A very polite troll who enjoys antiques, and collecting old books. Parbor stands at 5′10, and has an affinity for sweets. Though he offers quiet thank yous and appreciative nods, he doesn’t seem keen to speak too loudly. They own an antique shop on the edge of town.

Hot Take maybe, but if you have watched The Owl House (if you haven't, you should) I think the unique thing which is probably the best thing about it is the adults.

Like, the Kids vs the Evil Tyrant is pretty old hat. It's existed for ages, for varying degrees of reasonableness; probably most important is thematically the intended audience of children will relate to heroes their own age, so stories will come up with various excuses to make it the kids' adventure and not the dozens of adults who should be responsible for it. In Narnia it's magic and no other humans are there, in original Gundam it's a ship that was crowded with refugees and the actual command staff died so either the teenagers run the ship or the ship blows up, in harold parbor everyone is a goddamn moron, you know, normal things.

But in Owl House, there's a half dozen or so adults looking out for the half dozen or so main cast of children. They are trying their hardest to keep those kids safe. The kids are brave, adventurous, and having an adventure to be sure, but the situation is not one where they would be safe if they just stayed home, and so the adults are there to do everything they can to look after them.

All that is to say Camila Noceda is iconic. Absolutely the hardest I have related to any character in years.

3. do they have any "mundane" scars? caused by a paper cuts, falling against a corner, an operation… ?

Parbor has a plethora of scars that were caused by mundane ordeals, his left hand has a few paper cut scars that are mostly in the space between his thumb and other fingers, he also has a scar on his lower leg that was caused by him turning a corner too quickly in his shop and running into an antique brass desk.

10. do they have any scary story related to one or more of their scars?

Crydra absolutely has a scary story to almost all his scars- A lot of his scars were caused by rather traumatizing events; if you want to feel nervous for the mutant sea dweller ask him about his scars on his back. For now the scary story I'll tell you of is a rather large thin scar around his right calf. That scar was caused by a deep sea predatory worm, when he was an adolescent troll he went too close to the thermal vents and jostled this ribbon worm like being whose main form of defense is a stinging proboscis; when Crydra was trying to flee from the biome he stepped on the thing and got a nasty sting from the worm; while there was no venom it scared him enough he always tells the story of it like its a thriller movie.

5. do they have any battle scar?

So neither of the Ialica twins have battle scars, most wounds they've experienced were either not serious enough to scar or did enough damage they had to get prosthetics. Technically speaking Noltil has a prosthetic eye; its painted to match her eye perfectly and isn't noticed often.

Introducing something new to the blog! As you know this blog is primarily a fantroll blog, but I couldnt help but add some of my other alien species that have the displeasure of being stuck here!

Name: Reien Azriia

Species: Aquillian (Expect a lore post soon)

Specialty: Aquamancy; through microscopic grooves in his not scaled skin he can effectively direct water towards his mouth/to pool in locations by his will. When around larger bodies of water he can do more grandiose things, like making a sphere the size of a basketball out of pure water and balancing it/ tossing it around like a ball. His senses are heightened in only the case of his nose and taste, and he can 'taste' when a storm is coming.

Age: 22000 (Though this translates in his species to about 22!)

Personality: Reien is an exceptionally gentle individual, while he lacks the charisma of a leader and tends to teeter in between silence and oversharing about interests, one thing remains true; the fact he wears his emotions on his sleeve. It isn't uncommon for minor inconveniences or just a handcrafted jewelry/ware from a shop to make him tear up, while these emotional displays are quiet he feels a great deal of embarrassment after one of these. He tries to keep a happy expression on his face, and normally succeeds due to just enjoying the world he's in. It's not rare to observe Reien from afar and see his small closed mouth smile while staring at the most random things. He tends to retreat into his own mind when focused, leading to these moments of zoning out. He is incredibly flighty, fleeing at the first sight of a conflict or fight due to his home planet being without extreme violence. Unfortunately for him the current planet hes on is not violence free and he's suffering. He was lucky enough to meet Parbor after falling through a literal tear in the universe, a lot of damage was received from this event so he's even more nervous than usual.

Sexuality: Demisexual

Location: Currently Lives with Parbor Hedera in his hive far outside of the cities in a pretty dense rainforest esque environment, recent storms have made the location far more tropical than typical. Reien is the reason why Parbor is so protective of keeping trolls away from his hive, besides Parbor only another troll by the name of Seraii frequently discuss with him. He 'earns' his keep by gently scrubbing away any dirt or grime from the artifacts Parbor keeps without damaging them. He does have a trollian and can be reached by accident. Furthermore if you frequently visit this rainforest esque place, you might end up meeting him.

May I suggest the ever adorable Moccah? Perhaps? Moccah is....an enigma, that’s for certain. They do wish to open some sort of antique shop one day, perhaps pale? 

I noticed you eyeing Moccah’s delightful friend Adison earlier, so perhaps I can push you towards Cariba? I’ll admit, I know very little about Cari. But he’s a handsome lad, albeit quiet. I also know for a fact that he is perfectly fine with limes~! I think he would be perfect in flush. I know he collects quite a few treasures, so perhaps you can talk him into bringing you some, sometime. 

Puuuurrrrhaps I can even entertain you to the idea of the wonderful wanderlust lad, Kicoyo? He’s a bit of a thief but when he loves, he loves wholesomely and will steal specifically for you. He has no problems with mutants being one himself. Though his flush is understandabley very taken, he is hopelessly in love with that darling cat girl of his. Perhaps pale? I doubt he could be mean to you for long!
