Using the Law of Assumption to Shift.
first of all, what is the Law of Assumption? LOA = everything you assume becomes your reality. simple as that.
so if you assume that you're not gonna shift, guess what? you won't shift.
now, is it possible to shift anyway by telling yourself you won't shift? yes, just like it's possible to become rich even if you assume you're poor. but your chances of success are much lower.
so, why keep telling yourself you won't shift when you can simply assume that you are— and succeed for sure? especially when it takes you literally zero effort to do it?
now that we've covered this, you're probably asking yourself: "how can I shift with the Law of Assumption?" easy. you assume you've already shifted.
"but Oph, I didn't shift!" yes you did.
first of all, you shift all the time. second of all, you're assuming again that you haven't shifted, and this brings us back to the beginning of this post. do you see the problem here?
no matter what the 3D shows you, you have shifted. keep assuming it, even if you see yourself in this reality and not the one you want to be in. you will, if you keep telling yourself.
and when you finally believe it, you will shift immediately.

whenever you find yourself thinking something negative about your life, shift your focus to your shifting journey.
for example, your mind may say something like “remember when you failed that test? what if it happens again tomorrow?”.
as soon as you realize what you’re thinking, redirect your focus to something shifting-related, as if it has already happened.
for instance, say to yourself “hey, I've shifted! it was amazing.” you can even start thinking about that reality, again as if you’ve already experienced it.
this way not only will you start using your emotions to shift, but you'll also reduce random intrusive thoughts while focusing on manifesting your shift naturally through visualization and affirmation throughout the day.
it's simple but it works perfectly.

start putting more effort into your shifting process by putting in less effort.
this doesn't mean to stop doing anything at all.
keep doing your method or what you usually do AND at the same time, keep affirming that you've already shifted. even if you open your eyes and still see this reality, you have shifted. do you get what I mean?
you just need to affirm and BELIEVE that you've already shifted.

what to do if you start doubting your affirmations.
every time you find yourself doubting your affirmations, don't worry about it — it’s not a problem. you won’t lose any progress because you don’t intend to manifest those negative thoughts. simply shift your thoughts toward a new, positive and empowering one.
also, a useful tip: use rethorical questions!! your brain tends to believe them more than regular affirmations.
some examples:
when am I going to shift? ⟶ what do you mean "when"? I have already shifted.
does the Law of Attraction really work? ⟶ why am I even asking this? I've already manifested everything I wanted.
why am I still seeing this reality and not my preferred one? ⟶ the 3D is simply a reflection of past thinking, I'm already in the right reality.
trick your brain.

"I have shifted."
"I have shifted."
"I have shifted."
now, go on with your day and keep affirming it.
every time your mind says "but I haven't" - remind youself: yes, you have.
"I have shifted."
"I have shifted."
this is the mindset.
