captain marvel #18: 7/10. accuser carol big sexy

empyre #3: 9/10. idk what to say beyond that empyre’s main title is stellar and consistently knocks it out of the park. the twists and turns are so good and its all using underutilized characters. the only reason its not a 10/10 is because i know a 10/10 is coming.

empyre captain america: 6/10. solid i guess??? steve has some nice speeches

x factor #1: 5/10. akihiro is...in my opinion there are issues with how he’s handled. and i dont think the staff was entirely truthful about how prodigy comes to the team. dynamic is fun though and i can already tell one panel will circulate because its tumblr humor to a T (though i found it a bit cringe). some cool mystery stuff tho if you like investigations esque xf. its hard to get into the nitty gritty of my issues without spoiling outright. lorna is...off.

x-men #10: 2/10. why is hickman such a bad writer asdfasdf. im also losing it at how he thinks vulcan is a teenager???? and not an adult man with a wife and child???? watching anyone in his books try to emote is like watching robots who just downloaded their “im a human” simulation program. anyways. at least there was....some plot this time...i guess...and A Reveal.
