vedic astrology observations
in my previous post, i had observed how pisces rashi and bharani nakshatra gives a native immense acting ability, here i'll provide more examples!!
the legendary indian actor, dev anand was revati moon
ewan mcgregor has UBP sun
James McAvoy has UBP mercury and venus with mars in revati
Anya Taylor-Joy has either UBP/Revati moon and most likely UBP/Revati rising she also has mars and ketu in Revati
Jessica Chastain has UBP sun with mercury and venus in Revati (amatyakaraka and atmakaraka respectively)
michael fassbender has Revati sun and venus
daniel day lewis is a bharani stellium (sun, mercury and venus)
humphrey bogart was a bharani ascendant
3 time Oscar winner, Frances McDormand is bharani moon and ketu
8 time nominee and 2 time Oscar winner, Cate Blanchett is bharani ascendant and has venus in Revati
Joaquin Phoenix, the absolute GOAT has UBP moon
Cillian Murphy has Jupiter in Bharani atmakaraka and Ketu in Bharani as well (they're conjunct)
2. expanding on my previous observation as to how many Punarvasu & Pushya women play mistresses/home wreckers or are involved in such dynamics in real life, here are a few more examples;
Revati & Rohini are two other nakshatras that crop up often
Marion Cotillard played Pablo Picasso's mistress in the movie Midnight in Paris. in real life, she was accused of having an affair with Brad Pitt when he was married to Angelina Jolie (this is a speculation). She has Pushya moon conjunct Saturn and Jupiter in Revati as her atmakaraka
Dorothy Dandridge's best known role is that of a seductress and here, in Tamango she plays the mistress of a naval captain. She was Punarvasu moon and Pushya rising
Anouk Aimee often played vamps/seductresses and in one of her most iconic roles in La Dolce Vita, she played the mistress. She has Revati mercury conjunct mars (her amatyakaraka) She was also rumoured to have had affairs with manyyy people including JFK
Carla Bruni (yes, the woman whose face Bella Hadid stole) has a very chaotic romantic life. She was in a relationship with Raphael Enthoven and was formerly his father's mistress 💀She is Punarvasu rising
Lou Andreas-Salome was a psychoanalyst, essayist and intellectual. She was muse and lover to some of the greatest European minds of her time (and all time) including Freud, Nietzsche and Rainier Maria Rilke; these men were absolutely obsessed with her and she was a major influence on their work. She has Ketu in Punarvasu
Wallis Simpson, the woman for whom King Edward abdicated his throne, thereby forever changing the course of history was still married to her second husband when she met Edward. She has Mars in Revati as her atmakaraka and Jupiter in Pushya (exalted)
Meghan Markle, the woman for whom Prince Harry left the royal family is Punarvasu rising. She has mercury conjunct rahu in Pushya
Eartha Kitt, the complete siren & seductress, who had affairs with Orson Welles, Paul Newman & James Dean and many other businessmen and heirs was a Punarvasu moon. She was a dark skinned mixed race woman who had established herself as a sex kitten in 50s & 60s America after having grown up in abject poverty; she did something that was impossible and then took it to a new extreme and became the nation's obsession
Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy was muse to Calvin Klein & Ralph Lauren and met her future husband JFK Junior when he was still dating actress Daryl Hannah (unsure if they began dating at this time). Their marriage was short lived as they both tragically passed away in a plane crash in 1999. She is remembered for her timeless style. She was Punarvasu moon.
Asia Argento played the titular mistress in the movie The Last Mistress, she has Jupiter in Revati atmakaraka and Saturn in Pushya darakaraka
3. I had previously observed how moon ruled/jupiter dominant/cancerian girlies tend to have a large chest 👀
now ill talk about what placements give men a naturally wide, broad, big, buff and bulky frame and body😌😋
men who have prominent Mars/Jupiter/Cancer placements are naturally big, buff and bulky and have wider frames 😌 another important factor is the involvement of a large yoni animal (buffalo yoni, elephant yoni & cow yoni imo)
Hasta & Swati have buffalo yoni
Revati & Bharani have elephant yoni
UBP & Uttaraphalguni have cow yoni
(others have already discussed how our yoni animal influences our appearance so i wont go into that; just know this much, the bigger the yoni animal, the bigger the guy)
i did not mention Mars in my post about voluptuous women because Mars influence gives a big, broad frame and does not really guarantee big breasts or curves (unless affected by other placements) so its very yang in nature
(obviously other placements will also impact a native's appearance and you can look like this and not have these placements as well!!)
let's start with the legend himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger. he has Pushya sun, Punarvasu stellium (mercury, venus and rising) you can say its the steroids making him look this way (im sure they were involved in his Mr World era) but the man is in his 70s and he's a tall, broad shouldered bulky guy😌so go argue with the wall
Sylvester Stallone is Punarvasu sun and Saturn in Pushya darakaraka. He has Chitra moon conjunct Jupiter
Vin Diesel is Punarvasu sun and mars in Chitra. He has Ketu conjunct Swati ascendant
Dwayne Johnson has Chitra rising with venus & mars in Mrigashira, saturn in Rohini and ketu in Pushya
Jean Claude Von Damme has Chitra sun & rising, Uttaraphalguni moon, mercury (atmakaraka) and venus in Vishaka
Steve Howey, Punarvasu sun amatyakaraka, jupiter in Mrigashira atmakaraka, ketu in Revati and mercury in Pushya
Jason Statham, Pushya sun UBP moon Punarvasu mercury atmakaraka, mars conjunct ketu in Swati, saturn in Revati
Namjoon aka Father of Kpop has Mars in Punarvasu as his amatyakaraka and tropically most likely has Moon in 1h. Anyone who has seen those tiddies knows there is an undeniable cancer influence at play 😋🤭 He has mercury in Hasta, venus & jupiter in Swati and Ketu in Bharani 😋😋

Top Five: Authors that make you go, 'Ew. No, thanks.' (For both Turtle, and Beth.)
Blanket Fort Asks || -
The Nurse Shark || Beth Riley I. Knut Hamsun ~ Gorgeous and lyrical writing, supporting the naturalist movement but also welcomed and supported the Na*i invasion of Norway. So there's that. II. Riley Kennedy ~ Because the writing is bad and he should feel bad. III. EL James ~Fifty shades of fan-fiction gone horribly wrong and she owes the BDSM community an apology. IV. Stephenie Meyer ~Inspiring ELJ is bad enough but grammar here is horrifyingly atrocious, writing is repetitious, incredibly flat/one dimensional characters...and both the baby scene, Jacob...and the name Renesmee. Plus I am offended on the behalf of the entire Garou Nation. V. Jean M. Auel ~ Now, let me explain. Clan of the Cave Bears was beautiful. The ones that followed were okay. Then she HAD to write The Land of the Painted Caves. No one has this kind of time or patience in their lives.
~*~
The Wizard Behind The Screen || Turtle I. Marion Zimmer Bradley ~ I loved her Avalon series but she was despicable in real life, an accomplice to her husband, and just the whole thing is horrifying. II. Anne Rice ~ Some good books, very influential but the woman was an absolute c***. The way she treated fans, animals, etc. III. Orson Scott Card ~Bless poor little Ender and Alvin Maker, but his anti-same sex marriage, blatant homophobia is terribly off-putting and I can't support him or his beliefs. IV. She Who Will Not Be Named ~ Fuck her. She doesn't deserve her characters and I am totally suing to become legally responsible for Severus Snape, and we all know he truly belongs to me anyway. V. Woody Allen ~His films have become unwatchable for the Ick.
#Mahalo!Midnight!#She's Talking to Angels {Bethisms}#Making Wishes on Passing Cars|Answered Asks#The Turtle Speaks|Answered Asks#All opinions are strictly that. I am not condoning hate or insulting anyone who enjoys the works cited.#We can even enjoy a story without having to agree with the author's lives and beliefs.

LUCY & THE SPACE RACE
April 12th - International Space Day
International Day for Human Space Flight takes place across the world on April 12. The day celebrates the first space flight and the first human being in space — Soviet cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin - on April 12, 1961. Naturally, the space age ramped up on TV as well.
Long before man actually went to space, people wondered what might be up there.
In the 1950′s, America was fascinated by the idea of aliens - mainly Martians. Books, films, and television shows all captalized on this fear of the unknown.
The fascination and fear of outer space can be traced back to “War of The Worlds”, an 1898 novel by H.G. Wells. In 1938, Orson Welles and the Mercury Radio Theatre used it as a basis for a broadcast that many believed to be an actual invansion from outer space.
In “Lucy Becomes an Astronaut” (November 5, 1962) Lucy Carmichael and Vivian Bagley successfully spend 24 hours in a simulated space ship as part of a 'Women in Space’ experiment.
Lucy just calls it “the space program,” but her daughter Chris knows that it is actually called NASA – the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. President Eisenhower established NASA in 1958. Alan Shepard became the first American in space in May 1961, just three weeks after Russian Yuri Gargarin. Although the American team planned to launch earlier, delays continually pushed the launch back, allowing the Russian program to scoop the headlines.
“The Lucy Show” wasn’t the only TV show to use the space program as the basis for storylines. Three months later “Dennis the Menace” aired “Junior Astronaut,” where Dennis and his classmates participate in the 'Junior Astronaut’ savings-stamp program. This episode starred Gale Godon, who would join “The Lucy Show” cast in season two. Star Jay North did a short promotional film for the real-life savings-stamp program to support NASA.
Also in January 1963, “McKeever & the Colonel,” a one-season sitcom that premiered on NBC a week before “The Lucy Show”, explored the topic in “McKeever’s Astronaut,” where a visiting astronaut turns out to be a chimp. Although not in the cast of this particular episode, Charles Lane (Lucy Carmichael’s banker Mr. Barnsdahl) was featured on the series in November 1962. Shirley Mitchell (Lucy Ricardo’s friend Marion Strong) was in the series premiere.
The most famous example of the space program on television is the sitcom “I Dream of Jeannie,” which premiered in 1965. It not only featured astronauts as the central characters, it was set in Cape Canaveral, Florida. After John F. Kennedy’s assassination in 1963, the name was changed to Cape Kennedy. It reverted to Cape Canaveral a decade later, although the NASA facilities are still known as the Kennedy Space Center. Jeannie was played by Barbara Eden, who made her sitcom debut on a 1957 episode of “I Love Lucy.”
Lucy revisited the subject on October 11, 1971 on the “Here’s Lucy” episode “Lucy and the Astronauts”. When Harry and Lucy attend a splash down, she rushes to hug the returning crew before they can be medically cleared, meaning she and Harry must be quarantined with the astronauts.
Barely tolerating Lucy in the isolation unit, Dr. Jamison (Roy Roberts) grumbles “We never had this trouble with Neil Armstrong.” Neil Armstrong was the first American astronaut to set foot on the moon on July 21, 1969. Armstrong traveled with Buzz Aldrin on Apollo 11. His famous quote when he stepped onto the moon’s surface was “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”
The episode incorporates stock footage of televised moon walks and splash downs.
This episode was featured in a set of View-Master reels. The View-Master system was introduced in 1939 by GAF, four years after the advent of Kodachrome color film.
The third act of “Lucy and the Generation Gap” (1969) was set in a futuristic space age in a musical comedy context.
In 1966, Desilu produced a science fiction series that explored life in outer space - “Star Trek”. Each episode started with the iconic phrase:
“Space: The Final Frontier”
Ball was friends with Majel Barrett and thought Gene Rodenberry was a talented creator. She supported the show when the network rejected it. Thanks to Lucy, the now iconic franchise has immeasurably contributed to the popularity of the space program.

Total Reading Goal: 50
Just to be kind to my future self when she looks at this at the end of the year: remember that we were pregnant, had a baby, had to look for a new job, and had to move. We just didn't have time. Maybe we will next year.
Also I will admit I've been binge reading some of Tiffany Roberts' work here and there.
_________________________________
Ok this year's reading challenge was completely and utterly slashed. I got overly enthusiastic and just went all over the place. I enjoyed reading when I could, especially after having a baby. February through May was difficult for me as I was in a lot of pain and just wanted to sleep on the last few months of pregnancy. I cried a lot. After I gave birth, reading helped me slowly heal my new found scattered and tired mom brain. I started off slow and after August when I started working again, I came back with a vengeance.

From the legendary James Brown to the contemporary Ruston Kelly, South Carolina singers have showcased their talent and versatility on national and international stages. His songs such as “Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag”, “I Got You (I Feel Good)”, and “Say It Loud — I’m Black and I’m Proud” are considered classics of American music, blending soulful vocals, rhythmic grooves, and social commentary. Brown was also known for his electrifying performances, featuring dynamic dance moves, flashy costumes, and charismatic stage presence. He received numerous awards and honors, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, and a Kennedy Center Honor.
Darius Rucker

Drake - 8AM in Charlotte - For All The Dogs (2023)
In God's hands (Conductor)
Be grateful
That He was there
Glory (Yeah)
I'm out here on the road
You can hear it in the voice (Glory)
Still get this shit off, though
Look
The money speakin' for itself, I call it fortune-tell
Fire top from a bitch that work at corporate sales
Chinchilla ushanka, we skiin' out in Courchevel
Breakin' news, they tried to kill him, but the boy prevails
I leave for tour and my n****s fuckin' go to jail
Preachin' to the dogs 'bout wantin' more for themselves
It's weighin' heavy on my moral scale
Knowin' they gon' sell another citizen 'caine, they think they Orson Welles
Walk in Chanel, they like, "How the fuck you need more Chanel?"
I got these cats tuckin' tails on fourth-quarter sales
I'm used to seein' tears drop over enormous meals
The restaurant clears out, faint echoes of Lauryn Hill
I say, "We gotta talk about us," I feel like Jordan Peele
Could tell I'm gettin' under your skin like a orange peel
'Cause your words don't match your actions like a foreign film
And now it's silence in the Lamb' like the horror film
Things get quiet after me statin' the obvious
Things get kinky after fifteen years of dominance
That October sky is lookin' ominous
The money is autonomous
Shout' to Oliver North, he out in Rome doin' Toronto shit
And Jeremiah the watchdog, you n****s know what time it is
I'm in and out of Houston Hobby so much, I'm a hobbyist
Hoes waitin' on Cench in the lobby, that boy a lobbyist
Savage got a green card straight out of the consulate
Where I go, you go, brother, we Yugoslavian
Formal is the dress code, dawg, so many checks owed
I feel Czechoslovakian, n****, what the fuck?
Nah, I'm movin' different right now, for real, like
I feel like if Mike switched out the glove for the pen, like
This shit just too enticing right now, you know?
Look
Diamonds do the silly dance, I raise up the wine glass
Metal detectors beepin' and security bypass
The numbers goin' up, someone pull up the line graph
The days are goin' by, it's like I'm livin' in time-lapse
Been talkin' to Adel like he majored in finance
Shania Twain, notepad, I'm makin' it line-dance
You tryna rob me, and it's gon' feel like you sittin' at your favorite restaurant 'cause, n****, that's where you dyin' at
Mob ties, I swear we like a bitch with fine sisters and fine cousins, the family all bad
I'm preachin' to the dawgs about cleanin' they images
I swear I'm like a young T.D. Jakes to my menaces
Long-kiss goodnight, PDA for my nemesis
Three hunnid acres, PGA on the premises
That's what's really brackin' like this verse in parentheses
I'm givin' hits to n****s on some, don't even mention it
Like, don't even worry about it, like
You can hit me back whenever, or
Or don't, you know?
It is what it is, I guess
Yeah, hm
Look
You young boys take some of that money and set it aside
Not havin' enough to pay your tax is a federal crime
You n****s obsessed with me, and it's not on no hetero vibe
Handle beef so quiet, you think that I'm lettin' it slide
Next thing you know, we tip-toein' past enemy lines
Diss me so long ago, we making your memories fly
Conspiracy theories start floatin' 'round like the Kennedy guy
I'll prolly hold a grudge against you guys 'til I'm seventy-five
Ayy, n****s lyin' for a livin', I couldn't relate
We all gotta lay in the bed we make, but that couldn't be Drake
You forced a lot of fake love when real ones stood in your face
That's why you got deserted by your n****s like puddin' and cake
I got you on camera bowin' down, but the footage is safe
Thank God, another USB to put in the safe
Thank God, at the crib, dippin' my foot in the lake
I swear that y'all turned me into the villain, I couldn't escape
Not sayin' I'm the best at what I do
I'm just sayin' that it's me versus whoever wanna lose
Pick any one of the Who's Whos, I got .22s for new crews
R.I.P. to the DJ from Houston, we loose screws
Helicopters, cop lights, and news crews
N****s steady cryin' to my daddy, well, boo-hoo
You prolly heard a lot about the boy, well, true, true, haha
(In God's hands) Yeah
(Be grateful)
(That He was there)

NAME: Orson Kennedy AGE: Thirty three GENDER: Cisgender (he/him) SEXUALITY: UTP OCCUPATION: Internet entrepreneur FACECLAIM: Kofi Siriboe (negotiable) STATUS: OPEN
KEY INFORMATION
You were chiseled from marble; you were a teenage demigod. There was something about you that reminded people of the ‘60s heyday, like you were an echo of John and Jackie at their country house, all tanned skin and crinkled eye-smiles and gleaming teeth. You learned at your father’s side never to dissuade someone of their first opinion. Who knew if you were of that hallowed clan, some distant cousin four times removed? When you said your last name, all breezy confidence, tables miraculously opened up in packed restaurants, assistants stood up straighter. Right away, Mister Kennedy. God, you’ll never get sick of that easy thrill.
A kinder person would describe you as image conscious. The truth is: you’re vain, and self-aggrandizing, and almost laughably sensitive. Most people tend to look past your stellar school results and ambitious, cutthroat demeanor. It doesn’t matter to them that you’re wickedly smart, that your mathematical mind calculates answers at a lightning rate, that you courted the Ivy League without Daddy’s help and still received a first round offer to MIT. Who knows if you really are your father’s child, demanding and petulant, or if there’s more of your mother than you’ll ever know: her even temperament, cool-headed intelligence, patient and kind.
You look the part, but you’ve never lead the pack. That role belonged to your younger cousin, Arthur, or your other friends, like Daisy and Susanna. You were an odd foursome, quarrelsome and fun, and though you knew you looked like a cover of TIME, they never looked to you for advice. No one ever did. You nurse your grudges like a miserly old-timer, and can never help spitting out some self-serving, sarcastic remark.
CONNECTIONS
ARTHUR HAVEMEYER, DAISY MILLER, SUSANNA HADANI: The terrible four. You were a collector’s set, each pristine and glamorous, an incestuous unit that bickered like children and partied like gods. Your dynamic differs depending on who you’re with. Arthur was always one step ahead of you, which you resented; and Susanna had a selfish, bored streak like a cat that reminded you of your father. Daisy, though. Your sparring is on another level: hers is the only mind you’ve ever been fascinated by.
HUGO BUCHANON: Once upon a time you were bosom buddies. Egging each other on, casually bullying your classmates, laughing and falling over drunk. But his dabbling with drugs went beyond what you were willing to do, and you could divine what the future would hold if you stayed friends: some vulgar scandal, a drug bust, being disowned. Far easier to let Hugo go gently into the current; he’d be pulled down and disappear before you’d know it.

JACK RICE
May 14, 1893
Jack Rice was born as Earl Clifford Rice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He became a comic actor with thin a pencil-thin moustache and was the best-known of Edgar Kennedy's brother-in-laws in his short comedy series. He was also a regular on the 'Blondie' series of films in the 1940s.
After a brief stint as a traveling salesman, he began his career as a stage actor some time after World War I. His credits include the annual road company tours of The Passing Show (1922–25).
He made his screen debut in in an uncredited role in RKO’s No Marriage Ties in 1933, the same year Lucille Ball came to RKO. The film also featured Bess Flowers, Queen of the Extras.
In fact, Rice (and Flowers) were both in Lucy’s 12th film for RKO Kid Millions, which was released in November 1933. All three were uncredited.
Rice and Ball did a December 1935 RKO short together titled Foolish Hearts. Rice was credited, but Lucille had an uncredited role as a hat check girl.
In February 1936 Rice was a stand-in for Follow The Fleet, where Lucille Ball was credited as Kitty.
In Lucy’s 30th film, The Farmer in the Dell (1936), Rice was uncredited as Charley, while Lucy was credited (but not billed on the posters) as Gloria.
From 1931 to 1948, Rice appeared in nearly 60 of Edgar Kennedy’s comic short films, one of which with Lucille Ball: Dummy Ache (1936).
In 1937′s acclaimed film Stage Door, Rice played a playwright, while Lucille Ball enjoyed the company of Katharine Hepburn, Ginger Rogers, Eve Arden, and Ann Miller in leading roles.
Rice played Professor Busby in Lucille Ball’s 1939 film Twelve Crowded Hours.
Their final film together was Her Husband’s Affairs in 1947. Rice played Slocum while Lucille Ball was Margaret Weldon, the leading character.
