OptiLily, Earthspark version

Ever since I discovered that Optimus Prime has a profile in an app that looks very similar to Tinder, I've been meaning to draw something regarding that.

It's been AGES since I drew a comic, I got so inspired. Dunno if I'll color it, maybe if this post gets to the 300 notes. Then maybe.

I'll make some other OptiLily headcanons while I continue writing the fic, I'll take a pause from drawing while I recharge. Hold me, Optimus.

I feel like the Maltos will make Optimus and Megatron realize they actually like each other because they'll say out loud they their body language reminds them of their parents.

Completely not knowing these two haven't even talked about feelings, but very much feel them for one another.

Like Hashtag would be like, "Mom and Dad can't play the main couple in my movie because they're busy but maybe you and Optimus can since you two act like Mom and Dad."

Thrash and Robby would ask out loud "What do you mean you two aren't together?!? You act just like Mom and Dad."

Twitch and Mo are the worst because they've drawn them together holding hands because they just thought it was that obvious. I mean why wouldn't you act like that if you were together.

Jawbreaker just innocently asks how long they've been together and if he should ever consider getting them a gift for the anniversary they've never celebrated.

And when Megatron and Optimus happen to visit, Nightshade always prepares them a shared space often with one sleeping area because their mom and dad sleep together, so why shouldn't Megatron and Optimus.

Needless to say Dot apologizes for her children's misunderstanding, but it leaves Optimus and Megatron much to think about because the kids aren't wrong

I want to rewrite the entire plot of the 2nd season of Earthspark:

1)Instead of Starscream, the main villain is Quintesson. (The whole season). That is, the Quintessons want to collect Emberstone, gain the power of Quintus Prime and destroy another world

2) Due to the fact that the Decepticons are not villains, we will have even more of their disclosures on the good side

3) And in the end, all together: Autobots, Malto, Decepticons will defeat the Quintessons

The way Megatron and Optimus interact with one another does not come off to me as people who spent millions of years going at each other’s throats. I know Earthspark origins for them is most likely that, but they work so well together. 

It’s weird. 

Megatron actually relents when Optimus asks him to, and follows his orders even when uncomfortable. He puts his trust in Optimus even when he really doesn’t trust him. Like he knows Optimus doesn’t know wtf is going on.  Even when it concerned his own life and people, and when Optimus clearly didn’t know what was going on, Megatron never raised hell. 

I want to know more of their Earthspark dynamics because of that. Because when Megatron is around Optimus, he’s so different than he usually is. 

He’s willing to risk it all on someone he knows doesn’t have his shit together. 

I’m not even jumping the gun when i say they must be somewhat romantically involved because there’s just no way megatron puts up with that if they’re just friends
