I never got around to posting my finished customs of these three ghouls!! Frankies forearms are attached with magnets and can be detached like in the show :3 I wish I'd gotten a couple more pics of drac before I sold her but oh well LOL... Gotta make myself a new one to replace her. Anyway.

Frank was my second ever faceup, I think I improved a lot as i did Lagooba and Drac. :] currently I have miss Clawdeen in progress and Abbey done but unphotographed sorrr. Look forward to that in ... A few weeks to months LMAO

Here are my current Monster High customs! I just did what I felt like with them and I'm so happy I did! I also customized one of my Cleos but it was pretty much just her leg and arm wraps so I didn't include her. I might do a poll on if I should make her gothic, grunge, or gyaru.

I’ve been kicking around the idea to create a sort of hybrid of Monster High g1 and g3, with a bit of my own aesthetic flare to the core characters! There are still have a few tweaks I want to make but overall I’m really happy with them and I hope you guys like them too.

This is sort of my “proof of concept” for my “ideal” Monster High doll line – the g1 head / face sculpts combined with the g3 bodies and a slightly more detailed face paint style.

I do really love g3 a lot. Obviously I’m a huge fan of the improved articulation, larger scale, and sturdiness of the bodies. I actually do like the new headsculpts and even prefer the screening style of the eyes! But there is something so beautifully detailed and magical about Lily Martinez’s sculpts. They’re very “bjd meets bratz” in a way, with features that are both delicate and exaggerated.

Everyone got makeup and hair refreshes to make them a bit more glam and I had so much fun getting to work with each of the characters.

WOAH! My first time painting a doll!

I bought some G1 Monster High dolls for parts (specifically Luna), but I felt so bad just having them lay around, so I ended up buying parts for them anyway 😭

Them after their washes:

They were pretty far gone marker-on-face wise. So I decided to paint them.

These are my first OOAK dolls, like, ever.

Frankie:::

And Frankie got an outfit. I even painted her shoes just for them to be covered by her pants 😭

Luna:::

Luna doesn't have an outfit yet bc I'm struggling to decide what to put her in.

Frankie might get painted a little more later (on her arms), but for now, she's complete, lol.
