I understand everyone headcanoning that Durge called Enver "Gortash" at first and then switched to Enver, however.

"Osob" has something fundamentally wrong with him and always has and I think that the switch that actually happened in his scenario is that he went from "Gortash" to "Lord Gortash". This is because he is a freak with issues and a deep desire to build someone an altar. Both metaphorically and literally.
