Although the Philippines was under the Spanish influence for almost 400 years, there are only a few establishments offer authentic Spanish dishes. So, we are happy to discover @wobblypan Bistro which offers presentable authentic Spanish (boxed) food trays for pick-up & delivery (in addition to its bistro-style dine-in at @shangrilaplazaofficial ). We ordered the Half Paella Valenciana and Half Paella Negra (1,580 php/5-6 pax), Paella Marinera (790/2-3pax) and Croquestas De Jamon Serrano (290 php). All of them were still warm upon arrival considering the 10 km distance to our home. As you can see, the dishes are topped w/ authentic ingredients and portions are more than approximated. All the paella variants were satisfyingly flavorful. The croquetas is also a cheesy and savory delight. (swipe to 👀 more) Wobbly Pan also has professional service. Coordinating w/ them was such a breeze. We ordered for multiple households & all the orders were delivered timely & accurately. Finally, it's the weekend! How about this @singkostarluckyfriedchicken Hexagon Party Box (1,680 php) w/ Hongkong Style Fried Noodles (100 php) to celebrate? This huge (much larger than we expected) box comes w/ six (6) assorted Asian boneless chicken flavors of your choice. The fried chicken chunks are bigger than the usual chicken nuggets, tender juicy and are so much easier to eat compared to chicken wings. (swipe to be convinced) We had the 1) Salted Egg Chicken, 2) Cereal Chicken, 3) Szechuan Chicken, 4) Honey Garlic Chicken 5) Teriyaki Chicken & 6) Ginger Chicken. We each had our own favorites so its difficult to rank! If you're not used to spicy like my family, the Szechuan Chicken is really challenging. 😁🌶🌶🌶 I ended up eating most of them. All of us had a common preferrence over the Honey Garlic Chicken & Teriyaki Chicken which I also think are kids-friendly flavors. The Ginger Chicken had similarities to the familiar sweet & sour dishes we're accustomed to. For sure, when you get to try them all, you'll have your own personal fave too! The Hongkong Style Fried Noodles was surprisingly so good! Just as sushi bars have a mix sushi, sashimi & maki platter, @nessa.kitchen offers a 6-in-1 Bake Sushi. Yes, it combined all its 6 flavors (Maki, Salmon, Kani x Scallop, Salmon x Scallop [our fave❤️] Tuna & Shrimp) in 1 tray! Aside from the fun factor in exploring all the delicious variants in 1 seating, we were really impressed w/ the harmony bet. its top-notch & umami-rich ingredients & the comforting creaminess that will keep you wanting more! 😍👍(swipe for more) Although there was no delienation, we guessed the flavors based on the appearance. The Maki is at the top left part w/ its creamy mango w/ roe top layer, the kani is sandwiched beneath it. The upper middle part is the Kani x Scallop. The upper right part is the Tuna w/ a grilled top part. The lower left is the salmon also w/ a grilled top part. The lower middle part is the Salmon x Scallop.
