Boudicca, Aegis of Youth

Class: Mage-> Wizard/Chevalier

A young woman from the Holy Kingdom of Chasus. Her mother and father both left their lives in one way or another, and that forced her to care for her little brother, Tripp.

At first, Boudicca tried mercenary work and other jobs, but that left Tripp vulnerable and alone. To ensure his safety, she worked hard to join the Heavenly Guard. They agreed to care for her brother while she was away on missions.

Boudicca is a spunky, friendly person who always tries to befriend everyone she meets.She seems very laid back, but has a tendency to switch to a more mature and formal tone sometimes,usually when around children or people who act like children.

Adept at using Thunder magic, she is excellent at taking down enemies from far away, and when that doesn't work, she can fight them off up close thanks to her decent physical stats.

dean's hungry. he's so damn hungry it's like the bottom of his stomach is rotting out and there's nothing within reach that'll fill it up again. he wraps both arms around himself determined to fight through the pain as he moves down the alley. his mind intent on getting back to the motel--pulling the curtains closed and sleeping it off. as if he can sleep. as if this hunger will get off his mind until the sun steals his waking hours away from exhaustion he can't power through. it's a lie he's been telling himself since...well...since.

tired, dark rimmed eyes stay fixed ahead as he rounds the edge of the motel's corner and hurriedly makes his way along the rooms towards the door. every room with a human inside of it draws his attention. he can SMELL them. hear their breath. their movements in bed. their hearts beating. that precious, precious blood moving through their veins.

his hand swings out to grab onto the latch, wanting nothing more than to catch a glimpse of his brother. seeing sammy always slaps him back into reality. back into a guilt that's deeper than the hunger. one that's kept him in check. one that tells him he won't give in. because sammy is never gonna have to deal with his brother being some bloodthirsty vampire he's better off to put down and forget. he can smell sammy, too. hear his sleepy breathing. the room would be so warm with all that air.

a weak grip barely makes it to the handle before a pale grip curls around his wrist. dean's attention snaps up. he didn't see or hear him coming. but he's there. holding onto him and shaking his head. as if warning him not to go in. and dean can sense what he is. he feels it in how their cold matches one another's. how a predator senses another predator. only this one? is stronger. dean doesn't move for the weapons in his coat. doesn't think he has the strength. is this what happens when you don't drink?

preternatural green eyes glance dracula's hand to the doorhandle as he's yanked back. more stern this time. "....why?" why can't he go in? why is this guy pulling him away? this is a favor. isn't it?

There's a Direct coming out tomorrow and everyone is pretty sure they will announce the new season then, maybe even DLC!

What are your hopes for the new season trailer? Personally I'm hoping for new Octo hair and that jukebox to be available for listening. Other than that, maybe new gear like dresses or more customization options!

Good Omens graphic novel update: March 2024

Happy March. We bumped into the one and only Maggie Service at an event earlier this month, and here she is with some enamel friends of ours:

It turns out, her words, not ours, that they’re not only good for the aesthetic, but handy for covering accidental food stains. Here she is showing off the gorgeous Aziraphale and Crowley pins to the crowd.

Anyway, we have a bumper one for you this month, and an important update on timings. Let’s get to it.

PledgeManager

First of all, we were due to launch the PledgeManager with this month’s update, but there’s a few last minute hurdles we need to get through and so we’re pushing it back a few final weeks just to ensure all the is are dotted, and ts are crossed. We’ll now be launching this on Thursday 18th of April, in the late afternoon UK-time, to ensure that all team hands are on deck for the move into this next phase. 

We’ve got a bunch of FAQs ready for the launch, and we’ll have a PledgeManager-specific update to coincide with it going live where we’ll lay out everything as clearly as possible. We appreciate your patience on this.

Rather than hold back the PledgeManager-adjacent information to the new launch date, however, we’ll still share with you some of the new things that will be available!

In terms of new additions: you wanted more  ̶d̶u̶c̶k̶s̶ items? You’ve got them! We’ve got two new notebooks: one featuring lots of ineffable artwork from the graphic novel, and one featuring the much-loved ducks.

We’ve also got two new mugs: one for Tadfield visitors, and another for… duck lovers.

We’ve got a big sticker set bringing together lots of the art from this campaign. And, we’ve got a new enamel pin pair: these gorgeous Crowley and Aziraphale wings that together make a little love heart. You can either wear them both, or split them with your own best angel.

These will be available to purchase like the Aziraphale and Crowley pin pairs - not tied to the mystery packs.  

Tier updates

While some elements of the campaign are facing delays, other elements are hurtling forward at full velocity. Fans of the very cute, brace yourselves: here is Sarah Graley’s print for the loot box:

Moving up to the Obsidian levels, here are some of the sample art pieces from William the Antichrist, illustrated by fantasy artist Mike Nash featuring Crawleigh, and the Citroen 2CV. We’re excited to see these new editions come to life:

Evolution of Eden

We thought it would be interesting to show the evolution of the graphic novel itself. We’ve found it glorious watching Colleen’s artwork arrive in each new stage, and so here’s a sample of the stages of Colleen’s first image, in the Garden of Eden, from pencil sketch, through ink, to the finished page:

Lots happening, the lay of the year changing a little, but still full to the brim with Good Omens.
