I can't lie, the news about Ice Adolescence is heartbreaking, mostly because of its inevitability. Yuri on Ice was a show I desperately needed at the exact moment I desperately needed it. Even now, when I get into a really bad spiral, listening to the soundtrack helps ease some of that weight. It's also a show that I wrote fanfic for before my writing career really took off, and I loved playing with characters and plots, finding ways to weave together all the threads I loved most from the show.

So, yes, while the news is depressing as hell, I'm going to cling to the good things that came from that flashpoint magical show and celebrate them. That includes revisiting some of my old fics and appreciating the comments and friendships I gained from the fandom when I was writing for it. Without further ado...
