Weather like this was nostalgic for them.
The bang and clang of thunder, the flashes of lightning, the brightness of it all. Even in the dim of the storm clouds, these sorts of summery wet season storms meant a lot to them both but Spectre especially.
It was too little wonder that Ryoken found Spectre in the closest thing the ship had to a sunroom in weather like this. He looked drowned out by the colouration of the air and rain and yet, his expression was in total awe. He grinned and laughed with every ordinance of thunder.
That was until he had heard Ryoken approach. His footsteps had been purposefully soft but Spectre was forever fine tuned to his master’s movements, always willing to serve, assist, or otherwise fuss when his master was closeby. At that drop of a hat-like quickness, hearing just the smudge of footsteps, Spectre turned around and that uncharacteristically wholesome cheeriness in his face vanished when his gaze met Ryoken’s.
Spectre’s face changed drastically. Turned drained, somehow. He paled. His eyes watered. He cried.
“Whoa, Spectre, are you okay?” Ryoken was alarmed to say the least.
He had been meandering closer, hoping for a quiet moment between them both as they enjoyed the storm but this sudden change of mood, just as swift and unpredictable as a lightning strike, had Ryoken concerned. He hurried closer, put his hands atop Spectre’s as Spectre cried.
   “I’m sorry. I- I don’t know why.”
He’d been out of sorts lately. They both knew. But they both denied it, also. Not wanting to confront the changes as of late.
Ryoken’s heart twinged with guilt but he stepped forward. He rubbed a tear off the edge of Spectre’s tear duct, the saline smeared on his cheek but Spectre hazarded a smile. He allowed the closeness, even as his breathing turned his haggard and there was a scant blush to his cheek.
“It’s okay.” Ryoken whispered to console him.
   It wasn’t okay though.
Spectre sat down, plummeted down and had his back to the glass windowpane. He brought his knees up to his chest and tried to become as compact as possible. His swiftness of his rejection of Ryoken’s attempt to console him was astounding but not surprising.
   Ryoken sighed.
He got down on Spectre’s level, sitting with him. Back to the window. It was cold, condensation seeping through as the rain continued to pour down heavily.
   “I’m sorry.” Ryoken murmured.
“It's not your fault.” Spectre replied.
“I could’ve been… more helpful, though.” Ryoken confessed.
He placed his hand on Spectre’s shoulder. He was breaking down, bursting at the seams. He wasn’t strong. He was weak. They both knew that.
“I could be better, too, though.” Spectre said bitterly.
He began to claw at his face, splotchy with his tears. He sighed. Hard. He really wasn’t sure how he felt about Ryoken’s hand on his shoulder. It was sympathetic, sure, but Spectre wasn’t sure if he was deserving of sympathy.
“You're not what I expected, you know that, right?” Ryoken murmured. His fingers dug into Spectre’s shoulder. Just like his Father would to him, to keep him grounded. To keep him looking at the future, the better and more evolved future.
   “I know that.” Spectre said.
“When I brought you home, I never thought that any of the Incident victims would want to come back to that place but when I saw you smile. I was confused and I was sick to my stomach when you explained your perspective-”
Spectre snorted. His gut wrenched and another tear threatened to spill out the side of his eyes. It didn’t sound like praise and yet, Ryoken’s voice was so fond. There was a smile on his face, Spectre saw when he glanced at him in his periphery.
“But we figured it out.” Ryoken said. “You became my most loyal and steadfast friend.”
“I did. Thank you for having me.” Spectre murmured.
“And when I - when we - asked for your assistance to destroy the very thing you worked so hard for, you didn’t hesitate to help.” Ryoken lamented. His smile shrank, his eyes darkened. “I’m sorry. I am.” His hand slipped down from atop Spectre’s shoulder.
Spectre squeezed himself tighter. He thought about Earth. The attribute which was associated with stability. He wondered just how much of Earth, despite their distance, was what had kept him propped up the last few years and now that he was gone. It was such a small thing and yet it was enough to rend open a huge, gaping wound in his heart, to draw forth tears. Even now. So many months after the fact of Earth’s death.
It pained him. Made him wonder how things would have been different if he had been allowed to pair up with his Ignis like Yusaku and his were allowed - or Takeru and his. He had made his choice, however. Ten years ago. It would be cruel and shallow of him to change his mind this late regarding his allegiances. Now he was just as bad as whoever it was who had surrendered him to his Mother Tree when it came to Earth…
(Yet he still had that vain wish, that they could have met or could have remained as they were, perpendicular with no conflict between the creations and their creator…)
He had Ryoken. The boy that he had met in the downpour ten years ago. The one who had connected him back to the thing that had given him the greatest importance that he had ever had as a six-year-old who had grown up after being abandoned.
Ryoken was quiet. They both were. He scooted in closer to Spectre and Spectre, surprisingly, he leaned in. He rested his head on Ryoken’s shoulder.
   “I love you.” Spectre murmured.
“I love you, too.” Ryoken replied.
“You were everything I had expected. An angel, if I can be so corny. I wanted someone to find me, someone who I could have all to myself…” Spectre rambled.
Ryoken hiccuped. It might have been a laugh, it might not have but it got a chuckle out of Spectre as he nuzzled into Ryoken’s warm side.
   “Even now?” Ryoken asked.
“Well, you're still here with me, aren’t you?” Spectre replied with a question - and a rhetorical one at that.
He lifted his head off Ryoken’s shoulder and Spectre initiated a kiss. The kiss made Ryoken’s eyes widen but when he accepted it, he allowed them to flutter close and he kissed back against Spectre’s lips. They were plush, like the petals of a flower.
This was their first kiss. It was a long time coming, they could both say so much.
Spectre sighed, “You're here for me, that’s all that I care about.”
His voice cracked. He shed another tear. All against the unerring downpour of the rain behind them.
“I’ll always be here for you, I promise.” Ryoken affirmed.
He kissed Spectre again. Harder, more fervent, enough to make Spectre’s heart leap to his throat as he kissed back against Ryoken’s mouth. They kissed for several more seconds. Seconds so long they could have been hours, not just minutes. They were forceful, push and pull, tug of war type kisses because neither knew what they were doing. Just that they wanted to be here. Right here, right now, in the cool of the rain on the window and in the shadow of what had brought them together. For better or for worse.
When Spectre broke off the kiss, he took a deep breath, “I feel better now, thank you.”
   “I’m glad.” Ryoken said.
Spectre twisted back around so he could sit, facing forward. He placed his hand over Ryoken’s and he held it tight. He really did feel better and that nostalgia replaced it again. Be it the Incident, the Ignis, Ryoken’s Father, and the rest of the Knights: through it all. Things were changing, they had changed but they would get through it, the thick and thin of it as leader and loyal second-in-command.

Dirty Secret
This is day 17 which I am late to on account of I was camping all day saturday. It’s Call the Midwife again, and I had a different idea but then I wrote day 19 and got into a Trixie/Val mood. Set during (after?) the season 8 xmas special, which, disclaimer, I haven’t seen in a while. I apologize for inaccuracies, oops. Also the whump is only emotional but y’know what, I’m gonna say it counts
Warnings: grief, references to period-typical homophobia
Trixie stands in her bedroom, wrapped in a nightgown with her hair in curlers. She’s ready for bed, and certainly tired. But instead of sinking into her covers she sinks into her thoughts, fingering the red sweater sitting on top of her still-made bed. She swallows hard as she stares at the label sewn into the back of the neck. Though she’d thought she’d processed the news weeks ago, coming home to Nonnatus makes Barbara’s death sting anew, like a scab coming off an unhealed wound.
The door opens and closes as Valerie returns from the bathroom, equally ready for bed. She hums in sympathy, her light smile disappearing as she recognizes the garment under Trixie’s hand. “Oh, hon. You got her sweater?”
Trixie nods, not quite trusting herself to speak. Indeed, her voice comes out shaky. “I-- it feels like everyone else has moved on already, but coming back here, coming home, and seeing she’s really gone... it feels fresh to me.” She’d visited Barbara’s grave earlier. It had taken her quite a long time to stop crying enough to be presentable again.
Valerie sighs and opens her arms. “C’mere, love. You could do with a warm hug.”
Trixie goes obligingly, her eyes closing as Valerie wraps her in her arms. She’s surprised when her friend leads them to sit on her bed, but she’s the one who leans into her until they’re lying down together.
“None of us have moved on, not really,” Valerie says softly. Her voice rumbles in her chest, and Trixie feels it more than she hears it. “We all miss her. There are still days when I could scream with the unfairness of it. Bloody hell, it hasn’t even been two months.” She trails off, but Trixie hears how choked up she is.
“It’s going to take some getting used to,” she says softly. “I’m glad you’re still here.”
“I’m not going anywhere, Trix.”
She nods against Valerie’s chest, and for a while, they lapse into silence.
Silence is dangerous. Silence lets Trixie focus on listening to Valerie’s heartbeat, on the smell of her soap, which smells exactly like the hand soap downstairs in the prep room but somehow better on Valerie. Silence means Trixie is alone with her thoughts, and her thoughts are telling her to hold Valerie close and never let go.
“Your hair smells nice,” Valerie says, and that does not make the thoughts go away.
Trixie feels herself blush. “Thank you,” she murmurs.
“Must be your fancy shampoo.”
“Are you jealous?” She means to lighten the mood, but finds her voice has gone quiet and a bit breathy.
“Jealous isn’t quite the word,” Valerie answers, and her voice is rougher now, too.
Trixie looks up, momentarily silenced by how close her face is to Valerie’s. She spends a few moments trying to decide whether her eyes are green or brown before realizing she hasn’t spoken in far too long. “You smell nice, too.”
Valerie hums, her eyes locked with Trixie’s. She leans forward. Trixie leans forward, too, but her breath catches, and she pauses. “We-- we can’t. It’s... wrong.” She doesn’t even believe herself, not really.
Valerie raises her hand to cup Trixie’s cheek, then slides it into her hair. “Maybe it’s the rest of the bloody world who’s wrong.”
And that must be it, because when Valerie’s lips meet hers, it’s the most right thing she’s ever felt.

Good Omens fic recs: June and earlier
I’ve spent my first month on Tumblr greedily hoarding Good Omens fanart. It’s satisfying, maybe a bit too satisfying ... this is my thousandth post. I’m planning to post one reclist each week, just taken from my bookmark recs on AO3, covering them month by month. I bookmarked most of them while thinking I’d stay in the fandom no longer than a few months. I now choose to embrace Good Omens, My Adversary, Destroyer of My Schedule, Fandom of the Bottomless Pit, Great Beast that is called Ineffable Husbands, Miniseries of This World, TV Show of Lies, Ship of Satan and OTP of Darkness, and of course I mean all of that as a compliment.

2019 fic recs
it’s been a long time since i did a fic rec list so i put one together with some of my favorite fics from this year (and then forgot to post it for a month oops). i’ve been reading in a lot of fandoms so there’s a bunch of variety in this one. also because i read a ton of cap marvel fics earlier in the year, i’m going to do a separate list for those
[1 Coco, 5 Good Omens, 1 Lucifer, 5 Marvel, 1 She-Ra, 3 Steven Universe]
Coco
Work of All Saints by anistar_e (210k): Her mother sends her a letter, after. We cannot help you, Imelda, it says. You are the consequence of your actions."This is not my fault!" Imelda shouts.-Imelda Rivera (b. 1899 - d. 1969), a story that includes but is not limited to: the finest music school this side of the Santo Domingo, three traveling musicians and the mess they made of love, the twice-cursed assassination of Venustiano Carranza, all the patron saints, and ninety-six ways a man can try to cross a bridge. (A masterpiece of character, world-building, development, just everything you could possibly want from a fic and a novel, it is a grand epic that is personal in scope, truly spectacular)
Good Omens
A Stone’s Throw from Jerusalem by RC_McLachlan (Aziraphale/Crowley, 2k):  "Are you honestly going to make me listen to bebop in my final moments?” [Absolutely beautiful with just the right amount of aching heartbreak and pining, and this acute awareness that they live on different scales than humans.]
damn.nation, now available on itunes by anistar_e (10k): When lowly tempt-pusher Amphora (formerly of Stairwell 7B North, before she Fell,) gets the notice that end times are nigh, she gleefully quits her job and cancels her Netflix subscription and takes her place among the legions of hell. // This, it turns out, was a bad plan. [The character work is so strong, she paints such a clear vision of Amphora and it’s very easy to fall in love with her. This is the best example of outsider POV of OTP that I’ve seen.]
Salinity (And Other Measurements of Brackish Water) by drawlight (Aziraphale/Crowley, 3k): It's an odd thing, getting on after the End of the World. Crowley takes to sea-watching. [This fic reads like poetry, it’s absolutely beautiful with a very good central metaphor. Also Crowley cooking.]
stars, hide your fires by fishycorvid (Aziraphale/Crowley, 3k): He can feel the pull of the riptide, even in water like this, only a few centimeters deep. The constant, assured call of the ocean: you came from me, and, one day, you will come back. Crowley smiles to himself at that, the water rushing insistently against his fingertips. He hadn’t come from the sea, of course. But he doesn’t think he’d mind much if he had. / “Crowley.” / He goes still at the sound, eyes falling closed. [Beautiful missing scene, I love the emotions and the imagery and the descriptions of the Pacific Northwest and how this fic is just them.]
vintage demon art, vape pens, & other treasures by kyrilu (Aziraphale/Crowley, 1k):  Love, Anthony J. Crowley is aware, is a very foolish thing. He’s seen humans do stupid things based on love or lust, whether it’s tacky Disney movie themed weddings, internet catfishing, or matching couple shirts. [I love this, it’s formatted as several short vignettes about the pair and how Crowley very much doesn’t feel love - except he does, he loves an angel. It’s delightful and beautiful and poignant.]
Lucifer
And There Was Light by ariaadagio (Lucifer/Chloe, 143k): When Lucifer Morningstar is found half dead in the desert, Chloe Decker is determined to find out why. The problem is ... not even Lucifer knows the answer. As Chloe's world is flipped upside down by incontrovertible evidence of the divine, Lucifer grapples with feelings of violation and futility. God's meddling has started a chain reaction, but to what end? Deckerstar. Fits with canon through S2. [I love this beautiful masterpiece of a fic. Excellent characterization, spectacular plotting, and a very delicious slow-burn, this fic deals with Chloe finding out Lucifer’s divinity while Lucifer deals with fate and free will and having his wings again.]
Marvel (Misc)
Adjectives Assemble by SugarFey (26k): Natasha wants to find that rare edition of The Master and Margarita before her rival at the Russian language bookstore does. Kate is distracted by the cute barista next door. Carol and Jessica dance around each other. Maria just wants to keep her business afloat without being bothered by pesky police officers or high school art teachers, no matter how polite they may be. Another average day at Adjectives Assemble. [Multiple ships and POVs, lots of awesome ladies dealing with feelings and trying to save an indie bookstore, it’s just a delightful fic to read.]
in oakland by hupsoonheng (Sam/Erik, 11k): in the summer of 1998, the good reverend wilson is shot dead, and darlene wilson runs away from her grief all the way to oakland, california, taking her oldest with her. sam hates her, he hates oakland, and he definitely hates the pretty-eyed neighbor boy who's been volunteered to show him around. it's up to him to make the most of his new situation, but he might need someone to push him. [Not a pairing I ever expected to read, but it’s handled so well, the development of their friendship and then love over the course of a single summer in Oakland as teenagers, like cinematic magic, I couldn’t help but cheer for them.]
Morning Glory by capsicleonyourleft (Tony/Steve, Carol/Jess, 2k):  There are a great many things Tony loves about Steve Rogers. His propensity for getting up at the asscrack of dawn, however, is definitely not on that particular list. [Domestic fluff with cute moments, good characterization, and character dynamics that nail them.]
One of the Basic Skills of Civilization (Eddie/Symbiote, 1k):  Eddie attempts to civilize the Venom symbiote. [Eddie tries to teach Venom manners by way of Miss Manners. Things don’t go as planned. It’s hilarious and sweet and has a great joke about Amazon]
we were emergencies by gyzym (Clint/Natasha, 37k):  It's not about being unmade; it's about remaking, one aching step at a time. [This fic is a classic in the fandom and it’s truly stunning. The way it handles trauma and trust and love is phenomenal, you learn to live with it but it never goes away, and it’s truly the best Clintasha fic.]
She-Ra
plays well with others by Cosanova (Adora/Catra, 4k): Catra may have left the Horde, but that doesn't mean she's ready to join the Rebellion. [Did someone ask for awkward villain redemption? I love this fic and the way Catra navigates the people of Brightmoon and figuring out her feelings for Adora.]
Steven Universe
I Want to Understand by CoreyWW (gen with Steven/Connie and Amethyst/Peridot, 59k): After stopping the Cluster, Peridot must face her next challenge: adjusting to life on her new planet and learning about humans that populate it. Knowing just how out of depth Peridot is, Steven enlists Connie's help in getting Peridot used to humans and acclimated to Beach City. Considering Peridot has no social skills whatsoever, this goes about as well as you'd expect. Funny episodic "Peridot in Beach City" adventures about how Peridot changes over time. Diverges from canon after The Answer (Though by coincidence, the premise of story basically makes this "Log Date 7 15 2: The Series") [What makes this fic so good is the characterization and dialogue. It’s very accurate and the chapters themselves feel like they could be from the show. I especially love the development of Connie and Peridot’s friendship, in addition to Peridot’s own growth and self-reflection.]
Favor for Your Four-Chambered Heart by anistar_e (Jasper/Lapis, 77k): "I don't get it," she says flatly. / "Don't get what?" / "You said we needed to be in peak physical form. What for?" / "Oh!" Peridot perks up. "For harvesting." [Never Let Me Go AU.] [Jaspis isn’t a pairing I considered reading for until I came across this fic and it blew me away with how good it was. This fic hurts, the themes of freedom and self-determination in a world where your only purpose is supposed to be to die for others are beautifully handled, and I love the way all the relationships are written, dynamic and complex and messy. People make mistakes but they’re allowed to grow and become better, and it’s really just so good.]
Set Me Free by cym70 (Lapis/Peridot, 23k):  Being roommates gives Lapis and Peridot a lot of time to get to know each other and, despite their rocky history, they might just be able to make something entirely new. [A gorgeous, in-character fic about Lapis healing and falling in love with Peridot. Ziqitza - Here’s how you can keep yourself safe from Fake Vaccination
Tumblr media
Ever since Covid started sanitizers and masks were always at the top of news including artificial production of sanitizers, which has now graduated to fake vaccines and phishing scams related to vaccination bookings. More than 50 Core have received one or two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine since they were approved. At the same time, millions of others have been frustrated with the challenges they may face getting an appointment to receive the vaccine. Adding to that frustration is the confusion caused by varying vaccine sign-ups, or notification methods among cities and villages.
As a result urgency to get vaccinated creates the perfect environment for COVID-19 vaccine scammers. Fraudsters are trying to trick consumers with offers for fake vaccines, fees for bogus services, and information grabs for identity theft. Where they are using saline water and injecting it on the name of vaccine.
Ziqitza Rajasthan helps by listing few steps you to ensure you don’t become their next victim and protect yourself from COVID-19 vaccine scams.
1.      ZHL Rajasthan says users need to be aware that the CoWIN platform and the AarogyaSetu app are the only two platforms that allow Indian adults to register for the Covid 19 vaccine right now.Note that there are some third-party tools and web pages that may actually help users track vaccination slot availability in their areas. However, registration is strictly limited to CoWIN and the AarogyaSetu app. Refrain from getting vaccinated at a centre that does not register them on the Cowin vaccine portal.Any third party message, SMS, or eMail claiming to help with the registration process for the vaccine could be potentially dangerous. Don’t click on the links on such messages and to not share and further spread such malicious messages to more people.
 2.       Websites apart there are and continue to be a number of fake mobile applications that are in place to scam people. These apps generally end in an identification name ‘.apk’. Vaccine seekers are advised to only download authentic apps from the official app stores such as the Google Play Store or the Apple Store. Even then it is advisable to only go for the official Co-WIN app.
 3.       All the websites and apps aside, there have been countless other portals and platforms popping up that are being flagged by government officials. These scams can even take the form of cold calls and social media outreach. Don’t fall for it.
 4.      Residential societies or corporate companies should directly sign an agreement with the private hospital for setting up a Covid-19 vaccine camp on their premises recommends Ziqitza Limited. This way, fraudsters can’t exploit on the name of the private hospital
5.      Check if the camps are endorsed by the civic or local health authorities, if not such camps should not be allowed to set up their vaccination centres on the premises of the society.
 6.      Vaccinated beneficiaries should ask vaccinators at the camp to share vaccination certificate immediately after getting jabbed. It’s suspicious if vaccinator procrastinate issuing their vaccination certificate and promise to provide the certificate in a couple of days.
 7.      Majority of people exhibit vaccine related symptoms which include fever, fatigue and body ache. Beneficiaries must notice their body behavior after they have been jabbed and also ask other beneficiaries who were vaccinated at the centre for the same. If none of the beneficiaries report post-vaccination symptoms, vaccinators must contact the local health authorities and check the credentials of the private vaccination camps.
Dr Santosh Datar, Ziqitza Healthcare elaborates on the process to follow to get yourself registered through Co-WIN which would help you to avoid these scams, one can register online through the official Co-WIN portal or any partner accompanying app. After registration, you can view and book from an available list of COVID Vaccination Centres as well as the date and time. An OTP will be generated prior to the registration and a confirmation token or slip will be generated. After this, a confirmation SMS will be sent. After the vaccination is done, patients will receive a message updating them about their next shot and a confirmation that the first shot was done. At present Co-WIN is the safest and most reliable application to make the vaccination bookings through.
Further adding to this Ziqitza says people can also book a vaccination slot through Paytm’s platform. Users only need to look for the Vaccine Finder tool on the app which is under the Featured section.  Through this, people can search for vaccination centres based on their PIN codes or districts and based on their respective ages. After pressing the ‘book now’ button users are taken to the Co-WIN portal to complete verification and booking.

Fever Pitch (1/5)
For @dont-touch-my-sons
There’s no particular reason I decided to write this, other than a wish to write this particular human being a oneshot dedicated to one of her OTPs. And because this is me we’re talking about, I’m incapable of keeping it short.
Summary: When Midoriya Izuku states he’ll be Todoroki Shouto’s doctor, Shouto is not expecting the feelings that accompany the new arrangement. TodoDeku. (Quirkless, Doctor!Izuku)
The building collapsed in roughly the same amount of time as it times Shouto to blink.
He doesn't have the time to hesitate though. Instead, he sends up a wall of ice in the attempt to keep the housing complex in one piece long enough for Iida to grab the final civilians from the wreckage. It's not easy, and he needs to keep a constantly flow of ice to battle against the weight.
Another surge of ice leaves him feeling chilled, ice crystallising by his ear. He... knows he needs to regulate his temperature, but not now – he won't use his father's power when everyone's watching. Only after everyone's been saved, taken to the paramedics and Shouto can get somewhere he can regulate his temperature without being seen.
He's the opposite to Endeavour, and Shouto refuses to let anyone see the moments when... he's not.
“Ingenium,” he says into his ear piece, trying to keep his teeth from shattering, “how many more?”
Shouto grits his teeth as he keeps the structure in one piece, waits for the answer with bated breath.
“Three,” Iida responds, and the low number is enough to rid Shouto of the tension in his shoulders, the pressure he's placing on himself to keep the building up. Not too long now, especially considering Iida's speed. Shouto can practically hear the seconds ticking down until he can let the building drop. “No wait, someone's claiming there's a fourth, higher up.”
“What?”
Seconds pass before Iida responds again, although he seems slightly quieter now, less certain in himself. He says, “A child is trapped on the upper floor, we've just got word from the police.”
Shouto doesn't know what to do about that. The higher floors have already started to collapse on themselves, and well, he hadn't thought there was anyone on the upper floors after the initial evacuation order had been given. Foolish, he thinks, because they shouldn't have run on assumptions, and he's a pro hero, he can't make mistakes.
“Do you know which floor?” Shouto asks after a moment, and his hands are cold now. It seems he won't have a choice, he'll need to warm himself up with his flames if he wants to save the kid. He'll make the heat low, a small heat that'll melt away ice in a way that won't be too noticeable.
“We're certain it's either the seventh or the eighth.” Iida responds, and his voice is terse. “The staircases haven't held, I can't get up-”
“Get outside,” Shouto orders, “I'll create a ramp. Do you think you'll have enough grip on the ice?”
A pause – hesitation. “I'll make it work.”
Shouto nods, feels fire warm his body, and readies himself to create a second ramp alongside the ice structure he's already creating. He won't be able to hold it long, he's already told Iida, but there should be enough time before he needs to prioritise his ice.
“Okay – let's go.” He mutters, and pushes himself even further until the heat he's using isn't enough any more and all he feels is cold.
As soon as they're certain there aren't any more civilians inside, Shouto lets the building drop. It's a controlled destruction, something that makes the building fold inward on itself, rather than leaving rubble falling outward into the street.
The building drops, and so does Shouto. His legs feel like weight, and he's on his knees for a second before he pulls himself up, heading down to Iida and the civilians, and even the media that's starting to flock to the scene like moths to light.
In this case, it's just the media being drawn to the heroes.
He uses ice to create a thin ramp of his own to get down from the building he'd stood on, leaving it to flake away into snow when he finds on the ground. There's all sorts of TV channels reporting the scene by the time he's on the ground, and he has to say the words 'no comment' to everyone he passes as he makes his way towards Iida.
To Iida, who is stood talking to a... he's not a civilian with the way Iida is stood – he's more rigid than usual – but the lack of costume shows that he's clearly not a hero either.
“Yes,” Iida says, as Shouto comes to a stop beside him, “I'll be certain to stop by, y-yes.”
The... non-civilian is short, with wavy green hair that seems almost like bed-head rather than a hairstyle. Shouto wonders whether he's just rolled out of bed, shakes his head at even questioning it – the answers probably yes – before stepping forward.
“Ingenium,” he says, trying to grab the heroes attention. He succeeds, but it brings the man's attention as well, and that's definitely not something he wants right now, not with his body feeling cold, and him knowing that he needs to warm up quickly less he become hyperthermic.
“Shouto,” Iida responds, and he's always hesitant with the hero name, mainly because it includes his forename, and there's something about that he's always found a little... awkward. “Thank you for all the help today. I know that technically it was your day off.”
He says technically, but they all know that a hero doesn't get many breaks. It's not like they can turn around and say they're not going to save lives today because it's a Sunday afternoon.
“It's alright,” Shouto responds, even if it is a little bit of a pain. “It shouldn't take too long to write out the report. Can I leave you to the press?”
Iida nods.
The green haired man however, steps forward, his arms raised into mini fists as he exclaims. “You're just going to go to the precinct? No. I won't allow it.”
“Midoriya,” Iida says, and he sounds almost scandalised, shocked, “you can't just-”
“No,” Midoriya shakes his head, takes a step forward. “I refuse to let him leave until he lets me look him over, at least.”
Shouto almost chokes at that, takes a step backwards – who even is this man? - before breathing a sigh. He's cold, he's tired, and he does not have the energy for this right now.
Midoriya flushes, cheeks reddening, and he waves his hands in front of his face in an attempt to dissipate his previous words from existence.
“What I mean,” he says after a few seconds, “is that I'm a doctor. And I'm not letting you leave until I'm sure your health won't suffer for it.”
Right. Shouto admits that it makes more sense now – except, he still doesn't need a doctor, all he needs is a day off which actually includes some sort of rest.
“I'm fine,” he insists. There hadn't been any actual fighting, no present villains, just a building they'd claimed they'd knock down at a set time, and since Shouto hadn't actually gone inside the falling building, he'd not gained any injuries.
“Oh please,” Midoriya says, and he leans forward eyes glancing up and down Shouto's form. He shakes his head, “your quirk requires regulating your temperature right? And yet you're clearly showing signs of hypothermia.”
“I'll just warm myself up then.”
Midoriya crosses his arms now, narrows his eyes in the way Shouto has only ever seen medical practitioners exhibit. It's the look that reads, 'you think you know better, but I'm the doctor here'. It makes Shouto wonder what's so stupid about using his quirk to warm himself up.
“Oh yeah,” Midoriya says, “do that if you want to go into cardiac arrest.”
“M-Midoriya?” Iida cuts between the two of them, a welcome distraction. It's almost scandalised, as if he's not used to the doctor speaking in such a manner. Not that Shouto can blame him, most doctors he's met usually aren't so blunt.
“Listen,” Midoriya says, and he lifts the back of his hand to Shouto's neck, something that causes the hero to stiffen slightly, “you can take your chances if you want, but you risk developing cardiac arrhythmia as well – an abnormal heartbeat – and that would lead you to need time off as a hero.”
Shouto almost wants to risk it, mainly because he'd get time off for once, and some sort of holiday, even if it felt a little uneasy and painful. In the end though, he decides it's not a risk he can take, and he breathes another sigh.
“Fine.” He says.
Shouto lifts his hands, an almost distressing movement that indicates he'll be in Midoriya's care for the time being, and he tries to avoid another sigh as the man grabs hold of his hand, pulling him towards the paramedics that are fanning back and forth around the scene. Iida follows behind them, and Shout finds himself wondering whether the hero is following him or Midoriya.
“Seriously,” Midoriya sighs, as he sits Shouto down at the end of the van, climbing inside and waving a quick hello to one of the paramedics. He sifts through the medical supplies, opens one of the middle drawers beneath the defibrillator. “Doesn't your doctor warn you about things like this? I'm tempted to give you saline just from how cold you already feel.”
Shouto tries not to stare, fails, and realises he's not responded. At this point, he's more interested in watching the man go about his work, than responding to him.
“I don't have a doctor,” Shouto replies. Technically, he doesn't – he probably should, but he's refused to go to his family doctor purely out of spite to his father, and seeing as he hasn't actually fallen ill recently, he's had no need to switch to a new one.
Beside him, Iida shakes his head. As if he knows this will illicit a reaction, and regrets Shouto's response as if it is his own.
“You don't?” Midoriya splutters, as he lifts Shouto's arms where he places a heat pack in the grove of his armpits. “All heroes require a registered doctor that specialises in quirks application and misuse. How have you...”
Shouto shrugs, opens his mouth for the thermometer that's placed under his tongue.
Midoriya sighs, taps his foot before climbing back into the van. He returns with a box of medical supplies, all things Shouto knows can't be for him. First off – there are bandages and disinfectants and other things he knows he doesn't need.
He's a little cold, yes, but that's all.
“Okay then...” Midoriya takes a breath, passes the box to Iida with a request for the man to hold them for a second, as he turns back to Shouto. “I'll be your doctor for now. This Thursday, you'll have an check up at 8 a.m. Iida will give you the address.”
He takes the thermometer, tilts his head as he looks at the reading.
“No saline drip this time,” Midoriya claims, “you should warm up if you stay there – there's a blanket inside, put it around you, and in about twenty minutes you'll be fine to go.”
He turns then, almost dismissive with his thoughts, and takes the box back from Iida. Then, with a small smile, he says, “see you then,” before rushing off towards the civilians and paramedics on the scene.
Shouto glances at Iida. He frowns. “He's quite the character.”
“Midoriya is very passionate about his work,” Iida says. He clears his throat, glances at the man as he moves towards other people, “he's not usually so... forceful though.”
Shouto hums.
He'd seemed forceful enough.
“I'll be in late tomorrow,” Shouto says on Wednesday, glancing at Yaoyorozu Momo, the person he's partnered with most often during hero work. They work well together, and Shouto would go as far as to say she's his closest friend.
“Oh?” Yaoyorozu responds, from the other side of her desk. They're desks are pitted opposite one another, and as much as Shouto enjoys working with Yaoyorozu, he hates working in this stupid office for his father. He's trapped though... to leave would mean practically walking out on being a hero – he can hardly imagine leaving without his reputation being tainted by a negative reference on his father's behalf. “You've not been late in the four years you've worked here.”
Shouto signs the report he's due to hand over to the police about his most recent fight against a villain with a shape-shifting quirk, glances over his computer monitor to look his friend in the eyes. He says, “I've got a medical check-up, that's all.”
Yaoyorozu raises an eyebrow. “You're ill?”
“No,” he shakes his head, “it's just a check-up. That's all.”
“Since when have you done check ups?” Yaoyorozu shakes her head, tightens her ponytail with clipped nails. She's not wrong, but it does leave Shouto with a faint feeling of annoyance – he's not that bad regarding his own health. Is he?
“Since I got a new doctor.” That receives a raised eyebrow, a questioning expression, and Shouto straightens as he realises he'll have to tell the story about his strange new doctor who'd practically forced his services on him. By the time he's finished explaining, Yaoyorozu's expression is a mixture of amused and annoyed.
“You didn't know warming up too quickly could cause a heart attack?” She says, and her tone is blank, almost as agitated as Midoriya's had sounded.
“Not all of us know first aid,” Shouto sighs, although now he almost feels like he should take a course on it, he's severely lacking on that end. “And I've been doing it for years, it's hardly been an issue.”
Another sigh. Exasperation practically becomes the woman. “Only you, Todoroki.”
“Whatever.” Shouto glances back at his computer, sighs over the emails in his inbox. It looks like he'll be in the office late again tonight. He's hardly ready for another late work, but he can't exactly complain about it.
“You'll have to let me know if he's good though,” Yaoyorozu says after a while, “I've been meaning to move over to a new doctor for a while now.”
“I thought you liked your doctor,” Shouto says, although he notes it in his head. He'll have to remember to let her know.
“I do,” a sigh, “but she's hideously overpriced for the service she offers. I know heroes have to go private, but some doctors are just extortionate with their prices. What're this guys prices though?”
Shouto's lips press into a thin line. He doesn't... actually know.
Thursday brings a change of pace.
Not just because it means he can have an extra hour in bed – rather than getting up at five to be at the hero agency at seven a.m, Shouto only needs to be at Midoriya's clinic for eight a.m – but because he actually has time to relax in his apartment before leaving.
Usually he doesn't have time to both shower and have breakfast before heading out of the door, but today he does both, sits down to watch crappy hero interviews on the news. His old classmate is being interviewed this time, someone he'd not really talked to much during his years at UA high, and hasn't talked to at all since – Uraraka Ochako, although the world knows her as Uravity.
Frankly, Shouto hasn't offered much thought to any of his classmates, save the few he often finds himself working with – bar Yaoyorozu – and it's not really been a problem. Not that he's had the time to think about them, being a hero is busy work.
“-So, that was quite a fight you had on Monday,” a news reporter, Shouto identifies her as Amemiya Yusa, comments, when he finally glances at the TV, “against the villains responsible for the most recent muggings in Shinjuku.”
Uraraka nods, short hair bouncing from her shoulders. It's longer now, than it was when they were students, and she looks different – more... like the adult she is, Shouto supposes.
“Yes,” Uraraka says, “working together with the hero Froppy, we had to take down three villains all with telekinesis powers. People have been calling the villains dustmen, because they'd used rubble from back alleys to knock people unconscious.”
Ameniya nods. She says, “and the fight, it got quite intense. You were injured, were you not?”
For a moment, Uraraka nods. It's not becoming of heroes to lie, even if it's uneasy to declare that heroes get injured too. She says, “most fights end with injuries if they're not dealt with quickly, either that of heroes or civilians, but this time it's alright, I've got a great doctor helping me out.”
Shouto turns the TV off. Uraraka's smile however, lingers on the pixels, before blacking out.
He's early to the clinic by fifteen minutes.
Fortunately, the building is open, something that other places he's been before don't do, since they only open up when the doctor arrives... Not that Shouto even knows Midoriya's time table, within all reason he could operate at odd hours.
What does Shouto know, he's only met the guy once.
And yet, as he checks himself in on the small touch screen monitor by the entrance, he's not quite expecting this. It's a nice waiting room, something that Shouto admires. There are chairs for patients – and if the rooms are anything to show, more than one doctor works in the practise – and in the corner there's a small playpen for children.
It's all very comforting, and Shouto thinks he'd feel at peace in an empty waiting room like this if only the secretary behind the front desk didn't seem so tense, her eyes flickering towards the room furthest from the entrance.
The door opens, and Shouto can kind of understand why.
“Don't fucking tell me what to do, you get that Deku?” The voice, Shouto is certain, belongs to his ex-classmate Bakugou Katsuki, and the tone... well, Shouto understands why the secretary would be nervous, he sounds just about ready to let off an explosion with his quirk.
“Now now, I'm pretty sure that's what you're paying me to do Kacchan.”
Kacchan. If Shouto were still a teenager, the nickname would be brilliant blackmail material. Luckily, he is both an adult, and mature which means he'll definitely not... he'll definitely not...
Okay, he's going to remember Kacchan and ask about it if he even needs to deflect Bakugou's attention from something.
Bakugou is the first person out of the door, spiky golden hair the first thing Shouto sees. Followed by that is the permanent scowl etched into his forehead, his eyes narrowed into a glare. He's wearing civilian clothes, off-duty then, like Shouto currently is, and there's something about it that seems almost unnerving.
Midoriya comes out of the door next, and he's wearing the stereotypical doctors coat, although it's been... altered slightly. There's a sticker on his shoulder, and if he squints Shouto can see that it's All-Might, the hero that's slowly faded from the line of duty and has taken up the role of educator instead.
“I pay you to keep me fucking healthy, not to tell me what to do.” Bakugou bites.
And Midoriya, somehow, doesn't let the venom infect his smile. He grins as he taps the clipboard he's holding against his waist. “All I'm saying is that if you want to strengthen your quirk, you want to eat more foods with nitric oxide, that's all.”
Bakugou's glare intensifies. Even Shouto feels tempted to shrink away from it, and he's a pro hero.
Midoriya lifts his spare hand, throws it up in an imitation of a cheer. He says, “drink more cocoa, Kacchan. Eat some cranberries. Yeah!”
He lowers his hand when the glare starts to burn. After a second, his lips thinning as he tilts his head, expression lost in thought, he lifts the clipboard to his chest. In a tone similar to the one he'd spoken to Shouto in, he says, “well, it's up to you really. But if you wanna get stronger, that's my suggestion.”
The tone really has been perfected, and with the slight lift of his chin, Midoriya really does express the idea that he knows better. Bakugou makes a noise that is half dismissal, half approving grunt, before lifting his hand up in a lazy version of a wave.
“Whatever weirdo,” the hero says, and he walks straight past the secretary without offering a second glance, “I'm outta here.”
“See ya,” Midoriya says after a moment, expression bright again, almost as if a switch has been turned inside him. He waves as well, before turning his gaze onto Shouto, sat awkwardly in the middle of the waiting room. “Todoroki! You came! Wanna come on in?”
Shouto avoids asking why Midoriya is so happy about him showing up, and nods instead. He stands, makes his way into the man's office, closing the door behind him. Midoriya waves for him to take a seat, before sitting down in his own, turning to his computer.
“So,” Midoriya says, as way of greeting, “I had a little bit of trouble gathering your medical records – the current general practitioner for the Todoroki family did not want to budge when I sent him an email, no matter how many times I told him that I was taking over your care.”
He presses enter on his keyboard, unlocking the server, where he quickly types Todoroki's family name into  the database. There are several options, but Midoriya clicks the middle one before Shouto can even read anyone else's names.
“Uh...” Shouto doesn't quite know how to respond to that. “Sorry, I guess?”
“Oh no, no,” Midoriya turns to look at him, offers a small smile, “it's not a big deal. I sent an email to U.A high, and they sent me the medical records they had on record from before your graduation. It just means I'll need you to catch me up on the years since then.”
Shouto shrugs his shoulders, “I've not been to the doctors in years, so there's nothing to add to the records...”
He receives a concerned frown.
There's a pause, and then Midoriya turns his head, glances back at his computer. He says, “that's alright, it just means you'll have to have some booster shots and extra tests that I could have been given results for. We'll fit those appointments around your schedule. What time do you finish work?”
Shouto grimaces.
The expression is answer enough.
“Okay then...” Midoriya says after a moment, and as he scoots his chair closer to the computer, Shouto is presented with a closer view of the sticker on the man's shoulder. It's just above his bicep, and Shouto finds himself drawn between thinking it's extremely cute, and that it's the result of working with children as patients. “Let's begin, shall we?”
First, Shouto has to give his address, confirm his name and hero agency details.
Then, the begin the official check up. Midoriya takes his weight first – 'a little under the average, but we'll find a way to bulk you up' – then he assesses Shouto's blood pressure and forces him to sit down and tests his vision.
“You're not an optician.” Shouto sighs, half way through reading letters aloud and being asked which lens is easier to see through 'a or b'?
“My patient's are all heroes,” Midoriya sighs, snapping another lens down and waiting until Shouto says 'a'. “Since you're all pressed for time, doctors specialising in hero care offer check-ups including what care you'd receive at an opticians. It keeps you limited to one place.”
“I see...” Shouto responds, and his expression flickers momentarily back down to the sticker on his shoulder. If all his patients are heroes though... then doesn't that mean that a child couldn't have stuck it to his coat without him noticing?
Midoriya hums, gathering his attention as he pulls the lens' away, declaring Shouto has perfect vision, and that they won't need to worry with another test like that for at least another year. Then, he leans backward, plucks a tool from his desk and checks Shouto's ears.
“Please tell me your not a dentist too,” Shouto mutters, when the doctor steps back and settles back in his chair. He types something up, almost like a note to himself, and not something permanently on record.
“Oh no,” Midoriya laughs – the sound, if possible, sounds like sunshine. “I don't work with teeth, don't worry. You'll have to stay with your regular dentist... You do have a dentist right?”
“Of course I have a dentist.”
Midoriya turns, squints. “I would have thought you'd have a doctor as well, but apparently not, Todoroki.”
Shouto, despite his best attempts, flushes.
And, in an attempt to deflect the attention, turning it back on to Midoriya, he splutters, “did you know there's a sticker on your coat?”
The other man beams, lifts his hand so he can laugh behind it, before nodding his head. Once again, he turns back to the computer, typing something into his notes, before momentarily glancing over his shoulder.
His shoulders shake as he turns back, laugh-lines in his face as he grins. After a second he says, “oh that sticker. Every day a certain patient of mine is booked to visit, I always put on a sticker like this. He always gets so embarrassed.”
Shouto narrows his eyes at the sticker again, glances at the All-Might cartoon with it's thumbs up, before turning back to Midoriya.
“Is...” He struggles to grasp the words he's after, decides instead just to improvise. “...Are you All-Might's personal doctor?”
His fees must be outrageous.
Why didn't Iida warn him?
Midoriya turns back to him, grins wide enough that Shouto knows the answer is yes. And then, the man says, “I'm afraid doctor-patient confidentiality keeps me from disclosing my patients, Todoroki.”
Shouto pauses.
His doctor has fucking All-Might for a patient.
“Anyway,” Midoriya says, swivelling in his chair to face Shouto, looking very much like he hasn't just dropped the bombshell of his most famous client, “I'll need you to come back in a few days, just for some routine shots and blood tests. I wanna ensure your levels are all fine.”
“Okay.”
“And, then from there, we'll come up with a plan that's good for you. Some heroes like to go over suitable diets that coincide with their results, others don't want that. We'll decide on it. Do you need me to get you a list of psychologist's, that's also a requirement for heroes too, you know.”
Shouto crosses his arms, “Endeavour's agency forces a set of hours a month with the agency's appointed psychologist.”
Midoriya nods. “Good. Then... that's us done for today Todoroki.”
He smiles, stands from his chair, walks Shouto to the door.
It's not until Shouto is half way on-route to work that he realises that while his body might have left the Midoriya's office, his mind is still very much so focused on the doctor and the All-Might sticker on the shoulder of his coat. His ears still feel warm with that sunshine laughter, and Shouto lifts his hands up to his cheeks to cover slightly flushed cheeks.
“Oh no,” Shouto mutters, his cheeks burning, “this isn't good.”

My FT questions answers
So regarding my previous post here are my answers to my Fairy Tail Questionnaire.
1.  How did you first heard about Fairy Tail?
From my friend Beth. I saw how much she liked it and when she suggested that I check it out I did. I have been hooked ever since. And it’s become my favorite anime of all time, because I never have been more emotionally invested in an anime before.
2. Do read the manga, watch the anime, or both?
I do both. Haven’t been watching the anime lately, but I’ve been keeping up with the manga now. BUT I HATE SPOILERS, SO DON’T TELL ME ANYTHING UNTIL THE TRANSLATION COMES OUT!
3. Who are your favorite character(s)?
I really love all of them, but my top 3 are:
Levy McGarden, I like her because she’s a fellow bookworm, she’s cute, intelligent, and really needs to be the focus more often. Pantherlily. I love how he can go from this big creature, yet can change back into this small cute thing. He’s bad ass and adorable. I call him Badorable. And really my absolute favorite character is Gajeel Redfox. I could really talk for hours on why he’s my favorite, but to sum up I like him because he’s a complex character.
A Complex character, also known as a Dynamic character or a Round character displays the following characteristics:
He or she undergoes an important change as the plot unfolds.
The changes he or she experiences occur because of his or her actions or experiences in the story.
Changes in the character may be good or bad.
The character is highly developed and complex, meaning they have a variety of traits and different sides to their personality.
Some of their character traits may create conflict in the character.
He or she displays strengths, weaknesses, and a full range of emotions.
He or she has significant interactions with other characters.
He or she advances the plot or develops a major theme in the text.
Gajeel has done most of those things on that list.
And to be honest when he first appeared I really didn’t hate him. Yes what he did was wrong, especially regarding Team Shadowgear, but I had this small feeling, ever since I found out that he was a Dragon Slayer that he was going to be an ally to Fairy Tail, never expected him to join though. I’m so glad he did!
4. What is a character or characters that you absolutely hate? And not even love to hate, you wish they were never in the story to begin with.
Future Rogue. That bastard kill Future Lucy, and I will never forgive him for that. Even if he apologized. Seriously I cried so hard when I watched that part in the anime.
5. Do you own any FT merchandise?
The first 20 volumes of the manga, a Capricorn key charm, Natsu plush, Lily plush, small Happy loaf plush or Tsum Tsum, a Mirajane keychain, a Gajeel keychain, a notebook, exceed bracelet, a FT symbol keychain, a wallet, and 2 T-shirts.
I think that’s it.
6. What is your favorite opening?
I have 3.
Snow Fairy ( the first and probably the most recognizable)
https://youtu.be/T2dy-atGDyg
Rock City Boy ( Fun fact the singer is actually American, but he lived most of his life in Japan)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LX3v651Ip8E
I wish ( I like this one because it’s the only one where I think I could do a cover of it. It’s in my vocal range)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTDpmFv4Ovc
Honorable mention goes to the 1st movie’s opening 200 Miles.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=br0zVupkx-c
7. What is your favorite ending?
Be as One
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n5em5vZoaQ
You, He, Me, and She
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=470d_pi1F3w
8. What is your favorite character song?
Well, since Gajeel is my favorite character, my fave character song, is his song My Iron Blues. It’s awesome, fun to sway to, has female back up singers, and I like his singing very much.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdS93Qp9H84
Also for you Yuri on Ice fans, this the same guy who sings You Only Live Once
You’re welcome for that random piece of trivia.
9.What is your favorite instrumental track?
Any version of the main theme.
Original https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6kb96YWXMA
Slow  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Loi4bYzXvAw
Piano https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk2jYmZerD8
Metal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiT8Ct0cQzM
Tenroujima https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=At_zB-pK3JQ
I also like Dragon Slayer  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJoKUq8j1Ns
Natsu’s theme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhevjjbvWmw
Lucy’s theme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L26TQP7Qe9I
Happy’s theme  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAIFonqW4SY
One thing I love about FT’s music is the Celtic feel to it. My family is Irish and Scottish, so it makes me think of my heritage.
10. What are your FT ships?
I ship:
Nalu (Natsu x Lucy)
Gruvia (Gray x Juvia)
Jerza (Jellal x Erza)
Elfgreen (Elfman x Evergreen)
Laxana (Laxus x Cana)
RoWen (Romeo x Wendy)
LoRies (Loke x Aries)
Albis (Alzack x Bisca)
Rerry (Ren x Sherry)
Cappy (Carla x Happy)
Kinbara (Erik x Kinana)
StingYu (Sting x Yukino)
But my OTP for the series is Gajevy (Gajeel x Levy, which is canon now! YAY! )
11. What is an unpopular opinion you have aka something that you do that is not normal to the FT fandom?
I’m a NaLu fan that does not hate Lisanna at all. I hate how so many Nalu fans hate her just because she “gets in the way of NaLu”.
That’s one thing that bothers me with any fandom. When people hate on a character just because they get in they way of their precious OTP.
I’ve said it before, but I think that is a stupid reason to hate a character. If the only reason you hate a character is because they ruin a ship for you, kindly go back into your small corner of the world, where you can bitch and complain all you want like the immature brat that you are.
The rest of us adults, are going to ship what we want, and respect each other’s choices, and not hate on character solely for that purpose.
Lisanna did nothing wrong, and all those fan fics that portray her as this bitchy chick who “steals” Natsu from Lucy and makes Lucy all depressed and shit makes me want to gouge my eyes out every time I read one.
I respect the fact that some people don’t ship NaLu, I respect the fact that I don’t ship NaLi.
NOW CAN WE PLEASE ALL JUST GET ALONG AND BE NAKAMA LIKE WE’RE SUPPOSED TO BE?!
12. Do you draw/write FT fan art or fan fiction?
Yes, check out my DA here http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/gallery/42409453/Fairy-Tail
Maybe I’ll post stuff here soon, old and new.
13. What is one thing about FT that pisses you off?
So many unanswered questions, for example WHERE THE HELL IS LAXUS’S MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER?! I KNOW HOW BABIES ARE MADE SO HOW THE HELL CAN IVAN AND LAXUS EXIST WITHOUT A MOTHER?!
At least we know about Makarov’s mom now.
And we do know more of the dragon slayers’ past, but I still have my headcanons about their biological parents, or at least Gajeel and Wendy’s. Like how Metalicana and Grandeeny found them. Let me know if you want to hear them. Bear in mind they are quite depressing.Don’t have any for Sting and Rouge. And as for Natsu, well I did have one, but that went out the window and I think you know why.
14. If you could put the FT cast into another show what would it be and why?
It’s a weird choice but I chose Scrubs. I could just see it. Natsu=JD (It be funny to see Natsu have all those crazy daydreams, wouldn’t it?) Lucy=Elliot (If Natsu and Lucy did live in another universe, I think they would be an on again off again couple until they were ready to be with each other.) Juvia=Carla (Putting Carla as Carla would be too obvious, and I know it doesn’t exactly match up, but I have this headcanon that Juvia can speak Spanish, because Juvia;s name is the Japanese spelling for the Spanish word rain or  lluvia) Gray=Turk (I know it doesn’t really fit, but had to keep him and Juvia together.) Laxus= Dr,Cox (Can you just imagine how funny it be if Laxus did a Cox rant?) Cana=Jordan (I feel a relationship between Laxus and Cana would be like the one Jordan has with Dr.Cox) Gajeel=Janitor (One of the best characters in the show, and it be funny to see Gajeel prank Natsu) Levy=Lady (She’s the Janitor’s girlfriend and later wife in Season 8) Hades= Dr. Kelso (Hades is evil but a recent chapter in the Tartarus arc showed that he kind of still has a heart, so that’s why I picked him)
Freed=Ted (I just think it be funny)
Loke=The Todd (both are bit of playboys and be funny to see Loke question his sexuality) I do have others, but they’re only characters that appeared in one or two seasons so I’m not going to bother.
15. What are some musicals you put the FT cast in? (I only put this question in cause I’m a theatre geek)
Shrek the musical
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast
Hairspray
Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper
Barbie as the Island Princess
Barbie and the Diamond Castle
If you want I can tell you who I would have play each part. Some I’m still figuring out, so not all roles have been cast yet.
16. Do you cosplay or plan on cosplaying any of the characters?
I cosplay as Mira(no pictures available) and Levy which I do have pictures of on my DeviantART account. Let me know if you want to see it.
I’m gonna post it on here soon.
Now all I need is a Gajeel.
17. What are your favorite arcs?
Phantom Lord, Fighting Festival, Edolas, Tenrou Island, Key of the Starry Sky, Grand Magic Games, and Alvarez. What do they all have in common? There is focus on Gajeel in all of them. Some more than others.
18. If you could join any guild what would it be?
Fairy Tail, duh.
19. Have any FCs?
Yes,  Valerie Saline who you can learn more about here http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Fairy-Tail-OC-Bio-361202036\
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Valerie-FT-OC-1-353209499
I even made an Edo version of her
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Edo-Valerie-FT-OC-1-353209586
Then my next gen kids
Mckenna and Iggy (NaLu kids)http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/NaLu-Kids-360992943
 http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Mckenna-Dragneel-Bio-362665020
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-McKenna-and-Iggy-397665037
Nieve, Brendan, and Tally (Gruvia kids) http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Gruvia-Kids-360992503
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Nieve-Fullbuster-Bio-362674059
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Nieve-Brendan-and-Tally-397665310
Conor and Olivia (Gajevy kids, they’re the older siblings of the canon Gajevy twins. Although they’re born years later when Conor and Olivia are much older. In my FT future they were a surprise aka they were not planned. BTW do they have names? I keep trying to look it up, but come up with nothing. The FT wiki literally has nothing about the light novel they debut in http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Fairy_Tail_3:_Trouble_Twins
Actually they have barely anything about the light novels expect for like the first one.) http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/GaLe-Kids-360992447
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Conor-Redfox-Bio-362676935
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Olivia-Redfox-Bio-362678246
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Conor-and-Olivia-397664556
Matthew and Sarah (Jerza kids) http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Jerza-Kids-361673144
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Jerza-Kids-397664727
If you’re wondering why they look nothing like Jellal and Erza, it’s because they’re adopted.
20. If you were a wizard what kind of magic would you use?
Singing magic, like a Siren. I would sing and hypnotize people and when there out of it, attack them.
21. What is a magic item you would like to have?
A light pen http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Light_Pen  It be fun to draw/write in thin air.
22. Did you enjoy this questionnaire?
I sure did, seeing how I created it.
Oh and let me take this opportunity to talk about something else FT related.
I have the Todd Haberkorn (the Eng VA of Natsu 3 times at different cons)
Here’s proof http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/I-TOLD-YOU-SO-463572927
And here’s some autographs he gave me I don’t have a picture of the third one up yet
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/Todd-Haberkorn-Autograph-463573351
http://purplekatz93.deviantart.com/art/2nd-Todd-Haberkorn-autograph-555102329
Okay that’s all.
And please don’t mad at me for my answers.
