Shirt stealer // Ron Weasley x Male Reader

Request: hi my love! can I request a ron weasley x male reader? where they are like so in love and just fluff please? thank you for reading love! have a great day! 

A/N: Omg, first time writing for a male reader and I really hope I did okay. I know it’s quite short but it’s definitely one of the fluffiest things I’ve written. Hope you enjoy!

Summary: Ron suspects his boyfriend has stolen his shirt.

“Is that my shirt?” Ron called out to Y/N. He was sprawled out on the Gryffindor couch, munching on a chocolate frog Ron had given him the other day. He didn’t even bat an eye when Ron approached him. Of course, it was his shirt. Ron's clothes were slightly bigger than Y/N's, and he loved flopping the sleeves, so yes, he had nicked it from his closet.

“You mean our shirt?” he replied. Ron shook his head in disbelief and promptly leaped onto the couch, landing on him with a thud. Y/N yelped and immediately gave Ron a whack on the head. “Get off me, you wanker!” he yelled, trying to shove the ginger-haired boy off him. But Ron had already latched on tight and was snuggling his face into his chest.

“Nope. Not until you give me my shirt back,” he told him. Y/N rolled his eyes and tried pushing him again; not even the slightest budge came from it.

“Ron, I can’t give you the shirt if you’re literally on top of me,” he argued. Ron took a moment to consider what his boyfriend had said, then decided to get to his feet. Y/N took his chance; he bolted from the couch and rushed up the steps to the boy's dormitory.

“Hey! Where are you going?” Ron shouted, hot on his heels. But Y/N didn’t reply; he just kept running. Once at his door, Y/N gripped the handle, ran inside, and had almost closed it behind him, except when he tried, it wouldn’t shut. He looked down to see Ron’s foot wedged in between the door and the frame. Y/N weighed his options, he could try to shove Ron’s foot back outside, or he could make a break for the bed. He chose the latter, and once he landed on the bed, he threw the covers over himself, successfully hiding from view.

“Hmm, where has he gone?” Ron wondered aloud. Y/N could hear him walking around the dorm; he covered his mouth to keep from laughing. “Not in the closet; maybe he’s hidden under the bed.” His footsteps neared Y/N’s spot, and now he was biting his finger to prevent giggles from escaping. He felt the mattress dip as Ron rested a hand on it and peaked underneath. “Not there either. Well, that only leaves one place…” he trailed off. Y/N felt his heart pounding as he anticipated what was to come.

Suddenly, the covers were ripped off of him, and Ron tackled his boyfriend yet again. “Gotcha,” he declared, grabbing Y/N’s waist and pulling him close. Y/N desperately tried to wriggle from his grasp. But Ron was strong, and before long, he accepted defeat.

“You’re the cutest,” he told him, smiling as Ron’s ears turned red. His boyfriend then began attacking his face in short kisses, making him laugh even harder than he had been. But as they came down from their adrenaline highs, they decided to get comfy. Ron lifted the covers and helped Y/N slide under. Once he did, he wrapped his arms around him and nuzzled his head against Y/N’s chest. The pair laid there for a few silent moments, simply enjoying the other's company. Eventually, though, Ron spoke up.

“You can keep the shirt. It looks better on you anyway. But maybe I should ask Mum to make you one since you keep stealing ‘em,” he suggested. Y/N brought his fist to his chest as a sign of victory. Ron laughed at his antics and began stroking his back.

“Are you gonna spend the night?” he asked softly. Ron looked up at him.

“Would you like me to, love?” Y/N nodded eagerly, blush filling his cheeks. His boyfriend chuckled at him and patted his face. “Then, I will. Big spoon or little spoon?” he asked. Y/N tapped a finger to his lips, genuinely considering both options. But in the end, he settled for his usual; little spoon. After he told Ron his verdict, the red-head propped himself up onto his elbow and held out his arm, allowing Y/N to turn around and scoot his back up against Ron’s chest. Once settled, Y/N looked out the window, watching as the snow fell and the sun sunk below the ground.

Soft lips brushed the skin behind his ear, and a shiver ran down his spine, giving him goosebumps. “I love you,” Ron whispered. Y/N’s heart skipped a beat as butterflies flooded his tummy. No matter how many times Ron had spoken those three words to him, they had never lost their dizzying effect.

“I love you too,” he whispered back. He could feel sleep taking him over and soon gave in to the pull. When he did, Ron stroked his face, wondering how he ever got so lucky.
