• he's more chill then the other combaticons ,, and cherishes you dearly ,, he's quite protective of you ,, and hes always worried one of his team members will mistreat you (accidentally or purposely) so he usually holds you in his hand

• he likes when you trace your fingers on his armor ,, especially if youre in private and yall just chilling ,, its comforting to him

• he'll take you to mcdonalds and get sauce for you if youre too embarrassed or shy to ask ,, its that 'they didnt ask for pickles' meme but its onslaught outside the fast food joint and his hand is reaching in towards the cashier

- swindle

• he takes you with him when hes busy ,, and so he can persuade his alien customers using your 'human fleshy charm' so they buy his stuff

• he gives you like ,, 10% of the money earned if it does sell ,, if you helped him n stuff ,, but he does end up saving a lot of money so he can take you to nice places

• he would definitely break into your home and snuggle into bed with you ,, no doubts ,, youre not sure when he got your house key but he has it now

- vortex

• he'll take you on helicopter rides and do loopty loops with you ,, then tease you about getting lightheaded from it ,, but he does stop ,, he just wants to push your buttons a bit

• he'll try to cuddle up with you on your couch or bed ,, but usually has beef with your pillows n you have no idea as to why ,, he just does

• he'll also find a way to eat all your snacks ,, and youve no idea that its him and think its some ghost playing tricks on you

Thinking about the combaticons and how fucked up they are

Like after the 4-5 million year wars worth of imprisonment in the detention center with their sparks in a glorified filing cabinet, even ignoring the psychological impacts that would have, then being rebuilt by starscream of all bots and the episode may say he made them into a gestalt but that Doesn’t Make Sense. Gestalts are born able to combine due to sharing spark bonds right off the bat. They’re basically siblings, have shared spark material. How would someone artificially create that and do it in the woods with minimal supplies aside from scavenged frames to rebuild with? The WFC storyline of shockwave doing that part as an experiment makes much more sense and is what I go with bUT LIKE? THATS WORSE?? That’s Worse. Shockwave literally had his ability to give a shit surgically removed he did Not do any of that ethically, ignoring that the procedure in and of itself is unethical I’m not even sure they all got properly knocked out for it. I am sure they all at least kinda knew eachother before this, were probably a group, but methinks having a spark bond forcibly made connecting your Soul to bots you Kinda Know kinda nullifies the importance of how long they’ve know each other because however long it definitely wasn’t enough. Like that’s an instant breach of so much privacy good god. And they’re given no recovery time from this, just sent back into the decepticon army or some astroid as time-out or a revenge plot against megatron or whatever

The whole thing absolutely left remaining side effects bc I refuse to believe an experimental procedure of That degree was executed perfectly

G1 SG au: Idk who played Optimus in Thundercracker's movie, a throwaway OC or an existing character? Motormaster's altmode looks like Optimus, but otherwise he doesn't, and most crucially he wasn't born yet. Octane is an obvious triple changer.

So if the actor was a canon character, it'd have to be Onslaught. Not sure about that, but his bot mode is broadly Optimus-like. Idk if the trailer comes off though.

Honestly I'd say this is a time for a throwaway oc (unless you can find anyone who looks vaguely like Optimus and wasn't in g1)

Just a team military based that enjoy getting their hands dirty. Whether it’s fucking someone up or from Swindle’s scheming dealings, so far they don’t have the cleanest plate but could there be any redeeming qualities in any of them?
