It was a week before Halloween, which to many, was one of the most anticipated holidays other than Christmas. But it wasn't the candy upper year students were excited for. Rather, it was the Slytherin party that would be happening that night.

All the girls were chatting about who they would be for the night. Ideas ranging from vampires to scantily dressed nurses. It was a night to show off.

Theo never cared much about the costume part. The past couple years he settled on skeleton face paint, mainly because his roommate Enzo has a surprisingly good eye for art.

Truthfully, he had planned to do the same again, despite Blaise's insistence on doing something different. But plans had changed for him.

Theo was at the Slytherin table with the rest of his friends as they chatted about the upcoming event of the season.

"I'm so excited for this party," exclaimed Daphne. "Have you guys decided on what you're wearing?"

"I've decided on a black cat," Pansy told them. "Got the perfect outfit and everything."

"Oooh you're gonna look so good Pans!" (Y/N) told her.

"I know, I'm so excited. What about you Daph?"

Daphne smiles. "I'm going to be a vampire." A sound of 'Ooos' was heard after the girl's answer. "What about you (Y/N)?"

(Y/N) giggles a bit before responding, the sound making Theo's heart pick up a bit. "Do you guys remember that one muggle movie we watched during summer?"

"Was it that weird one where that girl and boy died at the end because their families hated each other?" Draco chimes in.

The girl scoffed at Draco's comment. "Well yes, but you know its more than that." The boy rolled his eyes.

"Anyway, I think I want to be Juliet from the party scene."

"Oooh, is that the one where she's dressed as an angel?" asked Daphne. "You're going to look stunning!"

(Y/N) grins, thanking Daphne. Her smile made Theo's lips twitch a bit, wanting to mirror her. A small nudge was felt on the boy's left side where Mattheo sat, smirking at him. Caught red handed.

It wasn't like nobody knew about Theo's crush on his fellow Slytherin classmate. In fact, Mattheo had been the first to know about it, albeit, not by choice. Theo had kept his interest for the girl low key. It was just that Mattheo had notice Theo staring a little too long at (Y/N) one time and had basically got his friend to confess his crush.

After that, Mattheo had made it his mission to help Theo to get with (Y/N).

"I just wished I could have someone be my Romeo though," (Y/N) confided with her friends. "It would make the costume feel more complete."

"He was the knight right?" Asked Pansy. "That would be so cute."

This had caught Theo's attention again. The gears were beginning to turn in his head.

Back at the dorms, Theo was pacing, Enzo and Mattheo watching him from Mattheo's bed.

"So are you going to tell us what's happening or are we going to continue watching you burn a path in the floor?" Enzo asked his dormmate. "Feel like I'm getting dizzy from watching you."

Theo stops his tracks before looking towards his two friends. "I need to find a halloween costume."

Enzo stared at the boy, confused. While Mattheo had a feeling as to what was stirring in his friend's mind.

"You're going to match with (Y/N), huh?" Mattheo asked.

"Finally!" Enzo shouts, startling the other two. "Thank Merlin, I won't have to do that fucking face paint anymore. You know I was getting tired of that shit, right?"

Theo rolled his eyes at his friend.

"Anyways," Enzo began. "What's (Y/N) going to be?"

Mattheo answered. "An angel basically."

"She wants to be Juliet from that movie we watched over the summer." Theo explained to him as he sat on his own bed. "But during that party scene."

"And Romeo here wants to be her knight in shining armor," Mattheo said.

"Ooh. And let me guess, you need our help?"

"No, well, kinda," Theo said. "Help me find the perfect costume."

"And what will we get out of this?" Mattheo had a look of mischief in his eyes.

"Nothing."

"Well. Then you wouldn't mind if I asked (Y/N) to the party would you? Share a drink or two with her, maybe dance?"

"You wouldn't."

"Oh I would," his roommate said. "Unless you do my homework for a month."

"No bloody way."

"Fine. Three weeks."

"Two and that's final."

Mattheo thought for a second before grinning. "Alright, two weeks it is. Didn't think you'd actually go for it though, was just joking a bit."

"Oh you bastard, I'm going to kill you!"

That weekend, the boys had dedicated their time at Hogsmeade to finding stuff for Theo's costume. They had found the items surprisingly quick thanks to Enzo and his eye for things.

The three had ended their day at the Three Broomsticks with Draco and Blaise, who noticed the bags they carried, but decided to not question it (didn't stop Mattheo from telling them what was going on).

The day of the party had come way too soon for Theo's liking. He stood in front of the mirror, staring at himself with the costume on.

What if (Y/N) doesn't like his costume? What if she thought it was stupid and laughed at him? Should he have done this?

So many thoughts and scenarios ran through Theo's mind, he was half tempted to take the costume off and go for a smoke.

"Theo?"

The boy looked towards the door to find Enzo and Mattheo. The two were examing Theo's current state.

"You good?" Mattheo asked. Theo just shrugged.

"Come on mate," Enzo said to him. "She'll like the costume. And if she doesn't, who cares? Now, let's go for some shots. I know Mattheo has been itching for some."

After a few more minutes, Enzo and Mattheo had successfully gotten Theo out of the dorm room and into the Slytherin common room. And true to his word, Enzo had gotten a couple shots into his dorm mates to liven things up.

Things were going alright for Theo. A couple shots had gotten him feeling more loose, but he was still thinking about (Y/N), whose whereabouts were unknown to him.

He was grabbing another drink when he heard his name being called. Confused, he turned around to find the culprit.

"(Y/N)."

"Hi Theo."

The boy took a second to look at (Y/N)'s outfit, or what he thought was a second. He saw how intricate it was, almost like it was a replica of the costume from the film.

She looked like an angel.

"I like your costume," Theo heard her say. Seems like he wasn't the only one looking.

"Thank you. Don't look too bad yourself."

(Y/N) smiled at his comment. "Thanks. Made it myself."

"Well it looks lovely," Theo said to her. "Drink?"

She nodded, taking the drink Theo offered her.

"Who are you supposed to be?" She asked after taking a sip.

"Oh uh," the boy began. "Romeo. From the movie we watched back during the summer. Thought his party fit was cool."

"Really? Well I like it. You look really good Theo."

Theo felt his cheeks heat up. She liked his costume. He would have to thank Enzo (and maybe Mattheo) for his help.

The music in the common room had begun to slow down. Couples gathered with each other and swayed to the music. Theo turned his head and saw Mattheo dancing with a girl, but he was looking directly at him.

'Ask her' Mattheo mouthed to him, discreetly pointing at the girl next to him.

Theo nodded his head at his mate before turning to his crush beside him. Just as he was about to speak, the words on the tip of his tongue were stolen.

"Dance with me?"

(Y/N) looked up at Theo, waiting for his answer. Out of shock, Theo just nodded. Taking his answer, (Y/N) pulled Theo closer to the center of the room where everyone was. She wrapped her arms around his neck, his hands on her waist. Eyes gazing at each other. Everything felt perfect.

"So, why did you choose this costume, Theo?"

He faltered in his steps, surprised at the sudden question. He had two choices, he could be honest and admit his feelings, or lie and say Mattheo made him do it, which is something he would actually do. But the more he looked at her, realizing how close they were, he needed to say the right thing.

"I did it for you."

"For me?"

Theo nodded. "I heard how you wanted someone to match with you to make your costume feel complete. I wanted to make your night special. Because. I like you (Y/N)."

(Y/N) halted her steps, confusing Theo.

"You like me?"

The boy nodded, feeling slightly nervous. "Actually have a while."

(Y/N) took in this new information, nodding at him. The silence between them was killing Theo. He was half tempted to kill Mattheo if she said she didn't like him. Since technically, if he thinks about it, it would be.

As Theo was going through every little thought and concern in his head, he missed out on the girl in front of him trying to speak to him. He finally tuned back into the world when she said his name.

"Hm?"

"Theo, I was trying to tell you, I like you too," (Y/N) tells him with a smile on her face.

"Really?"

"Really."

"Well bloody hell finally," said a voice.

The two turned to see Mattheo looking at the two, seemingly having stopped dancing to spy on this moment.

"Thought I would never see the day come where Theo finally admits his feelings for you. I was thinking I was gonna have to make a move myself."

"Mattheo shut the fuck up." Theo glared at his roommate.

Mattheo stuck his hands up. "Alright, alright. I'll leave you too lovebirds alone. Don't be surprised when Enzo is asking you questions when you come back to the dorm." The Slytherin took his leave, relieving Theo.

"I hate that motherfucker," he mutters, raking his hands through his hair.

(Y/N) chuckles. "Maybe, but I think you don't mind him. You guys are best friends after all."

Theo laughs, shaking his head.

"So, I hear there's a Hogsmeade trip happening next week. Would you want to go on a date there?"

"I'd like that." (Y/N) grins.

If you love vampires, listen up!

Do you enjoy vampires, 80’s music, a healthy dose of homoeroticism - all with a theatrical flair? Well look no further, for I submit to you Dance of the Vampires.

What is it you may ask? It’s a musical about a vampire who seduces a girl and invites her to his midnight ball - an offer she simply cannot turn down. The whole thing sorta gives Phantom of the Opera vibes, but like, wayyy less creepy (despite it being a literal vampire). I will say now that yes, Tanz der Vampire (the original title of Dance of the Vampires), is in German, but there is a full recording with English subtitles on youtube, so please don’t let that prevent you from watching it. Now if you’re still reading, allow me to elaborate on the 80’s music and homoeroticism that I previously mentioned.

Let’s start with the tragic gay romance, because I’m sure that’s what you want to hear about first. While not a main part of the musical, the main vampire’s son falls in love with - gasp! - the vampire hunter’s apprentice. They dance together, and with stage magic involving a mesh screen and an actor on the other side dressed identically to the apprentice, it appears as though the vampire has no reflection in the “mirror”. Of course, the feeling is not mutual, as the apprentice is only at the castle to rescue the girl, who he is in love with.

Now, onto the 80’s music. Surely you’ve heard of the song Total Eclipse of the Heart, or the singer Meatloaf (even if it was just his role as Eddie in Rocky Horror Picture Show). Well, the man who wrote that song and a majority if not all of Meatloaf’s work, was Jim Steinman, who composed the musical. The soundtrack contains a decent amount of electric guitar, even a bit of synth at parts, and all around just sounds awesome. However, he only had about a month and a half to compose it all, so he reused some stuff he previously wrote, including a couple Meatloaf songs and Total Eclipse of the Heart, a song he originally wrote for a Nosferatu musical that ended up not getting produced. It was actually originally titled “Vampires in Love,” so what better song is there to fill the place of a big love duet between the girl and the Count?

Tanz der Vampire is my favorite musical ever. I’ve loved it ever since Count von Krolock appeared on the screen and first began to sing, and you may love it too. So I implore you. Please do yourself a favor and check it out. I’ll provide a link of a full recording with English subtitles here, but it should also be the first result on youtube when you search “tanz der vampire english subtitles.” (That production also has Drew Sarich as the Count, my personal favorite.) I should add though, do not watch the broadway production because it’s terrible.

If you’re still not sold, I’m not sure what else I could say to convince you, but hopefully you at least found this interesting and learned something new. If you want to know more about Tanz der Vampire or would like to hear about other musicals about vampires, please let me know and I can answer any questions. (If even one person watches it because of this I’ll consider this a success, and if you do watch it please let me know because it would really make my day.)

Then u realized Meat Sweats and Ghost Bear the two meanest characters in the show are essentially this for poor Mikey and Raph! 😭😭😭 at least Moncrief is insane so is unaware of his true impact

First time Rover heard you do it, you were grinding for echoes. It just so happened that Rover was a bit under-levelled at the time and you didn't have the sufficient materials to level them up, so you had to do what you had to do.

Improvisation was not on your side today. You almost killed Rover thirty times now. Frowning, you're putting on your gaming cap. To Rover? They find the grunts little unhappy noises you make a little adorable, aside from the fact they're always close to death whenever they happen (at least you take care of them, right?)

"Phew...That was close..." Rover chuckles as you head offline. "But the new grunt this time was interesting."

Aalto

Bro finds your habit funny but endearing. Similar to Rover, he understands whenever this happens, your concentration on keeping Aalto alive spikes over 100%. He appreciates it, because he does not want to be the one to skim all the details in front of Encore (her puppy eyes can kill him too)

Really, though, he finds it hilarious. One aggressive blow Aalto takes equals a very low and unhappy growl coming out of your throat, almost like you could scare the enemy away.

"Pft...Awh, how I wish I could've recorded the entire thing...For work purposes, obviously." To the Black Shores, you may be the key to helping eliminate the Lament and the Waveworn Phenomenon permanently.

Yes, Aalto is using this as an excuse to examine you further—it's technically a win-win, because the Black Shores get the info they want, and he gets his short-lived entertainment in a life-death situation. All is good (he says that you panic over keeping the dude alive)!

Ghost Rebel Side Notes: This isn't my best work tbh. My motivation for Wuwa has been decreasing and I'm not entirely sure why. I skipped Changli's companion quest, and I still haven't finished Xiangli Yao & Zhezhi's Companion Quests.

Can you do the Moon Boys with a reader who has a massive amount of knowledge about true crime and how various criminals often behave and common MOs of killers. I'm a criminal psychology major who's working to be a criminal profiler, so I tend to have a lot of knowledge like this. But people always find it weird that I know all these things and joke about why i might know all of these things.

I think it would be interesting to hear your take on how Marc, Steven, and Jake would react towards a partner who's basically a true crime and criminal psych encyclopedia. Maybe having someone like that helps them hunt down bad guys better.

Asks you to teach him some of your expertise so that he can help him figure out some of the drives/mindsets of the people Khonshu sends them after.

Marc Spector

Playfully calls you morbid.

But listens to true crime podcasts all the time, doesn’t tell Steven or Jake about it, but finds some of them quite soothing for some reason. He doesn’t want to think about why in too much detail, but he’s pretty sure it’s to do with hearing how awful some people truly have been and that what he’s done under the direction of Khonshu (basically getting rid of these people) isn’t the worst thing in the world.

Doesn’t want you to help them on anything Moon Knight related, “that’s what he’s for.” *Gestures vaguely in Khonshu’s direction*.

Khonshu calls your work, “Interesting.” And Marc nearly throws hands.

Steven fronts only to tell Khonshu that he will find a banishing spell for the flat so that the god can’t step foot in there if he keeps this behaviour up. 

Jake Lockley

Basically gets you to do criminal profiles for him. But doesn’t like for you to be out in the action if you have no training. 

(Even if you do have training he’s a bit unenthusiastic. “I have the suit, amor, yes? Why don’t you get a suit from another god and then we’ll talk.” Marc: “Do NOT do that.” Jake (100% teasing): “They could be Ra’s, then we’d have a sun and moon thing going on.” Marc is about to burst a blood vessel.)

Ask you to analyse horror movie characters for him. Is very serious when you ask and utterly delighted when you do.

Threatens Khonshu very quietly if he brings you up when Marc and Steven aren’t around.

Has a bit of a thing for you explaining things to him and has to fight with himself not to jump your bones most of the time.

"Off With Your Head!" Riddle yelled the incantation and almost instantaneously a heavy heart-shaped collar was conjured around Grim's little neck.

Kalim rubbed his neck, "Ooo- wouldn't want that happening to me ever." I remained silent.

"MYAH?! What are you doing?!" Grim was stupified, as if he fully expected himself to be able to get away with destroying all this furniture.

"The Queen of Heart's Rule 23: 'One must never bring a cat to a formal affair.' " Riddle retorted.

Who is that? The Dowager empress? Not a consort for sure...... Queen...must be a small land that she rules over..

"Your very presence here is a violation of order. You will vacate these premises immediately." Riddle demanded.

Does the Queen of Hearts fall ill in the presence of a cat? Or is it simple disdain?

"But I ain't a cat either!" Grim attempted to argue. If you looked close enough you could almost see the sadness slowly clouding his eyes. But it didn't last for long as his gaze soon became fierce and determined.

"Don't try to collar me! I'll burn it right off! " He opened his maw to its full capacity and exhaled with all his might.

But nothing came out except humid air.

"Huh...? Wh-what gives? My fire ain't workin'!" He seemed shocked but there was an underlying hint of devastation.

"Until I deign to remove that collar, you won't be using any magic. You're naught but a pet cat now." Riddle seemed quite pleased with himself. His arms crossed and his chest slightly puffed. A proud man.

" M-meoWHAT?! I ain't nobody's pet-NOTHING!" Grim was quite offended.

"Oh, you've nothing to worry about there. I certainly have no interest in having you as a pet. The collar will disappear once you're removed from campus."

The silver headed man that really didn't contribute much to this goose chase, spoke up. Showering Riddle with praise.

"Ha-HA! Good show as always, Riddle. You're signature spell locks down any magic. It's quite handy."

They seem to be quite friendly with eachother. Perhaps they're of the same ranks. Colleagues, maybe. Though, Riddle doesn't seem all too fond of him.

Something about the way he speaks sounds like he has ulterior motives.

Crow man knocked the tiles with his cane, "THROW HIM OUT! I shall spare it from being served as dinner. My, but I AM kind." but his commands seem to carry no weight.

Crickets.

" ...Someone take this away, please."

The Silver head from before instructed, a smooth hand rubbing his temples.

Everybody seems to carry a disdain for the headmage.

A boy with teal hair, like the ocean water on a sunny day, stepped up and seized Grim by his scruff.

"Nooooo! Let me gooooo! You fools better remember my name! Cause I'm gonna go down in the annals of magic history! Just you wait!" His voice faded out as he was carried away. If you looked close enough you could see the tiny beads at the edge of his waterline.

"Poor guy." Kalim mumbled from beside me.

I don't particularly share his sentiment. I can't help not feeling anything for the beast that chased me around. But it sure is a tragic thing for his dreams to be crushed in such a way. I don't give it further thought.

I walked towards crow man, bowing low, my voice hopeful. "Sir, dince you can perform magic, is there a way you could send me back home? If you would be so kind."

Crow man smiled instantaneously at my words."Yes, I AM kind. But how come? You don't want to remain here? This is the first time a student has refused enrollment." His confusion appeared to be genuine.

"Well my liege-"

"Can she really be a student here if she's a magicless normie?" That glass slate spoke, it's voice mocking. It floated over to where me and crow man were standing. Coming face to face with its headmage. Practically inches from my back.

He has basically locked me in place.

"Wouldn't that be outrageous headmaster?“

What pleasures does he get from mocking me?

How does the glass slate even qualify? I thought the requirements were to be human?? Or... at least humanoid...

I have the urge to stand up straight and project this glass slate across the podium. And I do. I don't know what seized me. Perhaps spite.

"Right you are Shroud." Crow man hums, looking away just as I stand up and yeet the thing, but it regains balance quickly and knocks the back of my head with it's... strangely metal like body?

"I'll circle back to you later." Crow man puts his hand on my shoulder, as I rub the back of my head. A snort and cackle coming from the slate of glass.

"He means nerver..." The blond man's whisper echoed from behind me.

Crow man faced the chattering students and clapped once, "Well, that was quite the unexpected fracas. I hereby declare that orientation has concluded."

Raising his hand, he gestured in the general direction of the glass slate, the blond man, the silver head, Riddle, Kalim and the lazy man.

So all of them are people in power.. WAIT THE GLASS SLATE TOO??

"Housewardens, please escort your students back to the dorms."

But then he frowned, "...Hm? Come to think of it, I don't see Housewarden Draconia of House Diasomnia anywhere."

"And that surprises you? Dude's a total recluse." The lazy man drawled as he stretched and yawned as I was sweating bullets. Worried about what would happen to me for disrespecting the sentient glass.

Kalim perked up, "Wait a sec... Did anyone even invite him?"

This Draconia seems to be a prominent figure.

The blond man picked at his nails as I bit my cheeks and glared at the floor., "If you're that worried about him missing out, maybe you should have told him yourself."

Kalim shrunk back, sheepish. "Maybe, but I don't know him too well either..."

"Draconia... Like, Malleus Draconia? THAT Draconia?"

"So it's true? He really does go to school here?"

"Yikes."

Mutters floated through the crowd of students.

This Draconia must be a feared individual.

"Ah. Just as I'd expected." A deep and rich voice spoke.

I turned around to put a face to the voice.

And it was hard to believe.

This man looked like a child.

He was almost as short as me...

"I figured I'd come down and see for myself whether Malleus had made an appearance."

I took deep breaths to calm myself as he spoke.

So Draconia is a last name. To call such a feared individual by their first name. This boy... he's close to Draconia. Which means he's also powerful.

All this powerful people surrounding me and the reality of magic existing was eating away at my composure. It has been for a while...I just didn't realize how small I felt until now.

Not a single mistake is to be made...

"But once again, he was evidently not informed that his presence was required at an official ceremony." The child like man breathed a sigh and shook his head, revealing strips of bright pink in a canvas of ebony.

"You have my sincerest apologies. I assure you, this oversight was in no way intended as a snub." Silver head apologized with a light bow.

"I mean, you must admit, he's not exactly the easiest person to strike up a conversation with." Riddle attempted to justify.

The child like man didn't remain for longer to hear their excuses. "No matter. All who were assigned to House Diasomnia, follow me. I just hope he doesn't sulk about this."

Sulking? My if Draconia is a feared individual with lots of power, these people are jesters. Ways to dig your own grave.

I stood on the podium with my back to the sentient mirror as each 'housewarden' escorted the students out. Kalim waved at me with a smile before leaving. I waved back but didn't return the smile. I felt too nervous to smile.

It didn't help that the sentient glass gave me one last hit to the head before leaving.

I sincerely hope that was it being playful.

Crow man then turned to me, "Well, Maomao. This is a most unfortunate turn of events. I'm afraid that you will not be attending Night Raven Collage after all."

I'm glad, truly.

"Surely you realize that I cannot very well admit a student with no magical ability to my academy."

"It is understandable sir." I hung my head low and bowed. My eyes staring at the floor.

"But worry not. The Dark Mirror will see you safely home. Now, step into the gate, and visualize the place you whence you came." He gestured towards the coffin.

The coffin-? Where did that come from....

I didn't question at and quickly layed myself inside. The lid shutting shutting into place and locking me inside.

Here's to hoping he doesn't bury me alive for looking at him when we first met.

"O Dark Mirror! Return this soul to where it belongs!" He chanted.

Silence followed.

Crow man coughed, "*Ahem* L-let us, er...try this again. O Dark Mirror! Return this soul—"

"There is no such place."

What does that mean?

“What?“

"There is no place in this world where this soul belongs."

"None?"

"None."

I clawed at the padded interior of the coffin, a sudden tightness in my chest.

"How can that be? My, but today is a veritable cavalcade of impossible phenomena!"

"......."

"This has never happended throughout my long tenure. I must confess that I am at something of a loss."

"From what land do you hail?"

Is he asking me?

"Li, Chang'an, red light district." I responded. I was unsure if he even heard me from beyond this coffin. I've surprised myself with how well I'm taking all this. No panic, no sharp breaths or clenched palms...

"I'm afraid I am not familiar with such a place." The coffin lid flew open, to reveal crow man walking past me and towards the door.

"I am intimately acquainted with the origins of every student who has ever come here, and yet... This mysterious homeland of your eludes me." He was stroking his chin deep in thought as I rushed out of the suffocating coffin and followed after him.

"Let us go to the library and look it up, shall we?"

"Yes sir."

Hello yes! I do kind of have a storyline of sorts! Mostly basic background info on what the au is about etc.

Mirabelle quite literally found Siffrin hiding under a rock! They are extremely unfamiliar with waters outside of where they come from. They don't know surface customs etc, So Mirabelle teaches them the primary language! Though being merfolk they also can communicate with little whistles and clicks etc. Mirabelle teaches Siffrin a lot about what places are safe etc. The two are basically inseparable until Mira is comfortable with Siffrin swimming off on their own and not getting themself into trouble!

Mirabelle and Siffrin live in a sunken ship together! They both like to collect any trinkets and shells they find! Nille and Bonnie are friends of theirs! (They live in a nearby underwater cave)

When Siffrin is in the middle of becoming fluent in vaugardian, they notice a boat above! Mirabelle explains the concept of humans to them and such. Siffrin, being a curious little fella swims up there and discovers Odile, who's a pirate captain, and Isabeau! Along with the rest of their crew. Siffrin, who likes giving gifts like shells to his friends, starts leaving shells for the crew in attempt to make friends with them. Isabeau starts collecting the shells because Ooo pretty!!

One day Isabeau catches Siffrin putting shells on the deck. They make awkward eye contact with each other and then Sif swims off. Isabeau tells Odile about what he saw, and against Odile's warnings about Sirens, Isabeau decides he's going to try to befriend Siffrin! (Which is very successful)

Isabeau definitely helped in Siffrin's ability to speak fluently. They tend to exchange gifts with each other!

I don't want to make this post ridiculously long so that's what I'll give you for now along with these last couple points of info,

Siffrin introduces Mira to Isa, they become friends

Odile finds out about Isa befriending merfolk and hesitantly over time warms up to them as well.

Odile tells Mirabelle and Siffrin lots of stories! She'll read books to Mirabelle

Siffrin lost their eye protecting Bonnie from a smaller sea monster. Nille killed said sea monster

Mirabelle was given a starfish from Siffrin as a sign of their friendship! Sif has one too! Siffrin also made the bracelet Isabeau has ❤️

Nille found Loop, known as Sandy, while gathering sea urchins with Sif and Bonnie! (I plan to make a mini comic page with this.)

Yes that's right. I made Loop a sassy albino sea urchin named Sandy that can talk. They sit on a crate in the sunken ship and make fun of and or give advice to Mira and Sif.

I say that as in how do each of them play a part in all the madness separately while Green/Influ is going off the deep end and Purple is being roped into it

like are they being tortured for views as well in their own way like Red was? are they actively trying to investigate what’s going on with Green? This probably doesn’t have an exact answer but I was interested to ask

there is the ones that is more present in the videos, and theres the rare ones. and i dont have a idea for their "unique type of video", so rn is just kinda whatever

Red: He really still thinks that somethings its wrong, that Green is maybe jusy having a silly phase, so he would almost every time accept a invite for a video bc he thinks in some way that he would stop. He tries a lot to just talk with Influ!Green which ended up every time in another video.

Orange: At first they thought it was just a flu for the moment, Orange tried to talk or argue with Green but now they also think he is a lost cause. But Orange still kinda talks with Green. Probably Orange, as a way to spare the others sometimes, gives himself as the "new feat" at some videos.

Yellow: She genuinely thinks Green is a lost cause, its very rare to see her in a video because she keeps her distance. She is a hopeless friend, she thinks there is no coming back. The only way to change her mind would be if she sees something with her own eyes. She gets angy when he is near and protective.

Blue: She dont necessary follows Green like Red, but she still thinks there is some way to make him his old self again. It's hard for her to say no but she don't say yes either, or keep distance like Yellow, so she is also pretty present on videos too. She always take care of the others when another video happens.

Mango: strong enough to destroy minecraft, but not enough against a iron pipe 🫶 hospitalized (he is from the outernet, so he don't have respawn)

at the moment, no one is investigating anything, because they gen think its Green, but at one moment they realizes "wait.. this things, isn't Green"

as for their reaction/action after Influ!Purple exist i dont have a big of an idea, but keeps the same vibe

“what even was that?! you literally missed the entire target, jay” you laughed as you listened in on the occasional bickering coming from riki, jay and jake because of the game they were playing. heeseung scrolled through his phone, laughing at the trio every now and then. sunoo and jungwon sat and conversed amongst themselves while you and sunghoon sat quietly watching whatever the boys were playing in front of you, sneaking small glances over at each other. 

you invited all the boys over for your monthly, little hangout - or at least trying to make it monthly due to their packed schedules. you loved having them over even if that meant doing the same thing over and over again. you just love having them around. they are your best friends after all.

just as you were immersed in watching the game, you were suddenly reminded of the cookie dough you made the previous night that’s currently sitting in your fridge. “oh! i’m gonna go bake some cookies, i’ll be in the kitchen” you told the boys. 

“ooo i want cookies.” you heard sunoo say as you walked to the kitchen, feeling sunghoon’s eyes on you.

after setting everything up, you took out the cookie dough and started to roll it out on the counter. as you began, you suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist. already knowing who it was, you smiled and said, “hey, you.”

“hi, beautiful,” you turned your head over, seeing sunghoon with his head nuzzled against your neck, “what are you up to?”

“i’m baking the cookies i made last night, i literally just told you guys.”

“oh right, i was there.” sunghoon brought his head up to kiss you on the cheek.

“yeah you were,” you laughed, “shouldn’t you be out there with the others?” you asked, changing the subject as you were brought back to reality.

“i mean, i should…but i’d rather be here with you, my girlfriend.” he smiled.

you chuckled and shook your head, “we both know that i’m not your girlfriend, hoon.”

sunghoon moved over slightly so he could be next to you, his arm still wrapped around your waist, “well you're pretty much my girlfriend if you think about it, we very much act like one. which by the way-” he said, trying to meet your eyes only to notice that you're fixated on the dough in front of you, “hey,” he said softly to get your attention - which it did. your eyes meet his, noses almost touching. you slightly flinch, not expecting how close the two of you were “when will you say yes to being my girlfriend?”

you and sunghoon have an…interesting and somewhat complicated relationship. you weren't a couple but yet you also weren't just friends. you're not sure how this came to be but this has been going on for quite awhile - a little too long for your likings. if you were being honest, you’re waiting for sunghoon to make the first move - to which he says he is but he’s really not - because you were scared of doing it yourself.

it’s not like sunghoon hasn’t done anything for the two of you. in fact, he’s done quite a lot. he would buy you gifts, call and text you almost everyday, tell you how much he likes you and how he really wants to be with you. he’d also suggest the idea of being his girlfriend, but that’s about it. 

now, anyone would think that this is perfect as it is and tell you that you’re being unfair. you can’t lie, sunghoon is a great guy. there’s no doubt in that. the only problem however, is that you and sunghoon never go out. you barely spend any one on one time with him. quality time is something you value a lot especially in a relationship so of course you would want to be able to spend some time with him.

as much as it pains you to admit, you needed more from him. a simple “be my girlfriend” won't do the job for you. you needed him to show you that this is all genuine and that he truly wants you.

to make your situation worse, no one seems to know what you have going on with sunghoon. it's not like you were trying to hide it from them, you just have no idea how to even explain this whole thing to them. so you thought the best option was to tell them after you and sunghoon get your shit figured out. 

“when you take me out on a date,” you said, offering him a smile, “then maybe i’ll consider it.”

the two of you shared a moment of silence, just staring at each other. if anyone were in the room, they’d be able feel the tension and intimacy emitting off of you. sunghoon was the first one to break eye contact when he slightly shifted his gaze to your lips for a brief second before looking away and sighed, “i’ll take you out soon, i promise. i’ll make it special for us.”

“yeah?”

“mhm” he hummed, eyes meeting yours again. there it was again. the silence and the longing gazes. it was evident that sunghoon wanted you and only you. you can tell simply by the way he looked at you. the distance between the two of you got smaller and smaller, almost as if a magnet was pulling at the two of you. your noses brush against each other and you feel sunghoon’s breath on your lips. he gives you a small smile then cups your cheek with his free hand. he pauses for a second before softly pressing his lips against yours. you couldn’t help but smile into the kiss. but before you had the chance to kiss him back, sunghoon pulls away. “what? we can’t let them catch us, can we?” he said, backing away from you and moved towards the living room.

something about sunghoon’s words and actions made you feel a slight ache in your heart. there was nothing new with how he treated you. in fact, you were pretty used to it. it was natural for you two to tease each other. however, this time you were more hurt rather than amused. maybe it’s because the yearning you have for sunghoon is only getting stronger. maybe it’s because you’re growing tired of waiting. who knows?

the only thing you could do was nod at him, giving him a fake smile. “come out soon, beautiful” was the last thing he said before leaving you alone with your thoughts.

how much longer must you wait? is it going to be worth it in the end? yes. the answer will always be yes. as painful and frustrating it is, you know what you want. you know what you need and that is sunghoon.

Thame is such a pouty babygirl. Jun is a little shit. All in all, this installment was a little slow but I remain charmed. 

The Boy Next World (Sun IQIYI) ep 3 of 10 - I’m actually quite enjoying this. I really do just wanna spend most of my time with this pair watching them kiss (please don't make Noeul act mmm'kay?). So I’m really glad we’re on episode three and the show seems invested in supplying us with kisses already. Thank goodness.  

The Heart Killers (Weds Gaga) ep 9 of 12 - mostly I just feel sorry for Fadel. boy is so tired of everybody else’s gay drama queening. 

Perfect 10 Liners (Sun YT) ep 13 of 24 - I actually like how they are portraying Yotha’s character in this (with relation to his mother). It’s pretty authentic to that kind of situation and personality type, I enjoy that. I also like that Wa dumped Klao for being too jealous. good healthy decision, should have stayed that way.

Sangmin Dinneaw (Sun iQIYI) ep 4 of 10 - it just keeps moving through absurdist and ridiculous to gratuitously sexual to mind numbingly dull. I never know where I am with this show. At least it’s not boring... until it so much is. Also my cancer danger signaling is going off hard core. Beware.

I'm like one of those dogs that can sense and epileptic fit, only for death in BL.

Flirt Milk (Sat YT) ep 1 or 10 - Star hunter is back this time with terrible facial hair. I’m putting it on the no fly list right up there with wigs. Apparently Thailand and fake hair are mutually exclusive. The lead ingenue looks a little bit like Yim, and I think they mean to give him a similar personality to Yim’s usual characters, but frankly I found him insipid, dim, and boring. Literally every other surrounding character and couple-to-be is more interesting than the mains. The linguistic bit was cute tho.

When it Rains it Pours (Japan Thurs Gaga) ep 2-3 of 10 - I’m enjoying these second 2 eps a lot better than the first ep. It’s leaning into the premise and I like a quazi Cyrano de Bergerac thing. It’s got that chewy Japanese “who knows where this is going?” seasoning. But one thing we can be sure of is Japan can always veer sideways given the right pothole. Or should I say plothole? Anygay, I like the way they’re different with each other via text than in person, I like that we’ve already had some language discussion and negotiation, I like the cool banter between these men. And they are men. I like how very adult this is. I’m interested to see where it’s going. Color me suitably intrigued, in a refined manner.

Eternal Butler (Taiwan Fri Gaga) eps 7 of 12 - Ooo I love the side couple!!!! They are soooooo cute. Kissing to seal a debt? Adorable. Also, yes please keep Ever 4 shirtless forever. I applaud his design, functionality, ans aesthetic choice. Rah rah rah. More manual labor in BL! Pun intended.

Impression of Youth (Taiwan Weds Viki) eps 3 of 9 - I like the secondary couple a lot more than the primary. Shocker.

Teenager Judge (Vietnam Sat YT) ep 16 of ?? - I bit the bullet and finally watched the 2 parts. It really did not need to occupy that much of my time. I did watch it on 1.5, which is not normally what I do with foreign language shows, but I’ve lost patience with this damn thing. I didn’t actually mind the student teacher side pairing, I didn’t like it either. I thought this was the final episode, and then I saw that there was an 2 part ep 17 announced. So i guess not. Have mercy.

Arcane S2 Thoughts

I've had a week to digest this season and well, I guess I have the unpopular opinion of being very disappointed. After the initial flash of gorgeous animation and some ooo's and awe's.... I was left with a bitter aftertaste. I can rewatch S1 loads of time. I don't think I can watch S2 again.

I'm happy for the fans that loved it and got what they wanted or the shippers that got what they wanted. I'm happy for you. Do your thing.

Me? Not so much. Even as a Silco fan (and I admit to squeeing for any footage of him at first), I'm not pleased. Yeah, my young Silco is a nerd, man-bun hottie, but that's where it ended for me. His entire characterization was nothing like the character I fell head over heels for in S1.

Vander's Flashback: I honestly don't find Felicia's inclusion necessary at all. In fact, I think it waters down everything between Silco and Vander. Their knowing her and the kids creates more questions, plotholes, and problems than it supposedly solves.

Why is Vander only in those memories with the kids? It's before the fallout with Silco. Why don't the kids know or remember nice Silco? Why do they only fear him (obv that's from Vander and Benzo, yes?)?

Why doesn't Silco seem to know Powder at Vander's dead body? Why would he kill Felicia's kids? None of it makes any fucking sense if he cared about Felicia. He hates Vander so much, he hates the kids too because he adopted them?

How the hell does S2 Young Silco turn into S1 Silco? Riot really messed this one up. Vander's attempted murder didn't change his entire personality.

It was a rebellion battle. People were going to get hurt and killed. They had to know this. So, whether Silco accidentally killed Felicia (as some fans are debating) or she died, is so damn dumb for Vander to solely blame Silco. Takes the kids, becomes a pacifist FIRST and then decides to (shave and grow younger) kill his brother for the greater good. Doesn't make one lick of sense narratively.

The narrative, characterization and animation inconsistencies don't help from S1 either. The drowning scene doesn't fit the S2 explanation. They're too young. Vander had a beard and appears much older on the bridge. Hell, S2 Young!Silco looks older than S1 Young!Silco. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. If people want to kiss Riot's ass, fine, but there was too much that was straight up lazy writing.

Silco's death is just glossed over considering how important he is. Silco did what Vander couldn't. Even without Shimmer, the Underground was thriving. Cait's mother's death/burial/statue gets more screen time and Silco gets dumped in the river. No one seems to question his death or what happened? Yeah, ok.

I'll use this moment to complain about the excessive music video montages this season too. I watched S1 again and the writing and use of music worked in unison and enhanced scenes. S2 felt like scenes in between music videos and it was irritating.

There was so much screentime wasted that could have been good dialogue heavy scenes that S1 was great at. Instead, time wasted on poorly executed plotlines that needed way more time to flesh out (Mel, Ekko and Viktor) and we have slowmo music videos and MCU fight scenes. Hermie's guitar song and Mission Impossible jokster crap was laughable and not in a good way.

Riot tried to pack too much into one season, and it was a mess. This season felt like watching a Marvel movie. Cool action sequences with little to no substance. All the nuance and grit from last season were gone in favor of the 'good vs. bad' trope. All the political-societal issues in S1 were abandoned that were far more fascinating to explore.

Mel has superpowers now? It feels all out of place. Her, Ambessa, and the Black Rose plot have zero time to make it interesting and plausible. She was introduced as this master manipulator/politician and her sage persona feels so forced.

Jesus Demigod Viktor was too much. I was excited for the Machine Herald and the psychedelic Arcane magical multiverse took me out. Making him to be the big baddie and timeloop it around to Jayce felt like a big cop out. Viktor deserved better. Hell, Jayce deserved better.

So much was sacrificed to make the whole Arcane magic THE point of the series when it was one of the least interesting aspects of the show. Hextech for weapons and the continuing problems between Piltover and Zaun was RIPE for storytelling. It seems each act needed several episodes to cover.

Ekko sure as fuck deserved better than that half assed time warp with Hermie. The AU really bothered me. Everything felt wrong. EVERYTHING. Nothing was explained well at all. It felt like complete fan service at the expense of the characters. Before people rip me saying "well duh! It was an AU!". You don't assassinate characters and plot to have a happy ending that insults your viewers.

They turned Zaun (its own cool character) into the bargain basement of Piltover. How is it sunny and pretty? Really? Mirror tricks? Everyone just forgave Piltover after years of oppression?

You're telling me Vi's death saved humanity? Fuck that shit right now. Piltover just stopped because a kid died? Suddenly everything became better? What happened to Jayce? Viktor? Hell, Hermie after decades didn't give two shits about Zaun, so what changed with the Council? Where's Singed? I don't buy it.

I don't buy Jinx/Powder being super normal smart girl. I LOVE JInx, but I believe she had mental issues prior breaking into Jayce's apartment. I don't think Vi's death made that go away (as I don't believe Silco's death did either). As someone who battles with mental health, this is insulting to me as a viewer.

I hated AU Silco. There. I said it. He just forgave Vander? Really? Bullshit. The reason Vander tried to kill him is stupid. A simple letter changed Silco? That fluffy-haired softy is not Silco. I can't imagine that Silco being the one who fought a rebellion. He probably would not have become a mob boss peddling drugs but this AU softboi dad feels so wrong. I never would have stanned AU Silco. Not in a million years.

S1 Silco's traits didn't magically appear because Vander betrayed him. The young S1 Silco had to be similar in many ways to older S1 Silco. Drive, ambition, ruthlessness, willing to die for a cause. I don't see Felicia's death changing that. I certainly don't see Vi's death changing that.

If Vander needed to kill Silco to stop the violence, etc, it's because he saw Silco as a threat to him or society as a whole. S1 Vander is known as The Hound. So, he seems to be violent as well. He takes credit for building the Underground when Felicia credits both 'bozos' for it. So Vander being upset she died and blaming Silco to the point of murder is a slap in the face to fans' intelligence.

I do hate that by Vi's death, everything is magically better. I can't express how much I hate that. AU Powder was irritating and was nothing like my Jinx that I love. Again so much wasted time that could have been better spent on good character driven scenes that actually advance the plot.

Pointless characters. Introduce Isha (who I adored). Make her seem important to Jinx. Kill her and never mention her again. So what was the point of her inclusion this season? Just to make Jinx suicidal? I hated that also. Again WASTED SCREENTIME.

Oh, and Caitvi was a disgrace. I think shippers deserved better here, too. Caitlyn goes crazy dictator because of guilt over her mom. Granted, Caitvi only knew each other for a week-ish? Not a lot of time to make their relationship serious past an infatuation. Cait turns from all her good points last season to Ambessa's padawan.

Don't get me started on that side piece Maddie. Really? Cait you were that hard up? And that long awaited sex scene was a big eye roll. Vi goes to her sister, and shit goes to hell, and a few minutes later, she's fucking Cait in the same cell. Vi was reduced to shit this season.

I mean, these characters just got shafted in every way for a high speed train wreck ending that we've seen a million times in Disneyfied stories. Action sequences were more important than actual character development and plot.

You can't make me believe that one speech from Jayce 'seeing a possible future' suddenly got Zaun to work with and dress up as Piltover soldiers? Really?

I had high hopes for Sevika, and the girl got shit nothing to do except in two episodes. Her seat on the Council feels like a last-minute decision and not worthy enough to expand on.

What made S1 so great was the class divide between Zaun and Piltover and how it affected the characters. S2 decided to scrap that and go with the easy good vs evil trope instead. Even the parallels didn't have the same hit as last season.

I did like Jinx talking to her 'ghost' Silco in the jail cell. He was calming to her in contrast to Milo/Claggor except the implication that she should die (that's what I got out of that).

We didn't even get much from Singed. Yeah, he got his daughter back (in some form) but his story was so blah. We didn't get nearly enough of him and Warwick and what made Warwick.

I guessed a few years ago it was going to be Vander but I didn't like how it was handled.

Too many plotlines all rushed together without getting any decent screentime and explanations that don't confuse or insult viewers intelligence. OR you have to be a LOL fan/player to understand. I never played LOL before S1 and wasn't confused as to the main plot.

I loved all the characters in S1 and felt they were pretty much watered down or assassinated in S2 for an apocalyptical Demigod villain vs humanity battle done to death finale.

The Zaun/Piltover political-societal problems, parallels, corruption, science going wrong, pathway to hell paved with good intentions themes from S1 was so much better in every single aspect.

I'm still a fan of S1 and the characters and frankly, I'm going to ignore 95% of S2.

ETERNAL CHILDHOOD

The place Neverland (asteroid 5305) comes from the works of J.M Barrie where characters like Peter Pan, Captain Hook and the Lost Boys come from. Neverland talks about never growing up. In my opinion, wherever this asteroid is in your chart it can signify escapism (where you escape to when the world's troubles come your way).

∞ 8th: I have a friend with this placement and as typical as it may sound she either goes and interacts with NSFW stuff or masturbates, they may also spend kinda recklessly or play gacha games (or actually gamble) this could be linked to reckless spending OR on the flip side trying to earn as much as I can usually for others benefit like through fundraisers.

∞ 9th: I've noticed they go into their mind, probably try to analyse the situation. I've seen that they may research on an array of topics as well just whatever interests them, they may also look towards religion if they are religious or look towards spirituality, trying to find solace or answers in a higher power, the escapist tendencies may lead to becoming parts of communes

∞ 10th: The typical and often true answer, they throw themselves into work BUT I've noticed that they try to change themselves, like major changes, they may try to change their entire persona in a small period of time, from how they're viewed to how they dress. They essentially want to rebrand and rework.

∞ 11th: Spending time with close friends, for a lot of them probably spending time online, coming online can especially give them a break from reality, also the type to havemore online friends as well, they could also get into a lot of volunteer work, probably having to do with mental health or old ages homes.

∞ 12th: One is sleeping I don't know why but I know 2 people with this placement and they just go to bed, if not that then it's either journaling like art journaling or poetry writing, romanticised poetry that too, a lot of the times they just get lost in a daydream, in an ideal world where whatever they're escaping from doesn't exist, probably also the type to isolate themselves.
