello, literally anywhere that Pea can fan out their tail without smacking something or someone they will do it.

But Pecan isn't actually a bird, he just enjoys looking like one, so he isn't picking up on it (he's also a dumbass when it comes to anything aside from staged interactions) Peacock goes crying to his cheesebird mamas and they have to politely remind him that Pecan is a shapeshifter NOT a hybrid.

Famous tiktoker Steve who took on the "Catch my rockstar's attention" challenge and succeeded.

In the livestream, he was standing in the front row of the Corroded Coffin concert, wearing a simple black tee and snug jeans.

When the band’s frontman—Eddie Munson—sauntered over to his side of the stage, Steve winked at the camera with a "Watch me" before lifting his shirt and flashing his tits at the rockstar.

As if on cue, Steve let out a teary yawn and smiled sheepishly.

Eddie just chuckled fondly.

"See you guys later," Steve waved at the camera lazily, ending his stream with 6M views.

That was how they announced their three-year relationship to the public and made it to the headlines the next day.

The golden ring on Eddie's necklace finally made sense now.
