As for my reaction though? Depends on the crime. See, Rick is a really petty piece of shit sometimes so he'll hold grudges for little to no reason sometimes. Conversely, he doesn't take most people as a serious threat and ends up partying with half of them soooo???

Most people I would immediately assume it was something small that pissed him off specifically and get to know them before making any decisions on them personally.

Now in the case of someone actually doing him harm?? Those things I tend to take kinda personally? Do I get that there's a billion reasons to have a vendetta against him?

Caine's design was mostly an accident. In the scrapped initial intro animatic for this AU, he had a placeholder design until I could finalize him when I went to clean up the frames

which became this, then this, then...

He literally got designed as the animatic went on, the coat on shoulders was a subconscious approach because I blame One Piece for making me a coat-on-shoulders whore. His final coat design is mostly taken from my own oc lol

up to this point, I had no idea how he would've been colored until I did this shitpost

Pomni's is weird too

She was partially inspired by both the Circus breach crack idea, Pauline from my Unexpected Reunion AU, and Mystery!Pomni because I do love women (in suits)

so if Caine was designed overtime within an animatic, Pomni's design spanned fucking AUs-

Ragatha was literally just me thinking, "hm. what if. hear me out. maid. but tattered skirt cus puppet revolution time"

this is her VERY first appearance and it hasn't changed much since leave me alone let me enjoy women being gay

Now, Kingr is actually the closest ANY design in this AU would come to it's base inspiration Lies of P, because AUGH King of Puppets my beloved

He started as a boss design from the get go then reverse engineered to look more friendly, because by the time I was designing him, I was already incorporating the idea of Pomni having to fight bosses so she could free them from these insane forms of theirs

This idea was recycled from my other AU for fnaf btw, the Eternal Eclipse AU where Freddy has to free the other Glamrocks from their "Primal forms" by fighting them WITH THE POWER OF ROCK AND ROLLLLLLLLLL (which are GIGANTIC and INSANE, sound familiar yet?)

back to the rest, I actually didn't really know what I wanted for Jax, aside from a Cheshire Cat motif from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland because love that mofo and Jax's constant smile reminds me of him

I guess that's why his initial design was so unnecessarily cluttered and so hard to draw, because all I knew was that I wanted it to be loose, flowy, bouncy and airy, like an actual cartoon. But, still respecting the laws of reality somewhat

and then I had to switch the outfit out, because at around this time, The Patriarch's design was finalized, and I didn't want people to start to think Jax was associated with him purely due to similar palettes. So I sneakily swapped it out with an explorer's outfit (since I was thinking of Jax as the team's scout), and tried to play it off as simply a "oh it was hard to draw"

He was even supposed to have goggles in the newer design, but I scrapped it because I'm repeating the same mistake of making him too cluttered again.

Z is a pretty straightforward one, although they diverged from the initial idea. My first thought was making them a brawler of sorts because they were initially going to be Pomni's training buddy, so I looked up "Victorian brawler" and yoinked the outfit I liked.

The concept of Z being the training dummy was then recycled to be Kingr's role instead because Kingr was more of a tank character than Z, and in turn, she became the weaponsmith

Each part of Z was also inspired by something that randomly came to mind when I was trying to wrack my brain with what parts should they have:

the hook peg is from Hiccup, the other peg is from A series of Unfortunate Events, the antler is a reference to Mystery!Zooble but combined with the Minecraft Warden's palette, spiked chokers were taken from my own sona's eel tongue. The flexible arms are very much Doc ock

Gangle... She was the hardest to design that my brain is blocking me from remembering the process because it was so traumatizing /j

I just know that like Caine, her design was also mostly an accident. Iirc, she wasn't meant to have cat ears/motif in the first place, but after I finished the mask with the <:3 face I went like "fuck it we ball" and went furry mode

I think she was also meant to have painted whiskers, and the only reason why she doesn't is I forgor 💀

There was no inspo for her outfit except maybe Disney Cinderella because I was only putting what worked and discarded what didn't (not recommended)

The double ribbon arms was literally just me thinking the ends are her little fingies, and her "feet" is just me wanting to make her ribbons look like a part of her dress and looking flowy because ew feet

anyways if you can't tell, there's a pattern here: recycle ideas, take inspo, look it up or fuck it we ball when all else fails lol

the lesson here is to not follow in my footsteps because I keep stepping on shit /lh

Forgive me if this sounds weird, but how’d you choose an animal for your sona? And any advice for those thinking of making an animal their sona?

I didn't really think about it that deeply tbh. One day i was like "hmm sheep sona" and just gradually mutate her overtime however I feel like. Fursonas is just calvin ball, just pick what feels fun in the moment and go from there.

What do you think Johnny's art looked like before he was stripped of his powers? This is something that bugs me a lot, and I'm curious about what you think.

ok i needed to draw a few shitty pictures to demonstrate cuz i wanted to talk about more than just his previous art but his art journey in general IDC if there's some canon tweet that proves something i said wrong or out of timeline these are my headcanons and projections so you either like it or not.. anyways I think his style pre-pre-JTHM (lets say 15-18) depicted many things, He was good at realism and fluctuated just fine between stylized art and big hefty works with a lot of detail. His stylized works looking similar to Jhonens and the whole 2000's artstyle cuz its fitting.

Of course he's like, a late teenager around this time so its GOOD but not perfect. If you pulled up a few of his drawings from this time he would probably be embarrassed by all the disproportionate limbs and goth girls he sketched and thought were badass. He probably has old sketches of friends in his style regardless if they asked to be drawn or not since his art was something he was proud of and people around him made him feel proud of. His old art also feels like it'd have anime elements unintentionally to add to that amateur artist swag. Johnny doesn't like anime copies but stuff he rips inspo from was anime inspired so it rubbed off on his work too. Moving onto PRE-JTHM (18-20) Is when his art started to get more serious and complex. In his happy era he took to drawing lovecraftian horror sometimes but it was always the secondary focus of any drawing.

Moving out and growing up was around the time his mental state started to worsen and he started using art to cope with emotions rather than just use it for fun, drawing complex monsters was a subconscious way to depict underlying mental illness that's out of his hands. He cant depict what he doesn't know he has, he can only scribble things that feel someone close to him because there is no physical appearance to emotions. He never liked his art around this time because it always felt unfinished or wrong or like it just didn't interpret what he wanted right. Overtime his art lost coherent appearance, quality, and meaning which made it feel worthless. It wouldn't be all that bad but it reached a point not even he knew what it was trying to be and it was frustrating. How can your own art not make sense to you? Its weird to let your hands go and do their own and you not recognize what they're trying to say. Which leads to SHORTLY BEFORE JTHM-and later.. Johnnys NEW preferred method for art currently is a little abstract, it became two extremes of the same thing; nothing. his art lost alot of what it used to be so he says he cant draw anymore.

Johnnys lovecraftian horror art slowly engulfed itself over time and always becomes an abstract mess. Its purposely made to be incomprehensible by having too much, regardless if its creation is poetic, an outside view not being able to tell what it is or how much work went into it is on purpose. its metaphorical or whatever.. Johnnys fucked up or something.. Whereas Noodleboy i imagine was made by him drawing a stickfigure one day to see if he can still "draw" and overtime gave him his features like angry eyes and that big hair, creating his own sort of vent sona to replace the sketchy abstract art he used before. Noodleboys chaoticness is too sporadic to rip any meaning off of, he also purposely represents nothing. His existence uses up paper the same way, just without all the extra effort. SORRRYYYY long tangent thats probably super messy i just winged it. but i cant help myself ive thought about this for a while ik i didnt strictly answer the question but i had so much more to say

My mom had a stroke recently, hence my inactivity, and my dad has been visiting her in the hospital everyday. We're lower on money than usual since neither of my parents can take overtime, and replacing the broken fridge too.

I'm using the money now mainly so I can pay for groceries and food delivery, therapy/medication, and paying back friends and family I still owe, so that my parents can focus more money on bills and such. I'm unable to get a part time job at this time, so this is what I have. Any amount helps, thanks.

Dianthus of Oenoe (also called Dia or very rarely Dianthe) is my main sona / self insert / etc. She's basically me but if i was in Hade game's setting <3 more info below! ( Art credits: Laurel (TH) / 2nd drawing is by me )

She's physically in her 20s and about 5'4. Her father was a human merchant from somewhere in Sub-Saharan Africa, and her mother was Chloris, a nymph-goddess from Etruria. Due to being half nymph Dianthus has some powers over plantlife herself, but they're very weak and mostly useless. Her hair and body will sometimes sprout flowers or even fruit, but it tends to happen randomly, and like any flower they eventually wilt overtime! She met Theseus while still alive, and aided him in his battle against the Bull of Marathon. Afterwards Theseus returned to Athens, but he intended to return to Dia's home so that he may have her hand in marriage. Unfortunately, however, Theseus was soon sent off to Crete to deal with another bull problem overseas, and Dia had to leave her home to avoid an arranged marriage. After this and up until her death, she became a Maenad, a member of the retinue of Dionysus, and thru him became associated with the Eleusisian mysteries. When she died, her body was transformed into a carnation. Later, in Elysium, she reunited with King Theseus, and helped him again, this time in the task of bringing Asterius to Elysium! Within the blessed fields, she works as a librarian. She's a rather sweet girl for the most part, and tries her best to be kind to others. However... she can also be a bit arrogant and self centered as well. She's very stubborn and headstrong when she needs to be, but also won't hesitate to give up on a task if it proves to be too much- she's very concerned for her own rest and relaxation, after all. When it comes to Theseus and Asterius, she often has to remind them to take breaks as well! Silly funfacts: ~ She writes gay fanfiction of heroes even more ancient than those of greece. ask her about her gilgamesh/enkidu yaoi collection (don't actually ask her she'll get embarassed) ~ within a plaza of elysium, there's a board within the plaza where shades can come by and pin things they've written. one user of this board is only known as "championsgirl01" and writes some very passionate posts... most of them in defense of the king himself.

~ Her favourite flower is actually the sunflower, but she also loves pink roses and carnations, her namesake. ~ She collects merch of the champions, and is the vice president of their fanclub. She also watches every match! ...In reality, though, she really doesn't care that much about the sportmanship thing. She just likes watching sweaty buff guys battling it out. ~ Friends with Patroclus, Achilles, Dusa, and surprisingly, Alecto. Has a weird frenemies thing with Zagreus. Co-workers with Hypnos but he's always asking what Asterius is up to which makes her look at him with daggers in her eyes </3

The only reason this somehow happens is because Toji gets paid MORE by Gojo, so he gets a salary by Gojo and ends up more in an uncle position with Megumi and Tsumaki! More in depth is Gojo helps Toji get back on his feet, and actually chooses to yoink Megumi and Tsumaki so they doesn't get stuck with the Zen'in

Suguru DOESN'T defect, but still hates non sorcerers, and sometimes rants to Gojo about how he wishes he could just- implode them! Non-sorcerers tend to avoid Suguru since he sometimes talks about this in public

Curses are actually integrated into society! There's two "types" of curses that you can encounter. The Normal curses we know (Animalistic, runs on fear as fuel, extremely dangerous and tend to kill a ton of people) or "Humanoid" curses, IE Jogo, Hanami, Mahito, etc! Non-sorcerers can see both breeds, however usually only interact with Humanoids!

Yuji, Sukuna, Choso, and Kenjaku (in Ms. Itadori's (does she have a name?) body) all live together. Kenjaku never gets in possession of Geto's body (since he doesn't die) and Sukuna is an elder brother to Yuji, but younger to Choso. Same abilities but toned down

Sukuna is a third year at Jujutsu Tech

Choso is in college, studying the fine arts

Kenjaku is a single mom. She's not the greatest in this, but damn it he's trying! (and genderfluid)

Gojo and Geto teach at JJK tech. Gojo even got Toji a job there!

Rainbow comes back! No one realized curses can reform and keep it's memories, or it's just a special case..but she's back! She found Gojo once when he was on a mission, she very clearly wasn't tethered to Geto anymore, but still clung to Gojo like a giant cat. She shrank herself down to the size of a big dog and followed him home

Gojo and Geto now have Rainbow in their house, Megumi was so mad (Curses don't need to eat though, thankfully. She keeps shredding his bed with her nails though.)

Speaking of Megumi, him and Sukuna have known each other awhile, and Sukuna tries to wing man him AND Yuji (He hates watching them pathetically flirt. It makes him so mad)

Sukuna came home with face tattoos (inspired by a JJK art piece I saw will tag once I find!) after being dared by his friends to get them while drunk. Kenjaku grounded him for 3 months. Anytime someone asks, now Sukuna says it's part of his cursed technique.

Grem and Toji were married, until Toji got involved with some dumb shit and divorced his husband as Toji didn't want them involved. Grem was...not happy when Toji came back. Refused to talk to him for like- 3 months. Toji was like a pathetic cat, and Gojo was not great advice considering bro was a teen dad and still traumatized from getting mauled!

Speaking of getting mauled, Itadori meets Megumi through Sukuna, who had to come pack for a trip and Megumi (against his will) is forced to come with! Gojo wanted Megumi to have experience on the battlefield against the "feral curses" (Geto isn't happy.) And Itadori...man bro is GONE. Even Kenjaku is raising a brow. Megumi summoned the divine dogs to take care of some curses terrorizing some little kids, and Yuji is like "Oh shit! He's handsome and is a dog person?" Sukuna decides to take Yuji with, who then figures out his cursed technique is....well throwing hands. Pretty much canon stuff there but without Sukuna's abilities and the fingers.

Curses are extremely abundant, with humanoid ones actually helping to exorcise the feral ones. Mahito is a bit of a menace though and Jogo and Hanami are just there to keep him in check

Gojo sometimes works overtime to make sure Geto has time off in case he noticed Geto spiraling

(Suguru has to bring this up when Gojo was gone for a week, came home, and immediately collapsed all six eyes out. And yes. He has a legit six eyes here, it's just he hides it with cursed energy! But when he's super excited about something or REALLY tired they pop out, or if he just- is relaxing at home.)

• real name azrael, uses ezra larue as an alias. it’s an anagram. his full real name is azrael rue basil. his mom named him that because she believed that giving him a biblical name could help keep him safe from the demon she made a deal with all those years ago

• born 1976 in maine, america, to a single mom. she died the night the yellow eyed demon came and bled in his mouth, marking him as one of the chosen kids. later on we discover his powers are being extra good at communicating with the dead (i.e, he can see them without having to summon them, and talk to them with no problem. his powers stop when he dies, but it’s not like it really matters considering he becomes a ghost himself)

• appears officially in the show season two episode twenty one in the ghost town with all the other special kids. only it’s that sam is the only one who can see him, and he only appears in short bursts. it isn't explained what he’s doing or who he is in that episode, and we only see him again at the end of season three episode two, and he sort of sticks around with the winchesters for a while after that.

• is a ghost; only nobody figures that out for a few more episodes. mainly up until season three episode nine where he’s outed by demons and promptly yelled at by dean and sam

• his personality consists of being very exhausted with everyone's bullshit, while also contributing to said bullshit. as seasons pass by he ends up trying to make the best of his predicaments instead of stewing in them like he could

• he wears a beanie constantly. at first its just because he physically can’t change clothes, constantly wearing a dark blue beanie, an overcoat, patchy pants and shin length black boots; but after that changes, he still wears the thing. almost never takes it off, and no one has ever seen him without it. it’s a staple of his wardrobe. he gets his kicks from wearing ones with different colors nearly everyday

• when he’s a ghost, ezra has a nasty open head wound at the base of his skull that’s just barely concealed by his beanie. it’s the injury he sustained in one of his last living moments that caused him to bleed out, and he keeps it hidden from nearly everyone — even after he’s discovered to be a ghost. other than that, he has a pair of nasty claw marks running across the blunt of his face in a horizontal motion. they work wonders when trying to intimidate people, but he is a little disappointed when they don’t go away when he’s revived

• after season three episode nine, there's an episode dedicated to how ezra got to where he did. it’s an episode dedicated to purely just him; retracing all his steps up until he was killed in the ghost town, what happened after, why he decided to work with the winchesters, and basically everything someone would need to know about ezra. the episode doesn't end there, and comes back to the present where it’s revealed all of that had been a flashback as ezra explained himself to the winchesters. the episode goes from there, and in a moment after the conversation/fight, ezra decides that it’s best if he leaves, so he does. none of them hear from him again until the season three finale where he comes back in a dire moment of need to help dean

• prefers to keep going by ezra even after he’s outed as a ghost. he feels weird when people call him azrael, so he prefers that they don’t. the only time he’s ever called that is when someone that knows him personally (like sam or dean) gets real mad, or upon first meeting castiel who doesn’t grasp the idea of nicknames for a bit

• a bit of what was included in the backstory episode goes as follows: he died in the little hunger games type situation that the yellow eyed demon had going on months before sam arrived, but for some reason he didn’t just completely die. most of his remains were salted and burned, save for a pinky bone he keeps tied around his neck in a little pouch, which is the explanation for how he's kept a spirit, but also can move around freely and is not tied to one place. the necklace is one of the few things he can touch normally almost immediately after his death. everything else takes a little time and practice. his favorite way to do so is by tossing a stress ball in the air constantly. it’s almost like training a muscle

• when he comes back during season four, it’s almost immediately. he shows up, hair wild and out of breath on sam’s doorstep. also, alive. that’s the big one

• apparently once he heard the news about dean coming back, he decided to come out of whatever place he’d holed up in and reunite with the brothers. they thought he had been put to rest after lilith beamed him with the white light, but lo and behold, he’s alive and well. and looking about ten times better now that he is. the logic behind it is unexplained for a bit

• he’s immediately roped into about everything that goes on with the winchesters; i’m talking hunting trips and all. not that he cares too much. this is what he signed up for. in his own words, ‘i got a second chance. i’m not gonna waste it this time.’

• before he was killed, he hated touching people. but after not being able to touch people, touch anything, for nearly a year and a half, he changes his mind a little. he still isn't partial to touching, but sometimes he needs it to ground himself. to remind himself and his body that he’s still living, still present, and not going anywhere anytime soon. his favorite way to do so is by gripping someones hand as tight as possible, or simply pressing his forehead to someones palm. a lot of the time it ends up being sam since he’s a little better at empathizing on the fly, but later on he’ll use castiel for those sorts of things since he won't ask a ton of questions. usually.

• after meeting castiel for the first time in the shack while defending anna, they finally realize where they recognized him from. it took them a hot minute, considering the feeling that they knew him was only a faint tug at the back of his brain, but ezra eventually recognizes him as the faint figure they saw in the background after lilith blasted him with the white beam. the only thing they remember after that was waking up covered in nothing but a blanket inside some musty hotel room weeks later,

• he’s a great artist. he loves to draw, even if he barely has time to do it anymore. can occasionally be seen with a sketchbook, but his skills are never brought up unless they are needed for a case (i.e, posing as a police sketch artist to interview people)

• hates hates hates small spaces and werewolves. the former is less of a fear and more of a phobia, but i digress. his fear/fears stem from his first ever official interaction with the supernatural world when he was a teenager on a camping trip at a summer camp. one of his counselors turned out to be a werewolf (because what better way than to rip prime human hearts out then at a secluded summer camp) and nearly massacred his entire camp before ezra managed to stumble away. it slashed him with its claws across his face while chasing him, hence his life long scarring, but wasn't able to kill him, as he narrowly evaded the monster by falling down an abandoned well that the camp used to use before decommissioning it. he was stuck there for over a day before the police showed up, and he's been claustrophobic ever since

• slept with crowley in one of the earlier seasons. it was a whole mess, and it nearly severed him and deans relationship as a result. but they managed to pull through. as a result, they have a really weird relationship with crowley, especially while he’s teetering on being the winchester's mortal enemy and an ally

• there’s an air of unspoken mystery around ezra. for example, in the french mistake, there’s no actor for ezra in the universe. just an unnamed intern that looks like ezra, and wears ezra’s clothes, but has no name and no role. doesn’t mean much to sam and dean or really anyone ever, but its a nod to the fact that he’s technically a sona and not canon in the spn universe (our universe)

• ezra and gabriel are best friends for life, actually. he’s devastated when he quote unquote ‘dies’ in season five. really really liked the trickster/archangel, even if he flirted with them a lot

• ezra’s nicknames for the following people goes as so: dean (dean-o, hot-shot), sam (samantha, gigantor), castiel (feathers, cassie), gabriel (casanova), lucifer (horns and pitchfork). more to come
