something about this scene from ep 42 was very enticing to my kremy centric brain. at first it seems like he’s being extremely selfish and self important and refusing to listen to his friends about not fighting, but really I think it’s about kremy being SO utterly confident within his abilities to smooth talk his way out of anything that in his mind, he’s saving his friends.

I KNOW. I know they dont keep any scars. BUT IF THEY DID IT WOULD BE SO COOOOOOL AND ANGSTYYYYY :) SO. Torbek has scars from the fire across his face. One of his ears got burnt half off since it caught most of the blast, and hes got three giant claw mark scars on the left side of his body. One visible on his shoulder, one closer to his neck, and one right under his arm on his ribcage. (Inspired by how Andy played out the Jabberwock ripping Torbek off of its body.) This is also just because Torbek looks really good with a scar across his nose okay Also dude Nikkie asking how far away Hootsie was and them instantly just going "NO THATS TOO FAR" KILLED ME. GRICKO TELLING HOOTSIE TO RUN AND THAT HE'D CATCH UP, KNOWING FULL WELL HE WASNT GOING TO SURVIVE?? BRO. MY HEART. SHATTERED. Also for some cuteness: Through their travels, Torbek's hair grew into a bit of a mane. Gricko helped him tie it up and put Hootsie feathers in the bun because I need to COPE. (Inspired by Andy's beautiful hair that gives me gender envy) So when a fun whimsical and silly adventure series turns dark and sad really suddenly thats called getting Witchlight 41'ed and when that series suddenly gets even darker and turns everything on its head in a way you didnt expect could happen thats called getting Witchlight 46'ed

Frost, Gricko and Twig in the frog thing that was crazy. A cool shadow fight with some commotion downstairs when they kill it?? The fact that they properly struggled to fight this thing wow.

It was amazing to see them react to such a desperate seemingly hopeless situation.

AND THEN GIDEON TRYING TO RESUSCITATE TWIG??

He was so desperate man. How fucking dare you Mace play a character so good.

Kremy being like "Gid you can stop now" that was movie level storytelling and acting. I need OUAW to become an animated show so i can see that animated in a heartbreaking fashion.

I’m. I’m in shock. She’s dead. Everyone else nearly died. And now they might have to fight Bavlorna. Or worse— make a deal. So either they fight and die or they make a deal and lose some vital part of themselves or some core memory or the crucial time they need to complete the King of Hearts’ quest or some other such horrific thing.

Bumble, ouaw oc question:

How would Mina feel and react in the events of episode 41 n 46?

(Like, how would she react after seeing her friends... yknow (it's a spoiler for the new ones watching, so im being cautious)..)

You know, I thought about this for a while. Figuring out different responses Mina would have personally. It took a moment because I was putting way too much of myself in her and didn't want that.

In short for ep. 41, without spoiling much for others, Mina feels like a string in her heart just got yanked out. The pain feeling harsh & uncomfortable. That said, Mina did let the moment sink in and move on.

It worked, but it was so hard to fight her own emotions. Been a while since she's last did that. Can't say she'd be happy throughout all this. She'd be completely irritated, frustrated. Mute. Probably bite her cheek till she tasted metal.

Best to not wallow in a moment forever. Otherwise it'll attract unwanted attention. As it so often does.

And the other event. Ep. 46.

Truthfully, Mina wouldn't say or do anything. She'd be completely expressionless and often stare at something that wasn't her friends. But if you were to take a good look into her eyes, deep within that pool of orange waves, is a sorrowful woman that saw her whole world get smashed. The carnage, the ruthlessness, the painful expressions from all directions.

She felt like a powerless child all over again. Even though she did just about everything she could. It just didn't matter in the end. Life as she knew it was slipping away.

Those final moments spent were just Mina choking on her own blood. Vision going completely red as she let out one painful roar that abruptly stopped.

Can't say she'd be talking much after experiencing all that. Probably using her hair to conceal her eyes from everyone. Except maybe Gricko who can see her eyes perfectly at his height
