This is hands down one of my most favorite things in the R+F product line. ♥️

Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve had chronically chapped lips my entire life. I’ve tried everything to moisturize and protect them, at every price point, to no avail. Until now! I use one little capsule of this serum right before bedtime, and by morning my lips are kissable soft again. All for you, bae 💋(gag). I’m also no longer slathering my lips with whatever random balm is on hand. Just one application, et voilà!

Because I love him more than I could explain. He is my best friends and the love of my life. New Year of 2018 we were just flirting across the room. This New Year, we live together and are more in love than we could have imagined we would be. God blessed me with this one when I didn’t feel like I should have been blessed at all. So, I have been doing this one word thing for several years now. It’s a great way to focus my year.  I realized that I became better because I used that word to focus my efforts.  I committed to exercising and writing. I started to focus on what really matters. One word. For one year. - Resolutions just never worked for me. Usually, by about February, I couldn’t even remember what my resolutions were. They stood simply as reminders of failure: a long list of goals that I didn’t accomplish. So I abandoned them. - For almost a decade now, I’ve chosen just one word to guide me in the coming year. One word that serves as my compass, guiding my decisions and helping me live more intentionally. It acts as a barometer, a touch point. And, unlike resolutions, it’s easy to stay mindful of all year long. - I usually have a love/hate relationship with my word. Scaring me at least a little is a prerequisite, as it needs to challenge me rather than comfort me. And this coming year is no different. - In 2019, I choose to EMBRACE my life, my moments, my limitations, my strengths... all of it.
