Fun TOA scenario:

Imagine Apollo in his Lester form hiding in the box seats of Carnegie hall along with Meg, Will, Reyna, and Nico while their enemies are among the audience.

And of course, for such occasions, formal clothing is a must!

Nico and Will wear tuxedos made from the finest fabrics, generously paid for by Hades. Meanwhile Reyna dons herself in a stunning dress gifted by Lady Diana, who cares for her like a mother more tangibly than Bellona ever could. Last but not least, Meg and Apollo wear matching outfits that costed them a cryptic and infuriating encounter with Aphrodite; a dark green dress shirt and slacks for the ex-god, and a floral frock embroidered with a patch of Peaches for the child of Demeter.

And picture this: Reyna fixing Nico's tie because he never learned how to and patting his cheek when she's done, then Will tugging that tie later on during the concert to pull him into a kiss.

It's a sweet moment, until Apollo whistles.

The two jump apart, flushing red, because what the fuck Dad? but it turns out Apollo wasn't even looking at them. He had whistled in astonishment right after the star singer hit a particular note.

And promptly alerted the enemies of their presence too. Gods. Meg pinches the bridge of her nose and Reyna is already pushing herself past the boys, getting ready to jump off the box to hunt their enemies down. Apollo smiles awkwardly.

Daisy

Daisy the Retriever is Bellona's service dog that accompanies her in public. She's Bellonas second public service dog after Nougat the Retriever.

While out and about, Daisy wears a peach vest with "Service Dog, Do Not Pet" patches and "Working Dog" embroidered on the front

Daisy is task trained to do things like find the exit, block, provide reassurance and medical alerts, help clear a path as well as provide some stability to Bellona while in crowded spaces.

While not as good as Truffle, her Crup, Daisy can also fetch Bellona things like medication and her bandages and mobility aids.

Daisy sleeps in Bellona's bed. She hogs the covers to the point Bellona has bought her her own quilt.

Daisy is very protective of Bellona. Bellona is her human and shed do anything for her human

Bellona:

The cupboards in her apartment are filled with a variety of treats. Her mood greatly affects what she might be found eating in any moment.

When she’s in a good mood it’s usually something sweet. She really likes fruit based treats; dried mango slices, peach rings, apple slices with caramel. Aside from that she has a bit of chocolate; Hershey’s bars, Kisses, Reese’s cups.

When she’s just gotten back from a run she reaches for a banana and peanut butter. Yes, right from the jar. A single banana, a spoon, and a jar of creamy peanut butter. Crunchy peanut butter is reserved for a nice PB&J.

If she’s upset or angry she tends towards something with heat. This can range anywhere from Hot Cheetos to Takis.

Samuel:

He prefers to keep things healthy and avoids having any food that would make a great mess.

He can usually be found snacking on spicy ramen.

If it isn’t that then he’s got trail mix (usually in a bowl so that he can grab it easily while he works)

He crept along the tree branch carefully, watching the daemons that prowled beneath him. His magic—his very soul—pulled in tight and smothered down so tightly that it was not much more than the first strike of a match being ignited. 

He gripped the branch, feeling along the birch and digging into it. It had been five years since he had escaped hell itself—murdered his way, slaughtered everyone in his way to freedom—and tasted the fresh air. Felt the grass on his bare feet and ran wild with no one to answer to bar himself. 

It was exhilarating. Freeing. It was so many things that in his limited vocabulary he couldn't properly describe it to anyone who asked—not that anyone did, mind you. He more often than not stared people down when they tried to talk to him, tried to distract him with things that didn't matter. They all annoyed and frustrated him with their pointless comments and actions. 

There was no point in idle chit-chat when there were things to be done and places to be, jobs to be done and rewards claimed. 

Except Dave. Dave was safe.

Dave didn’t care that he didn’t speak much. The hunter just let him be, let him live without trying to change anything about him. Without trying to shape him into something—someone else. Dave cared. Unit Two; Bellona, one of his surviving numbers and superior in pretty much anything to do with fighting, had left him. Had taken him to a Haven, told him to sleep while she kept watch and then left.

And even though he understood, even though he had known and still knew that it was everyone for themselves. Once was all he wanted.

More Sun Wukong Headcanons

 He was a clingy baby, always holding on to someone in his clan.

Appletini Absinthe (Raluca) The Appletini Absinthe is a cocktail containing vodka and one or more of apple juice, apple cider, apple liqueur and, straying from the common receipe, the twist of a shot of Absinthe. The drink is served with a cinnamon stick or, alternatively, on fire. Sphinx's Riddle (Bekah) A delicious and refreshing cocktail, the Sphinx's Riddle combines chilled club soda with a refreshing mango liquor which is stirred to perfection. Add a drop of prickly pear syrup for extra flavor and a mango star garnish and you'll feel as if you answered the Sphinx's riddle correctly.  Princess Bela (Bekah) Who doesn't love a romance in the arena? Dedicated to this Games' favorite killer duo. The Princess Bela features peaches and mint muddled together in peach vodka for a sweet but refreshing taste. Lemon-lime soda is poured over the top to add a little extra fizz. A black cherry syrup finishes the drink, adding both a hint of darkness and a dash of murder-y aesthetic. We want to see more blood ladies, come on.  Cabin in the Woods (Bekah) A twist on the classic Old Fashioned. Whiskey is complimented by a dash of vanilla liquor, shaken and then poured into a warm glass tumbler and then topped with a warm cinnamon flavor. This cocktail is sure to keep you warm during the coldest of nights stuck in an old Cabin in the Woods.
