Museum pt.1

I did it. I finally had the courage to ask her out.

We're going to the museum on Sunday night, it's a date. I can tell she's excited too, I was worried the museum decision was a little... nerd, but I'll guess she'll like it.

We set the time, 6:00 pm, I was going to pick her up but she said she had to do some things before meeting so she'll get there by herself.

It's 6:00 already. My hands are sweating and I can feel this... like, energy flowing through my body, it's making my stomach feel a little heavy, but I'm pretty sure it's excitement.

it's already 6:15 but I'm pretty sure she'll be here anytime, beautiful as always.

After 6:30 I decided to just go home. How could I be so stupid and think that going to a museum was a good idea for a date. I walked inside my apartment, took my shoes off and plopped onto the couch. I was too scared to even call her. I should just wait to see her tomorrow at the office, maybe she had something come up, something so important she couldn't even bother to call.

Y/n's pov

I don't know how long I've been here. I've been punched, spit on, almost drowned and electrocuted. My body felt extremely heavy and sore, my ears and head were killing me and I was cold. I just wanted to go home.

-"hey, princess, ready for another round?"

-"I just want to know why"

-"Is it not obvious yet?"

I just shook my head, slowly, of course.

-"hm, and to think that everyone tells me I look just like my father", he turned around, "or maybe, little miss agent here already forgot about every life she ruined, don't worry, I'll make you remember this day forever", he said pulling me by my hair.

Spencer's pov

I slept very well that night, suprisingly and given the circumstances. I guess crying really makes people tired. I had to put some ice on my eyes to get down the inflammation and redness.

I entered the office, my hands sweating and that feeling in my stomach again. I could do this, tho, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to ask here why she couldn't make it, or why, specially if she lies to my face and I detect it.

The team was already in a meeting when I entered the office, I quickly made my way into the meeting, everyone turning to look at me when I entered. That's when I noticed who was on the screen.

- "I know this might be a tough case for us..." Hotch started.

I sat quickly, I couldn't feel my legs, was this real? Is it my imagination trying to find an excuse for y/n to miss our date last night? Am I having a nightmare?!

- "But we're the ones who'll work the hardest to get to her", Derek said, angry as natural for him.

I wasn't angry, more like confused, sad, angry only at myself for not calling her, trying to reach her or something more than the pathetic "I'll ask her tomorrow" thing I did.

- "it's so sad, I can't even look at the pictures so I didn't put them in the presentation but...' Garcia sniffled... "But you can watch them in your tablets..."

I was too scared to look, although in my case it was a file, but not looking would be too suspicious as well, why wouldn't I look? It's supposed to be my friend, and she needed our help.

With my trembling hands I opened the file slowly, reading the first things, I opened it even more, but no pictures.

- "I couldn't dare to print them either", Garcia said looking at me trying to find the pictures.

The meeting was quick, everyone already assigned to do something different. I haven't looked at the pictures, I'm scared, but I also feel that would be a good way to motivate myself. Regardless, it's a little too late for that now, everyone's busy doing their different tasks, and I should be completing mine, too.

Trusting Again | chapter 002: the bombing

After we went to Peggy's funeral, Steve wanted to walk Sharon back to the hotel so Sam and I are currently in the lobby waiting for him.

"What do we think about Sharon?" Sam asked "And Steve."

"She's okay." I shrugged "If he likes her, then good for him."

"Thought you two were friends."

I let out a breathy chuckle. "I'm not friends with everyone who worked at SHIELD, Sam." I rolled my eyes

"You talked about her like you guys were friends."

"I mean, we've talked and we've obviously worked together, kinda, but I don't think friends describe our relationship."

"You hate her?"

"No, I just.. I haven't spent that much time with her to say if I like her or not."

"You're a rare breed, Cat," he rolled his eyes "you don't got any friends."

"That's not true." I looked at him "I got you."

"We're friends?" he raised an eyebrow

"Oh go to hell" I rolled my eyes and he started laughing

Yes, we are friends. We've been friends since we met, literally. But he's a pain in the ass sometimes. And I'm sure he says the same thing about me.

I looked up at the tv that was in the lobby and saw that they were talking about a bombing that happened in Vienna at the UN. And they had a video of the suspect and when I saw who it was, my jaw literally dropped on the floor.

"Look." I nudged Sam and pointed at the tv

"Holy shit." He muttered "Come on."

We got up from our seats and walked over to Steve who was talking with Sharon at the elevators.

"Steve." I called him and they both turned around

"There's something you gotta see." Sam said

In that moment Sharon received a call and after she answered it, she told us to go up to her room. Once we were there, Steve immediately turned on the tv so we could see the news.

"More than 70 people have been injured, at least 12 are dead including Wakanda's King T'Chaka. Officials have released a video of a suspect who they have identified as James Buchanan Barnes, the Winter Soldier, the infamous HYDRA agent..."

As they put on the video which clearly showed Bucky's face, I saw over at Steve and saw how he took a deep breath and how his body tensed.

"How the fuck..?" Sam said in a low voice since Sharon was on the phone

"That's impossible." I whispered

"What do you mean? They have a photo of him as evidence, Cat."

"Who cares about the photo, this doesn't make any sense." I sighed as I kept watching the news "There's just.. there's no way."

I really couldn't believe what I was seeing.

"I have to go to work." Sharon said

📍Vienna

So we flew to Vienna and we're currently in a little coffee shop. Steve is kinda freaking out with this whole Bucky thing, I don't blame him, I would be too if I didn't know where he has been all this time.

But I do know.

So I know he didn't do it. He wasn't even in Vienna.

"Try this." Sam gave me a piece of his dessert

"No, thanks." I shook my head

"Just try it."

"Oh my god." I rolled my eyes grabbing the fork and I ate what was on it

"Is good, right?" He looked at me waiting for my response

"It is." I replied with my mouth full and I gave him back the fork

I'm still kinda processing this whole thing. It just doesn't make sense that Bucky did it, last time I checked he wasn't even in Vienna. I gotta admit, it has been kinda hard to keep track of him, but thank god for my trainers.

A few minutes later, Steve came into the shop and sat with us after talking with Natasha.

"She tell you to stay out of it?" I asked him, he only sighed

"She might have a point, you know?" Sam said

"He'd do it for me." Steve replied

"1945 maybe." Sam responded "I'm just tryna make sure we consider all our options, the people who shoot at you usually end up shooting at us too."

"He's not lying tho." I shrugged and Steve looked at us before we saw Sharon coming in

"Tips have been pouring in since the footage went public." she said in a low voice as she stood besides Steve "Everybody thinks the Winter Soldier goes to their gym, most of it's noise, except for this." she discreetly handed a folder to Steve "My boss expects a briefing pretty much now so that's all the head start you're gonna get."

"Thank you." Steve said

"You're gonna have to hurry, we have orders to shoot on sight." she said before walking away again

"Still thinking she's just okay?" Sam looked at me

"Yes." I nodded

"She literally just handed Steve information on Bucky."

"She likes him." I rolled my eyes

"How do you know? Thought y'all weren't friends."

"I don't need to be her friend to notice that, you idiot, it's clear you're a guy."

"Someone clearly doesn't like Sharon." He rolled his eyes

"I never said that!" I said "You sound like such a kiss ass!"

"I am not!" He defended himself "I'm literally on Steve's side! As long as she gives us information, we're good." he shrugged

"You're an ass." I shook my head chuckling

"Both of you better keep it down or shut up, we're in public." Steve told us "We have to go."

"Go? Again?" I looked at him “Go where?”

"Romania." He replied grabbing the folder

“Oh my god, we keep getting further and further away.” I ran my hands over my face “I miss New York.”

"Come on, we have to go." He told us

"But I haven't finished my little dessert." Sam looked at him

"Ask for a to-go plate, dude." I stood up from my chair

"Damn it, man." he clicked his tongue

📍Bucharest

While Steve and Sam went to the location that Sharon gave us, I stayed in the car, I'm not tryna get killed, again. Besides, this one's on Cap, I'm only here for moral support (hopefully). And I'm listening to the radio in case they say any news. While also reading a magazine.

And in case they're about to die.

"Can you hear me?" Sam asked through the earpiece

"Yes, this is the third time you ask." I told him

"Don't move." Steve said "We might need you."

"I know" I rolled my eyes as I passed the page on my magazine "Please be careful, both of you."

"Always." Steve replied

And I just sat there, listening to the radio, reading the freaking magazine and waiting for the guys to tell me if I needed to speed down the fucking road.

Minutes passed. And I haven't heard them say anything in a while which made me worry a little but I decided to just stay chill and don't freak out. They will call if they need help.

And speaking of the devil..

"You need to come now!" Sam yelled making me jump a little

"Where are you?" I asked him throwing the magazine on the back seat

"We're on the same tunnel we took to come here!" he said "Ah, shit!" he groaned "Hurry up, dude!"

"I'm on my way."

I put the car on drive and pressed on that pedal very hard. I was at the tunnel in no time, but it wasn't that far away either.

"Holy. Shit." my mouth dropped when I saw the amount of police cars that were there

And I'm assuming they're following the guys, of course.

"Are you here?" Sam asked

"Yes, but there are too many cops, I can't see you guys." I told him as I sped up trying to pass the cops

This is fucking insane, we're getting arrested for sure.

"There are too many cops! It's literally impossible to go through!" I told him

"I have this guy onto me, dude, hurry up!" Sam said

"I literally can't!"

"Hit them or shoot them, I don't know! Fucking do something!" He yelled

"Fuck!" I hit the wheel and I took my gun out of my holster

I held the wheel with one hand and with the other one I snuck my hand out and shoot the cops tires so that I could finally pass through.

"I see you." I said to Sam when I saw him and he indeed had a guy onto him

I heard an explosion and I saw how the top of the tunnel started falling so I immediately hit the breaks, Sam stopped and moved his legs upwards making the dude go into the falling concrete. Sam stood back on the ground and I got out of the car to run up to him.

"Are you okay?" I asked him

"Yeah, I'm fine." He nodded "Ah shit."

A bunch of cops came around us pointing guns at us and yelling to put our hands up.

"Well, we're fucked." I sighed lifting my hands

They made us walk up to where Steve was and once we were there, I saw how they were arresting Bucky on the floor.

It's safe to say that they arrested us all.

I have to actively suppress the urge to read the synopses of the episodes at this point

oh also lol this is just funny to me, I saw a post Elsewhere Online where someone watched all of spop the first time and they HATED the dumb names everyone has, and I think they mentioned Castaspella specifically.

And like FIFTY PEOPLE responded with "dude they had to use the original names from the 1980's series" and I was the only one there old enough to have watched the original series and I had to point out: the original series was made to sell toys. The vast majority of cartoons in 1985 were only made to sell toys. They gave everyone those dumbass names because it was easy for kids to remember and beg for the toys."

That's also why all the female characters in the original series have the exact same body type. Yeah the body shape itself was due to 1980's-era sexism, but also? It was so much cheaper to animate the show AND make the toys that way!

But also, it's hella ironic to me that the 2018 show has so little official merch!

their conversation here is so good, because Catra's fully aware of why Adora's doing this, but is really struggling to push past how much she (justifiably!) hates Shadow Weaver and hates being around her

I actually do kinda wish I'd kept a list of all the times Adora does the self-sacrificial thing, separated into "someone asked her to do it" vs "nobody asked her to do it" lol

two things I really love about this: One, she doesn't say that she doesn't like Adora, just that it's not the reason she's going. Two, I feel like Adora knows damn well Catra's not being 100% honest here.

Like, to some extent Catra's saying this as a way of attempting to protect herself a little. She's taking baby steps towards vulnerability, and it's terrifying! And I think Adora can see that and is fine with it--not JUST because she's like "any crumbs are better than nothing" but ALSO because she doesn't want to push Catra.

Because yeah, if there was any actual doubt that Catra does like Adora--

Entrapta was able to get Spinerella's chip out but says it had started fusing with her nervous system and they're running out of time to safely un-chip everyone.

And her fury causes Melog to drop the invisibility

And now the chipped sorcerer knows they're all there

they manage to duck the attack but Adora goes to transform into She-Ra--and can't do it

she had this issue last episode aaaugh it's not from being near Shadow Weaver she wasn't there

okay but also Adora runs behind a pillar to hide from an attack with Catra and it's cute

girl help why is this giving me so many emotions

y'know it's funny how often I've bumped into posts of people who are confused as to why Adora starts trusting Catra again so quickly, and I frequently wonder if they forget all the childhood flashback scenes of these two. To varying extents they both spent their entire childhoods seeing the other as their only consistent source of comfort and (something resembling) safety, and with some notable exceptions Adora's spent the last four seasons (which was like three or four years) visibly holding out hope that one day she could trust Catra again. This despite the fact that she now has other sources of safety and comfort and love!!! Being with Glimmer and Bow and everyone else was healing, sure; but it never erased her grief over losing Catra. She always, always held out the tiniest flame of hope that Catra would change sides.

And Catra basically tried lighting her own grief on fire (metaphorically and kinda literally) over and over and it just didn't go away, and I feel like when she saved Glimmer and apologized to Adora she had sort of come to terms with the fact that her grief over losing Adora couldn't be burned away, but of course by then she figured she'd fucked up so bad Adora would never forgive her or trust her again. And rather than take it out on other people or suffer any longer she was willing to just die, instead. She really did think that sending Glimmer to Adora was going to be her last act, and she wanted Adora to know she was sorry before she fucking DIED. And I don't think her saving Glimmer was consciously meant to be proof that she meant her apology, but it was. And that's part of why Adora trusts her again.

The fact is, even after everything that happened, both of them had a hole in their hearts shaped like the other. ;_;

And that's why Adora runs and hides behind the same pillar as Catra. (I mean yes, it was also closer, but that's not tHE POINT)

Anyway, this is all why, as I previously noted, Adora's not being pushy. That failed on her, spectacularly; the couple of times she tried it. Asking Catra to come along on this mission is the closest she's come. And even then, it wasn't "you're a good person deep down and you should change sides because I think I know you better than you know yourself," It was "please do this for me, because I need your help." And Catra is fully aware of how hard that is for Adora.

And these two still have a lot to work out post-canon (like, Catra has still got to deal with her need to not just be seen as Adora's sidekick/shadow, and lbh right now some of the rebellion is like "we're only putting up with you for Adora's sake" as if Catra was Yoko Ono) but that's part of why I'm writing a fic lolol

I have so many feelingssss on a related note I spent like fifteen solid minutes last night in bed having taken an edible and listening to my playlist and staring at this gifset lolol

ANYWAY Castaspella knocks out the chipped dude and they run for it

- it happens around the.. 6th season, i think? so the team is Hotch, dave, Morgan, Prentiss, JJ and reid

- it will end up being Reidxreader kinda, tho my main focous is to create a plot line for an episode with a (y\n) charecter.

"hey, spence, how are you with reading lips?" (y\n) asks, slighly ashamed they called him by his nickname without even realising. they weren't sure they are close enough for nicknames. "well, it's actually an easy skill to perfact-" Spence starts, but they don't let him finish. "good, i need you to try and understand what is Diane talking about with the suit guy" they explain, and re-position themselves and Spencer so he is facing them but has a view on Diane if he's looking behind (y\n)s shoulder. "we're too far, i don't think i can do it from here-" Spencer says, but (y\n) has a solution in mind.

(y\n) takes his hand , "let's dance". The music in the backround is great for a slow dance, and that's what a couple would do, right? "o…kay..?" Spencer replies in confusion, but takes their hand and let's them place his hand correctly. As they moved around, not perfactly on the beat, (y\n) brought them closer. "ohhhh" spencer smiles at the realasation of (y\n)s plan. "well, she is saying…" he starts, whispering in (y\n)s ear so no one would hear, and his low voice sends shivers down their spine. his breath against their skin, and the wormth of his body almost got them sweating. why were they so nervous?

"did you find out why the footage from that day is missing? the FBI is snooping around and i can not have them know about it. if they find out, it would immidiatly make us seem suspicius. the last thing we need is for the people of this god forsaken town to think that visiting our venues would get them killed" Diana says, her tone cleary angry with the guy across from her. "i am trying my best-" he trys, but she is not listening. "well than, your best is not enough!" Dianes voice gets louder, and some people turn their eyes but she smiles and says, "nothing to worry about".

"Diane, the only people who have access to this footage is you, me, and the big boss. no one is supposed to get through unless he has one of our passwords" the guy trys once again to explain himself, but Diane sighs. "just… try harded".

A buzzing in their pants forces them to stop the dancing, tho they both secretly enjoyed it. (y\n) pulls put their phone before Spencer. "it's prentiss… shit" they say, the last word more under their breath. "what?" Spencer asked, since (y\n) seemed stressed. And yeah, their job was stressful and (y\n) sorta had a resting stressed face, but something about their deminor made Spencer suspect something is wrong.

Before they get the chance to fill Spencer in, the Zayn gets back with their wine glasses. "Thank you" they both says together and smile at him and than at eachother. "Spence, did i tell today how much i love you?" (y\n) smiles at him, knowing they need to look as in love as possible now. Spencer was confused but didn't miss a bit. "did i tell you today that i love you more?" he smiled down at them, and then he did what (y\n) never expected he'd do. He lowered his head to theirs and placed a soft kiss right on their lips. they returned the favor almost on auto pilot, closing their eyes and leaning into this moment right out of fanfiction. fake dating trope, they thought to themselves, trying to remember what it was called. Not that they thought the kiss meant anything for Spencer, but they knew they hoped it does. the magical moment broke when Spencer pulled away and pulled (y\n) into a hug, almost making them drop the wine glass in their hand. "Le'haim" they smiled at him and cliged their glass to his. they brought the glass to their lips. Zayn looked at them, his eyes studing them, but than he left them. "now, care to explain?" Spencer says. "this was our unsub" They reply, and Spencer dosn't need father explanation.

He grabs their hand and takes them to "have a look around", casually following Zayn from afar, making sure he atays put so they can catch him once backup arrives. "so what footage do you think is missing?" (y\n) asks. "well, my best guess is that it's from the day James and Layla were here, maybe our unsub saw Jake's profile and recognised him, which is how he knew… his heaet wasn't really in it" Spencer said, amiling proudly at his pun. (y\n) nuged him with their shoulder, softly smiling at him. Their eyes met for a split second, but than the awkwarness took over and they both looked away.

"so, ugh, as i was saying, maybe he got mad, made a scene… we know he has some hacking skill, he could have been the one to delete the footage" Spencer continues sharing his theory. "well, yeah, but would'nt Layla mention that when we interviewd her?" (y\n) debates. "you'd think so, but he was just a random guy, she probably thought he was crazy and ignored him, not thinking much about it, eventually forgetting about it" Spencer says. "someone makung a fuss claiming your fiance is a cheater is not something you just forget" they reply, and Spencer shrugs, but (y\n) is very willing to leave it for now. "well, let's change the subject before someone hears" they say. and so they do.

"i am very sorry if that kiss made you uncomfterble, by the way. you seem-" Spencer starts. "oh, no, it was fine, even nice. a nice touch, i mean" they say back, smiling at him. He recognised his own words, and smiled back, letting put a small laught, "maybe we should stop apoligising for kissing each other" he jokes, making (y\n) blush. since they were looking at the ground, they didn't notice their fake fiance was also starting to look like a strawberry. They shared a moment of silence, and it wasn't awkward. "This Garden is indid beautiful, Garden Of Eden is a very fitting name" Spencer says, "did you know that in jewish culture theres a belife that if you set up three couples, you go to heaven? it is based on a quete from a a book of virtues, in page 230 Rabbai Haim Kanivinski says he heard that those who match 3 couples would go to a special place in the agterlife. Since one of the 10 Commandments is procreation-"

"spencer, not that i am not thrilled about this bible study session, but where is Zayn?" (y\n) cuts him off, and as if he was wating for his que, he shows up behind tham and smacks their heads with a bat.

after the night out you go back and the night gets a bit smutty with alex

They can take the spare bedroom they always do. and we're left with the night to ourselves." I finish ranting, then Alex starts up again. "That sounds like a great idea"

We all approach my flat pretty quickly. Everyone was silent as we approached it and walked up the stairs only resuming our talking after my front door. Meowing soon being heard "Caroline" Matty ushered her over, to which she came. Matty looking back at you while stroking her and Alex and gesturing to the cat with his head eyebrows raised as if to say "Look she is mine". I snarled at him while Alex just chuckled at our interaction finding it funny.

soon enough everyone was sat down with Alex residing on the armchair placed in the corner in front of the little window displaying my kitchen George and Ross on the sofa facing the tv but not actually watching what was on the tv (because it was turned off) Matty sat on the floor stroking my cat.

I however was in my bedroom getting out of my clothes putting on lingerie but putting a dressing gown over the top so it didn't look too suspicious, to everyone in the room.

"Can I get you a drink?" I asked Alex, returning from my bedroom. "uh yeah I'll have pepsi max please" Matty said in reply "Not you ratty, I wasn't asking you I was asking Alex, fuck you very much you know where the Pepsi is, get it yourself" Matty sighed standing up from the floor putting his hands up walking into the kitchen. soon the whole flat was in chaos. people coming in and out of the bathroom getting themselves sorted. and soon enough it was quiet. I went to go open the spare bedroom door to check whether the 3 men were asleep. and sure enough, I heard snoring. Going back out to where Alex now sat on the sofa in the middle.

She never smoked without one of us again.

"look all I'm trying to say George is that maybe we should go over some of the pacts we made and see if some of them need rediscussing or not" "Look just get some sleep matty, we all need rest, lets discuss this better when we're actually not delusional" the bed being well inflated by now I hug George goodnight retrieving a blanket from the pile of junk on one side of the room. and getting some well-deserved rest.

Oh yeah by the way since order DOES matter note that I'm actually counting the total amount of permutations not combinations (Permutations care about order, Combination does not). But I call them combinations anyway since that's the word we're all familiar with shrug ANYWAYS

In segment one, you have to choose an order of three rooms out of four. Since we have four to order into three, the total amount of combinations for the first segment of Live and Spooky is::

With an agreeing nod, the two slid down the zipline. Meeting at the ground they pushed on foot, scouting for last mintue supplies, a cell here, a box of ammo there, both looking for any form of tracks.

"Hold." Y/n stopped Bloodhound, who slid over.

"Tracks. Two sets. They traveled together." Bloodhound spoke.

"Yeah. I can see that..." Y/n spoke softly, focused on his scope, "Im not one for lookin at others mans...but damn does mine got a peice on him..."

"What?" Bloodhound asked as Y/n handed over the triple take.

Bloodhound took it, looking through the scope, "it is Witt looting-"

"That way." Y/n spoke pushing the gun to the side.

"Oh." Bloodhound spoke, "oh."

Y/n nodded.

"Sweet. Sweet ass. My friend." Y/n spoke, Bloodhound's grip tightening on the weapon, "and those sweet asses. They're calling our name. If you wanna answer that call."

Bloodhound pulled away handing the weapon back over.

"You want to rush them?"

"Hey. Why not?"

Bloodhound looked back towards the two boys.

"You take Wally? I take Elliott?"

"That is a fair fight..." Bloodhound spoke.

"And our boys love it when we tease em."

"That...is true."

"And we both know what happens when we tease em. After games after all."

"Y/n!"

"What?" Y/n chuckled.

"You are telling the truth." Bloodhound spoke, "Very well. Rush and tease it is."

"Oo! I like that rush and tease! Should put it on a shirt!"

"Very funny."

"Hey. You came up with it. I capitalize off it." Y/n joked, "shall we?"

"Indeed."

It shocked the shit out of them for sure. Suddenly the two boys heard gunfire and then they were both down grasping there sides in pain.

"Aw...we're we too rough on you?" Y/n teased crouching down to Elliott

"Babe! Hey!" He winced, "wanna...pick me up?"

Y/n chuckled, he kneeling down to Elliott.

"And why would I do that?" Y/n protested with a smile.

"Because...you love me?"

"Not a bad answer." Y/n smiled, "gonna have to try harder than that tho."

Elliott watched as Y/n's hand came forward, grabbing him by the chin.

"You always did look good below me."

Y/n could feel Elliotts face grow warm, "and it seems like you like it too."

"Maybe...." Elliott answered under his breathe.

"Mhm? What was that?" Y/n ssked, "I can't hear you?"

"Maybe." Elliott spoke up.

Y/n chuckled eyes scanning the area besides them.

"Oh. This yours?"

A wingman, golden skin, "y. Yeah..."

Y/n picked if up, looking it over, "Not bad..."

Elliott gulped watching Y/n twirl it, the pistol being pressed under Elliotts chin forcing his nose to the sky.

"Someones a little tense...isnt he?" Y/n chuckled, "such a true reward. Suppose you should be happy, here Revenant's kill leader...It would have been a shame if it was him to get you like this instead of me."

"Y.yeah. yeah. Real shame..." Elliott told, his skin hot, and the weapon cool against his neck caused goosebumps to form on his skin.

"Mhm..." y/n hummed, looking at the map on his wrist, "looks like the rings closin...Houderz!"

"Yes?!" Bloodhound shouted from outside, they clearly annoyed.

"Ring!"

There was a shot that rang out, Y/n looking back at Elliott.

"Im doin' you a favor." Y/n told, raising the pistol up, "only hurt a pinch."

With that the pistol went off, ending another sqaud.

"Two left." Bloodhound responded reloading there gun in the doorway.

"You have fun?" Y/n responded.

"I despise being siblings sometimes." Bloodhound argued.

"Aw. Don't worry I love ya too. Houndy. But dont expect a slap on the ass from me-"

"I will give you a chance to run before It is I who ends your life!"

"Shit!"

s3 trailer & bts & teasers

*spoilers?*

This season is I think 10 episodes. From some pics that Ludwika posted during post-production it's visible in the script that there at least is an episode 310. Also, if we're looking patterns from previous season's trailers then the clips from the s3 trailer most probably are from episodes 1-5, and maybe some short ones from later episodes. Anyways, here's me predicting a timeline!

Ep. 1: Dinner + office I'm guessing the breakfast at Ana's is gonna be the opening scene, just like in s2. Then she goes to the office and chats with Mariana, who looks terrified half the time in this trailer… hmm. In that office scene when she tells Ana about Ferrán she just looks so stressed, which she probably is lmao I can't really blame her. Anyways, I can also see the part from the teaser where Ana makes dinner for them (while Mariana is with Ferrán :SS) also happens in the first maybe 1-3 episodes.

Ep. 1-2?: JC spying He plants the mics and Ana finds them, then JC finds them broken. This might also happen in the first episodes, maybe even in the first one. Also is Mariana sleeping at Ana's place? Ana has the same outfit on in the trailer when she finds the mics and then in another pic where they're eating, and Mariana is in pyjamas. They're really really doing the fake dating?? And is JC still in the house? From the pic it looks like there's a plate where he usually sits, so... I guess... :S

Ep. 3: Chocolates ...is the name of this ep!

Ep. 4: It's happening???! According to the IG story scripts the ladies’ trip happens in episode 4. Now what happens so they end up there, Idk. Where are they going and why, Idk either. What's known is that they're driving somewhere, Ana and Mariana are chatting as usual, talking about who the best driver is (ofc Ana claims she’s the better one). Then Ana mentions that she's tired so Mariana drives instead. Here, it seems like Mariana's about to crash the car into a cow (not a bull) which is what Ana is referring to in the teaser, or a train as written in the script... I think they leave their car and maybe hitchhike to another town? There's this cast member who is referred to as "mecanico" and is seen in the truck with Ana and Mariana. He's not driving Ana's car. So they probably decide to stay the night and hang around the town. It looks like there's a band playing, so I hope they're gonna hang around and just have a nice time! Just them. They also seem a little tipsy in the teaser... So maybe they'll have some drinks and then the teaser part comes where they're chatting and having a moment. I guess after this part is when the kissing from the trailer comes. Now is it actually happening, is it a dream or something else, Idk. It looks real tho... I think the lighting kind of makes it look "dreamy" lol but, the clothes are the same plus them being tipsy... it could be fr. I guess this is one of those too good to be true moments but, it's not impossible! I'm having high hope for this episode. It feels like it'll be a really good one.

Ep. 5-6?: Yo estoy enamorada de Ferrán I think Mariana telling Ana that she never broke up with Ferrán happens after the ep. 4 kissing which is why Ana also looks SO hopeful, and then so confused and let down. Also because the kissing is in ep. 4, they're most probably keeping Ferrán for more than 4 episodes.

Ep. 5-6?: Ana + Elena Ana seeing Elena and the other lady happens in the middle. This show has a pretty fast pace so I wouldn't be surprised if Ana's exploring only lasts for one/two episodes, while maybe Mariana in the same episodes can't get it to work with Ferrán and comes to her own conclusions. Is she gonna see Ana with the other woman? Is she gonna get jealous? (pls)

Ep. 7-8? Reconciliation? I wonder if this is the reconciliation moment after everything goes down with Ana's date and Ferrán. And are Ana and Mariana going to stop seeing each other for a while like in s2? In any case, in the trailer (andthe gif) it looks like Mariana's saying "Ana", and looks surprised and happy, maybe relieved? and the peep Ana’s jacket on the armchair, it looks like the jacket in the photo. Is this Elena's place? I don’t think it is… but there have been a couple of times Ludwika has been filming at Elena's house so I hope they have scenes together and actually become friendly, or even friends :D.

Ep. 9-10: The End Rodrigo has his graduation at some point, maybe that could also be at the end, together with the celebration at Ana's and then lastly Tere having her baby, which ties it all from 101 to 310 together.

Ep. 1-7?: Ferrán Matías Novoa (Ferrán) also posted some scripts. My guess is he'll be in the first half of the season at least if not more. The scene where Mariana is talking to Lucía and Tere maybe is from episodes 5-7? There is this script that he posted but I can't see the episode number... it looks like 307, but I'm not sure. Mariana and Ferrán are preparing to sleep but they are having a discussion about the girls. She's saying "What were you thinking?!" "One: If Ana finds out, she'll kill me. Two: You didn't tell me, and three: I left [the girls] with you so you could bond with them, if not, I prefer leaving them with my mom or my grandma". Then Ferrán says that he's sorry and he didn't want to disturb her in the middle of her meeting and so he had no other choice basically. Mariana says that it's fine but that it can't happen again. What did he do lol?? If there are 10 episodes, then maybe their break up could happen in ep. 7.

(Also Ferrán always buying things for Mariana or Regina and trying to make her stay is just so... just stop lmao. Like their whole relationship started with him buying her a new bike, then toys for Regina without asking, and in s3 it looks like he bought a crib and then in the teaser clip a fkn iMac for Mariana, like we get it.)

Ep. ?: Ana tucking Mariana in At the end of the trailer Ana is in this houndstooth patterned dress, while Mariana is sleeping in her bed. I don't know where or what event Ana could've been to... If it would be work related then Mariana would've joined too since they're still working together (or are they?). Is Mariana actually staying at her house? I don't think permanently but for sure from time to time. Where would this bit fit? There could be so many different scenarios xd

Ep. ?: Ana + JC The Ana + JC meditation trip is very loose in the timeline, I have no idea where this would fit either... maybe in the middle somewhere, after they "split up" again. Also in the script, at the top it looks like Ana is talking to her mom about her dad, and how she doesn't want to see him again. I think he comes to her house, then she visits him at some point. I think her dad has been so absent he barely knows how many children she even has (shown in the script). There's another one where JC and Ro are at a golf course with JC's dad, so apparently the grandpas are joining this season. I think JC's and Victor's dad is in the hospital in the finale as well.

So yeah I'm imagining something like this... Then again, I thought that Ana and Mariana weren't gonna mention whatever happened in the first season maybe until 202 or 203, but it literally happened after like 10 minutes lmao, so yeah I'm probably way off. But anyways it's fun to speculate :D

Part 2

Walking into the garrison pub i look around it's not crowded only a couple people are in here today i walk up to the counter and ask the bartender were tommy is

“He's in the booth’’ the bartender said, not looking up from the glass he was cleaning.

“Thank you,” I said.

I walked into the booth where Tommy was. I assumed there were more people with him but to my surprise it was just him. Which confused me since usually arthur or sometimes Polly was with him.

“Who was that, y/n” tommy asked, his cold blue yes looking at me unmoving

“What?” i said

“The romani boy in the caravan with you, he dropped you off, who was that?” he asked with a monotone voice.

A part of me didn't want to answer, a part of me wanted to win this mind game that Tommy plays but i didnt i know what was good for me at this moment.

“Just a boy I met along the road. I was gonna have to walk here but he drove me here instead of his name duke.`` I said with hesitance in my voice. Tommy nodded his head then spoke

“Hm, well do you have the opium?” Tommy said, looking at my bag.

“Yes sir” i said with a joking tone

Setting down the bag on the table opened it up and took out the bottles of pure opium.

“This is about 3 pounds of pure opium. It should be enough for right now. We're trying to expand our inventory of stuff but it's hard. Also there may be less opium due to the stock crash so the guy we get are shit from is upping the price.” i said looking at tommy

He took one of the bottle to look at it

“Well that's to be expected when something like this happens.” he said while looking at the bottle

“If you want to make sure its pure you Should've brought Arthur he could have tested it out you know. Make sure it's pure.” i said in reality though it may not have been the best idea arthur has been spiraling because of this drug making a tasteless comment about it much less joke about especially in front of tommy. But you never cared too much about it Tommy didn't even flinch when you said it either which surprised you but it was also expected he was thomas shelby after all. A man with a heart turned cold as some would say.

“Well arthur has been clean for a week know” he said

“Has he, well that's good for him.’’ I said, to be honest though, I doubt it will last long knowing arthur.

“Well Tommy, how has your family been? I've heard from Lizzie that ruby has been running around the house a lot. I've also heard from Polly that adas pregnant. Tho she hasn't said who the baby's father is'' i said while pouring myself a cup of wine.

“Yes theyve been good, Adas has been okay, though i have an idea of who the father might be but i think it'd be better to ask Ada herself.” he said looking at me and noticed a little smile when he mentioned his daughter. “And what of your family Y/n how have they been?”

I smiled a little but a smile nonetheless.`` They've been good ash is out doing God knows what and fez is meeting new people, building connections i guess you could say. I'm not surprised though he's probably the one that will take over the family business. Once well…” I trailed off. I didn't like to think about it but I knew her time would come soon. She's already been doing less and less. I'm not mad at my grandma. If I was her I would want to go out without fear of responsibility. I would like to go peacefully. I just hope she's able to be here for me and ashes 15 birthday.

“I see, well y/n here's the money, about 100 pounds.” Tommy said, placing the money down on the table. I took the money and put it in my bag just as I was about to get up and leave. Tommy spoke.

“My cousin is coming into town. He's Polly's son.” Tommy said, I looked at him with confusion. I didn't get why he was telling me this. Until i put 2 and 2 together

“Oh shit he's the dude that didn't take out the stock right. And now yalls business is a lil bit shook from that.” i said, i started laughing until i remembered who i was talking to “hm i'm sorry i didn't mean any offense but my question is why are you telling Me this why not fez.” I said looking up at him.

“I'm telling you this because he will be at the station. I want you to go with Polly and Ada to meet him. He's a part of the Shelby family, his names michael. You don't have to go but tell your brothers he's coming at least.” he said

“And one more thing don't over step with your jokes about my family.” he said looking at me with a voice you would use to scold a young child. I knew it wasn't a threat but it was a warning that I did know. All I could do was nod my head and walk out the bar.3

30 minutes later

Once I was able to see my house I started to do a light jog. Reaching the door I opened it only to hear yelling. I assumed it was fez scolding ash for some shit he did again. In the end though fez always took the blame for me or ash when we did something wrong. Walking to where I could hear the yelling more clearly I walked in the room to see fez on the phone.

“I told you to leave us the fuck alone man. Okay i dont know what your talking about but i dont have them, we dont have them dont call this number again you fucking hypocrite ass bitch.” i heard Fez yell before slamming the phone back into place. Definitely gonna have to check if he broke it later.

“Fez who the fuck was that.” I said , looking at him with concern but a stern voice.

“No one you have to worry about.” he said, walking away. I clenched my hands and dug my nails into my hands until I felt a sharp pain and blood roll down the back of my fingers. I try to understand why people do the things they do. I try to stay quiet and not question what people do. But when it's my own brother I can't understand. But I know if I ask him he'll just say some shit like.’it's for your own safety’ or ‘ I don't want to get involved’. But if that was true he would've never let me in the family business when I asked.

I shook my head, walked up to the phone and dialed in the garrison's number to make sure the phone didn't break. I heard a ringing sound from the phone and then a voice.

“Hello, who is this?” It was the voice of Finn shelby. Finn was always silly to me hes was fun to hangout with but his new friend billy i didn't really like i could tolerate him but not like him and it wasn't just me it was the same with ash, i swear even though we're not blood related i feel like we have some type of twin thing with our minds. Sounds dumb ass fuck but i cant hellp think of dumb shit sometimes.

“Hello???” finn said again

“Hi finn sorry i was just checking to make sure the phone wasn't broken” i said with a laugh.

“Oh hi y/n, why would your phone be broken? Also ash is here at the garrison do you want to come to me ash isaiah and billy are here.’’ Finn said, his voice sounding a bit slurred.

“Shit um i'll see if i can go if i can't though please make sure ash doesn't do some dumb shit again. I don't want another call from Tommy and I don't want to hear fez and ash yelling at each other. Also don't worry about the phone i think the wire tripped that's all i'll see though if i can go, bye.'' I said before hanging up the phone I heard Finn say something but whatever it was it wasn't important to me. I paced around the room. I haven't gone out for fun in a while. I haven't seen Finn or any of them for a little while so it would be fun. Once I stopped pacing I set the bag of cash on the table.

“Fez can you drive me to the garrison ash there.” I yelled, a minute later I heard footsteps and saw fez leaning on the doorway. He looked at the bag of money then me.

“Sure but if some du-’’ i cut him off

“Fez ash finn isaiah and..billy are gonna be there besides i'll be fine. Also I wanna make sure Ash doesn't do some dumb shit. It's weird. I know he's got critical thinking but he's always doing some dumb shit.” I said walking to the front door.

“Nah Ash uses it thinking he just makes dumb decisions sometimes.” Fez said, opening the door and walking with me to the car.

“Hm, doesn't seem like it but as long as he doesnt kill anybody or do some fucked up shit then well i dont know to be honest as long as hes safe and not putting others in danger im good. '' I laughed, as much as I scolded Ash for his shit he was still my brother at the end of the day. But sometimes I feel more like his mother than his sister even though we are the same age.

—---- timeskip at the garrison

Once Fez parked the car we got out and walked to the garrison. Opening the doors I immediately went to the front of the bar and ordered a drink for me and fez.

“2 whiskeys please.'' I said to the bartender, his back was facing me as he grabbed glasses and poured a bottle of whiskey into each glass. Turning around he handed it to me

“Here you go ma’am” he said handing them to me

“Thank you” I said but just before I could get out the money to pay the side window opened.

“Hello y/n don't worry about paying i'll cover it” i looked over and saw finn i grabbed the two glasses and handed one to fez and walked into the booth with fez following close behind me. I smiled once i saw everyone i walked to finn and gave him a hug

“It's been a little hasn't it, hows your wound huh. First ever gun shot wound your real peaky know aren't you finny” i said looking at him my voice light hearted. I heard laughing and looked to see Isaiah and billy.

“You could say that y/n but when are you gonna become one.” Billy said jokingly.

“Yea that's not gonna happen as long as i'm alive.” I heard Fez say. I looked over to see ash glaring at billy.

“Relax guys, it was just a joke.” Billy said, the room became thick with tension.

“Well know that everyones here, let's all drink.” Isaiah said, defusing the situation. I looked over at him and smiled.

We all sat down and started drinking after about 6 drinks of hard whiskey most of them were shit faced. I was still on my first cup not cause I couldn't drink. Trust me I could. I just wanted to make sure nothing happened. I was dazed out of whatever conversation they were having. As my mind wandered I thought about the boy I had met. He was funny but also seemed cunning. I hope I'll be able to go to the fair. I really do want to meet him again. Even though it wasn't a strong feeling, I still felt a warm feeling in my chest when I was talking to him. I wondered if I felt like that with others I had met. I hope I see him again. He seems nice and would be a good friend to have.

I was pulled out of my daze by Finn calling my name.

“Oy y/n whats on your mind” he said this time his voice extremely slurred to the point i had to lean forward to understand what he was saying. I sat back

“Nothing just tired, that's all.” I said quickly. I internally cringed at myself for how hasty my reply sounded.

“Hm well that's not what your face said, I swear you had a smile on your face so big I almost mistook you for the Cheshire cat.” Isaiah said laughing. I could feel my face heat up in embarrassment. I looked down at my drink and drank the whole thing. Soon enough I was as shit faced as everyone else. Talking about random shit and laughing at the dumbest jokes.

—------------------ 1 week later

“Look fez all im saying is we get a house in small heath but keep this property to but like that way we can be able to send shit easier. You know”

“Y/n are you high?” fez asked but it wasn't really a question.

“...no, this is a thought I've had for a while dude. Anyways it will be easier for me cause i can like stay there and well have a place to stay if it gets too late at night or some shit like that ya know.'' I said looking at fez with eyes that looked like I hadn't slept in three years.

Fez sighed

“Go back to bed y/n”

I looked him up and down

“Whatever man, also have you seen ash?”

“Ash is upstairs,” fez said, sounding irritated at this point.

‘Mhm, oh also there's a fair going on this weekend do you think i can go”

“No,” he said, looking down at a piece of paper.

“What why it's only a little away.'' I was annoyed.

He didn't say anything, clearly stressed with whatever he was reading

“Look y/n just no”

“Hm, yell you let ash go out and do whatever he wants why cant i go to a fucking fair.” i said my voice was rising in volume.

“Because there is less risk for ash, if he goes out” Fez said, looking up from his paper.

I looked at him with a perplexed expression

“The fuck are you talking about, one ash is the fucking risk and two what do you mean by that. Also i never said i was going by myself.`` I said I was yelling. I could feel my breathing become uneven with panic.

“Okay then whos going with you huh, who cause last time i checked you have barely talked to anyone out side of us and the peakys so who huh y/n fucking tell me.” he said his voice know rising, he sounded stressed but i doubt it was from this conversation.

I panicked. I couldn't say duke hell i didn't even know if i would see him there for god's sake.

“Ada, ada and her son Karl are coming with me okay. Look people may fuck with me but they wont fuck with Ada, she may have the last name thorne but everyone knows who her family is.'' I said walking closer to fez. Not breaking eye contact.

He paused for a minute seemingly thinking it over.

“Shit y/n fine but if your lying to be your fucking done okay.” he said running his hand down his face.

I smiled and gave him a quick hug.

“Thank you, thank you.” i said to him

___________________________ saturday

After arriving in a small heath I walked over to the barnyard. My hands are slightly shaking. It's not the first time I've lied to fez before but when I did it was usually whenever me and ash went out to terrorize one of the kids that would either make fun of one of us. A lot of people say me and Ash are different but the reality is we're really not. Sure ash may act out alot and I may be more quiet but it's just because I keep my actions to myself. I keep the words I want to say to myself. When we were younger we would do the same exact thing as each other but getting older we changed. I would like to say I have more self control but that would be a lie.

I could feel the skirt I was wearing tighten around my waist. I was nervous but I knew that whatever happened today would be fun.. I hope so.

“Curly do have have her.’’ i said walking up to him

“Hello y/n y-yes I do.” he said, his accent was hard to understand, same with arthurs but i never said anything. Because most of my life I've been used to a US accent.

“Here you go, does your brother know?” he said, handing me the horse. I rolled my eyes and smiled

“Yes of course he knows okay so you don't have to ask me okay. Anyways, here's the money.” i said to him handing him the money

“Thank you curly.” I said before getting on the horse and riding off.

After a little while of riding I could see the top of the striped tents behind the trees. I quickened the speed of the horse and started to smile, excitement building up inside me.

Stopping by the entrance of the fair, I tied the horse around a post where other horses were being held. Walking into the fair I started looking around. I could see a vending station selling roasted cinnamon almonds. Going up to it, I ask the worker there for a bag of them.

“Here you go miss, that will be 0.10.” they said handing me the almonds.

“Thank you” I said , handing them the change.

Walking around the fair I kept my eye out for Duke. I hoped I would see him soon but who knows. A couple kids ran past me accidentally hitting me in the legs almost making me fall over. I was able to catch myself by putting my hands between me and the ground, unlucky though my food had scattered on the ground.

“Shit” I grumbled under my breath getting up. I dusted off my skirt and picked up the bag to see if there were any left in it. Thankfully there were but not many

“Are you okay ma’am” I heard someone say I jumped before turning around and looking at the person.

“Duke!” I said a smile appeared on my face as I instantly pulled him into a hug. I felt him go a bit stiff and realizing what I had done I pulled away. My cheeks are burning with embarrassment.

“Shit i'm sorry I don't know why I did that, uhh.” I said, grabbing my arm and looking down at the ground embarrassed.

“Hello to you to y/n” Duke said i looked up at him and saw his face plastered with a shit eating grin before he laughed.

“Didn't know you missed me that much.” he said with a laugh, i hit him in the side arm softly.

“No, I just do that with people i meet and feel a good vibe with them ya know.” I said , looking at him, keeping straight. I could see his smile drop a little.

“Well um anyways how have you been it's been a little.” I said while I started to walk, asking him to come with me.

“So duke, what do you usually do here?” i ask curiously looking at him

“Well i'll watch the horses and just do maintenance really nothing to interesting.” he said looking ahead

“Do you like working with horses, also do you like working here or nah.” I said this time looking forward.

“I like horses but I don't like working here. I want more for my life. I want to visit every mountain and go everywhere. I don't want to be here. I'm tired of working here.” he said with bitterness in his voice but a hint of hope.

“Well that sounds fun but be careful where you go. I don't know if there's still that like war between the irish or something but just be careful there. Ya know. Actually just be careful.” I said looking at him, I tried to hide the concern in my voice by masking it with humor.

“Hm calm down im gonna kill myself.” he said with a little laugh while looking at me.

“That's what they all say Duke but then they get carless, think they're all that then piss off the wrong people anyways if you wanna see the mountains who knows what's up there.” I said looking back at him. This time laughing.

“Hm, you seem to know a lot.” he said this time his tone was undetermined.

“Nah just knew people that did dumb shit either got locked up or killed. Not saying seeing nature is dumb is not.” I said trying to defend myself from nothing.

“I know what you. Tell me do you always worry this much for people you just meet.’’ he said looking at me. He had a little smirk on his face.

“If ima be real no, but you're my friend? Were friends right duke.” i said looking at him with a hopeful expression on my face.

“...I mean if you want to be friends then yes.” he said he sounded caught off guard. But not in a bad way. I hope not in a bad way at least.

“Damn for real, okay well friend tell me more about yourself.” I said looking at him. A warm feeling spread throughout my whole body. Giddy with excitement and something else.

“You know duke you're the first friend i made that's not been through a business connection ya know.” I said excitedly.

“Business connection?’’ he said. Tilting his head slightly.

“Yea.. uh me and my family after we moved here we started making books and getting into stocks. Thankfully we pulled them out before the stock crash in the US.” I said looking at him covering up my word slip with a lie I was taught to say and rehearsed multiple times with ash and fez.

“Ooh okay okay. Well you're my first friend i've ever had.” he said with a serious voice. Looking back at me now we were walking out of the fair.

“You for real cause if I'm so kinda sad I'm not even gonna lie to you.” I said with a little smile on my face. Duke put his hand to his heart with a shocked expression.

“Do you think that lowly of me huh.” he said with an amused voice.

I turned to look at him and walked backwards.

“I was only joking, my prince.” I said with a sarcastic voice.

Duke smiled at me before running after me. I screeched before running away. I got about 20 feet away from him before I felt a pair of hands grab me by the waist and slightly pick me up before pulling me into the chest of someone. I was about to scream before a hand was put over your mouth.

“You're really bad at running in grass, you know.” I felt Duke say into my ear his breath tickling my neck. I froze for a second feeling a slight shock up my spine before wiggling out of his grapes and laughing to the point my knees buckled.

“Alright Duke you win but Jesus dude I couldn't even hear you. If you were an asian i'm pretty sure big crime dudes would for sure hire you.'' I said getting up from the ground and whipping the tears from my eyes.

Dukes pov

I chuckled a little. “Who's to say I'm not one.” I said with a bit of humor in my voice.

She looked at me for a second and her eyes seemed to sparkle in the moonlight.

“Wouldn't be surprised if you were a duke. If not no but…” she said trailing off before checking her pocket watch.

“Oh shit I gotta get it, I'm sorry duke I really am but you see i may or may not have lied to even be here so i gotta go cause the person i said i was coming with doesn't even know i told my brother about them coming with me.” she said with a bit of panic in her voice. I felt a ping of sadness in my chest

“Oh uhm yea no no you should go. I'll see you…” I said this time it was me trailing off.

“Hey uhm… thank you for meeting me here. I guess I met you here i dont really know but it was nice to see you again, Duke . Hopefully we'll see eachother again soon.” she looked at me, her eyes filled with hope. I felt my heart skip a bit. I shook it off as nothing special.

“Yea yea for sure i don't know when we'll have another fair here but when we do i'll probably be here. Also, are you sure you're good at going to your house by yourself?” I asked a hint of worry in my voice.

“Yea i should be okay. I'm armed just in case anything happens you know.” she said, with a reassuring smile. I wanted to question why but i didn't shit i mean i could see why seeing as where she lived and shit.

“You sure cause I can-” I said before she grabbed my hands and looked at me.

“Duke, you are too worried about me for only knowing me slightly and I'll be fine… also my brother would question why some guy is bringing me back home. Also I may have bought / rented a horse. Ima be honest though i don't really know.” she said, looking at me before disconnecting our hands. I missed the warmth of hers. His hands weren't rough but they weren't soft either.

“Right well I'll see you again someday Duke , be safe and I hope you get to achieve your dream.” she said before walking away to the entrance of the fair. I watched him walk away, air in the wind lightly blowing her hair.

I took one last glance at her before walking to the feeding area for us workers at the fair. Walking into the tent I saw esme right outside of the tent. Looking into the distance.

“Hello Duke.” she said bluntly, turning her eyes towards me. “Who was that person, thought you said you didn't have friends.” she said

“No one,” I said , looking at her. The truth was y/n wasn't no one to me but she didn't have to know that.

“Hmm we both know that is a lie Duke. What's her name?” she said looking at me

“Y/n” i said quickly, she seemed to freeze for a second like she was contemplating something.

“No last name?” she said

“Not that I know of,” I said looking at him before walking into the tent to get some food.

"Duke be safe okay." she said before leaving even thought i dont talk to many people esme is one of the people i can talk to she's gone through a-lot loosing her husband to a mafia and some gang related shit.

after getting my food i walked to my caravan. i thought about y/n i didnt know if i would see her anytime soon but i hoped i would

Selfish - A KagaKuro Angst

Preface: hello hello i know i have not posted in a while, but I AM GONNA MAKE THIS A COMEBACK (maybe)

This can be interpreted as a ship post, or not, it doesn't really matter imo, kagakuro is cool tho.

cw: angst (obviously), kagami + kuroko are in their second year, selfish kuroko and kagami, both people are at fault, more story-central than relationship-central, kagami doesn't have a good relationship with the GOM.

"Hey, where's Kuroko?"

It seemed at if saying that question was just part of what made you a member of the Seirin basketball team. Nobody could count the amount of times that the team would go out, whether it be to train, to play a match, or even the hot springs, and have Kuroko go missing as soon as they leave.

"Kagami, do you know where he went?" Koganei asks.

Kagami sighs and shrugs. Despite having a good relationship with Kuroko, he still views him as an enigma.

"Seriously, we can't go out without him sneaking off. It's getting ridiculous." Riko admits, tapping her shoe on the sidewalk in frustration.

Kagami grunts softly. He knows it's true, but he can't help himself defending Kuroko at every turn, even if he did used to get equally angry in situations like these, especially earlier in their first year.

Hyuuga sighs, "He's not picking up his cell either. Come on, let's all split up and look for him. Meet back here in 30 if you haven't found him." The team groans, but obeys, splitting up.

Kagami wanders down the street, scanning passersby for that unique shade of baby blue hair.

It doesn't take long for him to spot Kuroko, practicing his dribbling and shooting in a public court.

However, instead of meeting Kuroko with the usual smack over the head, followed by a collar-pull back to the metting spot, Kagami walks over, calmly but solemnly. Honestly, it's a bit scary.

"Hey, Kuroko."

Kuroko flinches, and turns around.

"Kagami..."

The two of them stand in silence, Kuroko's eyes fixated on Kagami's face, as Kagami's eyes fixate on the ground.

After a moment of silence, "...are we meeting up with the other-"

"Why are you so selfish?"

"E-eh?" Kuroko flinches, "W-what do you mean...?"

Kagami stares at him, his eyes filled with, a sort of anger, one that mixes with a subtle sadness too.

"You...y-you can't do this all the time."

"Do what...?"

Kagami scowls.

"Do...this. Sneaking off on us all the time, and having to have our seniors and classmates look for you. It's not fair on them."

Kuroko looks to the side, conflicted.

"I'm only trying to improve myself, for the team." He remarks, though softly.

"But don't you realise how selfish you can be?"

"Stop calling me that."

"But you know that it's true. You know it, even when we started out, you already told me how I'd be 'The Light to your Shadow', and overtake the Generation of Miracles. But you didn't actually care about me, knowing them now, I fucking hate those guys, don't want to be anything like them. You just promised me that so you could get your revenge on them for how they decided to play back in middle school, that's selfish."

"T-that's not true, I-"

Kagami starts to tear up, "And now that I've been thinking about it, basically everything I've done related to basketball in the last year was because of you. It's like I have no control over my own playstyle. Even though winning with the others feels great, it's like I can't play without them."

"...why is that a bad thing?"

"Think about it. Our strength as a team has already decreased ever since Kiyoshi left because of his knee. And what about our seniors? They gradute this year, and once they're gone, we're the ones who have to build the team back up again. I've trained so hard to get to where I am now...but you. You've essentially kept the exact same style as you have from middle school up until this point, and you don't think that's selfish?" Kagami practically yells.

Kuroko scowls, his voice starting to uncharacteristically increase in volume, "That isn't true. I've trained just as hard as you have."

Kagami wipes his furious tears. He knows Kuroko is right, he has trained a lot, and opened Kagami's eyes to a whole new perspective when playng basketball, but inside of him, there's still that urge within him to completely dominate the court through sheer force alone, like he did in America. So how is it fair that Kuroko can maintain his own playstyle, and not him?

"...find your own way home today, I'm leaving." Kagami mutters, leaving Kuroko alone on the court, his own tears starting to brim in his eyes.

"Did you find him?"

"...no, I didn't."
