Oh, my Lord, talk about your colorful homes, you gotta see this one. (I mean, look at the front door, and they painted all the bricks blue.) It was built in 1991, but looks totally mid-century modern. Located in Pauma Valley, California, it has 3bds, 4ba, and is priced at $1.15M.
The front door is purple on the inside. Love the colorful sputnik light.
We have to remember that this home was built in the 90s, so it had to be custom-designed. Look at the size of this conversation pit.
Wow, look at the orange beams and the simulated Lego column. How fun would it be to fill it w/colored plastic balls?
It even has a living wall of ivy.
Look at that- there are beams above the beams. Does that neon sign say "Steak Me Home Tonight?" Like the Eddie Money song, Take Me Home Tonight- corny.
This is the living room, aside from the conversation pit. I like the fireplace.
There's a nice bar back here. I would like it if the furnishings came with this house.
The only color in the spacious kitchen is the center island and colorful dishes on the open shelving.
This is a family room. Look at the texture on the fireplace.
The primary bedroom has a purple carpet and a colorful mural. The bed's a little dull, though.
Love this bath. Where did they find pink toilet paper roll wallpaper?
Love the home office.
The basement is finished, but it's just a blank slate.
Large patio with a pool and a privacy wall on the side of the home.
Looks like there's a greenhouse or conservatory.
Behind the house is a 2-level patio and greenspace.
Brick columns flank the entrance to the property via a long driveway.
The home, surrounded by a wall, is on a .50 acre lot.

lykkelane rowhouses | cc build.
here's my first build for the new pack coming out. it was so fun building this and i'm so excited for the new pack. i left this unfurnished but i will probably upload a furnished & functional version once i get my hands on the pack. there's 2 bedrooms each unit and an "attic" space upstairs with a bathroom. it has 2 balconies connected to it and could easily be turned into a 3rd bedroom. each unit also has a bonus room next to the garage, that leads to the back patio.
more information:
gallery id | eevisims
$543,652
residential rental & 3 units
move-in ready
30x30 windenburg
2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms
outside grill area, bonus room (that i left empty), garage w/ storage room & laundry room
i use K-hippies terrains mod and their other replacements too so the grass won’t look as realistic as it does in my game if you don’t own the mod. it's not necessary but highly recommend. you can find it here
i used a lot of cc foliage and they're not all "seasonal" so they don't all have swatches for fall, winter & so on. it's a small detail but can be kinda annoying
garage door isn’t functional. it’s a bummer but it looked so good i wanted to use it. so only way ur sim can get into “garage” is from the inside
bb.moveobjects on
cc used:
google docs link here
if there’s any missing cc let me know! but everything necessary is listed so it wouldn’t be a big deal if anything is missing. also let me know if any link isn't working properly.
download all the cc & make sure to mark “show custom content” when downloading this in gallery. enjoyyy

Do you remember the 80's? Boy, I do! ...like totally!
There are sooooo many beach-side apartments like this, along the coast of Florida. Most of them - built in the 1980's. This lot is based on my recollections of an apartment just north of Daytona Beach that a college-friend of mine lived in. It was on the inland side of A1A...

High School Save file is HERE
But also Here (SFS) -download link
or here (Patreon) - free to public
CC free Save File centered around teens and high school. Modeled after the American Midwest Public school experience.
This save file features complete neighborhoods and sim families living in houses planned and furnished around them. (All family's and homes built by me, see examples on my gallery ID: MayorWhiskers2) Club systems, established relationships, friend groups, Customized NPCs, and more! Set in Willow Creek, Newcrest, and Copperdale (special thanks to SRSLYSIMS for their blank save file to use as a base to keep the file size smaller and the game running smooth)
CC free? Yes, but It does take a lot of packs (clothing or home items might need replaced if you are missing some). Used DLC includes: All expansions minus For Rent. All game packs minus Journey to Batuu. All stuff packs Minus Home Chef Hustle, Fitness, Bowling Night, Spooky, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party. A few Kits are used: Grunge Revival, Book Nook, and Basement Treasures the most prominent.
Mods? Optional. You don't have to use any mods if you do not want to but if you have MCCC I recommend turning Relationship Culling off in your settings to explore the established in-game relationships between NPCs, and I love and recommend Auto Shorter Teens mod by Menaceman44 (but you also don't have to- install in your mods folder before you launch the game if you use it because I already have the teens shortened that aren't inherently tall all will just be normal height without it.)
Also features interactive community lots (some with clubs tied to them so keep an eye out for teens hanging out around them). An Empty lot in Willow creek you can customize or grow a legacy on, and a starter house option in Newcrest.
What can you do in this as a teen in this save file? Survive the exams. Get your music skills up so you can try to join an existing garage band! Try to take over the Populars (club) and rule the school. Hang out with the goth kids in the cemetery at night- but watch out for ghosts! Throw a banging party or go to one already taking place under the local music store. Shop till you drop at the mall. Graffiti buildings all over Simnation. Get expelled. The list goes on and on!
