Yet another Friday, yet another humbling experience with crossfit. Both me and my trainer know all too well how much of a weakpoint bodyweight exercises are for me, which is not a surprising once you take into account my bodyweight of 95-100 kg / 210-220 lb with a healthy 20-25% fat.

Ough. It's always some kind of weird exercise to point out both how much my core control sucks and has improved over the last two years. Eh, sucks comparatively - most planking exercises are piss easy now, but only if most of my limbs are solidly on the ground, which is why in the video they are not. This exercise is a variation of... fuck if I know, but it hits the midsection hard - if you don't crunch it, you start hanging and compensating with your back. It's grueling to do, but it's such a rush to feel the improvements over time. This kind of control and freedom of movement is unprecedented for me, it's inspiring. I now not just want to learn how to handstand, I know exactly what to do to achieve it.

1. How did your OC develop their closest friendship? What brought them and their closest friend together? What was their journey?

Now lets divide this because of diferrence of Shield of The Republic Verse and the SWTOR main stories one are quite diffrent Shield of the Republic: He doesn't have best friend. Not anymore. Hei Lang and Kamzo, the other two who was founders of the organisation, both died. There is bigger drama to it. Hei Land and Kamzo as lovers, Hei pregnat but stabbed by sith, losing baby, patch of revange, Kamzo trying overthron the Senate and make a second Empire focused on military to destroy Empire. Sall fighting Kamzo to prevent this ect... Sall become more like father figure to lots of organisation members, caled even papa by younglings that was saved during Zakuul wars and leting part of the HQ as temproary Jedi Temple before Alliance was formed.

(But i bet in Alliance Sall would be a bff with Talos over artifacts, Archeology buddies)

2. If there was any advice your OC could give to their younger self, what would it be?

Think 10 time before accept the offer.
