If you don’t mind the questions, how’d the Tortuga gang react to Chris tagging along? I assume they understood Chris would be joining them early on into Martin being accepted, but I imagine the situation was more like. Martin snagging a new job on the Tortuga >> realizing he can’t take this job and leave his brother alone >> Chris says don’t worry just take me with you >> Martin nervously asking heyyyyyyyy is it cool if my little brother comes with?

Obviously everyone had to be cool with it eventually, but do you know what Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy had going through their heads when a mildly emo, 14yo Chris rolled in with a deeply anxiety-ridden Martin?

This is kinda the awkward phase of the team's relationship where they know Martin is struggling, but he's not willing to let them help just yet.

The second Chris finds out about the Tortuga it becomes his life-mission to convince Martin to let him go on the trip (it will not be difficult at all to convince him)

Martin is just hesitant because he wants to make sure he's not being selfish in his decision to join the team. Of course Chris wants to go too, but Martin is trying to think of his best interest.

Of course, he eventually realizes that the team genuinely cares about them and he's willing to let them help out with Chris, and then the found-family can commence!!!

Nicktoons Unite Cuddle Puddle

Danny had one arm draped over Manny, whose face was pressed snugly against Danny’s chest. SB, sprawled across the other side, had his arm thrown over both of them, snoring faintly. A too-small blanket was half-draped over their legs, clearly an afterthought in their effort to stay together.

Timmy blinked and then grinned, his heart swelling. “Oh my gosh,” he whispered, nudging Jimmy. “Look at them. It’s like a little family!”

Jimmy raised an eyebrow before a soft smile crept across his face. “Huh. I guess this team idea of yours wasn’t so bad after all,” he said warmly.

Jenny stepped closer, her eyebrows shooting up in surprise before her expression softened. “Okay, that’s actually… really cute. Who knew they had it in them?”

Timmy set his tea down on a nearby table and turned to face Jimmy, a spark of pride in his eyes. “Not so bad? Jimmy, it’s amazing. Look at them. They were all sad, and now they’re just… this. I knew our friends were great, but this? This is next-level adorable.”

Jimmy gave a quiet laugh, his hands settling on Timmy’s waist. “You really do know how to bring people together.”

Timmy flushed slightly but leaned up to kiss Jimmy. “Maybe. But I couldn’t have done it without you guys.” He glanced at Jenny. “Or you, Jenny.”

Jenny snorted lightly, though her eyes glimmered with warmth. “Don’t make me cry, Timmy. I’ve got a reputation to uphold.” She stepped closer to the couch, looking down at the pile of sleeping friends. “But honestly? You’re right. This is the kind of thing I didn’t know I needed to see today.”

Timmy’s grin turned mischievous as he tugged Jimmy closer. “You know, there’s definitely room for more people in this cuddle puddle.”

Jenny raised an eyebrow. “Seriously?”

“Absolutely,” Timmy said, already climbing onto the couch. He gently nestled in next to SB, careful not to disturb the others. Jimmy followed, tucking himself behind Timmy.

Jenny hesitated for only a moment before sighing with mock exasperation. “Fine, but if anyone drools on me, I’m out.” She slid onto the couch, fitting herself into a space near Manny and letting the blanket cover what it could.

Within minutes, the warmth and quiet of the room worked its magic. Timmy felt Jimmy’s arms wrap securely around him, and Jenny’s steady breathing signaled she’d already nodded off.

In the morning, when the others woke up, the now-expanded cuddle puddle felt so natural that no one even questioned it. It was just another sign that, despite their differences and the chaos of their lives, they were becoming something closer to family every day.

more solangelo as parents!

Nico’s job would literally just be doing stuff for Hades. He doesn’t really get payed in the conventional way, but he has access to all Hades’ riches so they live a comfy life.

Will becomes a doctor. I don’t think he went to college or university, mostly because it didn’t appeal to him and the idea of learning something he’d been doing from a very young age felt belittling. Instead, he convinced Chiron to forge him some papers and with a bit of mist manipulation, he got straight into doctor training at a hospital or however that works (foundation program or something?).

They have twins, because I love twins. A girl named Bianca and a boy named Michael-Lee (shut up i think it rolls of the tongue).

ML (i’m not writing the whole name everytime) is trans so he wasn’t always called this, but he wanted a name that was important to his parents and he wanted them to name him so that’s what he ended up with. He loves it, he says it feels like a pop star stage name.

Nico definitely cooks the food, his signature dish is pasta. He makes it from scratch because he says the store packages are disgusting and processed junk.

Will is the one who kisses their injuries and tucks them into bed at night (although Nico obviously says goodnight and love you’s too).

I feel like they both deal with the nightmares but most of the time, it’s Will because Nico is harder to wake up. He sings them lullabies and has actually started to appreciate his voice a lot more because of this. However, Nico can be found sometimes cuddling one or both of the twins close, wiping their tears and even sometimes singing Italian lullabies that he vaguely remembers from his childhood.

I feel like Nico plays rough with them, things like violent pillow fights followed by lots of exhilarated screams and giggles. He’s never too rough though, and he’s never hurt them. He can easily tell when to stop and when it’s time to calm down and take a break.

Nico is the soft touch, he acts like he isn’t but he is. He’ll say snarky things and talk to the twins like they’re adults from a very young age (in a funny way, not a weird way lmao) but he can’t handle seeing them upset or crying. Both of them are very spoiled and any shopping trips with Nico end with them coming back, hands full of toy boxes and faces stretched into beaming smiles.

Will is the more tough parent, but honestly he’s a silly too. He may know how to discipline them when he has to, but he also jokes with them and geeks out over their favourite films and shows with them.

Apollo loves that they have twins, and often compares them to him and Artemis (mostly because Bianca has dark, auburn hair and ML is a blond).

I feel like they live in a white, picket fence area but none of their neighbors like them. They painted the white fence a soft yellow and have a giant pride flag wafting on the front. There’s exotic, brightly coloured plants everywhere and the only reason they live is prayers to Persephone and the fact the goddess herself sometimes visits.

Persephone has basically claimed those kids as her grankids, she loves coming over to play with them and loves that she can without breaking any stupid divine laws.

Hades acts unbothered but he’s been caught smiling softly at the twins or even simply at Nico and Will being disgustingly domestic. His Christmas gifts are always huge and the first thing the twins open.

They tried to take one of those professional family photos when the twins were toddlers; it didn’t go so well. Nico is blinking, Bianca is screaming, Will’s face is basically a blur and ML is growling at the camera but the glint in his eyes says he finds himself hilarious. The photo is hung up above the fireplace.

They join their names which means ML’s name is a mouthful. Michael-Lee Di Angelo-Solace. He probably has a middle name too, although i’m not sure what. Maybe Lester, for the jokes?

A little backstory insert about Specter here..

He was friends with Aurora (Skeebo's biological mother) and Zac (Pac's dad) in high school, despite being in a privileged family, he always wished to be freed from it all and have the right to be his own person.

Before the war began, he ran away from home during a wedding that his parents forced him to have with a woman he despised, and seeking comfort, he stayed with Aurora for a while when Skeebo's younger sister was born.

During the war, and he had told the rest of the Resistance this as well, he wanted to be a father, but he felt like he was unworthy of having a child and he was scared of accidentally giving said child a terrible life. Zac hearing this showed him baby Pac and said that if he wasn't comfortable having a child with another person, he was always welcome to help raise his own. Aurora also agreed to that idea.

... He was killed around the day Zac had obtained the scar on his cheek.

If it weren't for his death, many things could have been prevented.

But as of right now, the Overlords refuse to give him mercy, so, the closest to being in a family is floating in the alleyway with a broken child he was meant to help raise and nurture. A boy that doesn't view him as something dangerous, but as a friend... A real one.
