you know what? i'm gonna say it. i miss being seventeen. not for the "glory days," bc they weren't, by a country mile lol. if i had glory days i'd say they were in 2020. but i miss the electricity, the constant undercurrent of euphoria and deep plunging black. i miss the fight i had. i was literally known for being scrappy. i was self-destructive and coping poorly, but goddamn if i didn't burn bright and long. it took me until my twenties to finally start to fizzle out. does the candle with its wax melted down to the base of its glass cage miss when the wick was lit?
#she bork#it's not even that i'm tired of fighting necessarily. clearly. if i was i wouldn't miss it. i think i miss being ABLE to fight. now i just#don't feel like i have the grit i used to have. i'm not sure if it's bc i'm healthier mentally or bc my energy has just dissipated over time#but i miss taking hit after hit (metaphorically) and wiping the blood from my lip and standing again and raising my fists. i don't do that#anymore. and again even if it's bc i'm healthier i'm not sure it's a good thing that that stubbornness and grit is gone. is it automatically#better to seek the path of least resistance? i'm not sure.#maybe it's learned helplessness? idk i mean logically one person can only suffer so much before they learn it's better not to fight or that#fighting isn't even always possible. but i've always struggled. i've always gone head-first into these things and white-knuckled it and made#it through even if only w self-violence (which was often remarked upon as self-discipline). now i feel like i just flounder and flop and cry#like a fish w a wailing voice on the dock as it loses its breath. i really do think it's partially bc i'm sane now but somewhere inside me#that crazy flame still dances. and ik that bc from time to time i still feel the heat against the sides of the glass. maybe it's a lack of#confidence. maybe it's that ik now that it's impossible to hate yourself into a different better shape (both physically and mentally). but#it was so exciting to try. if i'm miserable regardless i'd at least rather be having fun.#furthermore it could also be that my chaos is no longer external. a lot of what i have going on is internal/physical and it's a daily thing.#fighting daily is a lot harder than fighting through my shitty relationship or that one season of volleyball that destroyed me mentally lol#(ik that sounds ridiculous but it was pretty fucking bad). i'm no longer fighting against other people or external circumstances that i feel#a need to prove myself against. i'm fighting my own body which has proven a tougher match than anticipated. bc how can i? i live here. i#cannot will my body to function. i can swim against the currents of my illness and often do. but that's less glamorous than punching walls#and running for miles like i used to. i want to break a hand. i want to run three miles in half an hour. i want to doll myself up for a#dance and spend the whole night driving w the windows down strung out on a cocktail of cortisol and dopamine. i want to live in the eye of#the hurricane again. and i never will. and it's good but i think it's made me soft.

this is one of those songs that I find myself heavily associating with Gera and it chokes me up every single time because it really accentuates how deep of a hole Gera's dug himself into and kinda shows the person he really is. he started out doing it because he wanted to, now its a matter of he thinks he has to.
What makes it even sadder? He's kinda right.
Because now not only does his life depend on it, but the lives of countless others he swore to protect and take care of. Because he vowed to take people who are down on their luck or who were dealt a poor hand in life under his wing so he could give them a life of comfort, hedonism, and luxury that he never had. So he can protect the messed up family that he had to make. He puts on this charade, this persona, because that's who people think he is. He puts on this evil tough guy act to mask his vulnerability, his soft side, because he thinks people will hurt him if he drops the act for even a second.
but god does he hate the cost it comes with. how many bridges has he had to burn? How many friendships has he lost? He doesn't care to count them anymore. He pretends it doesn't bother him to save face, but it hurts just as bad every single time. It's changed him forever in ways that make him unsure of who he even is anymore. He doesn't want to make decisions for himself, he just wants to play the caretaker role that he was never granted. Even if it hurts immensely because it happens at the expense of others in the name of setting an example. Just to ensure that the wrong people never mess with him or his friends, aka the only people he truly cares about and feels comfortable taking off that mask for.
#ruckis borks#And in return it's caused severe detachment#trust#and abandonment issues#all because of choices he made as a result of parental neglect and unrealistic expectations#the latter was an excuse to have him slowly fade into obscurity which would literally kill him as a god#a god is nothing without their followers and a name for themselves. Gera wasn't even granted that much#he had to make his own name and pave his own path#...unfortunately that path quickly became very destructive#but luckily or unluckily that destruction was veered towards something more purposeful#chaos in the name of peace and equality#geragera guffaw#order of the stars

Why do men have nipples?
it's not just human men, it's all placental mammals!
pour one out for all of the "I found this weird lump on my male cat's chest, what is it" posts on r/cats
the short answer is: because it's easier.
so, natural selection is lazy. it tends to take the quickest and easiest path to any given solution and can only work with what it already has, so it's really reluctant to drop traits that aren't actually hurting anything by being around! like male nipples.
and since male and female mammals in general start as the same weird little flesh tadpole thing and only start to diverge a couple months into development, it's waaaay easier to just leave male mammals with mostly non-functional nipples than it is to patch them out and maybe bork up something with the female nipples by mistake.
tldr: it's because evolution is naturally lazy.

Mood, it took me the longest time to come to terms with myself because of that. My best advice is this: it isn't about what other people tell you, it's about how you feel. If you research, you think, and you learn you're alterhuman (dog, cat, dragon, etc.), It isn't up to other people to tell you that. you understand that for yourself. I don't get shifts, or any kind of past life memories. I only recently experienced phantom limb. That doesn't mean I'm any less than alterhuman. No one else makes that decision for you. (I know anon will probably never see this, but I hope that someone who needs it does. Stay safe critters.)
i always feel like i dont belong in the otherkin community because i dont really get species dysphoria like others and i dont have those feelings of phantom limbs really. i see everyone talk about how they feel, what they experience, stuff like that and im like “i dont feel like that so this cant really be real” makes me feel terrible

Farmer 2.0 ESWF
I've had a couple of different people asking me through different venues about how to set up the portraits in the mod Farmer 2.0 ESWF.
I'm assuming that the reader knows how to download mods and their dependencies, so I'm going to talk specifically about setting up the file structure within your mod folders. The screenshots are all from Windows 11, and my Stardew is through Steam, so keep that in mind.
If this is something you're curious about/looking for info on, just look under the cut. There are lots of screenshots.
I'm giving Stardrop a spin these days, so the folder path is somewhat different.
My Mods Folder looks like this:
Within the Stardrop Installed Mods folder, it looks like a typical Mods folder setup if you're doing manual installs:
You'll need to go into the folder I have highlighted, "Farmer 2.0 ESWF."
It should look like this:
We're going to need to go into the assets folder that is highlighted there. Inside, you should have a file structure similar to this:
(Note, if you've just installed, you won't have anything like the "Callie" or "Quinn" folders. We're getting ready to set that up.)
Now, for this setup, I'm doing the "Player 1 - No Emotions" because pixel art is not in my wheelhouse and this is a pretty straight-forward set up. This one allows you to set up different portraits for different weather types, as well as different portraits for indoors versus outdoors if you want your character to not have a coat on while inside or whatever.
The first thing you need to do is Copy and Paste the "Player 1 - No Emotions" folder within that same assets folder.
In older versions of Windows, instead of it tacking on a "- Copy" at the end, it oftentimes will add a "(1)" or "(2)" instead. You're going to rename that to the name of your Farmer--not your farm, but your character. Hence why I have a "Callie" and a "Quinn."
For this demonstration, I'm going to use Quinn since I used the No Emotions setup for them.
Inside of your Farmer Folder, you'll see this:
That portrait file? You can replace it with a base portrait. The most important thing is that you A) don't delete it and B) if you do replace it, make sure you keep the same file name of "portrait." Otherwise, the mod will bork hardcore.
You'll notice that it has eleven folders for different seasons/events/locations. For this example, we'll go into "Fall."
Inside are subfolders for different weather conditions. "Sun" is the default portrait that it uses on most days. For this example, however, we're going to go into "Rain," as I actually use different outfits/portraits for indoors and outdoors in those conditions.
The files are pretty straight forward: "portrait" is for when Farmer is outside, and "portrait_indoors" is for when Farmer is inside. (Side note: to make my portraits, I used this portrait creator. When I saved my files, I saved them as either "portrait" or "portrait_indoors" and replaced the original files in that folder. Make sure you download the 64x64 version and not the 256x256.)
But what if you don't want to use a different portrait while indoors?
Just reuse the same image!
Once you have all of your portraits for the various seasons/weather/events set, you're going to want to copy your Farmer's folder to elsewhere on your hard drive. That way, if it gets deleted during an ESWF update, you have a back up and can just copy it back into the assets folder.
This is a quick and dirty tutorial, and I'm sure I've missed something. If you have questions/need clarifications, please ask and I'll do my best to help!

Higurashi When They Cry Hou Ch. 3 Tatarigoroshi pt. 10
Before we get into the real meat of it, I would like to talk briefly about a technical aspect of the GOG release of Higurashi (probably Steam as well). If you are playing the game (reading the visual novel) on two computers and using cloud saves, but don't have the same mods installed across both computers, this can actually bork your saves up.
In Tatarigoroshi part 9 I mentioned briefly how at the start of chapter ten it just has Keiichi mention point blank that he murdered the hell out of Teppei Houjou. I initially thought this was a remarkably quick change of pace from how the rest of the VN had presented facts. It turns out, playing the VN on my desktop computer (my Strong Lad) and not on my laptop as I usually do caused the save to somehow skip over chapter ten entirely. I read roughly an hour or so of chapter nine on my laptop earlier and it deals almost exclusively with how Keiichi executing his plot to kill Teppei Houjou. So I got curious just how much they'd written to extend this part for the console release (the console port got new art, so maybe they wrote a small extra part just for console). When it got to one of the mid-chapter stopping points I decided to see how much was left in the chapter and skipped towards the end. After verifying the chapter was over, I went about my day and eventually decided to check it on my desktop. "I'll read it for a while to see where they decide to converge the paths," I thought and so I read for a while, until I started thinking that something seemed off. This chapter ten seemed awfully different to what I'd just read. So I decided again, to use the skip dialogue until it got to the end of the chapter, where it gave me different TIPS than the ones the one on my laptop gave me. That being said, let's continue.
As you can see, he's becoming slightly more unhinged, considering he now thinks he'll be able to just move on from killing a man.
Bearer, seek seek lest.
I think it's an interesting idea, this notion that he's decided to become a gun for Oyashiro.
In the console remake art is flips very quickly through a handful of the environmental scenes while showing the words that the remake version has there. It's a neat effect, and I curse Nvidia for my recording software not working at this point.
I know that it's just a product of his deeply unwell mind, but I don't really understand why he's decided to project this almost heavenly aura on to the bat Satoshi left behind. Keiichi is treating it like it's a divine holy instrument, and the embodiment of Satoshi's will, when up until twelve hours in-game ago he thought Satoshi was a bum who just cut and run when the going got tough. He's acting like he's inherited the divine sword of justice in an RPG, and not the bat of Kevin the bed wetter who was mid at baseball. Like I said, I know this is a symptom of an unwell mind, but it's just wild to see him completely flip and change opinions on a guy that when you get down to it he knows nothing about.
I think you're gonna have a bad time. Oh yeah, also Keiichi dug the hole he's going to plant a seed of Houjou to see what flowers out of it later.
And so the trap has been sufficiently baited, and Teppei walks unknowingly into his doom.
Bad news Tep, you lost your living perms.
And so begins the murder of one Teppei Houjou by the Coward Keiichi Maebara.
I'm not saying I wanted to see it, but given how the visual novel up to the point has shied away from depictions of murder I'm surprised at how graphic this scene is. You basically get to read all about how Keiichi just splatters this man apart. Whereas in Onikakushi it was just "Mion and Rena got beaten to death with a bat," and left it at that.
"I felt muscular and compact, like corned beef."
And so it ends. Keiichi Maebara beat the life out of Teppei all for the sake of a relationship that a little over a week ago seemed more perfunctory than anything. Also I do find it interesting how he's taken this view that you're allowed a single murder on the night of Watanagashi. It's like a little Purge, a little murder, as a treat.
Sure. Keep telling yourself that buddy.
It's all fun and games until you have to clean up afterwards.
Realistically that's probably how that would play out though. He goes to all the trouble to plot and scheme the murder only to slip fall and drown to death in a swamp. So Keiichi drives the motorcycle the late Tenpenny Houjou had into the swamp, and then begins to have a heart to heart with what he feels is the now at peace spirit of Satoshi.
I know it's not what will happen, but it would be funny if Keiichi goes to all this effort and thinks he's done well for the spirit of Satoshi and Satoko, and he just shows up cause he's back from wherever he ran off to. And it turns out the entire time he was just having off-screen adventures and didn't actually murder anyone. Anyway, shortly after axe-throwing the baseball bat into the swamp Keiichi realizes the problem with committing a night-based murder and finds he doesn't know where he is, or where he left the hole he was going to dump the body in. Which is a pretty amateur mistake to make given all of his plotting and scheming about where, when, and how to do the deed that he forgot the simple truth that it gets dark at night.

LETTERS FROM AN AMERICAN
September 26, 2023
HEATHER COX RICHARDSON
Today, on the anniversary of the creation of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in 1914, the FTC and 17 state attorneys general sued Amazon for using “a set of interlocking anticompetitive and unfair strategies to maintain its monopoly power.” The FTC and the suing states say “Amazon’s actions allow it to stop rivals and sellers from lowering prices, degrade quality for shoppers, overcharge sellers, stifle innovation, and prevent rivals from fairly competing against Amazon.”
The states suing are Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
While estimates of Amazon’s control of the online commerce market vary, they center around about 40%, and Amazon charges third-party merchants for using the company’s services to store and ship items. Last quarter, Amazon reported more than $32 billion in revenues from these services. The suit claims that Amazon illegally overcharges third-party sellers and inflates prices.
This lawsuit is about more than Amazon: it marks a return to traditional forms of government antitrust action that were abandoned in the 1980s. Traditionally, officials interpreted antitrust laws to mean the government should prevent large entities from swallowing up markets and consolidating their power in order to raise prices and undercut workers’ rights. They wanted to protect economic competition, believing that such competition would promote innovation, protect workers, and keep consumer prices down.
In the 1980s, government officials replaced that understanding with an idea advanced by former solicitor general of the United States Robert Bork—the man whom the Senate later rejected for a seat on the Supreme Court because of his extremism—who claimed that traditional antimonopoly enforcement was economically inefficient because it restricted the ways businesses could operate. Instead, he said, consolidation of industries was fine so long as it promoted economic efficiencies that, at least in the short term, cut costs for consumers. While antitrust legislation remained on the books, the understanding of what it meant changed dramatically.
Reagan and his people advanced Bork’s position, abandoning the idea that capitalism fundamentally depends on competition. Industries consolidated, and by the time Biden took office, his people estimated the lack of competition was costing a median U.S. household as much as $5,000 a year.
On July 9, 2021, Biden called the turn toward Bork’s ideas “the wrong path” and vowed to restore competition in an increasingly consolidated marketplace. In an executive order, he established a White House Competition Council to direct a whole-of-government approach to promoting competition in the economy.
“[C]ompetition keeps the economy moving and keeps it growing,” Biden said. “Fair competition is why capitalism has been the world’s greatest force for prosperity and growth…. But what we’ve seen over the past few decades is less competition and more concentration that holds our economy back.”
In that speech, Biden deliberately positioned himself in our country’s long history of opposing economic consolidation. Calling out both Roosevelt presidents—Republican Theodore Roosevelt, who oversaw part of the Progressive Era, and Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who oversaw the New Deal—Biden celebrated their attempt to rein in the power of big business, first by focusing on the abuses of those businesses, and then by championing competition.
While still a student at Yale Law School, FTC chair Lina Khan published an essay examining the anticompetitive nature of modern businesses like Amazon, arguing that focusing on consumer prices alone does not address the problems of consolidation and monopoly. With today’s action, the FTC is restoring the traditional vision of antitrust action.
President Biden demonstrated his support for ordinary Americans in another historic way today when he became the first sitting president to join a picket line of striking workers. In Wayne County, Michigan, he joined a UAW strike, telling the striking autoworkers, “Wall Street didn’t build the country, the middle class built the country. Unions built the middle class. That’s a fact. Let’s keep going, you deserve what you’ve earned. And you’ve earned a hell of a lot more than you’re getting paid now."
Even as Biden was standing on the picket line, House speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) released a new budget plan that moves even farther to the right. Yesterday, former president Trump backed the far-right extremists threatening to shut down the government, insisting that holding the government hostage is the best way to get everything they want, including, he wrote, an end to the criminal cases against him.
“The Republicans lost big on Debt Ceiling, got NOTHING, and now are worried that they will be BLAMED for the Budget Shutdown. Wrong!!! Whoever is President will be blamed,” Trump wrote on social media. “UNLESS YOU GET EVERYTHING, SHUT IT DOWN! Close the Border, stop the Weaponization of ‘Justice,’ and End Election Interference.”
McCarthy is reneging on the agreement he made with Biden in the spring as conditions for raising the debt ceiling, and instead is calling for dramatic cuts to the nation’s social safety net, as well as restarting construction of a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico, as starting points for funding the government. Cuts of more than $150 billion in his new proposal would mean cutting housing subsidies for the poor by 33%, fuel subsidies for low-income families by more than 70%, and funding for low-income schools by nearly 80% and would force more than 1 million women and children off of nutritional assistance.
The “bottom line is we’re singularly focused right now on achieving our conservative objectives,” Representative Garret Graves (R-LA) told Jeff Stein, Marianna Sotomayor, and Moriah Balingit of the Washington Post. The Republicans plan to preserve the tax cuts of the Trump years, which primarily benefited the wealthy and corporations.
At any point, McCarthy could return to the deal he cut with Biden, pass the appropriations bills with Democratic support, and fund the government. But if he does that, he is almost certain to face a challenge to his speakership from the extremists who currently are holding the country hostage.
This evening, the Senate reached a bipartisan deal to fund the government through November 17 and to provide additional funding for Ukraine (although less than the White House wants), passing it by a vote of 77–19. Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) urged the House Republicans to agree to the measure, warning them that shutdowns “don’t work as bargaining chips.” Nevertheless, McCarthy would not say he would take up the bill, and appears to feel the need to give in to the extremists’ demands. Moreover, he has suddenly said he thinks a meeting with Biden could avert the crisis, suggesting he is desperate for someone else to find a solution.
Former president Trump has his own problems this evening stemming from the civil case against him, his older sons, and other officers and parts of the Trump Organization in New York, where Attorney General Letitia James has charged him with committing fraud by inflating the value of his assets. Today New York judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump and his company deceived banks and insurers by massively overvaluing his real estate holdings in order to obtain loans and better terms for deals. The Palm Beach County assessor valued Mar-a-Lago, for example, at $18 million, while Trump valued it at between $426 million and $612 million, an overvaluation of 2,300% (not a typo).
Engoron canceled the organization’s New York business licenses, arranged for an independent receiver to dissolve those businesses, and placed a retired judge into the position of independent monitor to oversee the Trump Organization.
This decision will crush the heart of Trump’s businesses, and he issued a long statement attacking it, using all the usual words: witch hunt,” “Communist,” “Political Lawfare” (ok, I don’t get that one), and “If they can do this to me, they can do this to YOU!” Law professor Jen Taub commented, “It reads better in the original ketchup.” Trump’s lawyers say they are considering an appeal. The rest of the case is due to go to trial early next month.
Finally, today, the Supreme Court rejected Alabama’s request to let it ignore the court’s order that it redraw its congressional district maps to create a second majority-Black district. Alabama will have to comply with the court’s order.

Starting to work on Judy's Head Cyberware for Both Vs.
It'll be alot of work because:
- Both versions will require refitting the mesh, something I haven't done before.
- I'll need to fix the texture as it gets all borked when you delete the weird panel around the head cyberware.
- It'll need custom pathing so changes don't affect Judy herself.
- I want MLsetups/Community Palette stuff so y'all have different colours to choose from.
But I really wanna give this a go.

Hello!~ I usually don’t ask for matchups, but I love the way you guys write for them….! So if it’s okay, I’d like to request one..!♡
Knb!OC name is Koiri Kuragi; she/her. Her personality mostly comes through around those who know her more than surface level.
Personality type infp. Outwardly, she appears a bit cynical and awkward, but still very kind/‘people pleaser’ presence.
When she’s comfortable, she’s much more unhinged and likes to make people laugh. Empathetic to people’s concerns and open to helping those around her, as long as it’s not inconvenient for her.
She has no interest in participating in sports, but enjoys watching ones that are easy to follow, like basketball/tennis/volleyball. She often finds herself with free time and likes to watch the sports clubs from the sidelines while she does her homework. She likes to doodle on her work books when she’s too distracted.
She has some emotional baggage she chooses to keep quiet about, but would benefit from having a partner who would listen to her and validate her problematic childhood experiences. She likes feeling protected, and able to speak her mind without walking on eggshells around them.
I hope this is okay..! Thank you guys so much, I hope you all are doing well!♡
Type of Romance
Strangers to Lovers
How You Two Met
The day she met Takao, Koiri was sitting in the Shutoku gymnasium watching the regulars practice while she finished up some homework. She was seated up in the bleachers, away from the actual court and players. Being so engrossed into her studies, she didn't realize that one of the regulars had wandered up toward the bleachers to get a better bird's eye view of the court.
Takao had spotted Koiri the second he got up to the audience's seating area, but he didn't recognize her. They were of different classes, so their paths had never crossed prior to this moment.
Being the friendly type he was, he instantly tried to strike up a conversation.
"Oooh, that drawing looks like Shin-chan," Takao commented, nearly startling Koiri out of her seat. He was standing behind her, having just looked over her shoulder at the doodles she'd drawn all over her work bork.
Koiri looked down at the drawing she'd scrawled into the margins of her book: a simple scribble of a boy with glasses holding a basketball. She didn't recognize the name, but she nodded anyway. "Uh, yeah, I guess."
Takao was quick to catch on to her awkward response, though he thought it was for a different reason. "So, do you like him?"
How He Fell For You
When they first got to know each other, Takao made it his goal to try and get Koiri to crack a smile — maybe even laugh — at his antics. Due to her own playful nature, it didn't take long for Takao to eventually break through her walls and get to know the real Koiri. He fell for her from that point forward, loving how well they got along.
He loved that she often shared the same humor with him and found himself seeking her out whenever he wanted to hang out with someone like-minded. Before he knew it, it became routine for him to find her up in the bleachers during practice. He'd often be found explaining to her every move that was being made on court, never missing a single one. She was often amazed by just how much he noticed.
Of course, falling for someone meant he also noticed when things weren't exactly right with her.
"Oooh, look, he's about to do a fade," Takao said, pointing out one of his teammates to Koiri. When he looked over at her to see if she was paying attention, he noticed the way her eyes were pointed right at the court, yet they seemed so far away. Like she was lost in thought. It wasn't like the Koiri he knew. Takao poked at her side, getting her full attention when she turned to look at him. "Hey, you okay?"
The question caught Koiri off guard and she wound up giving away a little of her actual feelings when she glanced away for just a second. Takao was always so observant, it was only a matter of time before he'd noticed something was off.
When he reached out a hand to turn her head toward his again, his eyes looked serious. "You can tell me, you know. I'll listen. And not just because I like you."
What a Relationship with Him is Like
Despite Takao promising to listen, it actually takes him a bit to comprehend the deeper and darker feelings Koiri has. That doesn't stop him from trying however as he tries to become that solid foundation she can lean on from time to time.
A relationship between Takao and Koiri matures them both in the best of ways. It allows Takao to grow as an individual in the sense that he learns to deal with the uglier sides of life when helping a loved one. It allows Koiri to grow as well as she learns to relinquish trust to those who truly care.
Their playful nature never really leaves either of them, but all in all, a relationship between the two allows them both to flourish.
"Hey, come here for a second," Takao requests, holding an arm out for Koiri to nestle herself under. Once she's in place, Takao wraps his arm around her and squeezes her tightly to his side. It's a comforting gesture. One that has Koiri instantly sighing with content.
Until Takao's fingers begin dancing along her sides in a ticklish attack. "K-Kazunari, stop!"
"Can't hear you!" Takao teases, holding even tighter onto Koiri while he continued his onslaught. It brought bubbling laughter and mirthful tears to both of them as she tried to pry herself away. In turn, Takao only squeezed her tighter and closer. "Can't get away from me now. I'm never letting go!"

The Sun, the Moon, and the Eclipse Skeleton Boys (Info Dump)
Warnings: Fire, fighting, etc.
Soleil - The Sun: Papyrus
Personality: He burns like the sun. His flames engulf everything in his path. His passion, like his love, is the most powerful aspect of his personality. His fury, however, has the power to burn the cities and kingdoms he built up down. Even so, he is the sun, and the sun is what makes the flowers blossom and the morning come, so he is very kind-hearted, but he can be just as cruel as the sun on a hot summer day. He may be cruel and obstinate, opposing his sibling at every turn because of his parents' mistakes. He is as opposed to his brother as the sun is to the moon, but their connection remains balanced.
Appearance: He is a skeleton monster. He has red eye lights that ombre into a gentle orange. He has a large scar on his eye that splints into three paths on the top of his skull and down to his chin. He has a large sun tattoo/birthmark on his ribs.
(With more red! The tie and undercoat color.)
Deimos - The Moon: Sans
Personality: He's as quiet and serene as the moon. His water can put out any flames that come his way. His tranquility, like his love, is a strong component of his character. Unlike his sibling, his rage is cool, like vengeance. Despite this, his rage can slowly but steadily cover huge areas of water. He, like his brother, guarantees that everything has the opportunity to survive; as such, he is exceedingly kind, yet during the cold winter days, he can be as cruel as a blizzard. He is cold and distant from his brother, and he frequently fights back against his brother's opposition. He is as diametrically opposed to his brother as the moon is to the sun, but their bond remains balanced.
Appearance: He is a skeleton monster. He has eye lights that ombre from a cool blue to a gentle white. He has a full moon tattoo on his back. He has a small scar on his eye that splinters into two.
Eridanus - The Eclipse: Gaster
Personality: He is the counterpoint to his brother's rage and calm. He stands as a mediator between the two, with fury as cold as the moon and a love for his brothers as intense as the sun. He adores his brothers and works hard to reconcile their competing viewpoints. He prevents their rage from transforming the planet into a realm of nothing but water. He is a kind man who appears to be quite serious. He maintains a balance of water and fire, is very down to earth, and harbors no ill will toward his siblings, whom he pities greatly due to the destruction their parents created. He is concerned that their bond is irreparable.
Appearance: He is a skeleton. One of his eye lights is an ombre of red to orange, while the other is an ombre of blue to white. He has two large scars on his face one splinters into three on the top of his skull, while the other splinters into two at the bottom. He has an eclipse tattoo on the side of his ribs.
