At the wedding bash of Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge, Dhupia was seen wearing a lehenga outfit from the house of Payal Singhal. We like how she paired the lehenga skirt featuring chic golden embellishments with a basic black blouse with a sweetheart neckline. Adding layers to her attire, the Tumhari Sulu actor styled it with a black cape with polka dots. We think she looked pretty.

Bollywood revelled in the festive season during the nine nights of Navratri. It has now drawn to a close, but left us with some memorable looks, both ethnic and otherwise. One of the fashion statements that stood out during the puja season was when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stepped out in her silk sari. Looking absolutely glorious in her festive attire, Bachchan donned a placid purple sari by Payal Khandwala and we love the simple yet sophisticated ethnic look.

Stylist Tanya Ghavri deserves a round of applause for knowing the style game just too well to keep it as earthly as possible for her and skipping the unnecessary bling. With a lose ponytail swept on one side, the actor wore only a small locket alongside, directing all the attention to her sumptuous sari in festive colours. The traditional red and white bangles and a big round maroon bindi rounded out her attire and the 43-year-old charmed many hearts.

Earlier, Bollywood celebs were seen wearing one during special occasions but these days with film promotions going on in full-swing, we get a glimpse of the ladies acing their fashion game frequently, either in fusion wear or Indian wear with a modern touch to it. Clearly, we were a little excited to see Anushka Sharma, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty pulling of ethnic wear at their respective promotional events. Take a look, it might help you get some inspiration.

Anushka Sharma This Bollywood beauty was seen in a Manish Malhotra outfit during the launch of the official promo of her upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal along with director Imtiaz Ali. The silk ivory kurta with embroidered sleeves and a matching wide legged pants made for a lovely pair. The actress looked good in it while accessorising it with juttis from Coralhaze. We like how celebrity stylist Allia Al Rufai has styled this look but colourful statement earrings with a romantic updo would have complemented the outfit better.

Celebrity make-up artist Puneet B Saini was roped in for her make-up and even though we think it’s nice, she could have gone with a red lip shade for the actor. We usually see Sharma in softer lip shades, a darker hue would have been better for a change.

Ileana D’Cruz The actor looked striking in a tasseled choli and silk brocade lehenga set by Payal Singhal. While pale grey might not be your first choice for a lehenga, check how well the actor paired with a matching dupatta and beautiful gold earrings.

Don’t make the mistake of going for a muted make-up for this look because you need to add some colour here and the way D’Cruz did it with a berry tone lip shade is commendable. We love this look.

Athiya Shetty The Mubarakan actor was seen in an embroidered ensemble by Jade by Monica and Karishma and we think she carried it well.

The beige flared kurta with intricate work, the wide legged pants and a matching dupatta looked lovely on her slender frame. With hair in cascading curls, she rounded out her look with a red pout and metallic ankle straps.

Shetty joined Illeana D’Cruz, Arjun Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor on the sets of Nach Baliye for the promotion of her upcoming film Mubarakan in a Payal Khandwala dress. There were too many elements at play here with the collared neckline and silver jewellery from Amrapali Jewels but she pulled it off beautifully with a pair of strappy, sleek metallic heels. At another event, she was seen working separates like a boss from Bibhu Mohapatra’s Spring 2017 collection. The bustier detail peplum blouse with the striped wide legged pants looked lovely on her.

The statement gold dangling earrings from Eurumme, a bright pink lip shade, a radiant face and beautiful bouncy beach waves added a nice touch to her look.
