The class was bustling around you but you sat still at your desk, fiddling with the paint brush in your hands. Lamine was late today, so that meant you had nobody to talk to. He always, without fail, talked to you. You weren’t even sure he knew your name, but the conversation’s were welcomed.

Just before the ten minute mark of class hit, the door swung open. “Sorry, Mrs.Suarez! I was talking to the principal!” He hurries to his seat across from you, sending you a quick, welcoming smile.

You return the smile, a faint blush spreading across your cheeks. You quickly try to focus back in on the portrait you were doing of a picture of a flower array you’d been assigned. Unfortunately, your mind couldn’t focus. Had he changed something? Maybe is hair? He looked extra good today.

You feel Lamine looking at you as if he was hesitating to greet you. Glancing up, you meet his eyes with a raised eyebrow. “Good morning?”

Lamine shifts in his seat, laughing through a short breath. “‘Morning.” He says your name, faintly. If you hadn’t been so keen on everything he said, you would have missed it.

Trying to start the painting, you are halted when he pushes something across the desk. Your attention trails to the object, your heart successfully stammering.

“I passed by a shop on the way to school, it—“ He was blushing, you had never seen him blush before, it was cute. “It reminded me of you.”

Picking up the keychain, you examine the pink cat portrayed on it. It had a white Lily beside its right ear and rosy cheeks. This had reminded him of you?

“Why?” You chuckle, finally looking up at Lamine.

The teen boy shrugs, “you said you liked cats, you wear pink a lot, and, well, remember our first project this year?” Wow, he was.. attentive?

You smile at the memory. You’d drawn a Lily for your first addition to your art portfolio. “This is so sweet.” You say quietly, your fingers rubbing over the indents of the gold outlines. “Thank you.”

“No problem—I mean, you’re welcome.” He changed his wording quickly, causing a small grin to form on your lips.

Your school crush had just given you a little gift that made him, ‘think of you’. You pause, “there’s no shops anywhere near our school.”

Oh.

Lamine swallows, okay so he’d lied. He was trying to find a gift to give you, something like a sweet gesture. He liked you, he wanted to see you smile.

“I took a different route to school today.” He shrugs, forcing himself to relax in his chair. “Do you like it, though?” Nice topic change, Lamine.

You nod, “I love it, actually. I’ll put it on my keychain when I get home, trust.” Your eyes fall back to the cat, tracing its outline with a small, endearing smile.

“Good, i’m glad.” Lamine’s eyes flicker across your face, taking in your expression. He had to make his move soon, but this was just the first step. He couldn’t be sure how you felt about him, but he was determined to get you to like him.

After you slip the keychain into your backpack, you sit back up. “There’s girls who would kill for you to give them gifts like this.” Your tone was serious, yet teasing. It was true, though. A lot of girls would do anything to have Lamine’s attention, yet for some reason, it was you he’d given it to.

“Don’t worry, you’re the only one who’s getting one.” He laughs, not realizing how much his words had affected you. Your stomach flipped and churned, your face burned. Was he flirting?

Lamine notices the slight change in your demeanor. “Sorry, was I too forward?”

You blink, “oh, you were being serious?”

“Yeah..?”

“Oh!” Your mouth twitches, “good to know.”

Lamine’s eyebrows raise slightly, “yeah?”

You hum, “yup!”

His head dips as he chuckles, a stupid smile taking over his face as he meets your eyes. “So, if I asked for your number you wouldn’t reject and humiliate me?”

Ooooooooooookay! Right. Right. Because Lamine Yamal was genuinely asking for your number.

“I most certainly would not.”

Hey, they like it! Chubby cherub cheeks (inherited from both you and Shouto) full as they munch on the noodles, satisfied smiles on their faces. Let’s go buy another pack of noodles so there is enough food!

So now you consume two packets.

Oh wow! You have two more twins (Yuuri and Yueru <3) and suddenly the situation is the same! ya’ll end up needing three packets!

“It could be worse.”

Oh yeah it does and when they get older, suddenly three packets turns into four.

And then poof! Little Hana comes along! Sweet and angelic—apparently also eager to eat cold soba at the ripe age of 1! and now everyone needs lunch and dinner

And just your luck, ALL OF YOUR KIDS EAT UP COLD SOBA

Leon was working a little late so he made sure to tell you, he’s finishing up his report and check his phone for the time. Shameless Cynonari shipping up ahead as well folks ✌️

Ok, I'm just gonna bullet point the entire thing coz I don't have much time (i basically speedran the quest a bit as well) so here are my thoughts:

Cyno and Cyrus then Naphis and Tighnari having basically the same hair is a bit funny to me ngl (but it is cute)

Naphis and Cyrus old man yaoi ✌️ I'll get back to this later but I clocked it early on

Cynonari + Collei probably do a lot of camping trips together 🥺

Tighnari was so quick to say he'll run after Cyno. I immediately started sobbing coz wow does he have a fast reaction when it concerns Cyno's safety. He probably would have gone after Cyno alone if we weren't there 😭

Kaveh, Alhaitham, Dehya, Candace, and Faruzan repeatedly telling Cyno to ask for help if he needs it makes my heart soft

Tighnari, meanwhile, doesn't even tell Cyno to ask for help. He straight up just rushes to his side, and that's adorable af. I swear it was starting to look like Tighnari has a one-track mind when it comes to Cyno's safety. Some of his braincells fly off! (good thing he has plenty)

SETHOS. MY SON. HE LOOKS SO GOOD. SETHOS SWEETIE IM ADOPTING YOU IN THE NEXT UPDATE (also wow that was not the voice i was expecting for him in EN, but I aint complaining!)

I keep coming back to it, but Tighnari is really quick when it comes to Cyno's safety and really doesn't pause lmao. Bro cut off Cyno's offer to ask Sethos with a hand and just started walking

The day started off as it usually did. The twins were up super early to jump in the bed with you and cuddle up beside Nando, wishing him a happy birthday.

the bunker fell eerily quiet, yet the sound of feet pattering and a camera snapping quick photos could be heard amidst the silence. it didn't take much convincing for you to be allowed to stay, dean felt a strange sense of comfort around you that he couldn't let go away. you were obsessed with taking photos. anything or anyone around the bunker had their picture taken.

anyone but yourself, you didn't quite know how.

running around the bunker and bothering dean was your new favorite pastime. “sweetheart 'm busy.” he'd say, using the nickname that made your knees feel like jello everytime, but he really didn't mind. he enjoyed your company, it made him feel grounded like you were his foundation keeping him sane; you kept him together.

during your time staying in the bunker you amass a collection of small trinkets. ranging from little buttons from years ago when the men of letters still accompanied the place and bones you'd found of animals. dean found it a bit weird, especially since he wouldn't expect an ex-angel to collect bones, but whatever made you happy made him happy.

randomly throughout the day he'd hear facts spew from your lips from all the things you've read and observed while in heaven, and your complaints for a milkshake which you always got despite his reluctance.

instead of taking pictures or talking his ear off he'd find you outside-dirtied white dress and bare footed. he never understood why you bought more just for them to end up dirty.

“dean look how pretty!” you would say, holding up a flower to his face. gently dean would push your hand away to get a better look. you got rather excited while showing him things, he thought it was cute.

rushing past him tracking muddy footprints onto the bunkers floors as you ran to sam. placing it atop of the lore book he was engrossed in, it was a peace offering for letting you continue to stay. you didn't have to, but it was one of the many things you thought humans did from your time watching them since creation.

then you would snap a photo and move on with your day. it was your unique way of keeping memories-forever.

at night you found yourself in deans bed even if you had one of your own. his was more comfortable, it smelt like him which always relaxed you. before falling asleep tangled up together dean would give you a small peck on the lips, his arms pulling you closer until you were molded to his form. you could die like this and wouldn't have a complaint, dean was yours and you were his.
