You know I had to try the beef tartare at @otus_supply! The Wagyu beef tartare comes with radishes, olives, quail egg and grilled sourdough. Quite possibly our new fave restaurant in a period where it seems like restaurants are opening up left and right in Detroit! They took their time and the decor, service excellence and thoughtful menu reflects it! We had an amazing night at @otus_supply and can't wait to come back for more of the menu and live music. On the Spring menu are these adorable Zucchini Fritters with fresh garbanzo beans, fennel, and parsley mayo.
