#otp: interdimensional husbands

Thanks for the tag, @greyhavenisback - I actually haven't seen this one yet, and you know, anything to yell about my OTPs, really 😂

Here are my top five OTPs:

1. Sterek (Teen Wolf)

Look, they appeal to me on a visceral level, okay? Amazing, brilliant, traumatized bisexuals of opposing types are my whole jam. Ultimate fave.

2. Kurofay (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle/World Chronicle)

Murder husbands regularly giving up body parts for each other/their found family, with a love language made of punching? Sign me up. Literally the original OTP. I will die before I let these two go~

3. Catradora (She-Ra)

The first time I saw this queer AF ship explicitly sailing in the show, in front of my eyes, I may have cried. I just... I love this traumatized gay catgirl and her high-strung magical girlfriend, okay? If you're starved for magical adventure stories where the queer leads actually, you know, are allowed to be queer... watch this.

4. Pynch (Raven Cycle/Dreamer Trilogy)

Can you tell I love angry queer kids? That is all~

A5. Stydia (Teen Wolf)

I know, this is unpopular among Sterek fans. But the only reason I don't scream about them as much is because we actually got my personal PERFECT storyline for them in the show, and like... I don't need any more? It was exactly what I needed to see. (Every time I see "You didn't say it back" / "You didn't have to" and then You Were Never Gone starts to play, I get weepy.) Also, like, they are a boy and a girl... but I definitely ship these two in an explicitly bi way xD

Warsman x Robin

Wow this pairing is complicated. On one hand the beginning of their relationship is pretty messed up and abusive. On the other hand we do get to see moments Robin actually expresses fondness for Warsman and he does seem to care.

As much as I love him, Robin can be a dramatic arse hat and I do think Warsman deserves better. However after all the drama of Baracuda and such I think they made quiet a good team. From memory their relationship really improves and they're shown to genuinely care for each other.

Teenaged me was a HUGE fan of this ship. I consumed all the fiction I could, stared at pages of art. I reaaaally loved them as a couple.

Now I'm conflicted...especially after SOMEONE wrote a little fic about Warsman and Bibimba and made me go OH! THAT'S CUTE.

Warsman needs soft fluffy love. Robin needs his arse kicked.

Ramenman x Buffaloman

Husbands. They've been married for years and no one can tell me otherwise.

I LOVE their interactions in both manga and anime. I can't get enough of them.

Like Kinnikuman x Terryman...they're beautiful.

Black Hole/Pentagon

They make wrestling look even sexier than it is already. HAVE YOU SEEN THE ARTWORK?!

But...aren't they related? I cant remember...but the wings and interdimensional powers do it for me haha.

OMG I LOVE THIS so here are my ideas - mostly Sterek, with like one Kurofay:

Stiles gets turned in his 20s and everyone is surprised when his eyes are blue. Derek is not.

Banana Fish AU: Derek is the leader of a gang in New York, young and terrifying and in the middle of a gang war surrounding a new drug: Banana Fish. Stiles ends up getting sucked into the war by sheer luck, without any previous exposure to that life at all. (No killing your gays in this AU, though.)

A five-times fic: five excellent reasons Stiles finds himself at the Beacon Hills gay bar and one piss-poor reason Derek does.

...Just a fic exploring why the heck Stiles didn't jump down a rabbit hole of learning ALL the magic once he figured out he could do it.

...Like Kate, I ALSO have a fic bunny about Derek forgetting Stiles in season 6A. Essentially just an excuse to cause both myself and my fave Team Woof characters intense distress, really. :P

La traviata AU: this one's Kurofay, though. Fay = Violetta and Kurogane = Alfredo. Again, I'm allergic to killing my gays, so I guess this is an AU of a tragic opera with a happy ending?
