Small snippet of an interview with Hikaru Takahashi, the debut ambassador of the anime (translation can be found here).

What do you think the appeal of the Pok��mon anime is? I think the way the characters support each other, do their best and try to figure out what they want to do is really cool and feel like it cheers me up. Everyone in the show are really strong characters, and I personally particularly like... well, of course I like Liko and of course I like Roy, I really like all the characters, but what I PARTICULARLY like is the relationship between Explorers Amethio and Hamber. Amethio really shows how much he desperately wants to get stronger, and, well... it's so wonderful to see everyone's honest feelings on display like that. Just watching such scenes makes me want to do MY best too! There are so many scenes like that in the show that make me want to support the characters. This aspect is the one I really love about the Pokémon anime.

ive got that one @starspilli jason comic abt fear & bravery like permanently in the rotation its in my queue multiple times nd i rb it + add it to the queue again every time i see it because is always on my mind just the "i dont wanna be scared. i'm meant to be robin." & "being scared can be a strength. / how? / because, / because, it means you're about to be very brave." it simply rotates around in my mind at all times.

the colors! the quotes! the very last panel where it's jason right before he dies! bc he's scared but he's being so brave! bruce bandaging jason's knee n telling him it's okay to be scared n he's scared sometimes and so was dick!

it makes me feel so many things at once so i can't help but rb it a lot bc i love seeing it and being reminded of how it makes me feel and how good the art is and how well jason's expression is done in the last one and the layout / format of it is so great & everything about it is so fuckin GOOD it's probably one of my favorite pieces

Something that i love about Oda and Araki is that they both use their characters like little dolls and dress them with so many fun and colorful outfits !!

I always enjoy to see what new funky clothes they gave to their beloved characters and that makes me so happy <3
