Trying my hand at something new. Going to start posting some of outfits I wear varying in different styles.

Recently I’ve been trying to wear more suits to work since I can finally tuck in my shirt without my gut busting out. So as a victory to my weight loss I bought this suit and it was a big hit at the office. Items I’m wearing below!

Found this when scouting for Oz books at a used bookstore j frequent. This copy was substantially higher priced than the other two Oz books I purchased that day (the others were reprints from the 90s) but after some research I think this book was reprinted in the 30’s or 40’s—my best guess is 1941. Do you know which edition this is?

My friend suggested Until the End is from Ozpin about Salem and how he's afraid not that she can't be killed but that he won't want to, that somehow he still has hope for her. Or the Ozcollective, really, not Ozpin himself. Either way Until the End is BEAUTIFUL and absolutely an Ozpin song!

I haven’t gone deep into trying to decode every line or anything but I tend to think about it as Oscar and Oz/Ozma/Ozpin/OzCollective talking to each other. The line “All of your life/guided by truth/right from the start” really solidified my headcannon of Oscar being a naturally honest person who was discomforted by the lack of truth from Oz from the beginning.
