below are compiled the answers for what i believe are the most important questions for the concert, with links to where the information comes from. i will be making a call to venue soon to ask for clarification on some rules, such as the rules for bags and light sticks.

refund/cancellation/postponement policy

kpopme: all sales are final. no exchange or refunds are allowed.

axs: if the event is postponed or cancelled, you should contact the venue directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event and whether there is an applicable refund. refund policies vary by venue and event.

axs: services are subject to change without notice. unless otherwise provided, there are no refunds or exchanges for any ticket purchases.

axs: unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded even if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

standing or seated

kpopme: the dallas concert is all seating.

venue: for safety and courtesy to other guests, aisles and seating walkways must be kept clear at all times. please refrain from standing in the aisles.

prohibited items

kpopme: any types of camera or video camera, including but not limited to DSLR, digital camera, mirrorless, video camera, and GoPro. tripods and selfie sticks are also prohibited. 

venue: flash/professional photography is prohibited. recording devices (such as video cameras) are prohibited. tripods/monopods are prohibited.

kpopme: liquid items, including but not limited to alcohol, are prohibited.

venue: outside food and beverage is prohibited.

venue: weapons, large bags, suitcases, laser pointers, alcohol, drugs, noise making devices, fireworks, flashlights, skateboards/roller blades, beach balls, cans, and bottles are prohibited.

camera policy

kpopme: you may use your cellular device. if you get caught photographing or videotaping the show with any camera listed in the prohibited item list, you may be removed from the venue. kpopme is not responsible for any refund or compensation.

venue: no commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by the promoter or performer. specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length, telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods, flash equipment of any kind.

bags

venue: all bags larger than 14″ square, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the venue.

venue: all guests entering the venue during an event will be subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection conducted by security personnel. the purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items. the venue strictly prohibits backpacks (zipped bags), and large oversized bags.

parking

venue: parking is open two hours prior to the start of each event. no overnight parking is allowed. tailgating, grilling, open flames, or consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted. parking fees are typically $15-$20 for general lot, or $30-$40 for VIP/Suites lot. there is a designated drop off location directly in front of the building. parking is cash only, first come first serve basis.

doors

doors will open at 6pm. the concert will begin at 7pm. 

venue: the venue has a “no re-entry” policy during events. guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies must first make contact with a guest service supervisor or manager via the guest service center to make necessary arrangements.

fan stuffs

kpopme: gifts and fan letters will not be accepted.

kpopme: small sized posters, fan signs, and slogan banners are allowed. anyone involved in this concert may ask your item to be removed, thrown out, or stored for the show. this includes but is not limited to venue staffs, artist management, and the kpopme team.

venue: items must be related to the event. items may not be attacked to a stick/pole. items may not be larger than 11″x17″ in dimension. items may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage. items may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the the venue. item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures as determined by the venue staffs. items may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by the venue staffs. guests may not hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the venue without prior approval from venue staffs.

group photo (p1 benefit, kpopme)

the group photo will be taken after the show. once the show is over, listen for an announcement with instructions for p1 ticket holders. if you miss the announcement and fail to follow instructions resulting in missing the group photo, kpop me is not liable for you missing it and there will be no refunds or compensation.

p1 ticket holders will be divided into groups of 7 fans per photo. the picture will be taken with all members of astro by the official kpopme photographer. there are no guarantees you and your friend(s) will be in the same group photo. you may not delay the process of taking a group photo to be in it with your friends. doing so may result in you being removed from the site and there will be no refunds or compensation.

group photos will be posted with a link to the drive in each city’s event page/social media/website.

hi-touch (p2 benefit, kpopme)

hi-touch will take place after the show. once the show is over, listen for an announcement with instructions for p2 ticket holders. if you miss the announcement and fail to follow instructions resulting in missing the hi-touch, kpop me is not liable for you missing it and there will be no refunds or compensation.

p2 ticket holders will line up in the hi-touch line. astro members will be standing in one line and the fans will walk down in one line, high-fiving each member.

do not grab or hold onto each member���s hand. be respectful and be mindful of your bias and other fans in line. any unacceptable actions may get you removed from the hi-touch line by venue staffs, artist management, the kpopme team, or any other authoritative figures involved in this.

shinee will be coming to north america this march. their first stop they will canada where they will be going toronto, ontario on the 19th of march followed by vancouver, british colombia on the 21st of march. shinee will then be coming down to the US where they will be stopping in dallas, texas on the 24th of march and will be proceeding to make their final stop for this leg of swv in los angeles, california on the 26th of march. ticket sales (for all the stops) start on saturday, february 25th at 10:00am venue local time (est, pst, cst, pst respectively). you can use this link to find out what time ticket sales start in your time zone.
