i don't think rick is particularly good at writing romances, so any endgame relationship he writes is going to annoy tf outta me. eventually.

i've rbed a few posts talking abt his proclivities when it comes to writing romances, but a special shout out to the "my partner is the only thing that matters in the world" that's typical of a romance novel. i'm not reading a romance novel on purpose. can we care abt other characters. and characterization. and the plot.

so, yes, i would rather percy (and literally every major character) be single bc of that.

Thinking about Dick snatching a cig from Jay's mouth to take a drag of it, and then blowing the smoke to the side.

Jason stands there dumbfounded. Staring at Dick's fluttering eyelashes, the way how his lips wrap around the slight cylinder shape, and how he's breathing in the smoke and then blowing it.

Dick didn't smoke, as far as Jason knew about him, but the way in which he walked over to Jason, who was waiting on the side to collect Dick after the funeral, put his hand on Jason's shoulder for support while the other swiftly took the cigarette that Jason just lit up and took a heady smoke of it like he was a regular.

Jason was stunned. And oh god he was so aroused. Which was absolutely inappropriate considering their current disposition and the very public space they were at.

He was ever so grateful for the long coat he was wearing at the moment as it covered his front quite well, otherwise he would appear as an inconsiderate asshole right now..

Dick doesn't linger on it much longer than that though, as he returned the cig back to Jason's lips and patted him on the shoulder signalling the need for their departure. No words exchanged, Dick can't bring himself to form them at the moment, and Jason is in no need for them to understand him.

He trots after Dick just like the lovesick dog he is.

Plus this is the sweetest cigarette that Jason has ever had in his life.

Hm very good question. I guess you mean for bloodborne well. I don't think there's a "worst part of canon" really (not sure what it means too). Except that thanks to the multiple rewriting, lot of mysteries, things up interpretations and vague timeline... even if we can place some events before or after others... well we'll never have a true and correct precise timeline!

Hm... it's quite complex because many ideas can be good and fun depending how you look at it and what people create. But sometimes it's hm... sometimes people seem to think their interpretations of the stories and stories they made are the only way to look at it. That nothing else existed. And that people with other ideas, (that don't contradict anything canon) are bad, wrong or smt 😒 That's not very cool. Hm I don't remember everything and every takes but if I had too choose I guess painting Gehrman as the worst guy ever for not the right reasons for exemple... clearly it's more complex than that and I think it's more tragic overall. Besides mistranslation and weird sentence there's just nothing telling us he was that of a creepy perv toward Maria. Like it doesn't make sense why she would have stick around and respect him that much + him as the final boss + all the sad leitmotif. that doesn't make sense. If he was that kind of asshole he would have died like Seluvis or Gideon.

On tumblr when you post you’re just playing Russian roulette with your post getting attention, but it’ll probably get ignored.

On Reddit any comment you make outside of some very niche community will immediately have someone downvoting you and calling you like, three different insults. Then they will wonder why you only log in every couple months. Like, it’s a very helpful website when you have a question for another community you’re in, but you’ll also get someone being immediately hostile when you make an innocuous post on a garden subreddit 😑

At least on tumblr people have to actually seek out your random ass text posts and go out of their way to start shit, and you don’t have the up and down vote system that feels like playing with my self confidence and worth issues.

Both websites are toxic part of the time (what social media isn’t?) and both are actually more useful for weird people, but holy shit does Reddit feel more aggressive about shit. Maybe it’s just the devil you know, but at least on this mess of a website half your hate will be for the most random shit and misunderstandings that people have to seek out finding if your blog is a normal size. Reddit is either posting on a dead sub or getting immediately thrown to the, well, sharks and wolves aren’t actually super aggressive towards humans under normal circumstances, so something else that could tear you apart instantly for just existing in the same space as them.

I promise I don’t mean it in a hater way but I just never really understood the “MC is basically a therapist to the overblot characters” memes when applied to twst bc I feel like Yuu is barely involved in the overblot breakdowns compared to the other characters (aside from the meta that we r I guess helping guide the teamwork for battles / how things go in the manga/novels)
