Investing in Detail and Wrap Service for Your Business
Investing in professional detail and wrap service is the best way to ensure your vehicle’s wrapped surfaces stay in pristine condition. This includes a focus on gentle, wrap-safe products and methods for washing that will prevent damage to the surface.
Choose a pH-neutral, wrap-safe car wash soap. Use a soft wash mitt and rinse frequently. Avoid using high pressure, which could lift the vinyl and create tears.
Promote Your Business
With the right wrap and a reputable installer, your business can be seen by a wide range of potential clients. A wrap that showcases your logo, service area, and unique call-to-action statement will capture the attention of people passing by and entice them to contact you.
A quality wrap is a cost-effective way to promote your business. You can even use a partial wrap to display your logo on only the sides of your vehicle. This type of wrap is more affordable than a full car wrap and can last for over 10 years.
Use social media to spread the word about your services and highlight your impressive work. Include before-and-after images, testimonials, and behind-thescenes footage to captivate potential clients. Incorporate a unique call to action and monitor sales data to measure your ROI. Other ways to promote your wraps include a custom URL, Google analytics, and surveys or feedback forms that ask how a customer found you.
Enhance the Appearance of Your Vehicle
Vehicle wraps are an affordable way to upgrade your car’s look and boost its resale value. The process involves applying a high-quality vinyl film to the body of your vehicle, transforming it into a unique masterpiece.
Professional wrapping companies offer a variety of colors, patterns, and finishes for every need. A quality wrap lasts 1-5 years and is less expensive than a paint job.
Regularly washing your wrap is important to prevent dirt buildup and maintain its appearance. The cleaning process should include a gentle wash mitt and microfiber towels. Avoid using abrasive tools or brushes to avoid scratches and other damage. Taking the top-to-bottom approach to washing helps minimize water spots and other contaminants.
In addition to wrapping services, reputable providers also offer premium auto detail and wrap service sydney. This process removes scratches, stains, and dirt for a showroom-worthy shine inside and out. It’s a great investment for maintaining the pristine appearance of your company vehicle and increasing its resale value.
Protect Your Investment
As a business owner, you know that vehicle wraps add value to your customers’ cars, while also helping advertise your shop. Your clients trust you to help them transform their vehicles, whether they want a racing stripe or chrome delete, a new color or company logo. But these eye-catching finishes need proper care to stay pristine and last for years.
Washing frequently, using gentle products and techniques, and regularly inspecting for damage are all essential. Frequent inspections allow you to notice early signs of wear and tear so that you can repair them promptly before they worsen.
Additionally, using a low water pressure setting protects the wrap from damage caused by force or excessive temperature. This minimizes scratching and preserves vibrant colors. It’s also important to avoid harsh chemicals and automatic car washes, as they can wear down the wrap over time. Using a protective UV spray and parking in the shade are other simple measures that can make a big difference.
Increase Your Profits
To grow your business, focus on customer satisfaction. When customers are happy, they are more likely to recommend you to others. Word-of-mouth advertising is one of the most effective and affordable marketing strategies for a wrap shop. You can also encourage referrals by offering discounts and freebies to your existing clients.
Another way to increase your profits is to offer other products and services that can complement your vehicle wraps. For example, adding paint protection film (PPF) to your list of services can help you attract a wider spectrum of clients.
When choosing a shop for your car wrap service, look for a company with years of experience and a large portfolio of work. Also, make sure the installers are certified and licensed. They should also be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Moreover, they should have a climate-controlled work area because lamination and printer equipment need certain conditions for optimum operation.

I think at this juncture it is imperative that as artists we pursue and advocate for legal protections so that corporations cannot steal the work we generated with our own blood, sweat, and tears, only to train their AI systems and spit out distorted near-replicas and crude, roman copies of ourselves right back at us – at least, not without our explicit consent (I don’t know who would consent to this in knowledge of what is actually happening) or at the very least, not without compensation (Though I would advise any artist against selling their work to the machine).
Soon the databases and datasets these AI machine learning algorithms are using to churn out derivative AI content will be so inundated, so polluted by second, third, and fourth generation AI abominations that corporations will be desperate for novel human content to train their machine systems – especially as each subsequent generation of AI paintings, music, and poetry becomes clunkier and clunkier and ventures further and further into “uncanny valley” territory.
If as an artist you think this doesn’t apply to you because you aren’t famous or successful, just understand that the AI systems don’t care about whether you’re famous or successful; they only care about the degree of human novelty in your creations. The more novel, idiosyncratic, and/or peculiar your work is, the more useful it is to the AI, and therefore the more valuable it is to the corporation.
Without legal protections firmly set in place, I believe we will see a kind of perverse democratization of the art world, where instead of every artist’s work having an equal shot at being admired and appreciated, it will all be fair game to be stolen and reappropriated.
For me it’s not a matter of money, it’s a matter of principle. If you’re going to use my work, at least have the decency to ask for my permission first. It’s just common courtesy. In the near future, or perhaps even as we speak, there may be private contractors hired out by transnational corporations to scout and scour the Earth for human novel artistic works – new and novel human content to feed their machines. They will seek out one’s “magnum opus” so to speak in order to assimilate it into the hive mind “Borg” and improve their models. Perhaps they will even fish for some kind of “implied consent” so that they don’t have to ask for explicit permission. It’s all very gross and underhanded to imagine, let alone to reckon with God forbid – gives one “the ick” as the young people today like to say.
If you don’t believe me, just observe what happens when generative AI starts producing content derivative of content produced by other AI’s, which in turn was produced using content derived from yet another AI, which in turn was fed content produced by still yet another AI, and so on, and so forth. With each subsequent generation the degradation gets worse and worse, like a Wi-Fi signal degrading as it is retransmitted from daisy-chained extender to daisy-chained extender. The result becomes more and more unsettling, more and more off-putting, until finally what you’re looking at is an abomination not much different from the grotesque monster in the recent Hollywood film, Barbarian, or at least, the process which gets you there, though much less disgusting, is not much different in principle – a kind of AI incest.
This proliferating pollution of the AI data pool will create a new demand for novel human artistic content, and where new demands arise, new markets emerge, and therefore new services. Suddenly the “Human AI Scout,” scampering around for new and novel human artistic morsels to feed its machine master doesn’t feel so far-fetched! The new market will create new capital, but sadly, as history has shown us, few will benefit from this new wealth, and many, if not most, will be exploited. Consider the new age of digital media, and streaming, and all the new capital which was created, as many hailed the “democratization” of music and its “liberation” from the hands of just a few record company executives; has this benefitted the artist? And any changes made as a result to the legal framework of copyright law; did these help the artist?
And one might say, so many artists give no thought at all to pirating the work of one of their contemporaries for example, and yet suddenly they’re all up in arms now that the stealing affects them? But artists have never cared about piracy (perhaps with the exception of Metallica). Only the industry which exploits the artist cares about such things. Most artists do care, however, if you take one of their songs, or poems, or paintings, or films, change it up a bit, or extract the essence of its style, and present it as your own.
A work copied and distributed freely for consumption is of no real concern to any artist I know, and of at most little concern to any reasonable person. But a work stolen for reappropriation, for profit, with no credit given to the original artist whatsoever, and worse, accompanied by a false claim of ownership, and in this case, corporate ownership of a style the artist may have spilled decades of blood, sweat, and tears nurturing and developing, this is a different story entirely.
Corporations stealing, reappropriating, and ultimately commodifying the very things which make us human, our idiosyncrasies, our unique style, even our voice and thoughts, and dare I say, even the very essence of our souls, the very last thing which is finally ours, which is our own and not for sale, our last refuge from your ruthless meat-grinder and the sickening banality of your consumer culture, our final sacred space where we can find some peace far away from your incessant attempts at mind control and constant surveillance, one last sanctuary inside ourselves away, far away from this constant assault on the senses and the hijacking of all our better sensibilities – to sell this for a profit and without our consent or any compensation – this cannot, and will not stand.

Fingerprint-Proof: Stay Anonymous with Antidetect Tech in the Digital Wild West
Imagine the internet, not as a bustling marketplace plastered with targeted ads, but as a lawless frontier, vast and wild. A place where you roam unseen, untracked, your digital identity cloaked in anonymity. In this digital Wild West, the trusty steed you ride isn't a trusty steed, but an antidetect browser, your shield against the prying eyes of trackers and data harvesters.
The Panopticon's Gaze: Tracked in Every Click
Today, our online lives are under constant surveillance. Every click, search, and purchase paints a detailed portrait of who we are, where we've been, and what we do. This intricate tapestry of personal data, woven by browser fingerprinting, cookies, and IP addresses, leaves us vulnerable to targeted advertising, data breaches, and even government monitoring. We are, unknowingly, playing by the rules of a digital panopticon, observed and analyzed without our consent.
Unmasking the Trackers: The Fingerprint Deception
Browser fingerprinting is the sophisticated tool of choice for those who watch from the shadows. This technique builds a unique digital portrait of your device and browsing habits, meticulously gathering elements like:
Operating system: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
Installed fonts: Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri, etc.
Screen resolution: 1920x1080, 1366x768, etc.
Browser plugins: Adobe Flash, Java, etc.
Hardware components: Graphics card, processor, etc.
By piecing together these seemingly innocuous details, trackers can build a surprisingly accurate profile of your online persona, even if you change your IP address or clear your browsing history. You are no longer anonymous; you are an open book, your online life laid bare for anyone with the right tools.
Breaking the Chains: The Antidetect Arsenal
But fear not, digital pioneers! Antidetect browsers stand as your revolvers in this digital showdown. These powerful tools operate on a simple principle: severing the link between your online activity and your true identity. How do they achieve this? Let's explore their arsenal:
Isolation and Sandboxing: Imagine each website you visit as a separate, quarantined saloon. Antidetect browsers create these virtual sandboxes, preventing trackers from piecing together your activity across different sites. Your browsing history becomes compartmentalized, a secret buried deep within the digital canyon.
Fingerprint Spoofing: Don a digital bandana! Antidetect browsers can randomize your browser fingerprint, essentially creating a digital phantom that blends seamlessly into the online crowd. Trackers, confused by the ever-changing signature, lose your trail.
IP Masking and Tor Integration: Cloaking your location is key. Antidetect browsers offer a vast pool of anonymous IP addresses, masking your true location and further anonymizing your browsing. Additionally, some integrate with Tor, the onion-routed network, for an extra layer of encryption and near-untraceable movements.
Anti-Leak Protection: Plug the leaks! Antidetect browsers plug all potential data leaks, from WebRTC to DNS requests, ensuring your true identity remains hidden. No more inadvertent breadcrumbs betraying your location or online persona.
Beyond Invisibility: A World of Untethered Freedom
The benefits of antidetect browsers extend far beyond simply eluding trackers. They unlock a world of unfettered online freedom and empowerment, like:
Geo-restricted content: Break down geographical barriers! Access websites and streaming services unavailable in your region, enjoying global entertainment and information without censorship walls. That foreign film you've been wanting to watch or the news source banned in your country? Now they're just a click away.
Multi-account management: Juggle identities with ease! Manage multiple accounts on the same platform simultaneously, whether for social media marketing, online research, or simply keeping your personal and professional lives separate. No more red flags or account linking worries.
Enhanced security: Protect yourself from the digital outlaws! Antidetect browsers offer advanced security features that shield you from phishing scams, malware attacks, and online fraud. Think of yourself as a fortified saloon, impervious to digital threats.
Peace of mind: Breathe easy in the digital frontier! Reclaim control over your online presence and enjoy the internet without the constant feeling of being watched. Browse with confidence, knowing your privacy is your own.
Choosing Your Weapon: The Antidetect Posse
Numerous antidetect browsers exist, each with its own unique features and strengths. Choose wisely, considering factors like:
Features and Functionality: Do you need advanced IP masking, robust fingerprint spoofing, or specific platform integrations?
Ease of Use: Look for a user-friendly interface and intuitive controls, especially if you

Navigating the Digital Age: EMF, 5G, and Wireless Protection
In our hyperconnected world, staying connected is the norm. From 5G networks to Wi-Fi signals, wireless technology is the backbone of our modern lives. However, amidst the convenience and speed, concerns about electromagnetic fields (EMF) exposure and wireless signal protection have emerged. In this blog post, we'll delve into the importance of EMF and wireless protection, exploring ways to shield ourselves from potential risks.
Understanding EMF and 5G
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) are invisible fields of energy generated by electronic devices, power lines, and wireless communication systems. These fields encompass various frequencies, including radio waves, microwaves, and even X-rays. While many EMF sources are considered safe, prolonged exposure to high levels of EMF, such as those emitted by cell phones and wireless routers, has raised concerns about potential health risks.
5G, or fifth-generation wireless technology, promises lightning-fast data speeds and seamless connectivity. However, its implementation has sparked debates about potential health effects due to increased EMF exposure. While scientific consensus on 5G's health impact is ongoing, some individuals seek ways to protect themselves from excessive EMF exposure. 5g protection and shielding are necessary now.
The Importance of Wi-Fi and Wireless Signal Protection
Wi-Fi and wireless signals have become essential for our connected lives. They enable us to work, communicate, and entertain ourselves from virtually anywhere. However, with great convenience comes the potential for vulnerability.
Here are some key reasons why Wi-Fi and wireless signal protection matter:
Health Concerns: Prolonged exposure to Wi-Fi and wireless signals, especially at close range, has raised concerns about potential health risks. While the scientific community continues to research these concerns, some individuals prefer to take precautions.
Privacy and Security: Unprotected Wi-Fi networks can be vulnerable to hacking and data breaches. Ensuring the security of your wireless network is essential to protect your personal information and privacy.
Signal Quality: Interference from other devices or neighboring networks can disrupt your Wi-Fi signal quality. Implementing protection measures can help maintain a stable and fast connection.
How to Protect Yourself from EMF and Wireless Signal Risks
EMF Protection Devices: Various EMF protection devices, such as cell phone radiation shields and EMF-blocking clothing, are available on the market. These products claim to reduce your exposure to harmful electromagnetic radiation.
EMF Shielding Materials: Consider using EMF shielding materials like special fabrics, paints, or window films that can block or reduce EMF penetration into your living spaces.
Wi-Fi Network Security: Protect your home Wi-Fi network with a strong password, encryption, and regular updates. Ensure that your router firmware is up to date to guard against potential vulnerabilities.
Router Placement: Position your Wi-Fi router in a central location to ensure optimal signal coverage. Avoid placing it near your bed or workspace to minimize close-range exposure.

How to Navigate the World of NFT Marketplaces: Beginners’ Edition
NFTs are a new type of digital asset containing unique information. Each such token has its own value and price, but they do not have a common capitalization. At the same time, the totality of the most popular assets is about $17 billion.
Tokens are used as cryptocurrency assets. They can be sold, bought, given or bequeathed; they allow owners to make good money. The value of NFTs often increases, reaching tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars in some cases. For example, the most expensive token went to a new owner for $532 million.
NFT trading is carried out on special exchanges — marketplaces. But well-known auction houses such as Christie’s and Sotheby’s also offer tokens for auction.
This market is developing, gaining momentum and becoming more and more popular. This means you have a great opportunity to make money by trading tokens by creating your own NFT marketplace.
NFT stands for non-fungible token, which translates as a non-fungible token. This is a special type of crypto-asset that cannot be replaced with something of equal value. For example, you can sell Bitcoin and then buy it again and the account will still have the same 1 BTC, but if you have a unique photo, you will not be able to replace it with a similar one.
The answer to the question of what an NFT is in simple words is: it is a digital record in a blockchain registry, a password-protected link to a work of art or other asset, a kind of certificate for the right to own a unique digital object. It, in turn, can be compared to casino chips, which are not regulated in any way, are not money, but still have value.
Tokens cannot be faked, and rights to them can be proven at any time. They are reliably protected thanks to special encryption. After all, all data is stored in blocks that can be located on various devices around the world, which complicates the hacking process.
Which tokens are classified as NFTs:
photographs and pictures;
musical works;
trading cards;
digital paintings;
luxuries;
domain names;
texts;
deleted scenes from films;
videos and gifs;
graphic design;
ballet parts;
game characters, etc.
All digital files that are unique and valuable can theoretically become a token. At the same time, each NFT is special and is valued differently. For example, the world’s first SMS was sold for $150 thousand, the first tweet — for almost $3 million, a photo of a girl smiling against the backdrop of a burning house, which became a famous meme — for $500 thousand, and the avatars that appeared before the screening of the new part of The Matrix — just for $50 per unit.
To make money, you can create tokens or a series of tokens on different platforms and trade, or launch your own marketplace and receive income from the commission for NFTs put up for sale. Also, special platforms for creating and selling tokens may charge a fee for smart contracts that allow the blockchain to securely store data, or for initializing an electronic wallet in which assets will be stored.
What are NFTs for?
Tokens were created with the aim of making a profit from their sale to collectors, gamers, and art lovers. Now they are used to monetize the popularity or commercialization of digital art (paintings, music, memes, etc.). In addition, they are needed for trading game characters, real estate, and virtual worlds. They can be used in any area suitable for tokenizing ownership of an object. The main thing is to create an NFT marketplace with NFT Marketplace Development for your needs.
Areas of application of tokens:
sale of works of art — an online store that allows you to produce, store, and sell assets is suitable;
work in the real estate sector — it is better to develop a platform that can cooperate with databases and government registers, find the location of the participant;
training — platforms should offer various programs for acquiring knowledge online and tracking performance indicators;
investments — here you need a service similar to the stock market;
access keys — tokens are often used to gain access to content, events, programs, and databases;
games — trading of characters or items is possible both within the game and on external platforms with a secure exchange of fiat for a game asset.
How tokens differ from cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrency and tokens are the most popular digital assets created in the blockchain system. Digital coins have their own blockchains, while NFTs reside on existing ones.
The formation of asset values also differs. The price of cryptocurrency is influenced by user demand and market supply, and the price of tokens depends not only on this but also on other NFTs, the release of additional tokens, and other factors.
Another difference is that the issuance of digital coins is always decentralized, while the creation of tokens can be either centralized or decentralized.
An NFT is an object that has no analogs, and cryptocurrency cannot boast of this.
At the same time, despite owning the token, you will not influence its use outside the blockchain. That is, when purchasing, for example, a deleted scene from a famous film, you should not expect that no one else will be able to see it. People will watch videos on the Internet as much as they want and without paying for views.
The main thing in NFTs is exclusivity, a unique right to own value.
If we compare it with something more familiar, then for a collector, gamer, or fan of beauty, buying a token is like getting the original of a favorite work for an art connoisseur.
In addition to their value, such assets are also an excellent opportunity to make money because you can always buy them cheaper and then sell them at a higher price, especially since interest in this topic, as well as the demand for NFTs, is growing every year.
An NFT marketplace is a special platform for issuing, selling and storing non-fungible tokens, built on the blockchain. Here you can meet artists, designers, authors, and crypto-enthusiasts who want to produce, sell, and trade digital works of art or collectibles.
NFTs are purchased using cryptocurrency, mainly Ethereum, but several platforms also accept bitcoins and other digital coins. You can store them directly on the platform or another electronic wallet after withdrawal.
Transactions are carried out according to the principle of trading marketplaces such as Amazon, AliExpress, etc., but tokens cannot always be obtained with one click of a button and a transfer of funds. Sometimes you have to fight for an asset at auction.
Types of NFT marketplaces:
for placement of goods — open (anyone can place their token) and closed (only some developers have the right to add tokens);
by the form of ownership — public, created by a group of users, and private, opened by an individual, company, or small community of like-minded people;
in terms of content — universal with any content and a variety of categories, thematic (only art or game items, for example), and curated (management sites determine which tokens are more valuable).
To work on the site, the user must register and open an electronic wallet to store tokens. After this, he will have access to the creation of art objects, and will be able to put them up for sale and buy other people’s assets. Moreover, it is better if the marketplace offers different trading options (not only sales at a fixed price but also auctions). Before a token appears on the platform’s list, it undergoes moderation.
Success factors for the NFT marketplace:
Deficit latter relates to games and is released so that all gamers can purchase the desired token. There are also unique tokens with a signature similar to an autograph. Such assets are highly valued. The more rare NFTs there are on the marketplace, the more users you can attract.
High liquidity If assets are easily bought and sold, and prices do not constantly fluctuate, the demand for your goods will be higher.
Security It is important to ensure protection against hacker attacks and vulnerabilities. All transactions must be reliable and transparent.
Variety of tokens If you give users a good choice, you can attract more people to the site. At the same time, simplifying the publication of tokens and other features for creators will be of interest to various authors.
Corporate style Unique elements allow you to differentiate yourself from your competitors, evoke associations with your business in the audience, and be remembered by users faster.
A successful platform is one where different users come to create new tokens and sell and buy them. The more options a site offers, the higher the interest in it from the target audience.
Create your NFT With NFT Development company.
How to make money using the NFT marketplace
Any marketplace receives commission income from each transaction made. The percentage is determined by the site itself, so it is different for everyone. On average, the commission on NFT platforms is 3%.
Also, marketplaces may charge a fee for initializing a digital wallet or for smart contracts. The latter are programs on the blockchain that allow operations to be carried out without fear of the transaction being disrupted because if the established conditions are not met, the transaction will be canceled. Smart contacts consist of a code with rules for operation and two keys. One of them is provided by the creator of the contract, and the second, unique one, is provided by the contract itself.
Earnings from NFT marketplaces depend on the commission, sales volumes, and the cost of the tokens that are sold.
How to make your own NFT marketplace: step-by-step instructions
An effective NFT marketplace is a flexible trading platform that contains wide functionality, a convenient user interface, reliable software, and a unique design, and also ensures smooth operation, data, and transaction protection.
Creating such a platform is a complex process, so all work must be carried out in stages.
Stages of creating an NFT marketplace:
nft-marketplaceMarket analysis. Before creating your marketplace, you need to study the market, analyze competitors’ sites, evaluate their strengths, and find their weaknesses so that you can use this to your advantage.
nft-marketplaceStrategy development will offer users how you will stand out from your competitors.
nft-marketplaceCreation of a marketplace. The customer informs the developers of his requirements, the functions necessary for the effective operation of the site are selected, and the site architecture is developed (number of pages, modules, blocks, sections). Also, work is being done with blockchain, smart contracts, and wallets, and an auction mechanism is being introduced. Creating a platform from scratch allows you to get a reliable NFT marketplace with convenient functionality, clear navigation, and an attractive modern design.
UX/UI design will help you stand out from your competitors and attract an audience interested in the product.
Testing The team launches a series of checks, during which they study the operation of the platform and identify possible errors and bugs. If there are any shortcomings, they are eliminated, usability is improved, and the safety and efficiency of the site are checked.
Support and further maintenance If you wish, you can order a platform maintenance service, which will allow you to promptly eliminate errors, solve problems, make changes by trends, and develop the site.
A ready-to-go NFT marketplace must be linked to a digital wallet, as it will allow users to connect and conduct trades directly. You also need sorting of tokens by category, a personal account to display information on transactions, and other functions.
Platform functionality:
Showcase (name, description, owners, bids, price, purchase method, rating, etc.).
Search For users to easily and quickly find the desired item, it is necessary to consider a search system on the site.
Filters All items should be divided into categories, such as art, photography, videos, memes, music, etc. This will make it easier for participants to navigate the site.
Registration To issue and sell tokens, the user must first register on the platform. This can be done via email, phone, or social media.
Wallets The simplest option is to provide integration with popular crypto wallets. This will be especially convenient for those who already use such a wallet.
Announcements This function is needed so that the user can quickly download a file, post information about the token, specify its properties, tags, external links, etc.
Trading history This section helps to analyze the popularity of the platform, and study its products, what, for how much, and when it was sold.
Rating and reviews Allow users to evaluate lots, sellers, and buyers. You can create a vote in the form of likes or by pressing a particular number and also provide the opportunity for participants to leave comments or write about their impression of the transaction.
Notifications Care should be taken to inform users about new rates, changes in product status, token sales, site updates, etc.
Help Desk This function will allow you to quickly resolve problems and conflict situations, and participants will be able to quickly receive answers to their questions. To do this, you can organize a call center, set up a chatbot, or create a form for sending an email.
Tokens are created primarily on the Ethereum, Flow, and WAX networks. To launch them on the blockchain, NFT standards must be applied. Each has its own rules and capabilities when working with different wallets. Thus, an art object created on the Binance Smart Chain platform can be sold only on those platforms that support BSC. Ethereum or Flow networks will not be suitable here unless they provide some way of cooperation.
If you are interested in how to create your token and make money from it, first you need to select an object, that is, something that you want to transfer into the digital space. It can be anything: a song, a painting, an illustration, an avatar, etc. Then you need to register on the marketplace, install a crypto wallet, create an account, then use a special program to upload the file, add a name, and description, and fill out the form. After creating a token, it should be put up for sale.
Where is the best place to open an NFT marketplace?
It is most convenient to open the platform in countries where they are loyal to cryptocurrencies since sales and purchases are carried out mainly for digital coins. States that recognize such assets create favorable conditions for doing business, but require compliance with laws and certain rules, especially in the area of combating money laundering.
Countries loyal to cryptocurrency:
Estonia
Lithuania
Cyprus
Malta
France
Canada
USA, etc,
NFT marketplaces are available not only in these countries. You decide for yourself where to register your business and where the optimal conditions are for you.
For reference: in December 2021, the first NFT marketplace appeared in Ukraine. The ArtBay platform, which sells paintings by Ukrainian artists and other objects, allows auctions to be held based on the well-known Binance service. You can buy works of art using Binance Coin cryptocurrency and dollars.
How much do you want to create an NFT marketplace?
Development of an NFT platform is a labor-intensive process since it is necessary to create not just a website, but a complex project with wide functionality, thoughtful usability, unique design, and various integrations.
The cost of development depends on the type of marketplace, the number of pages and sections, functions, and design features. On average, a simple platform for selling tokens will cost 3–5 thousand dollars, and creating a platform from scratch will cost $20,000.

My askbox is suffering. I guess long posts with big words are too hard. So I took some notes for easier digestion.
Pre-doodled. Sorry.
[ID: three images of handwritten notes in blue ink on lined paper, with doodles in the margins. End ID.]
CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION MATERIAL (csem) *** NOT "child porn"!!! That term is outdated and disrespectful!!! ***
Must meet all 3 requirements: 1) is a visual representation (photo/video) or can be turned into one (film negatives/computer data) 2) shows a living person who can be identified as a minor (under 18) 3) is a record of csa (sexualized nudity, contact abuse)
Eg. photos of a minor in a sexual pose, video of abuse occurring
*NOT audio recordings, art, fictional characters, written material, non-sexualized nudity (eg newborn photos), tv/movie/theater scenes with minor actors or adult actors playing minors, material with adults who look/act like minors
Why is the definition specific? Why does that matter?
- csem can't be made without abuse, so it is always evidence of abuse.
- visual info makes it verifiable in ways audio isn't
- includes materials that haven't been seen/shared
- the issue is abuse, not obscenity
"Virtual csem" / "simulated csem" See: S. 151 PROTECT Act
Must meet all 3 requirements: 1) is art that is indistinguishable from csem 2) shows a person who can be identified as a minor (under 18) 3) depicts csa
Ex. Photorealiatic painting of sexualized nudity, hyperrealistic sculpture of contact
*NOT art that is obv art and not real, written work, audio recordings, non-sexualized nudity, material featuring adults who look/act like minors
Why is this bad?
- relies on the Miller Test (vague, easily manipulated)
- gives ppl in power a way to prosecute/discredit someone for a crime that didn't happen
- invalidates the definition of csem, makes survivors and abuse irrelevant
- eroding meaning/weight of csem has already led to distribution of actual csem in fandom circles
- can clog reporting avenues and strain investigative resources
- is censorship and censorship is Always Bad
Csem Myth 1: When you see csem you should close it immediately.
FALSE It should be reported.
- local child services if material is physical or of known source
- National Service for Missing and Exploited Children (1-800-843-5678) if online with suspected US source
- International Child Exploitation Investigation Dept (802-872-6199) if online with suspected non-US source
Myth 2: Csem causes child abuse.
FALSE Csem consumption is not an indicator of risk of future offenses. Many csem collectors admit to offending *before* moving to csem consumption. But recidivism is less common in csem consumers than in offenders who don't switch to csem. (Child Sexual Exploitation: Introduction to a Global Problem, Kathryn C Seigfried-Spellar, Virginia Soldino)
Myth 3: Pedophiles are responsible for csem.
FALSE Csem creation/markets are driven by abuse, not attraction. Some ppl with pedophilic disorder (pd) make/collect csem, but the vast majority of adults involved do not have pd.
Myth 4: Current csem laws protect children.
FALSE Csem laws are in place to punish offenders after the fact and sometimes actively harm survivors. Needed: education, support, accessible/effective treatment for potential offenders.
#can i make it so you can only get to my asks if you take a short quiz bc i wanna#csem#csa mention#abuse mention#there are no stupid questions but there are malicious ones#im awkward af with image ids so pls let me know if i need to change things

Copyright
What is copyright?
Copyright (or author’s right) is a legal term used to describe the rights that creators have over their literary and artistic works. Works covered by copyright range from books, music, paintings, sculpture, and films, to computer programs, databases, advertisements, maps, and technical drawings.
Copyright touches our lives on a daily basis. Whether you read a book, watch a film, transfer music, or take a photo, copyright issues are ever-present.
Copyright law aims to balance the interests of those who create content, with the public interest in having the widest possible access to that content. WIPO administers several international treaties in the area of copyright and related rights.
There are two types of rights under copyright:
economic rights, which allow the rights owner to derive financial reward from the use of their works by others; and
moral rights, which protect the non-economic interests of the author.
Most copyright laws state that the rights owner has the economic right to authorise or prevent certain uses in relation to a work or, in some cases, to receive remuneration for the use of their work (such as through collective management). The economic rights owner of a work can prohibit or authorise:
its reproduction in various forms, such as printed publication or sound recording;
its public performance, such as in a play or musical work;
its recording, for example, in the form of compact discs or DVDs;
its broadcasting, by radio, cable or satellite;
its translation into other languages; and
its adaptation, such as a novel into a film screenplay.
Examples of widely recognised moral rights include the right to claim authorship of a work and the right to oppose changes to a work that could harm the creator's reputation.
Creative Commons
Creative Commons (CC) is an American non-profit organisation devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share. The organisation has released several copyright-licenses, known as Creative Commons licenses, free of charge to the public.
These licenses allow creators to communicate which rights they reserve and which rights they waive for the benefit of recipients or other creators. An easy-to-understand one-page explanation of rights, with associated visual symbols, explains the specifics of each Creative Commons license.
Creative Commons licenses do not replace copyright but are based upon it. They replace individual negotiations for specific rights between copyright owner (licensor) and licensee, which are necessary under an "all rights reserved" copyright management, with a "some rights reserved" management employing standardised licenses for re-use cases where no commercial compensation is sought by the copyright owner. The result is an agile, low-overhead and low-cost copyright-management regime, benefiting both copyright owners and licensees.

From this, I was able to branch the ideas out further to see which ideas held the most potential in regards to fulfilling the set brief of creating an app using illustration but also considering the potential needs of the intended users.</p>
<p>After discussing my list of ideas in class, my next stage was to begin market research. I had to gain a sound knowledge and understanding of all the elements that need to be considered when building and designing an app before I could begin developing my own concept. Looking at how existing apps use illustration in regards to travel as well as their navigation layout approach, icon sets and branding were all helpful as it made me consider what was needed for my own app in order for it to be successful.</p>
<img src="images/masterapprentice.png" alt="Master Apprentice" />
<p>As I’d never created an icon set before, I used the design technique of master apprenticing to recreate a set of travel icons so that I would have a better approach to designing using just simple shapes. I enjoyed completing this exercise and it encouraged me to research the history of icons to see how they have varied in design approach from the 1900’s to present day.</p>

<p>Now that I had a better knowledge on what needed to be included in an app, I then went back to my initial mind-map of ideas. From this I decided to create a dog themed app as I felt it held strong visual stimulation for creating illustrations. My inspiration behind the functioning of the app stemmed from looking at Pokemon Go. I wanted to design an app that encourages the user to travel in real life to collect as many dog breeds as they could, gaining a stamp for each breed as a reward.</p>
<p>The idea for the app is that the user would photograph a dog they find whilst out exploring, the app would then transform the dog into an illustrative id card which would then be stored. Each dog discovered gains the user more ranking and also unlocks mini challenges like a treasure hunt as they have to answer questions and follow clues to end up at a final destination.</p>
<img src="images/travelapp-wireframes.png" alt="Wireframes" />
<p>Turning to my sketchbook was the next stage of my process so that I could start developing visuals for my app design. I created many rough sketches in regards to icons, illustrations and wireframes so that I could move on to digitising the app using Sketch to develop them into clean, finished design elements which would piece together to finalise the overall app design.</p>
<img src="images/presentation.png" alt="App Presentation" />
<p>I produced a high-level mock-up of my app to present in front of my classmates in order to receive constructive feedback that would then help guide me to a finalised app design. Once I made the recommended changes to my designs, I created a functioning prototype using InVision to best show how my app design answers the problem set in the original brief.</p>
<h2>Some Obstacles</h2>
<p>The main challenge I encountered was when I was digitising the dog illustrations as at this point I had limited experiences using Sketch for these purposes. The illustrations therefore took quite a bit of time to create however I feel that this experience helped strengthen my skill set in regards to using this software.</p>
<h2>My Reflection</h2>
<p>Throughout the process of this project, I feel like I was able to strengthen my existing skill set for developing and designing concepts from start to finish, however, I also got to experiment and learn some new techniques I hadn't tried out before such as prototyping and considering the rule of thumb.</p>
