Hi friends. I’m 21F and have been struggling with my body image since 2009 which led me to develop anorexia around 2014. I’ve been struggling ever since and have tried every trick and diet out there but have finally settled on my own so I thought I’d share it. First of all, recovery is a lie. There was a point in my life where I fully recovered but made me fat… it was nice not to worry about calories and all that but the pros outweigh the cons of an ED if done correctly. So think of your ED as a lifelong friend. In order to have an ED successfully for a long period of time you must go about it healthily. I know this is somewhat contradictory. I’m gonna include just some general tips, advice, and food alternatives. In a separate post I’ll be listing my favorite low kcal recipes so stay tuned.
~
GENERAL TIPS
•Drink water before, during, and after meals. This is absolutely crucial.
•During this period it’s important to spend extra time and effort on maintaining your vaginal health, immune system, fertility, and skincare !! Really important not to neglect these things especially vaginal care >.<
•Calories matter but make sure to eat nutritious foods. Must have a good judgment on when to splurge on kcals or when to go for an alternative. For ex: splurging on healthy foods that are a lot of kcals vs unhealthy processed foods that are low kcal.
•It’s good to strive for 1200 kcals or less. If it’s a cheat day or you’re feeling lenient then aim for around 1600 kcals. Never ever go over 2000 kcals.
•if you’re a foodie like me then you *have* to find creative and unique ways to curb your cravings. Otherwise your mental health will plummet. If you’re not satisfied then you’re either gonna keep eating or be miserable
•Remember your brain needs at least 330 kcals to function properly so if you’re feeling slow or disoriented then definitely have a snack or meal.
•Best drinks to have are water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee.
•If you eat over your calorie limit don’t fret, it’s not the end of the world. Just either work out or purge. Keep purging to a limit and don’t do it more than once a day. Ideally less purging is better so keep it for emergencies.
•Using apps such as my fitness pal are great for seeing what nutrients you’re deficient in or going overboard in. However I’ve found I lose more weight when I’m not using the app because I’m thinking about food less. However everybody is different and I would recommend at least checking out the application if you haven’t already.
•Vitamins are your bestie too!! I take a couple supplements to make sure I’m getting the vitamins I need for longevity.
•Cut down on silly calories like sauces and drinks by using alternatives. Also you can pretty much find a low kcal version of anything these days if you look hard enough.
•If you love flavor then these simple things will help like ~ seasoning, low kcal hot sauce such as Tabasco or sriracha, soy sauce, etc.
~
CRAVING ALTERNATIVES
•Juice or sugary drinks ~ low sugar Gatorade, fruit flavored teas iced with extra tea bags to give it extra flavor
•Soda ~ flavored sparkling water with powder or liquid drink mix such as crystal light strawberry lemonade drink mix
•Starbucks ~ just making my own mixed coffee drinks and sweet tea drinks saves so many calories
•Dessert ~ Gerber biscuits arrowroot (taste like shortbread), Gerber lil biscuits, cottage cheese, chocolate covered fruit or nuts
•Chips ~ Gerber’s Lil Crunchies Mild Chedder (basically cheese/ cheeto puffs), quest chips, or half a serving size of normal chips
•Ice cream ~ strawberry halo top
•Chocolate ~ alter eco or dark chocolate coconut fudge
•Mayo ~ miracle whip or vegan mayo
•Rice ~ cauliflower or broccoli rice
•Pasta ~ Chickpea pasta

Kirigakure Worldbuilding II - Specialties
Inspired by a recent conversation I had with @pxssy-stuntin-for-itxchi, I got wanted to add more to my Kirigakure worldbuiling post!
Food Preservation Since except for a month during the winter, it never really gets cold in Kirigakure. This has lead to its citizens becoming very creative at enhancing the shelf life of the food that they have. Meat/fish is dry-aged and smoked, fruits are turned into preserve, cheong, or slow-dried. Dairy is a luxury in the water realm, so there are a lot of plant based dairy alternatives already, so it’s no surprise the wave realm has a quite big vegetarian and vegan population. Even though their spice tolerance is not the highest, when talking SALT tolerance, no village can beat Kiri. They are VERY generous with salting their food. In order to get a smokey flavor to any dish, you can obtain smoked salt everywhere in the country. The water realm was the first region the come up with the concept of fermentation of food. Milk is turned into yoghurt and cabbage is turned into kimchi and its more popular variant - sauerkraut. Fun fact: Suigetsu comes from a high ranking caste, so he actually was able to afford dairy yoghurt and jello with actual gelatine, and they're his favorite foods.
Kimchi and Sauerkraut
The general spice tolerance of Kiri citizens is not the highest across the shinobi world, so kimchi is mostly exported to Konoha and Suna. The cabbage grown in the water realm is specifically bred to be extra heat resistant and crunchy. In order to cut down on waste, the excess is turned into sauerkraut juice. To put less of a strain on the public healthcare system, the water realm government has issued its citizens to exercise and eat healthy – especially children. To get more children to drink sauerkraut juice, it is produced in portable, biodegradable little juice boxes which are handed out for free in the Kirigakure academy. Every Kiri genin has tasted it atleast once. Scurvy was once a big problem for most shinobi going on long term stealth missionas, since most just lived off dried meat and crackers, except for Kiri Nin, since they always carry sauerkraut juice (and kumquats) with them.
Fruit
Mangos: With their sweet and fruity taste, they’re popular amongst children, especially when dried, rolled into balls with an added sugar crust. While other countries see them as a special treat they’re a staple in Kiri. Papaya: Another Kiri staple. It is eaten either as a fruit in its orange form or in its green form in more hearty dishes. The seeds are ground and sold as a pepper alternative. Its extracts of the are used by the Kiri beauty industry, which is the biggest one, closely followed by Suna's beauty industry. Peaches: Often grown on the mountaintops of the water realm, they’re loved all over the country. Peach trees are seen as a sign of fertility, renewal and good luck. The pits are turned into persipan, which many foreigners don't like. Durian: Those stinky fruit are banned in Kiri’s public spaces. However, it is still the most popular fruit overall, so only a few get exported yearly, much to the other countries' durian lovers' chagrin. Jackfruit: Not a lot of Kiri citizens like its fleshy texture but it is often used as meat alternative by Kiri’s large plant-based population. Lychee: They’re often sugared and canned, or added to jelly. They're amongst the most popular fruit to make cheong with.
Kumquat: Kiri nin love them because they’re basically easily portable, vitamin c filled snacks. Other honorable mentions include: Rambutan, Mangosteen, Starfruit, Cherimoya, Soursop, Yuzu and Tamarillo.
Jelly If you’ve read my last post on Kiri specialties, you probably know that instead of manufactured candy, Sweet tooths (teeth?) in Kiri chomp down on dried fruit, fermented sugary sticky rice and – jelly. Gelatine, like most non fish animal products, is a luxury so most jellies are made with agar-agar, a plant based “gelatine”. Just take some fruit juice and set it with agar – and there you have jelly. Most foreigners find Kiri’s obsession with jelly pudding off-putting, but that doesn’t stop them. Fun fact: Suigetsu comes from a high ranking caste, so he actually was able to afford dairy yoghurt and jello with actual gelatine, and they're his favorite foods. Non food fun fact: As genetic engineering gets more advanced and Kirigakure already having no issues using bacteria, they're also the biggest exporter of nutrient agar for agar plates which are used for the cultivation of bacteria and funghi. Kigakure is the leading village when it comes to biological and medical advancements, which is why Orochimaru has visited very often (and eventually ran into Kimimaro)

Vegan Butter Review
I recently tried this 100% Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, and Vegan Butter, and it has completely transformed my cooking experience! As someone who’s always on the lookout for healthy and tasty alternatives, this butter exceeded all my expectations. It’s not only a perfect 1:1 substitute for traditional butter in any recipe, but it also stands out on its own with its light, creamy texture and incredible taste.
The blend of fresh herbs—parsley, cilantro, and basil—brings a vibrant, aromatic quality that enhances even the simplest dishes. I used it to sauté vegetables, and the difference in savor was remarkable. It added a depth of essence that’s hard to achieve with regular butter. Plus, it's vegan, which makes it an excellent choice for anyone following a plant-based diet, and being gluten-free is a huge bonus for those with dietary restrictions.
One of my preferred ways to enjoy this butter is just spreading it on a warm slice of gluten-free bread. The herbs really come through, creating a fresh and satisfying snack that feels indulgent but is actually quite healthy.
I love that this butter is so versatile—whether I’m baking, cooking, or just looking for a quick spread, it’s become a kitchen staple. If you’re searching for a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan butter that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture, I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s a game-changer!
order it here!

doing this all at once because im fasting and need a distraction... this shit be getting personal lmao
day 1: your stats
currently 82.2lbs as of writing
day 2: how tall are you, do you like your height?
im 4'10, no not really! definitely doesnt help my bmi out at all, lmao. id prefer to be around 5'4.
day 3: a picture of your thinspiration. what features do you like about this person?
most thinspo kinda rolls off my back and doesnt affect me, so i dont really look at it. blessing and a curse.
day 4: your greatest fear about weight loss
i only have one fear, and its my partner. she (not so subtly) compares herself to me and uses me as thinspo, and i know losing weight will only make this problem worse.
day 5: why do you really want to lose weight? are you doing it for you?
im not sure if theres a real reason anymore. everything i can think of is something that occurred after the disordered eating started, so i dont know what truly drives me. id say im doing it for myself because theres nobody else i would do it for.
day 6: do you binge? if so, explain why you think you do
of course, definitely. most times its due to an emotion, i think ive always used food as a comfort in that way.
day 7: do your parents know you are trying to lose weight? do they care?
they dont, i never told them and they havent found out. i assume my mom would care, my father sorta shuts himself off so i dont know if hed be mad about it or what.
day 8: your workout routine
im physically disabled from an unknown myopathy (my body doesnt produce enough muscle) so everything is a workout to me lmao. i generally walk around for 4-ish hours a day, since i cant quite manage anything else.
day 9: did anyone ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
no, only my eating habits. i was often told that i ate so much i mustve had a tapeworm, and most of what i eat is "junk food" due to sensory issues.
day 10: what was the hardest thing you gave up during this weight loss?
dude, i fucking miss the liquid calories! in past restriction phases i refused to count liquid cals, and i definitely still lost weight, but not as fast as i would have liked. ive started counting them and ughhhhh.
i didnt cut them out completely, so i still have creamer in my coffee and the occasional soda, but i want my milkshake goddamnit 😭
day 11: your favorite thinspo blog and why
same answer as day 3.
day 12: what do you normally eat?
for main meals i usually have tuna on toast, egg salad sandwiches, cream cheese bagels, ham sandwiches/ham bagels, grilled cheeses, basically just carb + animal product. if we order out its either a cheeseburger or fried rice.
for sides/snacks/small meals i like string cheese, pickles, mini candies, lollipops, pepperoni, if theres any sweets in the house i have some of that.
its a wonder that i even lose weight on this lmao. but OMAD and counting cals is what makes it possible.
day 13: are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
i dont think ive ever seen someone answer this with the former option. we're all doing this unhealthily on this side of tumblr.
day 14: whats your UGW? when do you expect to reach it?
ooh, tough one. it seems like everyone has a set UGW but i dont. i feel most compelled towards the number 73lbs, which is the bmi of my LW (15.3). i dont think that bmi is low enough for me though, i'll figure out when i get there.
ive gotten close to that weight a couple times, but ultimately something always happens and i emotionally binge or whatever. no clue about timing.
day 15: are you vegan or vegetarian? if so, has this helped you lose weight? if not, would you consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
ive had lengths of time where ive been pescetarian (vegetarian + fish), it never helped me lose weight.
at this time in my life im not able to limit my diet to that degree, but i heavily support the lifestyle for ethical and environmental reasons. if i move out id likely try veganism.
day 16: when did you first decide to lose weight?
i began obsessively weighing myself at 7, and started to learn purging around 9/10. it wasnt ever something i was serious about, but at 12 i discovered the online ana community andddd... it really just brought out that part of me. so id say 12 is where it officially began, but ive had it in me since 7.
day 17: do you have an eating disorder?
never officially diagnosed but i dont think most people here are. yes, anorexia nervosa.
day 18: what food is your weakness?
i dont restrict what type of food i eat, as long as its under my limit. but my real weakness is food other people give me... i cant resist it regardless of the calories and it makes me feel so dumb. they dont even have to be in the room! it could just be takeout, they dont even have to be the one to cook it!
day 19: when is the last time you ate fast food?
i cant even remember, i almost never eat it since i dont like it. the grease and the oils coat my mouth and throat and it feels so disgusting.
taco bell cinnamon twists are bomb though.
day 20: favorite diet?
the special k diet is funny (literally just eat special k) but i always lose a lot of weight when i do cereal-based diets like that.
day 21: what are your clothing sizes?
ehhhh,,, i dont wear fitting clothes and everything is baggy, do usually womens small or sometimes xs.
my measurements are quite small (26bust, 23waist, 28hip IIRC?) so im below a 00 in most charts ive seen. unfortunately thats just my general size due to my height, im not as thin as people imagine from that by any means.
day 22: what was your lowest weight? when and how did you gain?
73lbs at 12, my height didnt change since then lmao. i experienced some trauma right after getting to that weight, which led to me binging myself back up to 90lbs.
day 23: did the media play a role in your wanting to lose weight?
i think it was more personal experiences rather than the media, however the media likely did contribute once i had already established my disordered eating.
day 24: how do you feel about the terms pro-ana/pro-mia
it depends on the context. in the original meaning, it just meant a space where you could discuss your disorder without actively working towards recovery. i support that heavily.
nowadays, where it usually means people promoting ana/mia as some pretty dainty "lifestyle", fucking ew. what is wrong with you people. i understand wanting to romanticize your disorder (and find others who do the same), but i draw the line at genuinely thinking that disordered eating makes you "better" than others, or whatever bullshit they try to say.
day 25: have you ever purged? if so, describe your first experience.
i have purged in the past, but due to my disability (day 8) i typically cant vomit anymore no matter what i try. the muscle just isnt strong enough anymore to contract that violently.
first experience was harrowing lmao, i had had a bowl of instant ramen and was hallucinating as i was purging it. everything else was so distracting, i dont really remember anything about the actual purging itself.
day 26: what excites you most about reaching your UGW?
the first time i got to my LW, i just remember feeling so giddy and proud and i want that again and again.
day 27: how do you deal with being around food?
if i eat it, im not longer around it... i just have zero self control.
day 28: do you want that gap between your legs? why?
i guess so. its something a lot of people are envious of, and i knew i was happy when i had it in the past.
day 29: your definition of beauty.
this is going to sound "wrong" from an anorexic person, but chubby people. i dont have a fetish for it, i have slept with average people without problem, but i dont think i could date someone who wasnt at least bmi 23... ive found that bmi 25-27 is the sweet spot though.
i just think theres something so attractive about it regardless of gender. like hell yeah thick arms and round stomachs and back rolls. fuck yeah.
day 30: 10 facts about you! and now, what are your stats?
oh god what is this, an interrogation? not saying stats since im doing this in one go.
i draw (hobbyist, nowhere near professional)
i collect animal bones and general knick knacks
garfield and miku are my favorite characters
i tap on everything
i wanted to be a veterinarian as a kid
favorite animals are polar bears and hammerheads
my grandmother wanted me to be named tapestry (what??)
i have dyscalculia
i enjoy making cookies
i can barely whistle

I need some healthy snack ideas if you don't mind.
Mhmm, a really good one is roasting your own nuts! I've done it with cashews and almonds but lately I've been into pecans - soaking them in a bowl with water and salt for several hours, up to 12 hours, then leaving them in the oven at 150 or as low as yours will go for at least 8 hours. Or you can just buy nuts "raw" or "dry-roasted" and add your own salt and/or olive oil whenever you can't roast them yourself.
I also really like MASA chips - they're fried in tallow. Whenever I let someone try them they like them! They're a bit of a pain because they're rare in stores, you have to order them, and they're not cheap, but I find it worth it to subscribe.
Another chip brand that you're more likely to find in stores is Siete, and I like to get their avocado oil-fried blue chips.
For crackers, I'm starting to exclusively use Rustic Bakery sourdough olive oil crackers, they're delicious and extremely simple, lacking a lot of the ingredients that make most crackers (such an innocuous-sounding snack, we've been so deceived!) really unhealthy. Stonewall Kitchen also has some crackers that are seed oil-free.
I also like to try protein balls whenever I see them at a coffee shop, everyone seems to have their own recipe, they're a good satisfying snack. I've been trying to copy them on my own but (to me at least) they're more challenging than they look. Lately, I've been making muffins using bananas, apple cider, whole organic spelt flour, copious amounts of cinnamon (and the standard egg, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, butter) and getting very positive responses! I've also been making gluten-free, incidentally vegan cookies with pure peanut butter, coconut oil, and oatmeal.

In Tiffin Box Indian is a lunchbox used to carry a simple Indian meal. They are usually carried or transported to a workplace or school but can be found in homes as well.

Crushed graham crackers are also fine, though they will not have the same level of fibre as shortbread. You can get Indian tiffin service in London.
To start, melt the vegan butter in a saucepan with maple syrup and cocoa powder. When it is melted, stir in the crushed shortbread cookies and raisins. These are not only vegan but also occur with organic ingredients, which can meet some of your nutrition requirements. Combining proteins and fibers as one powder may lead to better digestive operations, increased satiety, and easier management towards target weight or fulfilling a few other dietary goals. Let’s dig into what really makes them the best for an absolutely complete and nutritious diet, with this great variety of best vegan protein powder.
What Are Plant-Based Fiber Supplements?
One type of plant based fiber supplement is plant-based, which could be high fiber plant based protein powder derived from natural sources like psyllium husk, flaxseed, chia seeds, or other nutrient-dense plants. In comparison with traditional protein powder forms, the focus for plant based fiber powder options is enhancing digestive health and blood sugar regulation in order to increase energy and endurance throughout the day.
Using plant fiber supplement in addition to your usual protein powder or simply looking for a protein powder with fiber organic blend may offer some of the following benefits:
Digestive Health: Fiber helps ease constipation and also reduce the severity of bloating problems.
Heart Health: Certain plant fibers, particularly those containing soluble fibers, are healthy for maintaining optimal cholesterol levels.
Blood Sugar Regulation: Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar, so it is an excellent fiber protein powder for a person who balances the glucose levels.
Added Value of a High-Fiber Protein Powder
A high fiber protein powder is one where you get to enjoy the best of two worlds, essential amino acids, and high-quality fiber in one convenient product. Such a dual action-blend is suited for athletes or fitness enthusiasts, anybody with a busy lifestyle and looks to stay nourished and energized.
Protein for Muscle Health: Plant-based protein sources like peas, hemp, and rice provide essential amino acids.

Pantry Services in Delhi: A Growing Trend for Corporate Wellness
Delhi, being the bustling hub of business and commerce, has seen a significant rise in the demand for pantry services. With companies focusing more on employee welfare and productivity, pantry services have become an integral part of corporate culture. From small startups to large multinational corporations, businesses across Delhi are leveraging these services to ensure that their employees have access to nutritious meals and snacks throughout the workday.
This article explores the key aspects of pantry services in Delhi, how they benefit businesses, and why this trend is rapidly gaining popularity.
What Are Pantry Services?
Pantry services provide businesses with ready-to-eat snacks, beverages, and sometimes even full meals, right within their office premises. These services are typically tailored to meet the needs of a company's workforce, offering a variety of options that include fresh fruits, salads, sandwiches, and drinks such as coffee, tea, and juices.
In Delhi, pantry service providers work with companies to design meal plans that suit the dietary preferences of employees, with many also offering specialized options like gluten-free, vegan, or organic snacks.
Why Pantry Services Are Essential for Businesses
Boost Employee Productivity: One of the biggest benefits of having a well-stocked pantry in the office is the impact it has on productivity. By providing employees with convenient access to healthy food options, companies can reduce the time employees spend outside the office looking for meals. This leads to fewer work interruptions and helps employees stay focused throughout the day.
Encouraging Healthier Eating Habits: With the growing awareness of the importance of a healthy diet, many employees are becoming more conscious of what they eat. Pantry services in Delhi offer a wide range of nutritious options, allowing employees to make healthier choices without the hassle of preparing their meals or ordering unhealthy fast food. Fresh fruits, nuts, and whole grain snacks are commonly available in corporate pantries, contributing to better health and wellness.
Improved Employee Satisfaction: A well-managed pantry service reflects positively on a company’s culture and shows that the organization cares about the well-being of its employees. When employees feel valued, they are more likely to be engaged and motivated at work. Offering a variety of snacks and meals also fosters a sense of community, as employees gather around the pantry area to relax and interact during breaks.
Cost-Effective Solution: While pantry services may seem like an added expense, they can be a cost-effective solution in the long run. By keeping employees in the office and reducing the need for long lunch breaks or trips outside for food, companies can save valuable time and enhance overall efficiency. Moreover, companies in Delhi can opt for customized packages that fit their budget, making it an affordable investment in employee welfare.
Leading Pantry Service Providers in Delhi
Delhi has seen the emergence of several high-quality pantry service providers that cater to the diverse needs of corporate offices. Some of the popular ones include:
HungerBox: Known for offering a tech-driven approach, HungerBox provides a comprehensive food and beverage service with real-time monitoring and data analytics. They partner with multiple vendors to provide a wide range of meal options.

Additionally, services can be adjusted based on employee preferences, dietary restrictions, or the company's budget.
Conclusion
As the corporate landscape in Delhi continues to evolve, pantry services are becoming a vital part of office life. You must consider factors such as the service's reputation, menu variety, and ability to cater to your specific needs. Additionally, it’s wise to assess how well the caterer can adapt to the unique demands of filming schedules, ensuring your crew remains energised and focused throughout the shoot.
Budgeting for Catering
After establishing your catering requirements, it is important to set a realistic budget. Factor in the size of your crew and the scope of the catering needed. This will help you identify suitable catering options without compromising on the quality of food and service. Allocate a portion of your budget for unexpected costs, ensuring that you can handle any last-minute changes.
Dietary Restrictions and Preferences
Among the many things to consider, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences is paramount. You should actively seek to understand the specific needs of your crew, including allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets, and cultural food practices. This thoughtful approach not only shows that you value your team but also contributes to a harmonious working environment.
Catering to dietary restrictions ensures that everyone on your crew feels included and well cared for. It's vital to communicate openly about these needs with your chosen caterer. Providing a diverse menu that accommodates different diets will keep morale high and enhance productivity on set. Always consider the preferences of all crew members to create a unified dining experience that keeps everyone happy and energised.
Logistics and Equipment Needs
After considering the food itself, logistics and equipment needs should be a top priority when selecting your catering service. Ensure that your chosen caterer has the necessary infrastructure to manage the food preparation, storage, and service on-site. This encompasses transportation arrangements and adequate equipment to maintain food safety and quality throughout the shoot.
Hence, effective logistics planning is important for smooth catering operations. Ensure the caterer can provide catering professionals and the right equipment, such as warming trays and refrigeration units, to deliver fresh meals at the right times. Coordinating with your crew's schedule is vital, as this avoids delays and ensures that everyone receives their meals promptly, maintaining the productivity and enthusiasm of your team. Additionally, consider location access and space on set to accommodate catering needs without disrupting your shoot.
Tips for Coordinating Catering on Set
Once again, ensuring smooth coordination of catering on set requires careful planning. To ease the process, consider the following tips:
Establish clear communication with your catering team.
Know your crew's preferences and dietary restrictions.
Designate a point person for catering issues.
Align timing of meals with scheduled breaks.
Prepare for unexpected changes in schedules.
Assume that being proactive will enhance the dining experience for everyone on set.
Scheduling Meal Breaks
Before you start filming, it’s vital to plan for meal breaks wisely. Create a schedule that accommodates both your crew's needs and filming timelines, ensuring that meals are served promptly to maintain productivity. It’s effective to consider how long each meal should last and the best times to offer them to minimise disruptions.
Setting Up Food Stations
Food stations can greatly enhance the dining experience on set. To keep everything efficient, place stations strategically to allow easy access for your crew without disrupting the workflow. Each station should be clearly labelled with food items and include availability information, helping guests navigate options seamlessly. This approach not only speeds up service but also promotes a relaxed atmosphere, which can positively affect crew morale. Furthermore, ensure to provide adequate clean-up supplies and waste disposal to maintain hygiene on set.
The layout of food stations is pivotal. Focus on creating designated areas with ample space for your crew to gather without causing congestion. Include a variety of food choices to cater for different dietary requirements, and consider incorporating a refreshment station for drinks. Additionally, offering a selection of grab-and-go items can be advantageous for those with time constraints. Effective food station setup not only fuels your team but also boosts their overall morale, making it a vital element during production.
Success Stories: Filmmakers’ Experiences with Catering
For many filmmakers, the experience with catering can shape the entire production atmosphere. You may find that a well-fed crew is a happy crew, leading to better focus and creativity on set. Numerous filmmakers have shared how having gourmet meals provided not only boosted morale but also fostered collaboration among team members. On the flip side, experiences with inadequate catering can hinder productivity, resulting in frustration and tension. By investing in quality catering options, you significantly enhance your film crew's overall experience, ensuring they remain energised and engaged throughout the shoot.
Conclusion
To wrap up, exploring the top 10 unique crew catering options in London ensures that you can provide your film crew with a delightful and nourishing experience on set. By choosing innovative catering services, you not only elevate the morale of your team but also enhance productivity.
