This is the second #experiment - Cheddar Chive Sourdough made with my first spring chives. Delicious with our #ribolita #soup for lunch. My new sourdough starter is a bit young but it still produced the most delicious bread that I have ever tasted! My husband thought of this combination: Caramelized Maple Pecans with Flakey Sea Salt and I ran with the idea. It is outstanding!
