dialogue is not my strong suit yall.

as night fell, the other 4 started setting up their camp.

well not necessarily the other four , just the 3 that you wreaked havoc onto her guild, while the blonde sat and stared at her, a blank expression on his face.

she was a little lost on what to do or how she could help, until he seemed to snap out og his thoughts and walk over to her.

"shower." he instructed, handing her a towel.

"excuse me?" she snapped, indignantly.

"go take a shower." he repeated, irritated with her already.

"we're in the middle of nowhere!" she hissed, not appreciating his tone.

"theres a waterfall a few hundred feet to the left," he grunted, pointing in the direction as she took the towel and walked away.

after an hour or so, she returned.

"jeez! you took forever! even longer than me!" evergreen remarked, putting down the fish she was eating.

the other 3 just continued in their hushed conversation, as she sat with them by the fire.

they were all eating fish, and she was a little hungry too. but still a little too shy to ask, so instead, she stood up and walked around the clearing - looking for berries on some of the bushes.

"what are you doing?" laxus snapped, watching her walk around.

"looking for something to eat." she replied defensively, as she finally found some berries.

"in a bush?" he sneered, raising his eyebrows.

"berries." she snapped.

he scoffed before portioning some of his fish for her, as she picked from the bush.

they continued in their conversation, not paying much attention to the girl. before freed turned to her, and asked her, "where do you plan on sleeping?"

"in a tent..?" she said, confused.

"in which tent," freed said curtly, elaborating, "either with us or with laxus."

"how about you all stay together and i get a tent to myself?" she piped, not liking either of her options.

"now don't be like that," bickslow laughed, as his puppets mimicked.

laxus narrowed his eyes before deciding for her, "you'll just stay with me."

eventually they finished their meal, and evergreen returned, and they all retreated into their tents.

"do you snore?" she asked, as she watched laxus get ready for bed.

"do you snore?" he snapped in reply, annoyed with her question.

"is that a yes?" she asked, as he shrugged. uncontent with her answer, she grunted and laid down to sleep.

after a few hours, laxus was awoken by screaming.

he mumbled some curses, before lighting the lamp, and seeing her drenched in blood, with her ribs protruding from her chest, her back arching and hands clawing into the ground.

despite all of this, she was still sound asleep, and laxus didn't seem to know what to do except wake her.

once he recovered from his shock, he neared her, shaking her awake, as her eyes snapped open.

she gasped as she realized what had happened to her in her sleep, before 'fixing' it.

"i'm so sorry.. this just happens sometimes when things happen to me, it's totally nothing, im so sorry." she mumbled, to a shocked laxus, who just shook his head and told her it was fine.

after that night, they packed up their camp, and their track back to the guild was pretty short, even thought they ran into a vulcan or two.

as they re-entered the blososmimg town of magnolia, it seemed it was just in time for their annual harvest festival.

she had heard a lot about it, it was a nationally renowned event - people woukd travel from all over to see it, and to watch the fantasia parade.

there was also a kind of pageant taking place, miss fairy tail.

as they all walked, the green haired guy and laxus continued in whispered conversation, they appeared to be arguing in a way.

when they finished, they told "ever" something and she backtracked tappning y/n on her shoulder.

"you're going to join our guild." she proclaimed, not leaving room for argument.

"i'm already in a guild."

"well! you're going to join ours," bickslow cackled, "my babies love you already!"

"don't be so sure yet, makarov still needs to approve her." freed spurred, his voice still stern.

"that old geezer will let her in justttt fine," laxus snapped, "just in time for the miss fairy tail contest too!"

"excuse me?", i asked, insure exactly why he wanted me to be in the pageant.

"with that pretty face, you'll win that 500.000 jewel just fine, can't have you lounging around for free!" laxus thundered, wrapping his arm around the girl.

as they approached the guild hall, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.

laxus and the rest of them practically blew the door in, before storming their way into the guild hall, invoking a ton of whispers and stares.

"oh! laxus, you're back in town!" smiled a white haired girl, mirajane strauss - i recognized her from a few magazine covers.

laxus just scoffed in her direction, before making his way over to the guild master, who was sitting and just drinking.

"well?" the master asked, as laxus stood in front of him.

laxus tugged me in fromt of him, "she wants to join the guild."

the master seemed to sober at that moment, staring at the girl, taking in her face and her figure, "shes a mage?"

"of course shes a mage!" laxus snapped, "wouldn't bring in some weakling.."

"laxus, let me speak with her." the man instructed, as laxus scoffed and walked off, climbing the stairs to the second floor.

"so," makarov said, swinging his feet a bit, "what magic do you use, y/n?"

"is it really important?" i growled, coming off harsher than i should have.

"well it is a wizards guild!" he said, still jolly, "i don't sense any particular magic power from you.. but you might just be powerful enough to conceal it."

"bones. i control bones, they speak to me, i instruct them, they obey. every bone in your body, every bone in my body, every bone in the world." i replied briskly.

"no wonder laxus brought you over here.. is there anything else you can do?" the master continued, humming and swinging his legs on the bar.

"some shadow magick, some requip .. a bit of rune magick too."

"shadow magick? could you elaborate on that?" he murmured, seeming to be deeper in thought.

"i can merge with that shadows, sneak around." she munbled, "it's not really anything."

"well! you certainly are a mage.. a quite powerful one at that.. im glad to say, welcome to the guild, y/n!" makarov said, before announcing to the guild, "now you buffoons welcome our new member!"

"YEAHH!!!" yelled out a pink haired guy, before he launched himself at her, slamming her straight into the floor with a fire engulfed punch.

"OI! NATSU YOU MIGHTVE KILLED HER" the master exclaimed, in shock, before the girl got right back up.

"oi natsu! hands off my girl." thundered laxus from upstairs, who was now leaning over the balcony.

"OHOH A FIGHT!" natsu exclaimed, "happy!", as a flying blue cat lifted him, launching him at laxus as his fist was now again engulfed in fire. laxus struck him down mid air with lightning, as natsu laid on the floor knocked out, his cat next to him.

the girl just stumbled out of the rubble, as laxus made his way down stairs to meet her. his arm wrapped around her waist as they both exited the guild as quickly as they came.

Like would he be excited or scared cause WG!Star can get wild when he meets other Starboys. He'd be zipping around all over the place, I'm not sure if yours can handle it. 😅

AND ONG RASCAL I AM SO SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO ANSWER THIS-

This took me a while to think about/draw since I saw them having a similar relationship to TKORAT Star with Orion, but still different enough from that. SOOO after long while of deep thinking, I figured out on how I would see them interact :3

So when they first meet, well, WG! Star ofc would get excited and start zipping around a lot to his potentially new friend. TKORAT Star starts asking a bunch of questions, starts pacing and moving around a lot, and starts talking so fast that you have no idea what the hell he is saying. Like buddy slow down 😭

Ofc besides that, I would see them relate on some personal levels with each other. First of all, on the lonely factor of their lives and confronting Magnus/Magnifico.

I thought that they would relate on the loneliness part of their lives in a way. From what I know about WG! Stars, is that they are basically like nomads, floating in the vast void of space and time. Ofc they would meet other stars, but it really looks more like a co-worker relationship than a long term friendship from my pov. I mean, what is the chance the star you just met is someone you will see again? Honestly kind of depressing. Poor guy 😢

For TKORAT! Star, (though I'm still figuring out the overall culture and lore of the stars) I also viewed it pretty much the same (though it could change after I figure out the star lore lmao). I mean sure, the other stars kinda treat Star Boy like their little sibling (i mean he technically is), but they aren't around enough to where someone could consider a friend. It is more like Teacher to Student type of situation.

Next it is confronting Magnus/Magnifico. Ngl, reading Chapter 7 and 8 was legit insane, hands up to Rascal 🙌

Although how I see TKORAT Star confronting Magnus being VASTLY different from what WG Star went though, the outcome is somewhat the same. Both through their rage later realize that they can't defeat Magnus/Magnifico. Even with their somewhat devine power that have (ie. Able to shapeshift, create objects out of thin air), it isn't enough to defeat him. They both basically got humbled by a guy who probably eats hair gel for breakfeast (aint no way he got his hair like that without proper hair treatment)💀🙏

Needless to say, they both can relate to that sort of pain they felt in those moments (I doodled them in their cosmic forms, though it is techically TKORAT Star's true form and it is also a draft)

Ok enough agnst 🙄, this duo would cause havok on Rosas.

Between them, there would be explosions....lots of explosions. And probably turning breads into talking cake creatures that beg you not to eat them. HORRIFYING...

Honestly imagine a whole group of pranksters showing up at your door (looking at the star boy gang for this). You're a goner man.

So me along with two other kids are the Misfits of camp since not only are we a step above demi gods in a sense, but we were created before the war in the last pjo book by three gods each ^_^ the prophecy about us is;

But since this is like. Right after the war I kinda had to edit the story of HOO, so that happens a little bit after

I was made by Chaos, Selene, and Astrea, and that was a long time ago since everyone knows how Selene and Helios were faded away, so I’m the only half blood/descendent of Selene (main character vibes ong but its my reality 😣) me and Mallory were put in a foster home as soon as we were found together (not by half bloods, just normal mortals). Also in my pjo reality, due to my powers one of my legs are literally numb 24/7 so I can’t fucking walk without my walking aids (like this reality frfr 😭)

My little sibling Mallory (not biologically, though we are like siblings) is the child of Metis, Eos, and Phoebe and I took inspo from Nico and made it so that they were trapped in the Lotus Casino for like years (since my pjo reality takes place at around 2006, the war ending 2005, they’ve been trapped there ever since 1913 (so ever since they were born) and then was freed by Eos a year before the war)

The last kid is Apathes and he’s kinda like the protector and shit. Child of Erebus, Nxy, and Thanatos andnjsjs he’s based of my friends OC that I fell in love with during a roleplay (AHHH rlly though he is amazing!!) AND AND he actually was a child of Hypnos, but Hypnos gave him up to the other three in hopes of making a kid to destroy shit. Fourth Wing yap sesh pt1

!:Don't hate me guys lol it took forever to get back to posting but I swear I've been reading. I've finished fourth wing AND iron flame and i decided i was gonna do two parts in my reviews from now on 1 will be my thoughts on the characters. 2 will be my thoughts on the plot so these yap sessions are gonna have two parts per book.

So without further adoo here are my opinions on the fourth wing characters.

Violet Sorrengail

I genuinely think Violet is so funny but not in a " she has good jokes" but more of a "damn she's kinda real". Promising to stay away from Xaden went out the window QUICK. First glance and homegirl was hungry I respect it. Giving Rhiannon her shoe without even hesitating just shows you what kina person Violet is she rides for her friends fr and she barely KNEW Rhiannon. People doubted her sooo much (looking at you dain) but they would always compliment how smart she was but their compliments never really extended to how she applied her mind to doing stuff. I mean who would even think to come up with that way of clearing the gauntlet. She dosent let anything stop her and I got mad respect for it.

Xaden Riorson

Don't jump me guys please....sometimes he gives me the ick. Don't get me wrong he's cool but i feel like he's very...cut and paste in my opinion. He just reminds me of a less emotionally available Rhysand. Even the looks are the same. BUT, i respect his character, Xaden is still young but took over the responsibilities of every marked child, every last one. He loves his folks real bad and I fw it.

Rhiannon Matthaias

Queen. That's it honestly. Bad Bitch. Cuntress. What else do I say. Rhiannon was the first to witness Violets vulnerability and didn't say SHIT. Any time Violet needed cover Rhiannon got her. You fw Violet? Rhiannon is on your ass. And she kicks ass like what more can we want. I defiantly knew she was leader material the more scenes I read of her, this is a Rhiannon stan account.

Dain Aetos

Brother eugghhhhhhhhhhhhh. It's always the first love interest that ends up being the ick. And I know I said Xaden gives me the ick but Dain Aetos? Yucky. I truly cant stand that no matter how many times Violet succeeds with flying colors he still believes she cant make her own decisions, having conversations to move her elsewhere not on her behalf pisses me off, and he's so possessive for what, I understand the whole childhood friends thing but its weird and I don't like it. Also the millisecond we knew what his signet was I just knew he was gonna peep into her thoughts from the jump. And then after Violet nearly got murdered in her sleep he REFUSED to believe that it was Amber who let them in. You're telling me an alleged fling meant more to him than his childhood friend getting killed in the night. Dpmo.

Liam Mairi

The best to do it fr fr. At first he was just assigned to violet as a favor for xaden but after a while violet was his buddy, I also feel like he assisted in bridging the social gap between the marked ones and the rest of the cadets. He will be missed.

Mira Sorrengail

Typical older sister tbh, I dont have any overwhelming thoughts of her, kudos for going toe to toe with their mom about Violet joining the war college.

Jack Barlowe

Definition of a crash out, is responsible for a good portion of the cadets deaths in the first year and that blows my mind bc........for what purpose. Like what does this do for you. And going after Andarna????? What business is it of yours if she had decided to bond with someone why kill her? And why did he think the dragons would just LET them kill her. Tairn should have cooked him in that moment ong. Baide weird as hell for bonding with a mf willing to kill a baby dragon for no reason.

-i am not doing every single god damn ship so i'm only doing ones that i actually like. Also the BATDR ones are purely what everyone else theorizes or what I think personally about what happens after-

Sammy x Norman:

- Sammy's defiantly a bottom ong

-Norman does most of the cleaning up after se-

-Their first kiss was purely accident, Sammy was facing a different way while Norman was coming over to ask him something. Sammy turned and BLAM they kissed

-Norman towers over Sammy.

-Whenever Sammy tries to tease Norman, he teases him back, making Sammy flustered.

-At first glance Sammy looks like the dom/teasing one and Norman the Sub/easily flustered one. In reality its the complete opposite.

-Neither of them actually confessed. Norman invited Sammy to lunch one day, they had a good time, went for a walk around NY, went to Normans house, kissed, fucked, then boom dating.

-(in machine) Sammy tried to convince Norman to pray to bendy once...it ending in a hour long chase, a little fucking, then Sammy getting killed

-Susie hinted for the longest time about her liking him, Sammy just thought she was weird

-Their first date was in the recording booth while working after time, their first REAL date was at a nice little dinner.

-Sammy's first kiss with Susie was the day after getting hammered..and still being a little drunk the next day...

-Susie normally wears flats, but when she wears heals she's taller than Sammy by half an inch

-They first met after Allison almost face planted into the floor cause she slipped on ink

-Thomas is actually really quiet, unless it's just him and Allison

-They got married after they got fired from JDS

Reblogging again cause I went through the notes and realized how much people still don't know about 9/11. So here's some stuff you might never have heard or read about:

Al Qaeda was basically started by the United States. Yes, you read that right. Specifically by the CIA who indirectly gave money to the Afghan Mujahideen, who were fighting a war against the Soviet Union in the 1980s. Also heavily involved with the Afghan Mujahideen was a wealthy Saudi man named Osama Bin Laden, who of course would go on to structure the Afghan Mujahideen into a new group, Al Qaeda.

There were multiple Al Qaeda attacks all over the world prior to 9/11. Hell, 9/11 wasn't even the first time Al Qaeda attacked the World Trade Center. While it's not perfect (it's told from the POV of characters in the FBI and therefore can lean into FBI propaganda) I thought the miniseries The Looming Tower did a good job exploring the lead up to 9/11 and why the terrorists wanted to attack America (spoiler alert: lots and lots of airstrikes committed by the US military). And it also heavily explores how the CIA refused to cooperate with the FBI, never telling them that two known Al Qaeda operatives were living inside the United States (the FBI had the power to arrest them but the CIA doesn't make arrests). These men would go on to be two of the hijackers.

Hijackings were not suicide missions before 9/11. Most typically hijackers would just hold passengers & flight crews hostage and were trying to collect a ransom. Prior to 9/11, the conventional wisdom to dealing with hijackings was to just cooperate and you'd get out of the situation safely once the hijackers got what they wanted. This is why 3 of the 4 flights did not fight back. United 93 fought back because their flight was delayed and took off later than the others. When they were hijacked and passengers called their loved ones, the other attacks had already happened, allowing the passengers to deduce correctly they were on a suicide mission as well.

Also - despite the United States invading both Afghanistan and Iraq and starting forever wars post the 9/11 attacks, NONE of the hijackers were from either country. 15 of the 19 were from Saudi Arabia.

Here's a section I call "the human element" because as someone who doesn't remember that day, it can be hard for us who were babies or were born after it to understand how devastating and tragic it was (again, these are all triggering, please open at your own discretion):

(Something else to note - rescue was impossible for those above the impact zone. Flight 11 severed all three stairwells in the North Tower. The roofs were kept locked by the Port Authority and the smoke covered the majority of the roofs, making it impossible for helicopters to land. Also, given the speed the towers collapsed, it would've been impossible to mount an air rescue for everyone in time anyway. One stairwell in the South Tower was left intact due to the angle Flight 175 hit. 911 operators told people who were calling in to stay put instead. 18 people from above the impact zone in the South Tower did manage to survive by descending that staircase)

And yes, over a 1000 remains still have yet to be identified, but that is mainly because of the state of the remains. Due to the speed of the plane crashes and the collapse of the towers, the remains that were left were mainly very small fragments.

i wish there was a way to be like "research the TRUTH about 9/11" without sounding insane, but the older i get the more i realize i wasnt misremembering and the memory of that day has become completely sanitized as an example of american heroism in the face of terrorist aggression and not one of the most horrific systematic failures and explicit moments of sociopathy resulting in a mass maiming/cancer/unidentified remains event.
