Sin is not just another name for human imperfections and mistakes. Sin is simple rebellion against the will of God. You know when God is “tapping” you on the inside when His voice is saying, “Don’t do it, don’t do that.” If you choose to do it anyway, you’re sinning. You’re going to have to repent. #repost @cindee.thorman You can’t keep dancing with the devil and wondering why you’re still in hell. #livinginsin When the bill collector for sin calls you have to pay. #stayclosetojesus There are many Christians that think that Jesus died to make sin okay, which is false. Truth is, for God to make His only Son suffer and die on the cross to save us, is enough to let us know how much God hates sin. He hates sin but loves the sinner. Christ is the only cure to sin. You can only say “no” to that sin, when you take in more of Him. Which is necessary because playing with that sun is not okay. #backsliding If you want to overcome that sin, let God’s word dwell in you richly. #staywithjesus If this world has our heart, should we think that heaven is our home? #staywithgod You can’t be a consistent prayer warrior and a habitual fornicator at the same time. #staywithgodalways Be persistent like Paul, steady like Peter, stand your ground like Jacob (Israel) and be ready to go to war like Joshua! But most importantly be loving, kind, always praying and serving others like Jesus! #dontgetburned Wandering from Jesus isn’t freedom it’s a loss. #dontgetburnedout When you get out of God’s word you start becoming worldly that’s a sign of backsliding. #listentogod Living in sin, shacking up, playing church, telling lies, committing adultery, and you want God’s blessings? Impossible! If you want God to bless you, you have to live His way, not yours. #listentogodsvoicefirst Beware!
