see the reason why solangelo holds a very special place in my heart is actually the fact that they're canonically dating. i think not only because i came from fandoms where queer ships were atmost only implied due to censorship, but because i adore queer couples, especially teenagers (since theyre around my age and it feels more realistic to me) navigating through their relationship.

sure, nico and will havent known each other as long as percabeth, and some might even say that they rushed dating each other too easily. and because of that, maybe nico and will arent on the same level of trust and understanding a couple like percabeth has, maybe they still have a shit ton of issues that they need to deal with, especially those that are obstacles to their relationship.

but does that stop them from loving each other?

tsats shows us that despite the misunderstandings and the conflicts, will and nico are willing to overcome those- to try and understand the other better, to fix the rift between the two of them- because they simply love each other so much. they enjoy being in other's presence, and they embrace their similarities and differences like it's a part of them. that it's never too late to apologize, to give a second chance, and to change, when you know you love someone that deeply.

i never believed in a perfect solangelo, where they are soulmates who automatically understand each and every part of themselves just because fate says so. and although tsats wasn't perfect, i'd honestly rather take a flawed relationship between two deeply traumatized teenagers than the former.

He’s been my favorite since the teaser trailer for Fontaine and you’ve been my favorite artist for him for a WHILE now but I’ve never really interacted before haha SO HELLO 🫶

Hello!!! Thank you Im glad since that's probably the first time i've drawn him hdndmmsm

My favourite personal headcanon for him is he has this spot along the coast outside opera epiclese where he take walks or chill in when he has the time, no matter the weather.

I think being underwater for the majority of his youth, being on constant survival mode, and his internal guilt of never being redeemable caused him to give up on the idea of returning or even yearning for the surface. So when he was called up the first time as the Administrator, he underestimated just how much he'd missed the sun and breeze and how utterly freeing it feels to be up there.

His entire life consists of him never owning anything that truly belonged to him, including his own life. So while being Duke grants him the freedom to do anything, having the freedom to walk up there, on his own accord with no strings attached, to enjoy the sun or the rain, one of the things he appreciates greatly.

#im atleast 70% sure him 'choosing' meropide as his home is more circumstances than pure choice #i feel like he would hesitate if told to pick #not only because he has a job and responsibilities there but also because of his belief that he belonged there as a killer and nowhere else #so i wont say that he chose meropide as his home #but i can confidently say he can go topside to enjoy the sun and would choose to do so #i dont think he would care if it was raining #both are proof that he is a free man who can choose to go up and enjoy them #idk or he could just be over due for vitamin D #i just like to think he wouldnt take this for granted #lyssten to my rambles

Its funny remembering that in a way Mulciber and Avery are more respectful than The Marauders.

Cause The Marauders bully Lily's ex best friend Severus, despite James being in love with Lily and them claiming to be the good guys. Like bro if you want the girl befriend her best friend, damn.

And Mulciber and Avery, who are friends or acquaintances with Severus which is said by Lily, apparently don't do shit to Lily cause when she tries to get Severus to see how bad they are she only brings up the shit Mulciber did to Mary, someone Severus doesn't even know. Avery & Mulciber are clearly blood purists so they would obviously talk shit and I really think they'd talk shit about Lily wether they were friends with Severus or not cause she's a muggleborn and a gryffindor.

Yet Severus still hangs out with them and has no other issues with them especially cause he'd throw a fit if they talked shit about Lily. And if he did they'd clearly hex him cause they won't take shit from a half blood. Like wether they left Lily alone in an effort to keep Severus on their side to recruit him or not, they seemed smarter then the marauders. Cause while they didn't try to befriend her obviously, they knew if they wanted Severus on their side they didn't target the one person he truly cares about.

Now wether Mulciber and Avery were really close to Severus or not they still didn't target Lily or say shit cause I feel like they would considering how much James goes after her so they'd hear a lot about her. I feel like they'd attack her out of annoyance or berate her incase they thought she believed she was all that but apparently not cause Lily doesn't bring anything up and I know damn well she would have. Severus probably would have left them if they did.
