Anyways I know we settled that Pit Babe is the most unhinged BL today, but I can't close the book on talking about unhinged shows without talking about what is probably the most insane show of them all (at least in the ql-adjacent world)

like the first couple episodes is like "oooo spooky museum, cursed artifacts, bit of monster of the week but like with cursed items, is Dome Katha's reincarnated brother?" and then the last episode is "Katha has become the new Christian God. the moon has literally exploded and is going to end the world. Dome is actually one of the 4 horseman of the apocalypse and shot down from the sky to take over a normal guy named Dome's life. Dome isn't Katha's brother, that's Chan, another horseman of the apocalypse, who is from a different universe and also looks the same as Dome because all celestial creatures look like Dome because God made them all look like that across universes and God is Katha but not really. Dome and Chan were both from different universes (there's currently 3) but were all mixed around because Death (who also looks like Dome) killed his God and destroyed his universe so he's been hopping around trying to find a new God also he's possessed the body of Adam (like from the Bible) who had become a mannequin." and they made that jump in like 10 episodes

Truly one of the most unhinged pieces of television ever made I wish they made Katha and Dome kiss so I could include them in this bracket.

I think the only hints we can draw an answer from are in ep9. Boon claims that's it's his faith in The Magician that has kept him alive all this time. We know emotions like rage and faith are indeed capable of giving people powers so it's possible he is right.

Anthika also divulges that Boon told her he saw God when he died and God told him everything he wrote in that book. Now it's possible Boon lied just to convince more people like Anthika and the teens to be part of the cult. But it's also possible that just like Anthika who believed in the wrong version of the bible, that Boon also did see "god" who told him a twisted version of the Bible and what Boon was supposed to do here on out. And if that's true, then it makes sense why Boon believed in it so fervently, because he literally saw "god" and it inspired endless devotion in him.

Now, if Boon wasn't the mastermind and someone tricked him too, the questions remains who? Well, there's one guess I have:

Someone from midnight museum team[im unsure of their exact position] had the following to say about Gun:

I understand why people love N'Gun like 'Yeah, I get it.' N'Gun isn't fussy, not demanding/picky, he is cute and playful behind the scenes but once he's back on set, it's like he's a God who has descended with a commanding presence. P'Noom(director) can shout 'action' already.

And because N'Gun is okay with everything, I understand why fans are like, 'Is Nong being taken advantage of?' I get it. Whenever I meet Gun, I keep asking if he's okay, which parts he gets confused with, what he'd like to consult or adjust / And then he'll answer like 'No problem. I can do it. I'm okay.'

In terms of acting

Dome | Chan | One

To be honest, it's difficult, even more difficult than Khatha in different depths. Dome is a character without a background. He has a very short base/foundation and those are broken into different multiverses, designed by Gun himself.

Was there a reference for The One? There was, but one thing that wasn't said was, 'I'm The One.' lol

For me, the version I like most is Chan after resurrecting. He's calm, contemplative, powerful, there's a full range of emotions within Chan's character. It's like he's familiar with him and he uses his own physicality really well. I feel that he's talented and deserves to be loved by everyone.

Nong's fans didn't choose the wrong person. He's a complete package. I would still like to see N'Gun in a different angle which I can't imagine how it'll be yet, but I think I'll wait to see that day.

Thank you N'Gun for playing the role of 50B characters in one body / All episodes are now posted on viu, so you(Gun) won't need to secretly steal the staff's computer to watch Midnight before anyone else. Nong very much enjoys watching before anyone. The editing team already got a headache.
