"Mm, like what, Paige?" Her voice was nearly a husky whisper. Knowing she was close enough to hear her.

A brief look away, eyes locking back onto Paige's own eyes. Expression unchanged but now more focused. V knew.

V knew exactly what she meant but, the alien wanted it said aloud. Eyes flicking to her lips briefly. "I've always looked at you like this." A lie. Not always. Maybe not as outwardly as V thought.

It took a moment for the Doctor to remember the voice and put a name to it. There was excitement in her voice and could be heard moving.

"Oh, Paige! Alright, I'm on my way." Then, she hung up. It was only a minute later that the TARDIS could be heard as a blue police box materialized in view where the other could see. Slight wind picked up as the ship landed with a soft thud.

The door creaked open and there she stood, stepping out dark brown boots first before the familiar blonde bob came out. Then the long periwinkle coat, closing the door behind her.

"Alright, where's the trouble?"

“I’d rather go for a swim.” Parsons deadpanned, his head snapping towards her. He couldn’t help but crack a smile and he stood up with his fingertips resting against the cafeteria table- just in case. He swung out his other arm, motioning for her to go in front of him.

“Lead the way to your fictional, tree-lined boulevard.” It would be easier if she led the way. She wouldn’t be able to see him if he got unsteady on his feet and she if she didn’t see that, she wouldn’t think, or even ask, if he had been day-drinking. He had stopped drinking altogether last week but it hadn’t changed a thing. The feeling of drunkenness stayed with him, there was no bonus of feeling elated or being charismatic, it was trudging through dizziness and confusion. “What are you environing? Central Park?”

You can switch your perspective to 3rd person if I remember right! I haven't actually played them in a minute but I remember that at least for game play you can. I don't quite remember for certain conversations

i believe most of the newer titles you can zoom out to be in 3rd person? I know it's not ideal but it is possible!

      today is one of those days, where her shoulders hang heavy and the weight of her body feels too much for her knees to handle. she’s exhausted, the responsibility and consequences of her actions suddenly far too much for her brain to process. but of course, she knows better than to let any of the other advisors, let alone the INQUISITOR, see her like this. 

but of course, those aren’t the only people she comes into contact with daily, and it’s only when she finds a face that she TRUSTS that she finally reaches out.
