I LIVE for your hilarious tags. You know who'd fit right in with the pirate life, though? Ty Lee. The parrotkeets would adore her.
u think my tags are funny omg haha do u wanna kiss about it or
ANYWAY YES I’ll just leave you with @jatersade’s excellent galaxy brained tags bc they're Everything to me and must be shared
#ty lee hears may has been kidnapped and is obviously gonna go save her gf from the mean pirates #so she figures out where the pirate ship is probably gonna dock next via gossip and sweet talking some ppl and heads on over #but then when she sneaks onto the boat and into mai’s rooms (undetected of course) Mai is like what no I want to be here #and ty lee is like oh well everyone is saying you got kidnapped. Honestly I thought it seemed a little fishy #bc obviously you can protect yourself so how did they get you on here actually #and then zuko walks in and he and ty lee do the pointing spider man meme for a second but she breaks first to give him a big hug<3 #he is not prepared for it tho he probably should be and Mai is smirking at him bc SHE’D been prepared for it #and anyways they’re all bffs and ty lee is like maybe I’ll stay a while #and Mai misses her gf and Zuko knows first hand that ty lee is probably more useful than half his crew combined #(he and Mai are STILL somehow the only people that know she’s on the ship rn???hea got like 5 guys on the night watch come ON) #so of course they’re happy to have her:) #anyways.

Reflection -Albert park cushion
1- To construct these colourful triangles I used thin wooden sticks, hot glue, and colorful sheet plastic which I tied to a tree in my garden using string. The angles of a triangle helped to pick up light and create a highlighted reflection however colourful light did not pass through the material as I hoped. This was an improvement from my previous trial as my last prototype did not connect with light at all. I thought the red and blue colours stood out the most in the tree. The green blended in with the leaves and the yellow was quite pale unlike the bright yellow of the parrotkeet. Although I did think that the green and yellow colours may look different in my tree at Albert Park as the colour is significantly darker compared to the tree in my garden.
I could see the wooden interior structure of the triangle however this was needed as the plastic would not stick together purely using tape. The string I found in my house was a brown colour though for future improvements I could change this to a clear string which would not be seen. While observing the triangles and the way they caught the light, made me consider that maybe the light doesn't need to be reflected in colourful rays but instead catch the light. I believe this would have the same attention-grabbing effect as it would still be a contrast to the tree. I will trial this concept in my next prototype as I also realized that my tree at Albert Park is not in constant light therefore would be difficult to project light rays. When prototyping future ideas for this concept I could think about different shapes or trialing different reflective materials such as candy wrappers, tin foil, or glass to see if there is a different effect.
Mirroring light- mirroring the idea of how we view things.
2- For my second prototypes used clay to create a fairy, bee, and parrotkeet feather. I painted these clay objects using acrylic paint and balanced them on branches in a tree.
While creating these prototypes I realised that the modeling and drying process took me longer than anticipated. I spent roughly 2 hours making the objects and 45 mins painting them. When I came to photograph the shapes I noticed that the paint still was not dry and the clay had not set fully. I could move and pick up the objects however they were very delicate (fairy fell apart after photographing) and I did not incorporate a way to attach the objects to the tree. After prototyping, I realised that I did not leave the clay to dry in a warm room and painted it when it was partially wet. I found the acrylic paint needed more time to dry on clay than it does on paper and needed more coats to minimize brunch stroke lines. While modeling I also needed to think about incorporating a hole so my objects can be tied to the tree, ensuring they don't fall out.
The purpose of these clay objects was to help give the tree life energy and create a cushion of appreciation. I created a bee to represent insects that appreciate the tree. I made a parrotkeet feather to trial contrasting colours, connect with the origins of my idea, and represent all the birds that appreciate the tree. Lastly, I created a mythical fairy to show that even though you can't see all of the creatures using the tree, doesn't mean they are not there. Also that if you cant see all the work that the tree does, (e.g oxygen) this doesn't mean that it should not be appreciated.
For my next prototypes, I need to make the models significantly larger as they need to stand out in the tree. I need to add more layers of paint to ensure that the colours are vibrant and need to consider how they are going to be attached to the tree. (Diamond spider, bee, fairies, feathers)
3- After research, I decided to try weaving colours into my garden tree using ribbon. I did not create a pattern like Christy Caravagilo though I did use soft materials which is something I did not consider before. I tied a selection of coloured ribbons together at one end and I looped the ribbon around gaps and branches. Some of the ribbons were long meaning they covered more space making the aesthetic picture larger. Some of the ribbons also contained flecks of glitter which caught the light and twinkled in the sun. Though this was a simple idea and simple materials I enjoyed seeing the colouful and pretty effect this had on the tree. The ribbons seemed to add something special which lead me to think about how they could connect something special.
As I reflected on my prototopes I began thinking about creating many different clay figures to put in amongst the tree. As previously stated these figures will need to be larger to help them stand out but I also started to think how the ribbon made an impact and could be woven through the tree connecting each of the figure cushions. This would show how everything is connected and how everything appreciates the tree. this would also create a pathway for people's eyes to follow around the tree, appreciating every side. (Almost event-like). As I create my next prototypes I will continue to think about this concept and think about ways to deliver and incorporate this colourful pathway.

Sedano’s His-panic Latin American Spanish Market on Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines, Florida are so racist against me, that after I supported an End to the Cuban Embargo, Sedano’s Spanish employees would pull my Calcium supplement-of-choice from their shelves after picking-up my iPhone conversations and text-messaging, including iPhones being idle while having personal one-on-one verbal non-Phone conversations with my Mother about me needing Calcium for my weak bones, in our apartment. I know this very well, because Sedanos employees violate my privacy by playing my personal iPhone music songs of my purchases on their loud speakers! And, after they sent the poltergeist after me of my pedophile godfather Julio Hurtado, they wanted me to be my godfather’s godson to frame me, while they announce the little girls joyously dancing provocatively on-stage in their Univision with Don Francisco on Sabado Giganto for practically 50 years in our United States, against my vote and against my consent with no votes allowed by American TV customers having dinners with their family members. Don Francisco is a pedophile and rapist! Jose Luis Garcia is a pedophile and rapist! Jose Luis Garcia is the alcoholic Cuban baker in New Jersey that looks like a Saudi that goes into basements filled with parrotkeets and junks! CAGES! Children locked in animal cages in Jose Luis Garcia’s basements (he and his corrupt jewelries-wearing second wife Nenita Maria Garcia have moved to about 5 houses between North Bergen, Ridgefield, and Ridgefield Park)! Rigoberto Bert Padron raping and molesting me with Frank Prieto’s son Frankey Prieto, born from 1980s, in BATTING CAGES, holding my hands together (and he has held a woman defenseless in front of an old Arabic man).
